Abstract
一种降糖排毒膳食纤维牛蒡魔芋复合饮料,包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:牛蒡粉20-40份,魔芋粉40-80份,山药粉10-50份,薏苡仁粉5-10份,玉米须提取物10-40份,菊花20-40份,金银花10-20份,三七花15-45份,柠檬酸铁胺0.5-2份,维生素C取0.5-2份、维生素B1取0.5-2份,以柠檬酸铁胺为载体,提取牛蒡粉、魔芋粉等得到膳食纤维,促进人肠道蠕动,调节人体对脂肪、蛋白质等物质的吸收,降低血糖,排除毒素;提取加入菊花、金银花、三七花等成分,以杆菌发酵形式,将解毒排毒小分子活性成分融入其中,提高排毒效果,进一步降低血糖。
Description
本发明涉及食用饮品技术领域,具体是一种降糖排毒膳食纤维牛蒡魔芋复合饮料。
膳食纤维具有较强的持油、吸水膨胀力、持水力、增溶作用、结合和交换阳离子能力、吸收鳌合有机物作用和诱导微生物的作用,可以促进人肠道蠕动,调节人体对脂肪、蛋白质等物质的吸收。
牛蒡为菊科牛蒡属二年生草本植物,其叶、根及种子都可入药,为药食两用食,不仅含有丰富的蛋白质、低聚糖等营养成分,而且含有牛蒡酸、醛类、多炔类及挥发油等多种小分子活性成分,用于提取膳食纤维,可以降低血糖,排除毒素。
目前,“高血糖”是当下大家一直关注的健康问题,由于饮食的西化、不良饮食生活习惯、营养不均衡、工作压力、环境的污染等等因素以及越来越缺少膳食纤维的摄入使得三高人群增多,代谢症生活习惯病增加,并呈现年轻化的趋势。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种降糖排毒膳食纤维牛蒡魔芋复合饮料及制备方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种降糖排毒膳食纤维牛蒡魔芋复合饮料,包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:牛蒡粉20-40份,魔芋粉40-80份,山药粉10-50份,薏苡仁粉5-10份,玉米须提取物10-40份,菊花20-40份,金银花10-20份,三七花15-45份,柠檬酸铁胺0.5-2份,维生素C取0.5-2份、维生素B1取0.5-2份。
其进一步是:还包括以下重量份的原料:脱脂乳粉3-15份,脱盐乳清粉4-18份,全脂乳粉0.1-0.5份,抗性糊精0.01-0.5份,柑橘纤维2-10份,刺云实胶0.1-0.5份。
还包括以下重量份的原料:罗伊氏乳杆菌0.1-0.5份、发酵乳杆菌0.1-1.5份、乳双歧杆菌0.5-1份、唾液乳杆菌0.5-2份。
一种降糖排毒膳食纤维牛蒡魔芋复合饮料的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)取牛蒡粉、魔芋粉、山药粉、薏苡仁粉、玉米须提取物,混合后研磨为食用粉末;
(2)向步骤(2)中食用粉末加入柠檬酸铁胺、柑橘纤维、刺云实胶,搅拌均匀;依次进行真空蒸发、浓缩、结晶,得到膳食纤维份;
(3)取菊花、金银花、三七花,加入清水煮沸后静置过滤,向过滤液体中加入维生素C、维生素B1;
(4)向步骤(3)中得到的液体中加入脱脂乳粉、脱盐乳清粉、全脂乳粉、抗性糊精,搅拌10-30分钟;
(5)将步骤(2)中膳食纤维份加入到步骤(3)中得到的混合液体中,并加入罗伊氏乳杆菌、发酵乳杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、唾液乳杆菌,将混合物于300~600W微波处理30~45min,取上清液液体;
