Abstract
La présente invention concerne un système de ponction à aiguilles multiples comprenant : un mécanisme de guidage et de libération de ponction (1), comprenant un bras de support de guidage d'aiguille de ponction (11) et une soupape d'ouverture et de fermeture (12) située au niveau d'une portion latérale du bras de support de guidage d'aiguille de ponction (11), la soupape d'ouverture et de fermeture (12), lorsqu'elle est fermée, étant pourvue d'un trou traversant (13) pour qu'une aiguille de ponction passe à travers celui-ci ; un gabarit de ponction (2), comprenant une plaque de ponction flexible ; un ensemble ultrasonore (3), comprenant une sonde ultrasonore (31) et un ensemble de réglage de sonde, l'ensemble de réglage de sonde étant conçu pour régler une position de détection et une direction de détection de la sonde ultrasonore (31) ; et un groupe de bras de positionnement de ponction (4), conçu pour déplacer le bras de support de guidage d'aiguille de ponction (11) vers la position de ponction en réponse à un signal de réglage de système. Le système de ponction à aiguilles multiples peut guider et positionner automatiquement une pluralité d'aiguilles de ponction minimalement invasives sur la base d'un résultat de fusion et d'enregistrement d'une image ultrasonore et d'une image à RM. Ledit système est précis et stable, et réduit l'intensité de travail d'un opérateur.
