Description
本发明涉及电性连接器技术领域,尤其涉及一种连接器。
板对板连接器包括插接配合的公端连接器和母端连接器,现有的一款板对板连接器中,公端连接器和母端连接器分别包括金属壳,所述金属壳包括至少一个屏蔽框,公端连接器与母端连接器插接配合时,公端连接器上的屏蔽框与母端连接器上的屏蔽框进行扣合,但这样的互配结构是没有弹性的,而且存在以下缺点:一、硬性干涉多次互配后,产品因摩擦严重失去扣合力量后产品容易松脱,导致功能失效;二、实际互配时没有扣合的手感,不好判定产品是否互配到位。
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种连接稳定的连接器。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种连接器,包括插接配合的公端连接器和母端连接器,所述公端连接器包括公端壳体,所述母端连接器包括母端壳体,所述公端壳体包括至少一个公端屏蔽框,所述母端壳体包括至少一个与所述公端屏蔽框相配合的母端屏蔽框,所述公端壳体上设有第一卡扣件,所述母端壳体上设有与所述第一卡扣件相配合的第二卡扣件。

如图2和图5所示,在加工公端壳体3(或母端壳体4)时,公端屏蔽框5(或母端屏蔽框6)一般是通过冲压拉伸工艺成型的,具体来说,相邻的两个公端屏蔽框5(或母端屏蔽框6)之间的连料区域10的材料在公端屏蔽框5(或母端屏蔽框6)成型的过程中会朝靠近所述公端屏蔽框5(或母端屏蔽框6)方向流动,也就是说,相邻的两个公端屏蔽框5(或母端屏蔽框6)之间的连料区域10会呈现出中部厚而两边(即靠近相邻的两个所述公端屏蔽框5(或母端屏蔽框6)的区域)薄的现象。作为一种优选的实施方式,所述第一卡扣件7(或第二卡扣件8)位于所述连料区域10的中部位置且第一卡扣件7(或第二卡扣件8)通过弯折拉伸工艺成型,如此,可减薄连料区域10的中部位置的材料厚度,使得连料区域10整体的厚度更均匀,避免应力集中,利于提高公端壳体3(或母端壳体4)的结构稳定性。需要说明的是,在第一窗口31(或第二窗口)处可以先预留出用于成型所述第一卡扣件7(或第二卡扣件8)的拉伸块,也就是说,第一卡扣件7(或第二卡扣件8)并不一定完全是由所述连料区域10的材料拉伸成型的,但不论哪种情形,连料区域10的中部位置过多的材料都能够起到为第一卡扣件7(或第二卡扣件8)提供更多拉伸料的作用。
综上所述,本发明提供的连接器,结构简单、连接稳定、使用寿命长;扣合手感好,用户使用体验佳。

Claims (10)
- 一种连接器,包括插接配合的公端连接器和母端连接器,所述公端连接器包括公端壳体,所述母端连接器包括母端壳体,所述公端壳体包括至少一个公端屏蔽框,所述母端壳体包括至少一个与所述公端屏蔽框相配合的母端屏蔽框,其特征在于:所述公端壳体上设有第一卡扣件,所述母端壳体上设有与所述第一卡扣件相配合的第二卡扣件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述第一卡扣件包括第一卡板和设于所述第一卡板上的第一卡位部;所述第二卡扣件上设有与所述第一卡位部相配合的第二卡位部。
- 根据权利要求2所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述第二卡扣件包括第二卡板,所述第二卡位部设于所述第二卡板上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述公端壳体上设有第一窗口,所述第一窗口的一侧壁朝上弯折延伸形成所述第一卡板。
- 根据权利要求2所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述第一卡位部为冲压槽。
- 根据权利要求2所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述母端连接器还包括围绕所述母端壳体设置的屏蔽边框。
- 根据权利要求6所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述第二卡扣件位于所述屏蔽边框内,所述屏蔽边框上设有用于避位所述第二卡位部的避位部。
- 根据权利要求6所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述第二卡扣件抵触所述屏蔽边框。
- 根据权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述第一卡扣件与所述公端壳体的连接处设有加强筋。
- 根据权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述公端壳体上的所述公端屏蔽框的数量为多个,至少一组相邻的两个所述公端屏蔽框之间具有相对设置的两个所述第一卡扣件。
