Abstract
本发明专利涉及一种旋转式辐照设备,包括:内辐照装置基座,内辐照装置基座的侧围上设置有第一辐照装置;辐照物品载物台,辐照物品载物台环绕的、可相对转动的设置于内辐照装置基座外围;辐照物品载物台上设置有用于固定待辐照物品的固定装置。通过采用本旋转式辐照设备相较于传统设备,使辐照装置与辐照物品载物台可相对旋转,这样可以使光照更加均匀,旋转带来的作用也使得辐照的液体物品可以混匀,环向的布局也让可容纳的辐照物品的量更多。
Description
本发明专利涉及一种旋转式辐照设备。
目前血液成分光化学法病原体灭活技术的辐照设备为上下两层光源,中间为载物装置,载物装置可以震荡减少光源辐照的不均匀性,被辐照的物品需要放入中间的载物装置,辐照结束后取出。目前的设备光照不均匀性不能充分解决,被辐照物品不能充分混匀,产品病原体灭活效果不稳定;产品使容纳待辐照的物品的容量十分有限,物品不能被持续照射,操作时间长,照射处理生产率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种更高效的辐照设备。
本发明采用的技术方案是一种旋转式辐照设备,包括:
内辐照装置基座,所述内辐照装置基座的侧围上设置有第一辐照装置;
辐照物品载物台,所述辐照物品载物台环绕的、可相对转动的设置于内辐照装置基座外围;
所述辐照物品载物台上设置有用于固定待辐照物品的固定装置。
进一步地是,所述辐照物品载物台外围设置有第二辐照装置,所述第二辐照装置环绕的设置于辐照物品载物台外,所述第二辐照装置与辐照物品载物台可相互转动。这里优选的可以是将载物台设置为可自动旋转,转速可以依据需要设置,采用一般电机对载物台的转动进行驱动即可。
进一步地是,所述第一辐照装置、第二辐照装置均主要由至少三个辐照单元组成,所述辐照单元环向布置。
进一步地是,所述辐照单元包括支撑架和设置于该支撑架上的辐照灯。
进一步地是,所述辐照灯可移动的设置于该支撑架上。
进一步地是,所述支撑架包含支撑板和滑轨,所述支撑板与滑轨滑动连接,用于使该支撑板沿该滑轨可移动,所述辐照灯排布与该支撑板上;所述支撑板上背离辐照灯的一侧板面为反光面。
进一步地是,所述辐照物品载物台包含用于承载物品的、透明的载物部;或者,所述辐照物品载物台包含用于承载物品的、由丝网结构组成的载物部。
进一步地是,所述固定装置包含设置于载物部上的夹具。
进一步地是,所述夹具包含位于载物部上的对接装置、与该对装置分体式连接的安装座,所述安装座用于固定辐照产品后与所述对接装置连接,使安装座固定在载物部上。
进一步地是,所述安装座包含中部中空的上固定框和下固定框,所述下固定框上设置有固定钉,所述上固定框上设置有与固定钉对应的通孔,所述上固定框和下固定框的一侧连接形成合页机构,另一侧通过夹扣连接;所述上固定框和下固定框任意一个上设置有用于与对接装置对接的对接部。
本发明的有益效果是:
通过采用本旋转式辐照设备相较于传统设备,使辐照装置与辐照物品载物台可相对旋转,这样可以使光照更加均匀,旋转带来的作用也使得辐照的液体物品可以混匀,环向的布局也让可容纳的辐照物品的量更多。

参照图1至图4,一种旋转式辐照设备,包括:
内辐照装置基座1,所述内辐照装置基座1的侧围上设置有第一辐照装置2a;
辐照物品载物台3,所述辐照物品载物台3环绕的、可相对转动的设置于内辐照装置基座1外围;
所述辐照物品载物台3上设置有用于固定待辐照物品的固定装置4。
所述辐照物品载物台3外围设置有第二辐照装置2b,所述第二辐照装置2b环绕的设置于辐照物品载物台3外,所述第二辐照装置2b与辐照物品载物台3可相互转动。
上述的第二辐照装置2b可以设置于固定的外辐照装置基座上,外辐照装置基座可设置为一平台。
上述的辐照物品载物台3可以设置于内辐照装置基座1上,让辐照物品载物台3可以转动。驱动该辐照物品载物台3转动的电机可以布置于内辐照装置基座1下方,只要不与辐照物品载物台3、内辐照装置基座1、外辐照装置基座等部件发生干涉即可。
所述第一辐照装置2a、第二辐照装置2b均主要由至少三个辐照单元210组成,所述辐照单元210环向布置。这里的第一辐照装置2a、第二辐照装置2b均为紫外线照射装置。内外均设置有辐照装置,对辐照物品载物台3上的辐照物品以更充分的进行辐照。
所述辐照单元210包括支撑架211和设置于该支撑架211上的辐照灯212。辐照灯212可移动的设置于该支撑架211上。
所述支撑架211包含支撑板213和滑轨214,所述支撑板213与滑轨214滑动连接,用于使该支撑板213沿该滑轨214可移动,所述辐照灯212排布与该支撑板213上;所述支撑板213上背离辐照灯212的一侧板面为反光面。
上述的第一辐照装置2a的滑轨214设置于内辐照装置基座1上,上述的第二辐照装置2b的滑轨214设置于外辐照装置基座5上。这里的内辐照装置基座1可以支撑于外辐照装置基座5上。
所述辐照物品载物台3包含用于承载物品的、透明的载物部310,除了 设置为透明的载物部310以外,所述辐照物品载物台3还可以是包含用于承载物品的、由丝网结构组成的载物部310。这样设置为透明的载物部310或丝网构成的载物部310,使辐照灯212无论从上还是从下均可以充分的照射到辐照物品上。
所述固定装置4包含设置于载物部310上的夹具。所述夹具包含位于载物部310上的对接装置、与该对装置分体式连接的安装座4,所述安装座4用于固定辐照产品后与所述对接装置连接,使安装座4固定在载物部310上。
所述安装座4包含中部中空的上固定框410和下固定框420,所述下固定框420上设置有固定钉421,所述上固定框410上设置有与固定钉421对应的通孔411,所述上固定框410和下固定框420的一侧连接形成合页机构,另一侧通过夹扣430连接;所述上固定框410和下固定框420任意一个上设置有用于与对接装置对接的对接部。使用时,将待辐照物品(血袋)夹在上固定框410和下固定框420之间,锁紧夹扣430即可。
辐照物品载物台3可以是一笼型框架结构,载物部310设置于该笼型框架结构的外侧,载物部310为环绕该辐照物品载物台3中心排布的多个卡槽311,一个卡槽311对应于一个安装座4,上述的对接装置可以在卡槽311的两侧内壁上设置凸棱320,安装座4的两侧设置有与凸棱320适配的滑槽440,滑槽440与凸棱320配合后完成对安装座4的定位固定,在卡槽311的底部上还可以设置一卡扣,在安装座4的底部设置于该卡扣对应的卡扣安装部,卡扣与卡扣安装部对接后固定安装座4,放置安装座4滑落。

- 如权利要求1所述的一种旋转式辐照设备,其特征在于,所述辐照物品载物台外围设置有第二辐照装置,所述第二辐照装置环绕的设置于辐照物品载物台外,所述第二辐照装置与辐照物品载物台可相互转动。载物台可以自动旋转,转速可以依据需要设置。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种旋转式辐照设备,其特征在于,所述第一辐照装置、第二辐照装置均主要由至少三个辐照单元组成,所述辐照单元环向布置。
