通过在洗衣机的滚筒侧壁上设置经门体可对应开闭的衣物投放口,实现了用户自滚筒侧壁取放衣物的目的,改进了滚筒洗衣机的整机结构布局,便于用户自上向下对滚筒内部进行观察、和衣物投放、取拿的目的;还有,将滚筒设置为不具备脱水孔的无孔滚筒,令洗衣机整机结构简化,并令滚筒两端分别经转轴相支撑固定,提升了滚筒转动的平稳性、降低了洗衣机运行过程中的噪音及震动。
通过将洗衣机的滚筒设置为不具备脱水孔的密封容器,实现了滚筒同时具备盛水外筒和搅拌滚筒的双重功效,避免了洗涤水在内外筒之间流动而造成的滚筒外壁、外筒内壁留存污垢情况的发生,提升了洗衣机筒内的洁净度,达到了洗衣机免清洗的目的。
同时,本发明结构简单,效果显著,适宜推广使用。

参见图1至图10所示,本发明实施例提供一种洗衣机,其包括安装于洗衣机壳体100内的滚筒200;滚筒200包括围成一筒状结构的侧壁01、筒状侧壁01的两端分别经密封部02封堵密封,滚筒200的侧壁01上设有衣物投放口03,衣物投放口03处设有可开闭的门体300,以使用户可自滚筒侧壁01上的衣物投放口3向内取放衣物。
通过上述设置,实现了在洗衣机的滚筒侧壁设置衣物投放口,并令滚筒所设衣物投放口被门体相对应密封闭合、或打开取放衣物的目的;同时,将衣物投放口设置于滚筒侧壁,令用户可自洗衣机上部打开门体,向滚筒内取放衣物的目的;更特别的在于,将滚筒衣物投放口经门体密封设置,使得滚筒可设置为一密封容器,令滚筒洗涤过程中,可使滚筒两端均被转轴支撑,避免了滚筒产生偏心旋转情况的产生。
实施例一
如图1和图8所示,本实施例中介绍了一种洗衣机,滚筒200的侧壁01上设有衣物投放口03,衣物投放口03处设有可开闭的门体300。
通过在洗衣机的滚筒侧壁上设置经门体可对应开闭的衣物投放口,实现了用户自滚筒侧壁取放衣物的目的,改进了滚筒洗衣机的整机结构布局,便于用户自上向下对滚筒内部进行观察、和衣物投放、取拿的目的。
本实施例中,所述滚筒200的筒状侧壁01的两端分别经密封部02密封设置,以使滚筒构成一密封的筒状腔室。滚筒200可以为其上不具有脱水孔的、仅于滚筒侧壁01上设置衣物投放口03的密封容器,使得本实施例中的滚筒同时具备了旋转对衣物摔打洗涤、和密封盛放洗涤用水的双重目的,实现了将滚筒洗衣机的内外筒合二为一、集成于唯一滚筒的效果。
本实施例中,为了实现构成密封容器的滚筒进水功能,可以采用现有的任一进水结构,例如:将滚筒200中心相连的转轴011设置为套筒,并令套筒的两端分别与洗衣机进水结构和滚筒内部相连通,以实现经套筒向滚筒内部进水的目的;为了实现构成密封容器的滚筒脱水、排水功能,可以在滚筒200上设置现有任一的脱水、排水结构,例如:侧壁01上设置排水口,排水口处对应安装有离心阀,以在滚筒高速旋转时将离心阀的阀芯受离心力作用而打开、滚筒低速旋转时离心阀的阀芯受自身制动力而闭合。
本实施例中,滚筒200沿轴线方向的两端中至少一端经转轴011安装于壳体100上、并与驱动电机的转子相连接,令滚筒200可绕转轴011旋转的安装于壳体100内;优选的,转轴011均与滚筒200轴线同轴设置;进一步优选的,滚筒200的两密封端分别经转轴011与壳体100相连接,以使得滚筒200两端均被支撑,使得滚筒200在转动工作过程中不会产生偏心旋转的情况,令洗衣机可以不再设置平衡环等纠偏结构,简化了洗衣机的整机结构、提 升了整机运行的平稳、降低了震动和噪音。
实施例二
如图1和图8所示,本实施例中介绍了一种洗衣机,其包括安装于外壳100内的滚筒200,滚筒200轴线水平、或倾斜设置,滚筒200侧壁上设有衣物投放口03,滚筒200上设有可翻转开闭衣物投放口03的门体300。
