工作原理:对于这类的一种可调节式柔版印刷覆膜机,首先,人们将物品放置在送料辊轮5上,送料辊轮5在活动轴21的带动下开始转动,物品通过送料辊轮5到达覆膜辊轮10正下方,覆膜辊轮10开始下降,压合辊轮8配合覆膜辊轮10对物品进行覆膜,当覆膜辊轮10与压合辊轮8对物品完成覆膜后,矩形板25在伸缩杆24的带动下位移,物品传送到夹板27上时,夹板27在位移块31的带动下对物品进行固定,活动板16在活动块29的带动下移动至加热板13上后将物品放置在加热板13上,连接轴14转动,固定架12在连接轴14的带动下闭合,按压辊轮15开始工作对物品进行二次压合,保证了物品覆膜的牢固性,提高成品质量,当人们更换待覆膜印刷品时,滑块7在滑槽22移动,限位板6在滑块7的带动下移动对待覆膜印刷品进行固定后,活动轴21转动,送料辊轮5在活动轴21的带动下开始将物料传送至压合辊轮8与覆膜辊轮10中间进行覆膜处理,人们在更换不同待覆膜印刷品时无需更换整个送料机构1,节省人力,节省了时间,提高工作效率。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (6)
- 一种可调节式柔版印刷覆膜机,包括底座(3),其特征在于:所述底座(3)上端左侧固定连接有两个固定板(4),两个固定板(4)对称连接在底座(3)上端两角,固定板(4)后端上侧活动连接有送料机构(1),底座(3)两端中心处开设有活动槽(11),底座(3)两端通过活动槽(11)活动连接有夹持机构(2),底座(3)上端靠近右侧固定连接有固定架(12)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种可调节式柔版印刷覆膜机,其特征在于:所述底座(3)两端靠近中心处固定连接有支撑板(9),支撑板(9)前端中心处开设有位移槽(17),位移槽(17)内部活动连接有活动转轴(18),活动转轴(18)外部套设有覆膜辊轮(10),底座(3)上端通过收纳槽活动连接有连接转轴(19),连接转轴(19)外部套设有压合辊轮(8)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种可调节式柔版印刷覆膜机,其特征在于:所述固定架(12)内部固定连接有加热板(13),固定架(12)右端上侧连接轴(14),两组固定架(12)通过连接轴(14)活动连接,固定架(12)内部活动连接有按压辊轮(15)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种可调节式柔版印刷覆膜机,其特征在于:所述送料机构(1)包括送料辊轮(5),送料辊轮(5)两端开设有滑槽(22),滑槽(22)内部活动连接有滑块(7),滑块(7)上端固定连接限位板(6),限位板(6)通过滑块(7)活动连接在送料辊轮(5)外部,送料辊轮(5)内部活动连接有活动轴(21),活动轴(21)两端贯穿送料辊轮(5)两端活动连接有固定杆(20)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种可调节式柔版印刷覆膜机,其特征在于:所述夹持机构(2)包括活动板(16),活动板(16)前端底侧中心处固定连接有活动块(29),活动块(29)上端前侧中心处固定连接有固定块(28),活动板(16)前端上侧开设有位移凹槽(30)。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种可调节式柔版印刷覆膜机,其特征在于: 所述位移凹槽(30)内部活动连接有位移板(23),位移板(23)前端中心处固定连接有伸缩杆(24),伸缩杆(24)前端固定连接有矩形板(25),矩形板(25)前端中心处开设有活动凹槽(26),活动凹槽(26)内部活动连接位移块(31),位移块(31)前端固定连接有夹板(27),夹板(27)通过位移块(31)活动连接在矩形板(25)。
