参照图1和图2,安装板13上设置有与对挤压板21进行导向的导向装置3,且导向装置3绕连接柱222轴线圆周阵列设置有四个,四个导向装置3分别与两个第二安装杆15的两端对应设置;导向装置3包括导向管31、导向柱32,导向管31竖直向下穿至安装板13外,导向管31顶端同轴固定安装有固定盘311,固定盘311通过螺钉固定安装在安装板13上表面上;导向柱32固定安装在第二安装杆15上表面上,且导向柱32竖向滑移穿设在导向管31上。
参照图2和图3,固化机构23设置在导向柱32上且用于对胶水进行固化,固化机构23包括连接盘24、连接杆25、紫外灯26,连接盘24转动套设在连接柱222上,且连接盘24下表面抵触在第一安装杆14的上表面上;连接盘24的外侧壁上一体设置有四个固定杆241,且四个固定杆241绕连接柱222轴线圆周阵列设置,同时四个固 定杆241分别位于相邻两个导向柱32之间;连接盘24上且位于相邻两个固定杆241之间均开设有第一腰形孔242,第一腰形孔242呈圆弧形且圆弧圆心位于连接柱222轴线上;连接盘24上安装有穿过第一腰形孔242且与第一安装杆14螺纹连接的连接螺钉243,连接螺钉243头部抵紧在连接盘24上表面上。
参照图2和图3,四个固定杆241上表面上均固定安装有竖直的转动轴251,连接杆25的一端转动安装在转动轴251上,且连接杆25远离转动轴251的一端向外伸至挤压板21外侧;位于固定杆241上方的连接杆25上开设有圆弧形的第三腰形孔252,且第三腰形孔252圆弧圆心位于转动轴251轴线上;连接杆25上安装有穿过第二腰形孔254且与固定杆241螺纹连接的固定螺钉253,固定螺钉253头部抵紧在连接杆25上表面上。
参照图2和图3,连接杆25上且位于远离转动轴251一侧沿转动轴251径向开设有第二腰形孔254,且第二腰形孔254开设有相互平行的两个,连接杆25上表面上开设有与第二腰形孔254连通的腰形槽255,腰形槽255与第二腰形孔254同向开设且宽度大于第二腰形孔254的宽度。紫外灯26滑移安装在第二腰形孔254上,连接杆25上设置有与紫外灯26连接的调节机构4。
参照图2和图3,调节机构4包括调节块41、调节螺杆42,调节块41滑移安装在第二腰形孔254上,调节块41上表面抵触在连接杆25下表面上;调节螺杆42穿过第二腰形孔254且与调节块41上表面螺纹连接,同时调节螺杆42外径与第二腰形孔254宽度相同,且调节螺杆42头部抵紧在腰形槽255槽底上;紫外灯26固定安装在调节块41下表面上。
本申请实施例的工作原理为:
将金属片安装到夹具上,然后将胶水添加到夹具上,将玻璃放置到夹具上,移动气缸221启动带动挤压板21和硅胶垫211下移,硅胶垫211来挤压玻璃,使得玻璃与金属片粘接在一起,然后紫外灯26启动来对胶水进行固化,接着紫外灯26关闭,移动气缸221启动带动硅胶垫211远离玻璃,因此工作人员即能将粘接在一起的玻璃和金属片取下,从而降低了人工挤压出现气泡的概率,同时金属片上的胶水已经固化,因此也降低了人工移动玻璃和金属片过程中金属片和玻璃发生移位的概率,以此来提高了体重秤的质量。
挤压板21移动时带动导向柱32在导向管31上滑移,以此来提高了挤压板21和硅胶垫211挤压玻璃时的水平度,降低了金属片和玻璃连接处出现气泡的概率,提高了 体重秤的质量。拧动连接螺钉243远离连接盘24,然后转动连接盘24来同时转动多个紫外灯26的角度,转动完成后,拧动连接螺钉243抵紧在连接盘24对连接盘24进行固定。
拧动固定螺钉253远离连接杆25,然后转动连接杆25来转动单个紫外灯26的角度,转动完成后,拧动固定螺钉253抵紧到连接杆25上对连接杆25进行定位;拧动调节螺杆42远离腰形槽255槽底,然后移动紫外灯26位置,移动完成后,拧动调节螺杆42抵紧在腰形槽255槽底上对紫外灯26进行定位,以此来可以单独或同步调节紫外灯26的位置,从而适应对不同位置的胶水进行固化,提高了紫外灯26对胶水的固化效果,提高了体重秤的质量。
以上均为本申请的较佳实施例,并非依此限制本申请的保护范围,故:凡依本申请的结构、形状、原理所做的等效变化,均应涵盖于本申请的保护范围之内。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种紫外光固化设备,其特征在于:包括底座(1),所述底座(1)上设置有挤压固化装置(2),所述挤压固化装置(2)包括挤压板(21)、移动机构(22)、固化机构(23),所述挤压板(21)滑移设置在底座(1)上,所述移动机构(22)设置在底座(1)上且与挤压板(21)连接,所述固化机构(23)设置在挤压板(21)上且用于对胶水进行固化。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种紫外光固化设备,其特征在于:所述移动机构(22)包括移动气缸(221)、连接柱(222),所述移动气缸(221)设置在底座(1)上,所述连接柱(222)设置在移动气缸(221)活塞杆上且与挤压板(21)连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种紫外光固化设备,其特征在于:所述固化机构(23)包括连接盘(24)、连接杆(25)、紫外灯(26),所述连接盘(24)设置在连接柱(222)上,所述连接杆(25)的一端设置在连接盘(24)上,所述紫外灯(26)设置在连接杆(25)上且用于对胶水进行固化,所述连接杆(25)和紫外灯(26)均布设置有多个且位于玻璃的周侧。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种紫外光固化设备,其特征在于:所述底座(1)上设置有对挤压板(21)进行导向的导向装置(3),所述导向装置(3)包括导向管(31)、导向柱(32),所述导向管(31)设置在底座(1)上,所述导向柱(32)设置在挤压板(21)上且滑移穿设在导向管(31)上。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种紫外光固化设备,其特征在于:所述连接盘(24)转动套设在连接柱(222)上,所述连接盘(24)上设置有圆弧形的第一腰形孔(242),所述连接盘(24)设置有穿过第一腰形孔(242)且与挤压板(21)螺纹连接的连接螺钉(243),所述紫外灯(26)滑移设置在连接杆(25)上,所述连接杆(25)上设置有与紫外灯(26)连接的调节机构(4)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种紫外光固化设备,其特征在于:所述调节机构(4)包括调节块(41)、调节螺杆(42),所述连接杆(25)上开设有第二腰形孔(254),所述调节块(41)滑移设置在第二腰形孔(254)上且紫外灯(26)设置在调节块(41)上,所述调节螺杆(42)穿过第二腰形孔(254)且与调节块(41)螺纹连接。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的一种紫外光固化设备,其特征在于:所述连接杆(25)的一端转动设置在连接盘(24)上,所述连接杆(25)上设置有第三腰形孔(252),所 述连接杆(25)上设置有穿过第三腰形孔(252)且与连接盘(24)螺纹连接的固定螺钉(253)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种紫外光固化设备,其特征在于:所述挤压板(21)的下表面上设置有硅胶垫(211)。
