具体实施方式
以下对本实用新型的具体实施例进行进一步详细说明。应当理解的是,此处对本实用新型实施例的说明并不用于限定本实用新型的保护范围。
如图1至图6所示,其为本实用新型第一实施例提供的多边形纸碗的结构示意图。所述多边形纸碗包括一个碗撑部10,一个与该碗托10连接的碗体20,以及一个设置在所述碗体20的另一侧的外卷部30。可以想到的是,所述多边形纸碗还可以包括其他的一些功能模块,如设置在所述碗体20的外侧的广告纸,套设在所述碗体20上的隔热层等等,其为本领域技术人员所习知的技术,在此不再赘述。
所述多边形纸碗皆由纸制成,具体地其所用的纸张的克重在150g/㎡~750g/㎡,并可以为双层淋膜纸或单层淋膜纸,以达到防止渗露或泄露的目的。所述双层漆膜纸或单层淋膜纸所使用的淋膜材料可以为PE、PP、PLA、PBS、或PET等。另外,所用的纸张还可以具有无塑涂层或涂覆有纸塑铝等,其为现有技术,在此不再赘述。
所述碗撑部10包括一个底部11,以及一个与该底部11连接的撑部12。为了达到防止渗露或泄露的目的,所述底部11与撑部12一体成型。另外,根据不同的要求,在沿所述底部11所在的平面的垂直的截面上所述底部11与所述撑部12之间的角度可以大于70度且小于或等于90度,即所述底部11与所述撑部12之间的角度可以为75度或90度。当所述底部11与所述撑部12之间的角度为90度时,所述底部11与所述撑部12垂直,这样做出来的碗更贴近人们日常使用的磁碗。而当底部11与所述撑部12之间的角度为75度或更大时,其具有一个斜度,其为流线形,符合一部分人的审美。

  1. 一种多边形纸碗,其特征在于:所述多边形纸碗包括一个碗撑部,以及一个与该碗撑部连接的碗体,所述碗撑部包括一个底部,以及一个与该底部连接的撑部,所述底部与所述撑部一体成型,所述撑部沿垂直于所述底部所在的平面方向延伸,所述碗体包括一个粘合部,以及一个与该粘合部连接的碗壁,所述粘合部包括一个容置槽,所述撑部插设在该容置槽中并粘合在该容置槽的侧壁上,在垂直于所述底部所在的平面的垂线的任意一个截面上所述碗壁的轮廓线包括相互交替间隔设置的直线段与弧形段,所述直线段与所述弧形段首尾相连。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的多边形纸碗,其特征在于:所述碗体所用的纸张的克重在220g/㎡~380g/㎡。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的多边形纸碗,其特征在于:在沿所述底部所在的平面的垂直线的截面上所述碗壁与所述碗底部之间的角度为105度。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的多边形纸碗,其特征在于:所述底部与所述撑部之间的角度为75度,所述粘合部与所述碗壁之间的背向所述碗撑部的角度为180度。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的多边形纸碗,其特征在于:所述碗底部与所述支撑部之间的角度为90度,所述粘合部与所述碗壁之间的背向所述碗托的角度为165度。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的多边形纸碗,其特征在于:所述底部和所述撑部之间的折线与所述粘合部和所述碗壁之间的折线齐平。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的多边形纸碗,其特征在于:在沿所述底部所在的平面的垂线的截面上所述容置槽的深度与所述撑部的长度相等。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的多边形纸碗,其特征在于:所述碗体的壁厚与所述碗托的壁厚不相等。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的多边形纸碗,其特征在于:所述碗体还包括一个设置在所述碗壁的另一侧的外卷部,所述外卷部朝背向所述碗体的内侧弯卷。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的多边形纸碗,其特征在于:在沿所述底部所在的平面的垂线的截面上所述外卷部由圆弧卷绕而成。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的多边形纸碗,其特征在于:在沿所述底部所在的平面的 垂线的截面上所述外卷部由至少一个多边形卷绕而成。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的多边形纸碗,其特征在于:所述多边形为四边形、五边形、或六边形。
  13. 如权利要求9所述的多边形纸碗,其特征在于:所述外卷部包括一条由碗壁向外延折的水平碗沿边,以及一条由该水平碗沿边向所述碗壁延折的保持边,所述水平沿边与所述保持边相粘结。
  14. 如权利要求1所述的多边形纸碗,其特征在于:所述直线段与所述弧形段的数量相等,所述直线段与所述弧形段分别有3、4、5、或6条。
  15. 如权利要求1所述的多边形纸碗,其特征在于:所述直线段与所述弧形段相切。
