一种机械配件自动喷码装置 技术领域
本发明涉及自动喷码装置技术领域,特别是涉及一种机械配件自动喷码装置。
背景技术
喷码机是一种通过软件控制,使用非接触方式在产品上进行标识的设备,一般指连续式喷墨技术,喷码机理论发明于六十年代末,直到七十年代未才生产出世界第一台商用喷码机,现阶段的喷码设备可以自动喷码,不需要将配件一件一件的进行拿取喷码作业,减轻工作人员的工作量,提高工作效率。
技术问题
然而市面上各种机械配件自动喷码装置在使用过程中仍存在各种各样的问题,都并未解决现有装置在对不同规格的机械配件进行喷码时,不便调整顶板的高度对不同规格的机械配件进行抵触,从而不便掉入收集箱的内部,进而降低装置通用性的问题,为此我们提出一种机械配件自动喷码装置。
技术解决方案
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种机械配件自动喷码装置,通过设置的驱动齿轮、锯齿、滑板,有效避免了装置对不同规格的机械配件进行喷码时,不便调整顶板的高度,有利于顶板对不同规格的机械配件进行抵触以便掉入收集箱的内部,大大提高了装置的通用性。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种机械配件自动喷码装置,包括传动齿轮、半齿齿轮、传输链、自动喷码机主体、夹持件、顶板、收集箱,所述传动齿轮的前后表面且位于传输链的两侧对称固定有支撑板,且支撑板的顶面开设有条形槽,且两组所述条形槽的内部分别贯穿有侧板与滑板,所述侧板与顶板固定连接,所述滑板与顶板固定连接;所述侧板位于条形槽内部的一侧表面设置有锯齿,所述锯齿的一侧表面啮合连接有驱动齿轮,所述驱动齿轮通过转轴与支撑板转动连接,且转轴的一端延伸至支撑板的外部;所述滑板位于条形槽内部的两端表面均固定有导向块,所述条形槽的表面且位于滑板的两侧对称开设有与导向块相匹配的导向槽。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述收集箱的内部设置有缓冲板,所述缓冲板的底面与收集箱内部底面连接处均匀设置有缓冲弹簧套,所述缓冲弹簧套的两端表面均固定有滑块,所述收集箱的内侧表面对称开设有与滑块相匹配的滑槽,所述收集箱的两侧表面对称螺纹穿设有螺杆,且螺杆位于滑块的顶部;所述缓冲板的顶面设置有海绵垫。

2、通过设置的缓冲弹簧套、缓冲板,有效避免了装置在收集喷码后的机械配件时,无法缓冲其冲击力,有利于提高机械配件与收集箱的防护性能,同时有利于工作人员便捷取出从收集箱内部的机械配件,节省取出时间,操作简便。

本发明的实施方式
在如图1和图2所示,一种机械配件自动喷码装置,包括传动齿轮1、半齿齿轮2、传输链3、自动喷码机主体4、夹持件5、顶板7、收集箱8,传动齿轮1的前后表面且位于传输链3的两侧对称固定有支撑板,且支撑板的顶面开设有条形槽19,且两组条形槽19的内部分别贯穿有侧板6与滑板10,侧板6与顶板7固定连接,滑板10与顶板7固定连接;侧板6位于条形槽19内部的一侧表面设置有锯齿11,锯齿11的一侧表面啮合连接有驱动齿轮12,驱动齿轮12通过转轴13与支撑板转动连接,且转轴13的一端延伸至支撑板的外部;滑板10位于条形槽19内部的两端表面均固定有导向块,条形槽19的表面且位于滑板10的两侧对称开设有与导向块相匹配的导向槽;
当装置对不同规格的机械配件进行喷码时,需要调整顶板7的高度,以便能够使其掉入收集箱8的内部,首先,转动位于支撑板外部转轴13的一端,转轴13转动使得驱动齿轮12发生转动,驱动齿轮12与侧板6一侧表面设置的锯齿11相啮合,因此,当驱动齿轮12转动时,会使侧板6在一组条形槽19的内部向上移动,同时,滑板10也在另一组条形槽19的内部向上滑动,设置的导向块、导向槽,对滑板10的滑动起到导向的作用,进而可以调节顶板7的高度,通过设置的驱动齿轮12、锯齿11、滑板10,有效避免了装置对不同规格的机械配件进行喷码时,不便调整顶板7的高度,有利于顶板7对不同高度的机械配件进行抵触以便掉入收集箱8的内部,大大提高了装置的通用性。
在另外一个实施例中,本实施例公开了机械配件掉入收集箱8内部的缓冲方式,如图1和图3所示,收集箱8的内部设置有缓冲板9,缓冲板9的底面与收集箱8内部底面连接处均匀设置有缓冲弹簧套14,缓冲板9的两端表面均固定有滑块15,收集箱8的内侧表面对称开设有与滑块15相匹配的滑槽16,收集箱8的两侧表面对称螺纹穿设有螺杆17,且螺杆17位于滑块15的顶部;缓冲板9的顶面设置有海绵垫18;
当喷码过后的机械配件需要收集时,将收集箱8放置在靠近传输链3的一侧,机械配件掉入收集箱8内部时,首先接触到缓冲板9,缓冲板9顶面设置的海绵垫18,海绵垫18对机械配件起到防护的作用,防止机械配件与收集箱8的底面直接接触发生磨损,缓冲板9再通过设置的滑块15在滑槽16的内部向下滑动,继而挤压缓冲弹簧套14,缓冲弹簧套14的弹力能够有效缓冲机械配件的冲击力,当需要取出收集箱8内部的机械配件,向外旋出抵在滑块15顶端的螺杆17,使得缓冲板9处于活动的状态,缓冲板9便可以借助缓冲弹簧套14的弹力向上移动,从而便于工作人员取出收集箱8内部的机械配件,通过设置的缓冲弹簧套14、缓冲板9,有效避免了装置在收集喷码后的机械配件时,无法缓冲其冲击力,有利于提高机械配件与收集箱8的防护性能,同时有利于工作人员便捷取出从收集箱8内部的机械配件,节省取出时间,操作简便。
在另外一个实施例中,本实施例公开了固定于转轴13位于支撑板外部一端表面的转盘以及转把表面固定的转把,如图2所示,转轴13位于支撑板外部的一端表面固定有转盘,转盘的一侧表面固定有转把;
通过固定于转轴13位于支撑板外部一端表面的转盘以及转把表面固定的转把,便于转动转轴13。
在另外一个实施例中,本实施例公开了设置在转把表面的“W”形防滑纹,如图2所示,转把的表面均匀设置有防滑纹,且防滑纹的形状为“W”形;