(6)将步骤(5)中得到的上清液液体用高压均质机均质1-3次,在0.01-0.20MPa压力下进行脱气处理,真空环境去除空气,然后分装密封即得。
本发明的有益效果是:以柠檬酸铁胺为载体,提取牛蒡粉、魔芋粉等得到膳食纤维,促进人肠道蠕动,调节人体对脂肪、蛋白质等物质的吸收,降低血糖,排除毒素;提取加入菊花、金银花、三七花等成分,以杆菌发酵形式,将解毒排毒小分子活性成分融入其中,提高排毒效果,进一步降低血糖。
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例一
一种降糖排毒膳食纤维牛蒡魔芋复合饮料,包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:牛蒡粉30份,魔芋粉70份,山药粉40份,薏苡仁粉8份,玉米须提取物35份,菊花35份,金银花18份,三七花400份,柠檬酸铁胺1.8份,维生素C取1.8份、维生素B1取1.5份。
还包括以下重量份的原料:脱脂乳粉13份,脱盐乳清粉15份,全脂乳粉0.3份,抗性糊精0.4份,柑橘纤维8份,刺云实胶0.3份。
还包括以下重量份的原料:罗伊氏乳杆菌0.4份、发酵乳杆菌1.2份、乳双歧杆菌0.9份、唾液乳杆菌1.5份。
实施例二
一种降糖排毒膳食纤维牛蒡魔芋复合饮料,包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:牛蒡粉25份,魔芋粉50份,山药粉15份,薏苡仁粉6份,玉米须提取物20份,菊花25份,金银花12份,三七花20份,柠檬酸铁胺1份,维生素C取1份、维生素B1取1.5份。
还包括以下重量份的原料:脱脂乳粉5份,脱盐乳清粉6份,全脂乳粉0.2份,抗性糊精0.2份,柑橘纤维5份,刺云实胶0.3份。
还包括以下重量份的原料:罗伊氏乳杆菌0.4份、发酵乳杆菌0.3份、乳双歧杆菌0.8份、唾液乳杆菌1.5份。
实施例三
一种降糖排毒膳食纤维牛蒡魔芋复合饮料,包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:牛蒡粉20份,魔芋粉40份,山药粉50份,薏苡仁粉10份,玉米须提取物10份,菊花20份,金银花20份,三七花45份,柠檬酸铁胺0.5份,维生素C取0.5份、维生素B1取2份。
还包括以下重量份的原料:脱脂乳粉15份,脱盐乳清粉4份,全脂乳粉0.5份,抗性糊精0.01份,柑橘纤维2份,刺云实胶0.5份。
还包括以下重量份的原料:罗伊氏乳杆菌0.5份、发酵乳杆菌0.1份、乳双歧杆菌0.5份、唾液乳杆菌-2份。
实施例四
一种降糖排毒膳食纤维牛蒡魔芋复合饮料,包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:牛蒡粉40份,魔芋粉480份,山药粉10份,薏苡仁粉5份,玉米须提取物40份,菊花40份,金银花10份,三七花15份,柠檬酸铁胺2份,维生素C取2份、维生素B1取0.5份。
还包括以下重量份的原料:脱脂乳粉3份,脱盐乳清粉18份,全脂乳粉0.5份,抗性糊精0.01份,柑橘纤维2份,刺云实胶0.5份。
还包括以下重量份的原料:罗伊氏乳杆菌0.5份、发酵乳杆菌0.1份、乳双歧杆菌0.5份、唾液乳杆菌2份。
实施例五
一种降糖排毒膳食纤维牛蒡魔芋复合饮料,包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:牛蒡粉30份,魔芋粉60份,山药粉30份,薏苡仁粉8份,玉米须提取物20份,菊花30份,金银花15份,三七花30份,柠檬酸铁胺1份,维生素C取1份、维生素B1取1份。