本实施例中,所述的滚筒200包括呈圆筒状的侧壁01,圆筒状侧壁01的两端分别经对应侧密封部02相密封设置,令滚筒200构成一圆筒状密封容器;圆筒状侧壁01上设有一开口,所述开口构成衣物投放口03,门体300可向外翻转打开的、对应覆盖开口设置。优选的,滚筒200轴线水平延伸,滚筒200两密封端分别经转轴011与洗衣机壳体100相铰接,以使滚筒200可绕轴产生旋转的安装于洗衣机壳体100内部。
本实施例中,门体300的一侧经铰链结构400与滚筒200相铰接,令门体可绕转轴旋转的安装于滚筒200上。
本实施例中,门体300的中部向滚筒200内部凸出,以形成自衣物投放口03伸入滚筒200内部的凸出部;凸出部相对滚筒200内壁向筒内凸出设置,以令凸出8带动滚筒200内衣物、随滚筒200旋转而产生提升和摔打运动,以对衣物进行洗涤、令凸出部具备了滚筒提升筋的功能。
本实施例中,门体300上设有至少一个添加剂投放部,各添加投放部分别经自动投放结构与滚筒200内部相连通,以使添加剂投放部内盛放的添加剂对应投放入滚筒200内。优选的,门体300上所设凸出部内部中空,中空腔室构成一个或多个相互独立的添加剂投放部。
本实施例中,门体300的外周呈一平滑的环状曲面,环状曲面与衣物投放口03外沿处的滚筒200外壁相对应贴合接触。本实施例中,门体300与滚筒200的对应贴合接触处设有一圈弹性材质构成的密封圈,以对应密封门体300与滚筒200扣合接触处。
本实施例中,洗衣机壳体100的顶部设有可向上翻转打开的门盖700,所述滚筒200上所设衣物投放口03与门盖700在竖直方向上对应重合设置,以令用户可自打开的门盖700,对壳体100内、滚筒衣物投放口03处的门体300进行开闭操作。
实施例三
本实施例基于上述实施例二,还具有如下技术特征:如图1和8所示,本实施例中,洗衣机壳体100内还设有外筒800,外筒800的上下两端分别经挂簧82和支撑件83与洗衣机壳体的上部和下部分别相连接,以使外筒800可产生震动位移的安装于壳体100内部。所述滚筒200同轴套装于外筒800内部,所述外筒800的两端均密封设置,以将外筒800形成一 密封容器,用于容纳洗衣机进水。
本实施例中,外筒800侧壁顶部设置开口,所述开口与滚筒侧壁1上所设衣物投放口3相对设置,以在滚筒200停止转动后,用户可自外筒侧壁1顶部所设开口对衣物投放口3处的门体300进行操控开闭,进而实现对衣物的投放和拿取。
本实施例中,套装于外筒800内的滚筒200上设有多个排水口4,各排水口处分别设有利用滚筒高速旋转离心力驱动开闭的密封阀,以将滚筒200内部与滚筒200和外筒800之间腔室可控的分别相连通。
本实施例中,外筒800侧壁顶部所设开口处对应设有可开闭的、对应密封开口的外筒盖,以使洗衣机运行过程中外筒构成一独立的密封容器;或者,如图2和图3所示,洗衣机壳体100顶部设有门盖700,门盖700扣合于壳体100后,可令门盖700对应密封闭合外筒800上所设开口,同样可实现对洗衣机外筒开口进行对应密封的目的。
本实施例中,为了保证外筒密封性、防止外筒内容纳的洗涤水自开口外流,还进行了如下设置:
本实施例中,在外筒800开口处连接一向上延伸的柔性套筒81,所述的柔性套筒81由可产生轴向、径向伸缩位移的波纹管构成;所述柔性套筒81的一端与外筒800上所设开口内壁相密封连接、另一端与壳体100对应开口内壁相密封连接,以使得外筒800开口经柔性套筒81与壳体100上对应开口相连通,避免了外筒内洗涤水自开口流至外筒与壳体之间情况的发生。
