上述现有的滚筒式洗衣机,在执行洗涤程序时,洗涤水会利用滚筒上设置的过水孔在滚筒和外筒之间交叉流动,会导致滚筒外部、外筒内部之间普遍留存有大量污垢,为了避免上述污垢对洗涤水的污染,申请人之前就提出了一种将内外筒合二为一的无孔滚筒洗衣机,以在滚筒上不设置常开的通孔,使洗衣机工作过程中避免了滚筒和外筒之间产生水流交换,克服了现有洗衣机存在的滚筒和外筒之间留存污垢、对滚筒内洗涤水和衣物污染的问题。
但是,上述的无孔滚筒洗衣机还存在如下问题:为了防止滚筒内外水的交 叉流动,还需要在洗衣机工作过程中对滚筒筒口进行封闭,而如何对可旋转的滚筒的筒口进行相应封闭就成了急需解决的技术问题。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种洗衣机门体结构及洗衣机,以实现对洗衣机滚筒的筒口进行密封闭合的目的。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案的基本构思是:
一种洗衣机门体结构,
其包括,
第一门体和第二门体,
第一门体和第二门体之间设有锁扣结构,锁扣结构用于将第一门体和第二门体相连接、或解锁分离。
进一步,第一门体和第二门体之间设有连接件,连接件的一端与第一门体相连、另一端经锁扣结构和第二门体相连。
进一步,第一门体上设有凸出延伸的连接部,连接部的凸出端经锁扣结构与第二门体相连。
进一步,所述锁扣结构包括,
锁止销,可伸缩的安装于第一门体上、或安装于与第一门体相连接的连接件上、或安装于第一门体凸出设置的连接部上;
插接槽,与锁止销相对的设于第二门体上,用于供伸出的锁止销对应插接;
驱动单元,用于对锁止销伸缩移动提供驱动力;
优选的,锁止销的伸缩方向为滚筒的径向方向。
进一步,连接件、或连接部为可产生轴向伸缩变化的伸缩杆,伸缩杆的一 端与第一门体相连、另一端经锁扣结构与第二门体相连;
优选的,伸缩杆沿滚筒轴线方向延伸;
进一步优选的,第二门体朝向第一门体的一侧设有凹槽,用于供伸缩杆的伸缩端对应插入。
进一步,伸缩杆的伸缩端的外周壁上排布有至少一个沿不同径向方向延伸的、并可在延伸方向上产生径向伸缩的锁止销;
优选的,第二门体的凹槽侧壁上设有沿凹槽径向延伸的、供锁止销对应插入的插接槽。
进一步,所述锁扣结构包括,
第一磁吸件,设于第一门体上;
第二磁吸件,设于第二门体上;
第一磁吸件和第二磁吸件之间可形成相吸的磁性作用力;
优选的,第一磁吸件和第二磁吸件中的至少一个为电磁铁,用于控制第一磁吸件和第二磁吸件之间的磁性作用力形成、或消失。

其包括,
壳体,具有衣物投放口;
滚筒,具有与衣物投放口相对开设的筒口,可绕筒轴旋转的安装于壳体内;
壳体或滚筒上安装有上述的门体结构,门体结构的第一门体、或第二门体用于封闭滚筒筒口。
进一步,第一门体,用于封闭洗衣机滚筒筒口;相对的第二门体,用于对第一门体进行遮挡,封闭洗衣机壳体上的衣物投放口、和/或外筒筒口;
或者,第二门体,用于封闭洗衣机滚筒筒口;相对的第一门体,用于对第 二门体进行遮挡,封闭洗衣机壳体上的衣物投放口、和/或外筒筒口。
进一步,门体结构的第一门体经铰链结构可翻转的安装于壳体上,壳体上设有第二锁扣结构,用于对闭合衣物投放口的第一门体和壳体相锁止、或解锁。
进一步,经减震支撑件安装的外筒,滚筒可旋转的套装于外筒内,外筒筒口经筒状窗垫与衣物投放口外周的壳体相连;
优选的,筒状窗垫上设有可产生延展变形的至少一处褶皱部;
进一步优选的,窗垫由可产生柔性变形的材质构成。
进一步,壳体内设有经减震支撑件安装的外筒,滚筒可旋转的套装于外筒内,门体结构的第一门体经铰链结构可翻转的安装于外筒上,外筒上设有第二锁扣结构,用于对闭合外筒筒口的第一门体和外筒相锁止、或解锁。