还包括以下重量份的原料:脱脂乳粉10份,脱盐乳清粉10份,全脂乳粉0.4份,抗性糊精0.3份,柑橘纤维5份,刺云实胶0.3份。
还包括以下重量份的原料:罗伊氏乳杆菌0.3份、发酵乳杆菌0.8份、乳双歧杆菌0.8份、唾液乳杆菌0.8份。
实施例六
一种降糖排毒膳食纤维牛蒡魔芋复合饮料的制备方法,包括实施例一至五任一原料,步骤如下:
1取牛蒡粉、魔芋粉、山药粉、玉米须提取物,混合后研磨为食用粉末;
2向步骤2中食用粉末加入柠檬酸铁胺、柑橘纤维、刺云实胶,搅拌均匀;依次进行真空蒸发、浓缩、结晶,得到膳食纤维份;
3取菊花、金银花、三七花,加入清水煮沸后静置过滤,向过滤液体中加入维生素C、维生素B1;
4向步骤3中得到的液体中加入脱脂乳粉、脱盐乳清粉、抗性糊精,搅拌10分钟;
5将步骤2中膳食纤维份加入到步骤3中得到的混合液体中,并加入罗伊氏乳杆菌、发酵乳杆菌,将混合物于300W微波处理45min,取上清液液体;
6将步骤5中得到的上清液液体用高压均质机均质1次,在0.20MPa压力下进行脱气处理,真空环境去除空气,然后分装密封即得。
实施例七
一种降糖排毒膳食纤维牛蒡魔芋复合饮料的制备方法,包括实施例一至五任一原料,步骤如下:
1取牛蒡粉、魔芋粉、山药粉、薏苡仁粉,混合后研磨为食用粉末;
2向步骤2中食用粉末加入柠檬酸铁胺、柑橘纤维,搅拌均匀;依次进行真空蒸发、浓缩、结晶,得到膳食纤维份;
3取菊花、金银花、三七花,加入清水煮沸后静置过滤,向过滤液体中加入维生素C、维生素B1;
4向步骤3中得到的液体中加入脱脂乳粉、脱盐乳清粉、全脂乳粉,搅拌30分钟;
5将步骤2中膳食纤维份加入到步骤3中得到的混合液体中,并加入罗伊氏乳杆菌、发酵乳杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、唾液乳杆菌,将混合物于600W微波处理30min,取上清液液体;
6将步骤5中得到的上清液液体用高压均质机均质3次,在0.01MPa压力下进行脱气处理,真空环境去除空气,然后分装密封即得。
实施例八
一种降糖排毒膳食纤维牛蒡魔芋复合饮料的制备方法,包括实施例一至五任一原料,步骤如下:
1取牛蒡粉、魔芋粉、山药粉、薏苡仁粉、玉米须提取物,混合后研磨为食用粉末;
2向步骤2中食用粉末加入柠檬酸铁胺、柑橘纤维、刺云实胶,搅拌均匀;依次进行真空蒸发、浓缩、结晶,得到膳食纤维份;
3取菊花、金银花、三七花,加入清水煮沸后静置过滤,向过滤液体中加入维生素C、维生素B1;
4向步骤3中得到的液体中加入脱脂乳粉、脱盐乳清粉、全脂乳粉、抗性糊精,搅拌20分钟;
5将步骤2中膳食纤维份加入到步骤3中得到的混合液体中,并加入罗伊氏乳杆菌、发酵乳杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、唾液乳杆菌,将混合物于500W微波处理40min,取上清液液体;
6将步骤5中得到的上清液液体用高压均质机均质2次,在0.05MPa压力下进行脱气处理,真空环境去除空气,然后分装密封即得。
实施例九
一种降糖排毒膳食纤维牛蒡魔芋复合饮料的制备方法,包括实施例一至五任一原料,步骤如下:
1取牛蒡粉、魔芋粉、山药粉、薏苡仁粉、玉米须提取物,混合后研磨为食用粉末;
2向步骤2中食用粉末加入柠檬酸铁胺、柑橘纤维、刺云实胶,搅拌均匀;依次进行真空蒸发、 浓缩、结晶,得到膳食纤维份;
3取菊花、金银花、三七花,加入清水煮沸后静置过滤,向过滤液体中加入维生素C、维生素B1;