同时,为了提升洗衣机使用的便利性,在洗衣机上可以加装一滚筒定位装置,以在滚筒停止转动时,滚筒的停止转动位置始终为滚筒所设衣物投放口朝向顶部的壳体开口设置,以便于用户对衣物投放口处的门体进行操控、自衣物投放口向滚筒内投放和取拿衣物。
实施例四
如图1至图5所示,本实施例中介绍了一种上述免清洗洗衣机用的滚筒提升筋结构,所述的滚筒提升筋2,包括沿滚筒侧壁构造线延伸的提升筋本体2000,本体为下侧为敞口、扣合于滚筒200内侧壁的壳体结构,提升筋本体2000内部中空以构成供密封阀安装的安装腔3,提升筋2上设有将滚筒200中的洗涤水引导入安装腔3内的通水结构。
通过将滚筒提升筋设置为中空腔室,以使提升筋内部形成供排水密封阀安装的腔室,进而达到对密封阀进行隐蔽装配、实现免清洗洗衣机利用离心力排水的功能;同时,将提升筋沿滚筒构造线延伸,以在滚筒旋转时,提升筋阻挡贴壁流动的洗涤水,令阻挡后的洗涤水经提升筋上所设通水结构流入提升筋内部,进而达到引导水流外排的目的。
如图1所示,本实施例中,提升筋本体2000的下侧两相对侧壁处分别设有向下竖直突出的安装筋,安装筋的下端设有与滚筒200侧壁相固定的安装结构。
本实施例中,提升筋2的下侧的左右侧边处分别设有第一安装筋15和第二安装筋16,第一安装筋15的下端设有与滚筒200侧壁所设螺栓孔相对固定安装的螺栓孔19、第二安装筋16的下端设有与滚筒200侧壁所设定位孔相对应插接定位的定位销18;进一步优选的,两个第一安装筋15和两个第二安装筋16分布于方形提升筋2的四个端角处,且两个第一安装筋15相对提升筋2中心对称设置、两个第二安装筋16相对提升筋2中心对称设置。
通过在提升筋的四个端角处分别设置用于固定的安装筋,以实现提升筋的四个端角分别紧固安装,令提升筋的装配更为牢靠;同时,通过在安装筋上分别设置螺栓孔和定位销,令提升筋在经定位销进行预定位装配后,再经螺栓紧固固定,提高了提升筋的装配速率。
如图4所示,本实施例中,提升筋2的下侧面相对两侧壁处分别设有向下竖直突出的固定筋20,固定筋20的下端设有水平凸出延伸的卡爪21,令卡爪21与滚筒200侧壁上对应所设的卡孔相对应卡接固定;优选的,固定筋20靠近提升筋2对应侧边的中心设置;进一步优选的,卡爪21自提升筋2对应侧边向提升筋2中心方形凸出延伸。
本实施例中,提升筋本体2000为自左右两侧向中部逐渐向上突出的锥形。
如图2至图4所示,本实施例中,提升筋2外周呈端角具有圆弧倒角的方形,提升筋2的左右两侧面为自外周向中心逐渐升高的斜面,提升筋2的顶部为具有圆弧倒角的、将两侧面顶部相连接的光滑弧面;提升筋2的前后两端为自光滑弧面的端部逐渐向外周方向、向下倾斜的斜面,斜面的两侧边分别经圆弧倒角面与提升筋2侧面的对应端相密封连接。
通过将提升筋外观面设置为由多个光滑曲面构成,以降低提升筋与衣物的摩擦程度,进而提高了洗涤效率、降低了衣物洗涤磨损率。
本实施例中,提升筋本体2000的外周与滚筒200侧壁相对应贴合接触,外周设有至少一段豁口11,以供滚筒200中的洗涤水自豁口11流入安装腔3内;优选的,在方形提升筋2的左右侧边分别设有间隔排布的多段豁口11;进一步优选的,在左右侧边的靠近两端处分别设有一段豁口11,第一安装筋15和第二安装筋16分别与对应端角处的豁口11设于相应的断面中,固定筋20与豁口相交错设置。
通过在提升筋底部设置多段交错的豁口,以对提升筋提供稳固装配的前提下,利用豁口将贴合滚筒壁流动的洗涤水经提升筋阻挡后经豁口流入提升筋内部,进而达到了利用滚筒高速旋转的离心力作用、使洗涤水全部经提升筋底部的豁口外排的目的。
