Abstract

Le but de la présente invention est de construire un système d'aide au deuxième avis qui peut corriger efficacement un manque de connaissances entre le côté de la profession médicale, tel qu'un vétérinaire, et le côté d'un propriétaire de patient animal. Le système d'aide au deuxième avis comprend : une unité de gestion de dossier médical électronique destinée à gérer des informations de dossier médical électronique à la création de laquelle un premier vétérinaire a participé ; une seconde unité de réception de demande d'acquisition d'avis destinée à recevoir, en provenance d'un terminal de propriétaire associé au propriétaire d'un patient animal auquel les informations de dossier médical électronique se rapportent, une demande d'acquisition d'un deuxième avis qui est l'avis d'un second vétérinaire différent du premier vétérinaire ; une unité de transmission de demande d'examen qui, lorsque la demande d'acquisition est reçue, demande au second vétérinaire d'examiner les informations de dossier médical électronique ; et une unité de commande de communication destinée à recevoir un résultat d'examen des informations de dossier médical électronique provenant du second vétérinaire et à transmettre le résultat d'examen au terminal de propriétaire.