进一步,滚筒上设有第三锁扣结构,用于在第二门体处于对应扣合封闭滚筒筒口的状态时,使第二门体和滚筒相连接、或解锁分离;
优选的,滚筒和壳体之间设有定位结构,用于将可绕筒轴旋转的滚筒停转至固定位置;在滚筒处于固定位置时,锁扣结构的锁止销和插接槽一一相对的同轴设置。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
通过上述设置,将门体结构设置为可控分离的两个门体,以使得分离后的一门体与滚筒共同旋转、而对滚筒筒口进行对应静密封,而另一门体对旋转的滚筒进行遮蔽,实现了洗衣机工作过程中对滚筒筒口进行有效密封的显著技术进步。
同时,本发明结构简单,效果显著,示意推广使用。

如图1至图6所示,本发明实施例中介绍了一种洗衣机,其包括壳体1,壳体内部安装有滚筒3,滚筒3为不具有常开通孔的桶状结构,在衣物处理设备执行洗涤衣物程序时滚筒可独立盛放洗涤水、并可进行旋转,利用旋转作用力摔打衣物和水而实现对滚筒内衣物进行洗涤处理的效果,避免了衣物处理设备工作过程中洗涤水在滚筒3内外交叉流动,造成洗涤水被筒外堆积的污垢和细菌污染而无法对衣物进行彻底清洗的问题。
本发明实施例中,滚筒3上设有至少一个排水口,各排水口处分别安装有离心排水阀,各离心排水阀的阀芯对应封堵排水口,使得衣物处理设备在正常工作过程中,滚筒的排水口在阀芯作用下被封堵,进而保证滚筒形成密封盛水容器。同时,在滚筒3转速达到设定值后,阀芯受离心力驱动而对应打开排水口,使得滚筒内盛放的洗涤水自排水口向外排出,流至滚筒3外部的集水容器中,然后经集水容器底部相连通的排水管流出衣物处理设备(未在附图中示出)。
本发明实施例中,所述的集水容器为一独立部件,可以为其他设置于滚筒3下方、外周的集水槽,也可以由现有的外筒2(如图1至图6所示)直接构成等等。
本发明实施例中,滚筒3可旋转的安装于支撑件上,所述的支撑件可以为独立件、也可以为其他件;支撑件的两侧分别设置滚筒3和电机12,电机12的转子经穿过支撑件的轴13与滚筒的筒底同轴相连,以驱动滚筒3绕筒轴旋转。优选的,如图1至图6所示,本发明实施例中,所述的支撑件为套设于滚筒3外部的外筒2,外筒2经减震支撑件14,可伸缩移动的安装于衣物处理设备的壳体1内;同时,将所述的外筒2构成将滚筒3自打开的排水口流出的排水水流进行收集的集水容器。
如图1至图6所示,本发明实施例中,洗衣机上安装有门体结构,门体结构包括:第二门体5,用于封闭滚筒3的筒口;第一门体4,用于遮挡第二门体5,封闭壳体1上设置的衣物投放口、或外筒2的筒口;第一门体4和第二门体5之间设有锁扣结构6,锁扣结构6用于将第一门体4和第二门体5相锁止连接、或解锁分离。
在洗衣机门体结构打开、或闭合过程中,锁扣结构6处于连接状态,第一门体4和第二门体5相连,用户通过拉拽第一门体4,就可带动第一门体5共同打开、或闭合;
而在洗衣机工作时,锁扣结构6处于解锁状态,第一门体4和第二门体5分离,第一门体4对应封闭洗衣机壳体1上的衣物投放口、和/或外筒2的筒口,而第二门体5对应封闭滚筒3的筒口,实现滚筒3形成密封盛水容器、对衣物进行洗涤处理的效果。
通过上述设置,将门体结构设置为可控分离的两个门体,以使得分离后的一门体与滚筒共同旋转、而对滚筒筒口进行对应静密封,而另一门体对旋转的滚筒进行遮蔽,实现了洗衣机工作过程中对滚筒筒口进行有效密封的显著技术进步。
实施例一