本实施例中,提升筋2所围安装腔3的下侧由滚筒200侧壁构成,滚筒200侧壁的相应 区域设有与安装腔3内部相连通的排水口4,排水口4处安装有利用离心力控制开闭的密封阀;优选的,排水口4设于提升筋2的轴线上。
本实施例中,提升筋2的下侧设有两条竖直向下延伸的、处于安装腔内的限位筋22,两条限位筋22间相隔一定间隙,令密封阀的配重块在间隙内移动,使间隙为密封阀运动提供限位作用;优选的,两条限位筋22相对提升筋2轴线对称排布。
如图3所示,本实施例中,在提升筋本体2000上排布有多个透水孔12,各透水孔12分别将安装腔3与提升筋本体2000外部的滚筒相连通,以引导滚筒200中洗涤水流入提升筋内部,进一步提升滚筒中洗涤水流入提升筋的速率。优选的,提升筋2的后端靠近滚筒底设置,提升筋2的后侧底部与滚筒200侧壁之间相距一定间隙,以引导安装腔3内洗涤水向后流向滚筒200的滚筒底。
实施例五
如图1至图7所示,本实施例中介绍了一种上述洗衣机用的密封阀安装结构,所述密封阀安装结构包括安装于滚筒200内侧壁上的支撑板9,支撑板9中部设有与滚筒200侧壁上所设排水口4相对应的通孔23,支撑板9与滚筒200侧壁之间相距一定间隙,以构成供密封阀阀芯上下移动的空间;支撑板9上侧固定安装有套筒状的安装套6,安装套6的内侧通孔与支撑板9上所设通孔23同轴相对设置,以将密封阀的阀芯同轴、可上下移动的安装于内侧通孔中。
通过在滚筒上设置上述安装结构,使排水口处所设密封阀的阀芯可对应装配于支撑板与滚筒之间间隙处,实现了阀芯在间隙处存有上下活动余量,保证阀芯对应堵塞、或打开排水口的目的;同时,将阀塞柱对应装配于安装套中,以利用安装套对阀塞柱进行运动方向的限位,进而避免阀塞柱产生倾斜情况的发生;还有,通过在支撑板上设置安装套,令密封阀的配重块支撑点可对应安装于安装套外周处,保证了配重块的撬动旋转和安装固定。
本实施例中,所述的密封阀安装结构设于上述实施例一种所述的提升筋内部,可以在提升筋内部的安装腔内安装一个或多个密封阀,每个密封阀包括一个上述的密封阀安装结构。
如图1所示,本实施例中,洗衣机滚筒200的侧壁安装有至少一个提升筋2,提升筋本体2000为下侧为敞口、扣合于滚筒200内侧壁的壳体结构,升筋本体200内部中空以构成供密封阀安装的安装腔3,所述密封阀安装结构设于安装腔3内。
如图5至图7所示,本实施例中,所述支撑板9为平铺于滚筒内侧壁上的板材,支撑板9的下侧设有多段向下凸出延伸的支撑筋10,支撑筋10的下端与滚筒200内侧壁相限位接触;优选的,支撑板9的外周设有间隔设置的多段支撑筋10;进一步优选的,支撑板9的左右两 侧设有间隔设置的多段支撑筋10,支撑板9的前后两侧分别设有一整条沿对应侧边延伸的支撑筋10。
本实施例中,提升筋2上的左右侧分别设有豁口11,所述豁口11与支撑板9的侧部相对应设置,以使支撑板9侧部夹持于对应侧豁口11中。
本实施例中,支撑板9上设有向下凹陷的定位槽26和贯穿设置的插孔25;所述插孔25竖直贯穿支撑板的板材,提升筋2下侧设有向下凸出延伸的、与插孔25同轴对应设置的第一安装筋15,第一安装筋15的下端设有与插孔同轴相对的螺栓孔19,螺栓17自滚筒200外壁向上依次穿过滚筒壁、支撑板9后与第一安装筋15上所设螺栓孔19相对应螺接固定,使支撑板9和提升筋2均与滚筒200相固定安装;所述定位槽26设置于支撑板9的上侧面,提升筋2下侧设有向下凸出延伸的、与定位槽26同轴对应设置的第二安装筋16,第二安装筋16的下端设有与定位槽26相对应插接定位的定位销18。
