Description

一种增强型纸盘 技术领域
本发明涉及包装技术领域,特别涉及一种增强型纸盘。
背景技术
由于环保意识的提高,使用纸容器来替代塑料容器越来越成为一种趋势。常见的一次性食物器皿包括纸碗,纸盒,纸袋,增强型纸盘等。其中,增强型纸盘目前大多是通过纸浆直接注塑成型,然后再在其上进行淋膜以防水。这种增强型纸盘的好处是成本低,制造速度快,但是其强度较低,因为纸浆的流动性较差,耐高温性差,使得使用纸浆制作的增强型纸盘的厚度一般较小,深度也不够,因此,其一般都比较软,多用于蛋糕店,点心店等场合。
随着人们卫生要求的提高,越来越多的饭店或食堂要求使用一次性的盘子。目前都是使用塑料盘。塑料盘一是不环保,二是不耐高温。而对于由纸浆做的盘子,由于其强度与大小的原因,不太适合用于饭店或食堂等场合。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种新型的增强型纸盘,以满足市场的需求。
一种增强型纸盘,其包括一个盘体,以及一个设置在所述盘体上的盘底。所述盘体包括一圈主体,以及一圈设置在所述主体一侧的支撑缘。所述主体为锥台形桶。所述支撑缘包括一圈与所述主体连接的支撑部,以及一圈与该支撑部连接的架设部。所述支撑部的一侧与所述主体的小直径边连接并用于支撑所述主体,且在沿所述锥台形桶的中心轴的截面上所述架设部的延伸方向与所述锥台形桶的中心轴垂直。所述架设部的直径大于0厘米且小于所述锥台形桶的最小直径。所述盘底包括一个盖设并固定在所述架设部上的底部,以及一圈设置在所述底部的边缘,所述边缘粘合在所述锥台形桶的内侧壁上。
进一步地,所述盘体及盘底所用的纸张的克重在220g/㎡~380g/㎡。
进一步地,在沿所述锥台形桶的中心轴的截面上,所述主体与所述锥台形桶的中心轴之间的夹角介于135度至165度之间。
进一步地,所述主体由一张扇形纸卷制而成。

具体实施方式
以下对本发明的具体实施例进行进一步详细说明。应当理解的是,此处对本发明实施例的说明并不用于限定本发明的保护范围。
如图1至图4所示,其为本发明第一实施例提供的增强型纸盘的结构示意图。所述增强型纸盘包括一个盘体10,一个设置在所述盘体10一侧的盘底20,以及设置在所述盘体10的另一侧的唇边30。可以想到的是,所述增强型纸盘还可以包括其他的一些功能模块,如设置在所述盘体10的外侧的广告纸,套设在所述盘体10上的隔热层等等,其为本领域技术人员所习知的技术,在此不再赘述。
所述盘体10、所述盘底20、以及唇边30皆由纸制成,具体地其所用的纸张的克重在150g/㎡~750g/㎡,并可以为双层淋膜纸或单层淋膜纸,以达到防止渗露或泄露的目的。所述双层漆膜纸或单层淋膜纸所使用的淋膜材料可以为PE、PP、PLA、PBS、或PET等。另外,所用的纸张还可以具有无塑涂层或涂覆有纸塑铝等,其为现有技术,在此不再赘述。
所述盘体10包括一圈主体11,以及一圈设置在所述主体11一侧的支撑缘12。所述主体11可以与所述支撑缘12一体成型,即由一张扇形纸卷制而成。当然在卷制成型之前,首先应当成型所述支撑缘12。当将所述扇形纸卷绕后,即可以形成一个锥台形桶,从而使得该主体11呈锥台形桶状。为了使该盘体10成盘形结构,在沿所述锥台形桶的中心轴的截面上,所述主体10与所述锥台形桶的中心轴之间的夹角介于0度至90度之间。所述支撑缘12包括一圈与所述主体11连接的支撑部121,以及一圈与该支撑部121连接的架设部122。所述支撑部121的一侧与所述主体11的小直径边连接并用于支撑所述主体11。所述支撑部121为一个槽形结构。所述槽形结构可以为弧形槽、V形槽,矩形槽, 多边形槽。同时,所述槽形结构的一条边与所述主体11的小直径边连接,而该槽形结构的另一条边与所述架设部122连接。所述支撑部121用于支撑整个所述纸盘,因此所述槽形结构的一侧与放置面相接触。当所述槽形结构不为V形槽槽,即为矩形槽,弧形槽,或多边形槽时,所述支撑部121还包括一个接触段123。该接触段123用于直接与放置面如桌面相接触。所述接触段123上还可以设置有一圈波纹124,从而可以增加稳定性,如图6和图7所示。所述架设部122用于架设支撑所述盘底20,因此,为了保证盘底20的平整性,所述架设部122的直径大于0厘米且小于所述锥台形桶的最小直径,即所述架设部122为一个环形结构。所述盘底20与所述架设部122相互粘接在一起,从而可以提高所述盘底20的强度。