在另外一个实施例中,本实施例公开了收集箱8顶面的顶盖以及连接方式,如图1所示,收集箱8的顶面一端转动连接有顶盖,且顶盖与收集箱8相卡合;
通过设置在收集箱8顶面的顶盖以及连接方式,便于操作顶盖的开启与关闭。
在另外一个实施例中,本实施例公开了设置在收集箱8底面的防滑垫,如图1和图3所示,收集箱8的底面设置有防滑垫,且防滑垫的大小与收集箱8的底面大小相适配;
通过设置在收集箱8底面的防滑垫,防止收集箱8发生位置偏移。
在另外一个实施例中,本实施例公开了设置在螺杆17表面的“S”形防滑纹,如图3所示,螺杆17的表面设置有凸起纹,且凸起纹的形状为“S”形;
通过设置在螺杆17表面的“S”形防滑纹,便于转动螺杆17时起到防滑的作用。
在另外一个实施例中,本实施例公开了设置在海绵垫18与条形槽19之间的绒毛层与刺毛层,如图3所示,海绵垫18与缓冲板9的连接处设置有绒毛层与刺毛层,且绒毛层与刺毛层活动连接;
通过设置在海绵垫18与条形槽19之间的绒毛层与刺毛层,便于拆卸海绵垫18进行更换。
在另外一个实施例中,本实施例公开了固定于顶盖顶面的“凹”形把手,如图1和图3所示,顶盖的顶面固定有把手,且把手的形状为“凹”形;

  1. 一种机械配件自动喷码装置,包括传动齿轮(1)、半齿齿轮(2)、传输链(3)、自动喷码机主体(4)、夹持件(5)、顶板(7)、收集箱(8),其特征在于:所述传动齿轮(1)的前后表面且位于传输链(3)的两侧对称固定有支撑板,且支撑板的顶面开设有条形槽(19),且两组所述条形槽(19)的内部分别贯穿有侧板(6)与滑板(10),所述侧板(6)与顶板(7)固定连接,所述滑板(10)与顶板(7)固定连接;所述侧板(6)位于条形槽(19)内部的一侧表面设置有锯齿(11),所述锯齿(11)的一侧表面啮合连接有驱动齿轮(12),所述驱动齿轮(12)通过转轴(13)与支撑板转动连接,且转轴(13)的一端延伸至支撑板的外部;所述滑板(10)位于条形槽(19)内部的两端表面均固定有导向块,所述条形槽(19)的表面且位于滑板(10)的两侧对称开设有与导向块相匹配的导向槽。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种机械配件自动喷码装置,其特征在于:所述收集箱(8)的内部设置有缓冲板(9),所述缓冲板(9)的底面与收集箱(8)内部底面连接处均匀设置有缓冲弹簧套(14),所述缓冲弹簧套(14)的两端表面均固定有滑块(15),所述收集箱(8)的内侧表面对称开设有与滑块(15)相匹配的滑槽(16),所述收集箱(8)的两侧表面对称螺纹穿设有螺杆(17),且螺杆(17)位于滑块(15)的顶部;所述缓冲板(9)的顶面设置有海绵垫(18)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种机械配件自动喷码装置,其特征在于:所述转轴(13)位于支撑板外部的一端表面固定有转盘,所述转盘的一侧表面固定有转把。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种机械配件自动喷码装置,其特征在于:所述转把的表面均匀设置有防滑纹,且防滑纹的形状为“W”形。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种机械配件自动喷码装置,其特征在于:所述收集箱(8)的顶面一端转动连接有顶盖,且顶盖与收集箱(8)相卡合。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种机械配件自动喷码装置,其特征在于:所述收集箱(8)的底面设置有防滑垫,且防滑垫的大小与收集箱(8)的底面大小相适配。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的一种机械配件自动喷码装置,其特征在于:所述螺杆(17)的表面设置有凸起纹,且凸起纹的形状为“S”形。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的一种机械配件自动喷码装置,其特征在于:所述海绵垫(18)与缓冲板(9)的连接处设置有绒毛层与刺毛层,且绒毛层与刺毛层活动连接。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的一种机械配件自动喷码装置,其特征在于:所述顶盖的顶面固定有把手,且把手的形状为“凹”形。