本实施例中,安装套6为竖直延伸的筒状结构,安装套6的下端敞口设置、上端设有向内水平凸出的折边27,折边27的内周设有向下竖直延伸至安装套6下端的内周折边28;内周折边28的外壁与折边27的内壁相距一定间隙,以构成供密封阀的复位弹簧安装固定的腔室;优选的,安装套6的下端贴合放置于支撑板9的上侧,安装套6与支撑板9上所设通孔23同轴设置,安装套6的下端内侧周径小于等于通孔23直径、安装套的下端外侧周径大于通孔23直径。
本实施例中,支撑板9的上侧设有向上凸出延伸的安装筋29,密封套6的上端设有向外水平凸出延伸的延伸筋30,延伸筋30的延伸端与安装筋29的上端相对应的重叠贴合,重叠部分经螺栓固定连接,以支撑板9与安装套6经螺栓紧固安装;优选的,支撑板9的上侧设有排布于通孔23左右两侧的各一个安装筋29,安装套6的左右两侧分别设有向外水平凸出延伸的延伸筋30,以使两延伸筋30与对应侧安装筋29分别对应重合并经螺栓固定安装。
本实施例中,安装套6的一侧设有向外水平凸出延伸的第二延伸筋14,第二延伸筋14的延伸端设有轴线水平设置的铰接孔31,以供密封阀的配重块铰接安装;优选的,第二延伸筋14与延伸筋30的延伸方向夹角呈90度,且铰接孔31的轴线与延伸筋30的延伸方向相平行;进一步优选的,第二延伸筋14的延伸端高于安装套6的顶部,第二延伸筋14的延伸端设有插槽13,插槽13沿第二延伸筋14的延伸方向设置,以供密封阀的配重块对应插接;插槽13处设有水平延伸的铰接孔31。
本实施例中,提升筋2内部所围安装腔3内设有两个相对设置的密封阀安装结构,两个密封阀安装结构的第二延伸筋14相对的、向靠近方向延伸。
实施例六
如图1至图7所示,本实施例中介绍了一种上述洗衣机用的密封阀阀塞结构,所述密封阀阀芯结构包括对应安装于滚筒200侧壁所设排水口的阀塞柱5,与阀塞柱5上端相铰接的配重块7;滚筒200侧壁上固定安装有密封阀安装结构,密封阀安装结构与阀塞柱5之间夹持有复位弹簧32。
通过在滚筒上安装上述阀塞结构,可利用配重块在离心力作用下而产生对应打开排水口的动作,还可利用复位弹簧将阀塞柱拉复位、令阀芯对应封堵排水口,进而实现了利用滚筒高速旋转的离心力对阀塞柱作用、而对应开闭排水口的目的。
本实施例中的密封阀阀塞结构可以安装于上述实施例二中的密封阀安装结构上,还可以经上述密封阀安装结构将密封阀阀塞固定安装于洗衣机滚筒上;特别的是,还可以经上述实施例二所述的密封阀安装结构将本实施例中的密封阀阀塞结构对应安装于实施例一所述的提升筋内。通过在滚筒侧壁上设置向提升筋中空部延伸的上述安装结构,以使得支撑杆安装于相距滚筒侧壁一定高度的安装座顶部,令支撑杆端部与滚筒侧壁之间可具备一定高度差,实现了配重块向下移动下落、对阀芯撬动提供位移空间的目的。
如图5至图7所示,本实施例中,阀塞柱5同轴设置于排水口4处,阀塞柱5的下端设有向外径向凸出的阀芯24;优选的,所述的阀芯24为自下向上逐渐向外扩大径向尺寸的堵头,阀芯24的大头端径向宽度大于排水口4直径、小头端径向宽度小于排水口4直径。
本实施例中,密封阀安装结构包括安装于滚筒200内侧壁上的支撑板9,支撑板9中部设有与滚筒200侧壁上所设排水口4相对应的通孔23,支撑板9与滚筒200侧壁之间相距一定间隙,以构成供密封阀阀芯上下移动的空间;支撑板9上侧固定安装有套筒状的安装套6,安装套6的内侧通孔与支撑板9上所设通孔23同轴相对设置,以将密封阀的阀塞柱5同轴、可上下移动的安装于内侧通孔中。