可以想到的是,上述的直线段31、弧形槽32、与所述卷边33,以及翘边34可以自由组合,以形成不同的唇边30。另外,不同的槽形结构的支撑部121,也可以与上述的不同形式的唇边30进行自由组合,从而形成不同形式的纸盘,以适应不同的市场需求。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的增强型纸盘包括一个盘体10,以及一个设 置在所述盘体10上的盘底20,所述盘体10为锥台形桶并包括一个支撑缘12,所述支撑缘12具有一个架设部122,所述盘底20包括一个底部21,以及与该底部21连接的边缘22,所述底部21粘合在所述架设部122上,所述边缘22粘合在所述盘体10的主体11上,从而所述底部21由所述支撑缘12支撑,进而可以提高该底部21的强度。另外所述主体11与所述边缘22粘合,同时所述底部21与所述架设部122相粘合,当所述纸盘上盛有物品时,物品会抵压盘体10的主体11,使得该主体11有向外扩展的趋势,而由于所述盘底20的边缘22对该主体11的牵拉,同时底部21又与所述架设部122相粘合,从而可以避免所述主体11被压跨,达到增强所述纸盘的强度的目的,进而使得所述纸盘可以应用于饭店或食堂等菜量大的场合。

  1. 一种增强型纸盘,其特征在于:所述增强型纸盘包括一个盘体,以及一个设置在所述盘体上的盘底,所述盘体包括一圈主体,以及一圈设置在所述主体一侧的支撑缘,所述主体为锥台形桶,所述支撑缘包括一圈与所述主体连接的支撑部,以及一圈与该支撑部连接的架设部,所述支撑部的一侧与所述主体的小直径边连接并用于支撑所述主体,且在沿所述锥台形桶的中心轴的截面上所述架设部的延伸方向与所述锥台形桶的中心轴垂直,所述架设部的直径大于0厘米且小于所述锥台形桶的最小直径,所述盘底包括一个盖设并固定在所述架设部上的底部,以及一圈设置在所述底部的边缘,所述边缘粘合在所述锥台形桶的内侧壁上。

  7. 如权利要求1所述的增强型纸盘,其特征在于:当所述槽形结构为弧形槽、矩形槽、梯形槽、或多边形槽时,所述支撑部包括一段用于与放置面接触的接触段。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的增强型纸盘,其特征在于:所述接触段上设置有一圈波纹。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的增强型纸盘,其特征在于:所述增强型纸盘还包括一圈设置在所述主体另一侧的唇边。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的增强型纸盘,其特征在于:在沿所述锥台形桶的中心轴的截面上,所述唇边包括一条与所述主体连接的直线段。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的增强型纸盘,其特征在于:所述唇边还包括一条设置在所述直线段上的弧形槽。
  12. 如权利要求9所述的增强型纸盘,其特征在于:所述唇边包括一条与所述主体连接的直线段,以及一条设置在所述直线段的自由端的卷边。
  13. 如权利要求9所述的增强型纸盘,其特征在于:所述唇边包括一条与所述主体连接的直线段,以及一条设置在所述直线段的自由端的翘边,所述翘边的延伸方向与所述锥台形桶的中心轴之间的夹角为锐角。