如图1至图4所示,本实施例中介绍了一种洗衣机,洗衣机上安装有门体结构,门体结构包括第一门体4和第二门体5,第一门体4和第二门体5之间设有锁扣结构6,锁扣结构6用于将第一门体4和第二门体5相锁止连接、或解锁分离。
如图1至图4所示,本实施例中,第一门体4和第二门体5之间设有连接件7,连接件7的一端与第一门体4相连、另一端经锁扣结构6和第二门体5相连。
如图3和图4所示,本实施例中,所述的连接件7为可沿滚筒轴向伸缩、使轴向长度产生变化的伸缩杆71,伸缩杆71的固定端与第一门体4相连、另一端为伸缩端,伸缩杆71的伸缩端经锁扣结构6与第二门体5相连;优选的,伸缩杆71沿滚筒3轴线方向延伸,以使得伸缩杆71伸出时,令伸缩杆71的伸缩端可与第二门体5相接触、并触动锁扣结构6动作而使第一门体4和第二门体5相连为一体;而在锁扣结构6解锁后,第二门体5和伸缩杆71相分离,伸缩端回缩,会令伸缩杆71的伸缩端与第二门体5相分离,进而实现门体结构对滚筒3的筒口进行有效密封的前提下、还避免了滚筒3转动过程中与壳体1产生相干涉情况的发生,并还能实现对滚筒3的筒口封闭的第二门体5进行可控开闭操作的效果。
本实施例中,所述的伸缩杆可以为现有技术任一所述的可产生周向伸缩位 移的液压杆、气压杆、传动杆等等;例如:如图3和图4所示,伸缩杆71由多节套筒构成,各节套筒之间经传动机构分别与伸缩杆71固定端所设的控制电机72相连,以在控制电机72作用下驱动各节套筒收缩、或展开,进而实现伸缩杆71轴线长度的伸缩变化。
如图3和图4所示,本实施例中,第二门体5朝向第一门体4的一侧设有凹槽65,用于供伸缩杆71的伸缩端对应插入,使得上述凹槽65构成伸缩杆71的伸缩端对应插接的定位槽,以对伸缩杆71的伸缩端向外伸出、与第二门体5相接触的过程中进行引导定位。
如图3和图4所示,本实施例中,所述锁扣结构6包括,锁止销61,可伸缩的安装于连接件7上;插接槽62,与锁止销61相对的设于第二门体5上,用于供伸出的锁止销61对应插接;驱动单元63,用于对锁止销61伸缩移动提供驱动力。本实施例中,驱动单元63可以为现有的任一结构,例如如图3和图4所示:驱动单元63包括一电机,电机的输出端经传动机构64与锁止销61相连;所述的传动机构64可以为齿轮齿条结构:电机的输出端啮合齿轮,锁止销61的一侧设有沿轴线延伸的齿条,齿轮和齿条相啮合以驱动锁止销61沿轴向伸缩移动;当然上述传动机构还可以采用现有的其他形式设置。
优选的,锁止销61的伸缩方向为滚筒3的径向方向,且锁止销61的轴线与其伸缩方向相同,以保证锁止销61伸出、与第二门体5相插接后,实现连接件7与第二门体5固定相连,令第二门体5可随第一门体4一起翻转开闭的效果。
如图3和图4所示,本实施例中,伸缩杆71的伸缩端的外周壁上排布有至少一个沿不同径向方向延伸的、并可在延伸方向上产生径向伸缩的锁止销61;第二门体5的凹槽65侧壁上设有沿凹槽径向延伸的、供锁止销61一一对应插 入的插接槽62。
本实施例中,第二门体5,用于封闭洗衣机滚筒3的筒口,并在洗衣机运行过程中随滚筒3一并旋转;相对的第一门体4,用于对第二门体5进行遮挡,封闭洗衣机壳体1上的衣物投放口、和/或外筒2的筒口。
当然,本实施例中,为了保证第二门体5闭合后与滚筒3的筒口之间的密封性,可以在第二门体5朝向滚筒3一侧设置门封结构,所述门封结构为可以为现有技术中的任一结构,例如:第二门体5外周设置的至少一圈密封条,所述密封条由可产生弹性变形的橡胶等材质构成;在第二门体5闭合至滚筒3的筒口后,密封条处于第二门体5与滚筒3的筒口之间,利用密封条自身可产生弹性变形的特性,对二者之间的间隙进行有效密封(未在图中示出)。