4向步骤3中得到的液体中加入脱脂乳粉、脱盐乳清粉、全脂乳粉、抗性糊精,搅拌10-30分钟;
5将步骤2中膳食纤维份加入到步骤3中得到的混合液体中,并加入罗伊氏乳杆菌、发酵乳杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、唾液乳杆菌,将混合物于600W微波处理45min,取上清液液体;
6将步骤5中得到的上清液液体用高压均质机均质3次,在0.20MPa压力下进行脱气处理,真空环境去除空气,然后分装密封即得。
实施例十
一种降糖排毒膳食纤维牛蒡魔芋复合饮料的制备方法,包括实施例一至五任一原料,步骤如下:
1取牛蒡粉、魔芋粉、山药粉、薏苡仁粉、玉米须提取物,混合后研磨为食用粉末;
2向步骤2中食用粉末加入柠檬酸铁胺、柑橘纤维、刺云实胶,搅拌均匀;依次进行真空蒸发、浓缩、结晶,得到膳食纤维份;
3取菊花、金银花、三七花,加入清水煮沸后静置过滤,向过滤液体中加入维生素C、维生素B1;
4向步骤3中得到的液体中加入脱脂乳粉、脱盐乳清粉、全脂乳粉、抗性糊精,搅拌10-30分钟;
5将步骤2中膳食纤维份加入到步骤3中得到的混合液体中,并加入罗伊氏乳杆菌、发酵乳杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、唾液乳杆菌,将混合物于400W微波处理35min,取上清液液体;
6将步骤5中得到的上清液液体用高压均质机均质3次,在0.15MPa压力下进行脱气处理,真空环境去除空气,然后分装密封即得。

- 一种降糖排毒膳食纤维牛蒡魔芋复合饮料,包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:牛蒡粉20-40份,魔芋粉40-80份,山药粉10-50份,薏苡仁粉5-10份,玉米须提取物10-40份,菊花20-40份,金银花10-20份,三七花15-45份,柠檬酸铁胺0.5-2份,维生素C取0.5-2份、维生素B1取0.5-2份。
- 根据权利要求1所述的降糖排毒膳食纤维牛蒡魔芋复合饮料,其特征在于:还包括以下重量份的原料:脱脂乳粉3-15份,脱盐乳清粉4-18份,全脂乳粉0.1-0.5份,抗性糊精0.01-0.5份,柑橘纤维2-10份,刺云实胶0.1-0.5份。
- 根据权利要求2所述的降糖排毒膳食纤维牛蒡魔芋复合饮料,其特征在于:还包括以下重量份的原料:罗伊氏乳杆菌0.1-0.5份、发酵乳杆菌0.1-1.5份、乳双歧杆菌0.5-1份、唾液乳杆菌0.5-2份。
- 一种降糖排毒膳食纤维牛蒡魔芋复合饮料的制备方法,包括权利要求3所述的原料,步骤如下:(1)取牛蒡粉、魔芋粉、山药粉、薏苡仁粉、玉米须提取物,混合后研磨为食用粉末;(2)向步骤(2)中食用粉末加入柠檬酸铁胺、柑橘纤维、刺云实胶,搅拌均匀;依次进行真空蒸发、浓缩、结晶,得到膳食纤维份;(3)取菊花、金银花、三七花,加入清水煮沸后静置过滤,向过滤液体中加入维生素C、维生素B1;(4)向步骤(3)中得到的液体中加入脱脂乳粉、脱盐乳清粉、全脂乳粉、抗性糊精,搅拌10-30分钟;(5)将步骤(2)中膳食纤维份加入到步骤(3)中得到的混合液体中,并加入罗伊氏乳杆菌、发酵乳杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、唾液乳杆菌,将混合物于300~600W微波处理30~45min,取上清液液体;(6)将步骤(5)中得到的上清液液体用高压均质机均质1-3次,在0.01-0.20MPa压力下进行脱气处理,真空环境去除空气,然后分装密封即得。
