生物运输装置,即是用来运输生物原料,便于生产加工的装置,然而现有的生物运输装置在实际使用中存在着一些缺点,在运送中不可避免产生震动,生物原料存在掉落的隐患,同时现有的生物运输装置,推把的高度不可调节,在上下坡时使用不方便,为此,我们提出一种生物运输装置。

如图1-4所示,一种生物运输装置,包括装置主体1,装置主体1的下表面设置有卷线器10,装置主体1的右侧上表面设置有卡扣5,装置主体1的左侧上表面设置有卡槽7,卡扣5、卡槽7的下端设置有固定带6,固定带6缠绕生物原料,实现固定防止掉落,装置主体1的上端设置有推把8,推把8的外表面设置有橡胶套9,推把8的下端设置有调节管11,调节管11与装置主体1支架设置有支撑杆4,调节管11的外表面设置有固定螺栓13,调节管11的外表面相对于固定螺栓13的另一侧设置有螺纹固定块14,推把8的下端设置有限位孔12。
卷线器10的数量为四组,实现收卷固定带6的作用,卷线器10对称分布于装置主体1的下端外表面,卷线器10与装置主体1之间为固定连接,卡扣5、卡槽7的数量均为两组,固定带6的数量为四组,固定带6对称分布于装置主体1的上表面两侧,固定带6与卡扣5、卡槽7、卷线器10之间均为活动连接,卡扣5、卡槽7与卷线器10之间均通过固定带6实现连接。
调节管11的数量为两组,调节管11对称分布于装置主体1的两侧,调节管11与装置主体1之间为固定连接,限位孔12的数量为若干组,限位孔12均匀分布于推把8的下端,限位孔12贯穿于推把8的下端,橡胶套9的材质为三元乙丙材料,橡胶套9与推把8之间为固定连接,提高了使用的舒适性,固定螺栓13、螺纹固定块14的数量均为两组,螺纹固定块14与调节管11之间为固定连接,推把8与调节管11之间通过固定螺栓13实现固定连接。
调节管11之间设置有挡板3,挡板3的材质为铝合金材料,挡板3与装置主体1、调节管11之间均为固定连接,防止在上坡时,生物原料从后端掉落,支撑杆4的数量为两组,支撑杆4对称分布于装置主体1的两侧,支撑杆4与调节管11、装置主体1之间均为固定连接。
装置主体1的下端设置有车轮2,车轮2的数量为四组,车轮2均匀分布于装置主体1的下端四角,车轮2与装置主体1之间为活动连接,实现装置的移动。
需要说明的是,本实用新型为一种生物运输装置,在使用时,将生物原料放置在装置主体1上,将装置主体1两侧的卡扣5、卡槽7拉出,将卡扣5卡进卡槽7实现固定,从而防止生物原料在运送中出现掉落,在上下坡等需要调节推把8高度时,将调节管11两侧的固定螺栓13旋出取下,拉动推把8实现高度的调节,再将固定螺栓13插入拧动实现固定。该生物运输装置,具有固定生物原料的优点,同时该生物运输装置,具有调节高度的优点,提高了使用的便利性。