如图1至图2所示,本实施例中,门体结构的第一门体4经铰链结构10可向外翻转的安装于洗衣机的壳体1上,以对应封闭、或打开壳体1上设置的衣物投放口。本实施例中,所述的铰链结构10的旋转轴线可以沿第一门体4的任一切向方向延伸;优选的,铰链结构10设于第一门体4的左侧、或右侧,铰链结构10的旋转轴线竖直延伸。壳体1上设有第二锁扣结构8,用于第一门体4处于闭合衣物投放口的位置时,使第一门体4和壳体1相锁止、或解锁。上述的铰链结构10可以为现有的任一可实现门体翻转开闭的铰链结构,而第二锁扣结构8可以为本实施例中上述的锁扣结构6,也可以为现有其他可实现门体闭合后锁止的锁扣结构。
如图1至图2所示,本实施例中,洗衣机的壳体1内设有经减震支撑件14安装的外筒2,滚筒3可旋转的套装于外筒2内,外筒2的筒口经筒状窗垫11与衣物投放口外周的壳体1相连。通过在外筒筒口设置窗垫,以使得衣物取放过程中不会自外筒筒口和壳体之间缝隙漏入壳体内情况的发生;同时,还能避 免自滚筒流出、进入外筒的洗涤水自外筒筒口溢流情况的发生。
本实施例中,所述的筒状窗垫11上设有可产生延展变形的至少一处褶皱部;且所述的窗垫11由可产生柔性变形的材质构成,以实现洗衣机运行过程中外筒2产生震动时不会因与壳体1不同步而造成窗垫11损坏情况的发生。
如图1和图2所示,本实施例中,滚筒3上设有第三锁扣结构9,用于在第二门体5处于对应扣合封闭滚筒3筒口的状态时,使第二门体5和滚筒3相连接、或解锁分离。同样的,第三锁扣结构9也可以为本实施例中上述的锁扣结构6,也可以为现有其他可实现门体闭合后锁止的锁扣结构。
本实施例中,为了实现第二门体和伸缩杆的伸缩端之间的锁扣结构的锁止顺畅性可以进行如下设置:滚筒3和壳体1之间设有定位结构,用于将可绕筒轴旋转的滚筒3停转至固定位置;在滚筒3处于固定位置时,锁扣结构6的锁止销61和插接槽62一一相对的同轴设置。上述的定位结构可以为现有的任一结构,例如:在壳体1上设置与滚筒3偏心设置的、可伸缩的插接柱,而在滚筒3上对应设置插接槽,插接柱伸出后,直至滚筒转动至固定位置后才会插入插接槽,实现滚筒停转、进而就可达到滚筒定位至固定位置的目的(未在附图中注明)。
实施例二
本实施例与上述实施例一的区别在于:第一门体4上设有凸出延伸的连接部,连接部的凸出端经锁扣结构6与第二门体5相连(未在附图中注明)。
通过将连接部与第一门体一体设置,使得第一门体的部分向外凸出、直接构成与第二门体相连的连接部,进而减少了门体结构的部件数量、提升了洗衣机门体的装配便利性。
同时,上述第一门体4上设置的连接部依然可以由沿滚筒3轴向延伸、可 伸缩设置的伸缩杆71构成,伸缩杆71的固定端与第一门体4相一体设置,同样可实现第一门体4和第二门体5可控的分离、或相连的效果,进而达到滚筒3旋转时第一门体4和第二门体5相分离的使用目的。
实施例三
本实施例与上述实施例一的区别在于:
如图5和图6所示,本实施例中,洗衣机壳体1内设有经减震支撑件14安装的外筒2,滚筒3可旋转的套装于外筒2内,门体结构的第一门体4经铰链结构10可翻转的安装于外筒2上,外筒2上设有第二锁扣结构8,用于对闭合的第一门体4和外筒2相锁止、或解锁。从而,使得门体结构整体安装于外筒2上,并与壳体1上设置的衣物投放口相对开设,同样可以实现用户对应开闭门体结构、并对随滚筒3共同旋转的第二门体5进行有效遮挡的使用效果。
实施例四
本实施例与上述实施例的区别在于:
本实施例中,洗衣机门体结构的第一门体4,用于封闭洗衣机滚筒3的筒口;相对的第二门体5,用于对第一门体4进行遮挡,封闭洗衣机壳体1上的衣物投放口、和/或外筒2的筒口(未在附图中注明)。
