Claims (11)
- 一种电化学装置,包括正极,所述正极包括集流体,所述集流体包括设置有活性物质的涂覆区和未设置所述活性物质的未涂覆区;所述未涂覆区至少部分设置有绝缘层,所述绝缘层包括粘结剂和无机颗粒,基于所述绝缘层的总质量,所述绝缘层中铝元素质量百分含量为20%至52%,所述绝缘层与集流体之间的粘结力不小于201N/m。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电化学装置,其中,所述粘结剂包括丙烯腈、丙烯酸盐、丙烯酰胺和丙烯酸酯中的至少一种单体聚合形成的聚合物。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电化学装置,其中,基于所述聚合物的总质量,所述丙烯腈的质量百分含量为25%至70%,所述丙烯酸盐的质量百分含量为10%至60%,所述丙烯酰胺的质量百分含量为10%至60%,所述丙烯酸酯的质量百分含量为0%至10%。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电化学装置,其中,所述粘结剂的重均分子量为100000至2000000。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电化学装置,其中,基于所述绝缘层的总质量,所述粘结剂质量百分含量为2%至50%,所述无机颗粒质量百分含量为50%至98%。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电化学装置,其中,所述绝缘层的覆盖度不低于90%。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电化学装置,其中,所述绝缘层的厚度为0.02μm至10μm。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电化学装置,其中,所述绝缘层与集流体之间的粘结力不小于300N/m。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电化学装置,其中,所述无机颗粒的Dv99为0.01μm至9.9μm。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电化学装置,其中,所述无机颗粒包括勃姆石、水铝石或氧化铝中的至少一种。
- 一种电子装置,包含权利要求1至10任一项所述的电化学装置。