本实施例中,安装套6为竖直延伸的筒状结构,安装套6的下端敞口设置、上端设有向内水平凸出的折边27,折边27的内周设有向下竖直延伸至安装套下端的内周折边28;内周折边28的外壁与折边27的内壁相距一定间隙,以构成供密封阀的复位弹簧32安装固定的腔室;优选的,复位弹簧32套装于内周折边28外壁,复位弹簧32的上端与折边27下侧相抵触、复位弹簧32的下端与阀芯24的大头端相抵触;进一步优选的,阀塞柱5的外壁与内周折边28的内壁相对应的限位抵触。
本实施例中,安装套6的一侧设有向外水平凸出延伸的第二延伸筋14,第二延伸筋14的延伸端设有轴线水平设置的铰接孔31,密封阀的配重块7与第二延伸筋17经穿过铰接孔 31的插销相铰接安装。
本实施例中,配重块7的上端设有沿轴向向上凸出延伸的连接筋8,阀塞柱5的上端穿出安装套6的顶部,连接筋8的端部与阀塞柱5的上端相铰接连接;连接筋8的中部与安装套6的第二延伸筋14相对应重合插接、并在重合部经贯穿的插销相铰接安装;优选的,第二延伸筋14的延伸端高于安装套6的顶部,第二延伸筋14的延伸端设有插槽13,插槽13沿第二延伸筋14的延伸方向设置,密封阀的连接筋8中部对应插入插槽13中;插槽13处设有水平延伸的铰接孔31、连接筋8的中部设有相对应重合的铰接孔,以在重合部经贯穿的插销相铰接安装。
本实施例中,连接筋8端部设有与阀塞柱5上端相铰接的旋转孔,所述旋转孔为沿连接筋轴8线方向延伸的长条状通孔33,以在配重块7绕安装套6旋转时为连接筋8带动阀塞柱5产生上下移动提供空间余量。
本实施例中,阀芯24的上端外周直径大于内周折边的下端直径,阀芯24的高度小于支撑板与滚筒侧壁之间的间隙高度。
本实施例中,提升筋2内部所围安装腔3内设有两个相对设置的密封阀,两个密封阀沿滚筒构造线方向排布,两个密封阀阀芯结构的配重块7相对的、向靠近方向延伸。
本实施例中,在洗衣机处于脱水和/或排水状态时,滚筒处于高速旋转状态,滚筒中水受离心力作用而贴合内壁流动,自滚筒壁与提升筋之间的缝隙流入提升筋内部,此时配重块受离心力作用而向滚筒外周移动,并且配重块经连接筋对阀塞柱提供一向滚筒中心方向的向上撬动力,阀芯所受配重块的离心力克服复位弹簧弹力,而使阀塞柱在滚筒径向产生位移并打开排水口;在洗衣机处于非脱水、非排水状态时,滚筒并不处于高速旋转状态,配重块不再受离心力作用,而复位弹簧处于拉拽状态,复位弹簧对阀塞柱作用一向滚筒外周方向的推动力,使阀芯向初始位置移动直至闭合排水口,并在滚筒处于洗涤或漂洗程序时,复位弹簧始终对阀塞柱提供一弹力,以保证阀芯始终堵塞排水口,进而保证排水口始终处于闭合状态。
实施例七
本实施例基于上述实施例一至六任一所述的洗衣机,还具有如下区别技术特征:所述滚筒200的内侧壁01上设有相对滚筒轴线对称排布的多个提升筋2,各提升筋2分别相对的滚筒侧壁01上均设有排水口4,提升筋2内部分别设有对应各排水口4的密封阀。
如图10所示,本实施例中,滚筒200上所设的多个提升筋2呈等间隔角度的对称排布,以使得滚筒200中的衣物可受到均匀排布的各提升筋2作用而产生匀速的提升、摔打,进而提升衣物洗涤效率。
如图9所示,本实施例中,滚筒200上所设的多个提升筋2还可以进行如下设置:各提升筋2与滚筒门体03相对应排布,使滚筒200重心处于中心轴线处,进而保证滚筒旋转过程中的平衡性、提升滚筒转动平稳度。
实施例八
本实施例基于上述实施例一至七任一所述的洗衣机,还具有如下区别技术特征:滚筒200上所设排水口4处于同一截面处,滚筒侧壁自01两端向排水口4所处截面逐渐增大筒径。通过将滚筒侧壁设置为自两端向排水口方向逐渐向外凸出的锥形筒,以使得滚筒内的洗涤水在滚筒高速转动时受离心力作用而贴壁运行、向排水口处汇聚流动,进而保证洗衣机排水的顺畅性。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容做出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。