同样的,本实施例中的上述技术方案同样可以实现在洗衣机运行时,第一门体4与壳体1相分离后随滚筒3共同旋转、对滚筒3的筒口进行封闭;在洗衣机运行结束时,第一门体4与第二门体5相连、并解锁后,使第一门体4可随第二门体5一起向外翻转打开,便于用户向滚筒3内投放衣物、或自滚筒3内取出衣物。
实施例五
本实施例基于上述实施例,还具有如下区别技术特征:
本实施例中,所述锁扣结构6包括,
第一磁吸件,设于第一门体4上;
第二磁吸件,设于第二门体5上;
第一磁吸件和第二磁吸件之间可形成相吸的磁性作用力(未在附图中注明)。
本实施例中,通过上述结构,使得两个磁吸件产生同向的磁极,令两个磁吸件之间可产生相互吸引的磁性作用力,以保证第一门体4和第二门体5之间可在磁吸作用力的作用下相连,使第一门体4和第二门体5可形成一体件、以共同移动而相应开闭滚筒3的筒口和壳体1上的衣物投放口、外筒2的筒口。
优选的,本实施例中,第一磁吸件和第二磁吸件中的至少一个为电磁铁,用于控制第一磁吸件和第二磁吸件之间的磁性作用力形成、或消失,以使得洗衣机工作过程中,第一磁吸件和第二磁吸件之间的磁性吸附力消失,而实现第一门体4和第二门体5相互分离、第二门体5随滚筒共同旋转的目的,进而达到在洗衣机运行时第二门体5对滚筒3的筒口进行可靠静密封的效果。
进一步优选的,本实施例中,第二门体5上设置的第二磁吸件为永磁铁,第一门体4上设置的第一磁吸件为电磁铁,永磁铁朝向第一门体4一侧的磁极和电磁铁朝向第二门体一侧的磁极相反设置。

  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机门体结构,其特征在于:第一门体上设有凸出延伸的连接部,连接部的凸出端经锁扣结构与第二门体相连。

    锁止销,可伸缩的安装于第一门体上、或安装于与第一门体相连接的连接件上、或安装于第一门体凸出设置的连接部上;

    壳体或滚筒上安装有上述权利要求1至7任一所述的门体结构,门体结构的第一门体、或第二门体用于封闭滚筒筒口。

    第一门体,用于封闭洗衣机滚筒筒口;
    相对的第二门体,用于对第一门体进行遮挡,封闭洗衣机壳体上的衣物投 放口、和/或外筒筒口;

    第二门体,用于封闭洗衣机滚筒筒口;

  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:门体结构的第一门体经铰链结构可翻转的安装于壳体上,壳体上设有第二锁扣结构,用于对闭合衣物投放口的第一门体和壳体相锁止、或解锁。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:经减震支撑件安装的外筒,滚筒可旋转的套装于外筒内,外筒筒口经筒状窗垫与衣物投放口外周的壳体相连;
    优选的,筒状窗垫上设有可产生延展变形的至少一处褶皱部;
    进一步优选的,窗垫由可产生柔性变形的材质构成。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:壳体内设有经减震支撑件安装的外筒,滚筒可旋转的套装于外筒内,门体结构的第一门体经铰链结构可翻转的安装于外筒上,外筒上设有第二锁扣结构,用于对闭合外筒筒口的第一门体和外筒相锁止、或解锁。
  13. 根据权利要求8至12所述的一种洗衣机,其特征在于:滚筒上设有第三锁扣结构,用于在第二门体处于对应扣合封闭滚筒筒口的状态时,使第二门体和滚筒相连接、或解锁分离;
    优选的,滚筒和壳体之间设有定位结构,用于将可绕筒轴旋转的滚筒停转至固定位置;在滚筒处于固定位置时,锁扣结构的锁止销和插接槽一一相对的同轴设置。