Claims (10)
- 一种顶开式洗衣机,其包括壳体,壳体内安装有两端均密闭的滚筒,滚筒侧壁上设有可开闭的门体;其特征在于:滚筒的侧壁上设有排水口,排水口处安装有密封阀,所述密封阀的阀芯在滚筒高速旋转时受离心力作用而打开排水口,在滚筒低速旋转、或静止时对应密封排水口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种顶开式洗衣机,其特征在于,所述密封阀包括对应安装于滚筒侧壁所设排水口的阀塞柱,与阀塞柱上端相铰接的配重块;滚筒侧壁上固定安装有密封阀安装结构,密封阀安装结构与阀塞柱之间夹持有复位弹簧。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种顶开式洗衣机,其特征在于,密封阀安装结构包括安装于滚筒内侧壁上的支撑板,支撑板中部设有与滚筒侧壁上所设排水口相对应的通孔,支撑板与滚筒侧壁之间相距一定间隙,以构成供密封阀阀芯上下移动的空间;支撑板上侧固定安装有套筒状的安装套,安装套的内侧通孔与支撑板上所设通孔同轴相对设置,以将密封阀的阀塞柱同轴、可上下移动的安装于内侧通孔中。
- 根据权利要求1至3任一所述的一种顶开式洗衣机,其特征在于,滚筒上设有沿侧壁构造线延伸的提升筋本体,本体为下侧为敞口、扣合于滚筒内侧壁的壳体结构,本体内部中空以构成安装腔,提升筋上设有将滚筒中的洗涤水引导入安装腔内的通水结构,滚筒侧壁上设有与安装腔内部相连通的排水口,所述密封阀对应设于安装腔内。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种顶开式洗衣机,其特征在于,所述滚筒内侧壁上设有相对滚筒轴线对称排布的多个提升筋,各提升筋等间隔角度的对称排布;或者,各提升筋与滚筒门体相对应排布,使滚筒重心处于中心轴线处。
- 根据权利要求1至5任一所述的一种顶开式洗衣机,其特征在于,滚筒上所设排水口处于同一截面处,滚筒侧壁自两端向排水口所处截面逐渐增大筒径。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种顶开式洗衣机,其特征在于,提升筋内部所围安装腔内设有两个相对设置的密封阀,两个密封阀阀芯结构的配重块相对的、向靠近方向延伸。
- 根据权利要求1至7任一所述的一种顶开式洗衣机,其特征在于,洗衣机的壳体内安装有滚筒,滚筒轴线方向的两端中至少一端经转轴安装于壳体上、并与驱动电机的转子相连接,令滚筒可绕转轴旋转的安装于壳体内。
- 根据权利要求8所述的一种顶开式洗衣机,其特征在于,滚筒套装于盛水部内部,盛水部顶部设有开口,所述开口与滚筒上所设衣物投放口相对应设于同一竖直截面中,以供用户自开口对衣物投放口进行开闭操控、对把手部握持驱动滚筒旋转;优选的,盛水部为与滚筒同轴设置的外筒,滚筒上设有与外筒相连通的排水口;或者,盛水部为至少覆盖滚筒下半部 分的、上部敞口设置的凹槽。
- 根据权利要求8所述的一种顶开式洗衣机,其特征在于,盛水部的开口处设有独立设置的、对应密封门盖;或者,洗衣机壳体上设有向外翻转打开的门盖,所述门盖扣合后对应封闭盛水部上所设开口;优选的,盛水部与壳体之间设有柔性套筒,柔性套筒的一端与盛水部开口相密封连接、另一端与壳体上所设对应开口密封连接,以使盛水部经柔性套筒与外部相连通,壳体上所设门盖可开闭的对应扣合于壳体上所设对应开口处。
