本发明通过防护机构对充电桩的遮盖防护,能够隔绝外界雨雪、灰尘等环境因素对充电桩的腐蚀,确保充电桩的长久使用寿命,同时通过循环换气机构的循环换气,能够对充电桩内部潮湿气进行干燥、排环处理,确保充电桩内部元器件的高效正常使用性,且在充电桩使用过程中,通过付锁机构对充电头的付锁,在使用时,便于使用者取出,在不使用时,能够对充电头进行付锁处理,避免人为进行破坏,同时能够避免充电头掉落出现漏电的情况。

本发明的实施方式
请参阅图1~5,本发明实施例中,一种户外用壁挂式充电桩,包括充电箱1,充电箱1的后侧固定有防护机构,防护机构包括连接在充电箱1后侧的防护外壳6,防护外壳6的两侧对称固定有安装螺板8,且防护外壳6的内侧对称固定有定位支架25,定位支架25的上方对称固定有支撑立杆28,支撑立杆28的外侧套接有减震弹簧26,且支撑立杆28通过安装座27与充电箱1拧合连接,安装座27与减震弹簧26的内径均与支撑立杆28的外径相适配,且安装座27通过减震弹簧26与支撑立杆28弹性卡合,在对充电桩安装使用过程中,通过安装座27将充电箱1组装固定在防护外壳6内部,使防护外壳6对充电箱1进行隔离保护,避免外界雨雪等天气影响充电桩的工作性能,同时通过减震弹簧26对安装座27的弹性支撑,能够降低外界震动等因素影响充电桩内部结构的稳定性。
防护外壳6的内壁位于两侧位置处对称固定有限位滑轨11,且防护外壳6的内侧位于顶端位置处固定有收卷壳体9,收卷壳体9的内侧位于中部位置处转动连接有幕布卷轴30,且收卷壳体9的内侧位于两端位置处对称设置有环形滑轨31,幕布卷轴30的顶端固定有升降手轮7,且幕布卷轴30的外侧卷绕有遮盖幕布10,遮盖幕布10的内侧设置有定位卡条29,定位卡条29的外径与限位滑轨11和环形滑轨31的内径均适配,遮盖幕布10采用白塑幕材质构件,且遮盖幕布10的收卷长度与限位滑轨11的槽径高度相同,在充电桩安装使用过程中,当充电桩处于待充电状态时,使用者拉出遮盖幕布10,同步的带动定位卡条29在限位滑轨11和环形滑轨31内滑动,使定位卡条29随遮盖幕布10同步滑出,对充电桩进行遮盖,避免外界灰尘、横风等腐蚀充电桩,当使用者使用充电桩时,使用者转动升降手轮7,带动幕布卷轴30转动,对遮盖幕布10与定位卡条29进行收卷处理,进而工作人员打开封闭门4,对汽车进行充电工作。
充电箱1的下方嵌入连接有循环换气机构,循环换气机构包括固定在充电箱1内侧底端位置处的安装板架15,安装板架15的上方位于一端位置处贯穿连接有换气管道3,且安装板架15的上方位于另一端位置处贯穿连接有排气管道2,换气管道3的内侧从下至上依次设置有初效滤网18、高效滤网19、干燥网20、加热管21、进气扇22,排气扇16的内侧从下至上依次设置有防虫网17、排气扇16,高效滤网19的孔径大小为初效滤网18孔径大小的三分之一,干燥网20采用聚氨酯泡沫材质构件,加热管21为环形结构,在充电桩使用过程中,当充电箱1内部潮湿气较大时,环形结构的加热管21工作,同步的进气扇22工作,对外界空气进行抽附,外界空气在初效滤网18、高效滤网19的双重杂质过滤、干燥网20的干燥过滤、加热管21的加热干燥下,输送至充电箱1内,对充电箱1内部空气进行干燥处理,同步的排气扇16工作,对充电箱1内部空气进行循环抽附处理,将潮湿气循环抽出外界。
充电箱1的前侧连接有封闭门4,封闭门4的前表面位于顶端位置处嵌入设置有透明观察窗5,充电箱1的内侧设置有充电器14,充电器14的底端连接有电缆线13,电缆线13的顶端连接有充电头12,充电箱1的内壁位于顶端位置处设置有付锁机构,付锁机构包括固定在充电箱1内壁顶端位置处的付锁壳体24,付锁壳体24的一侧位于底端中部位置处嵌入连接有付锁手轮23,且付锁壳体24的内侧位于底端位置处转动连接有传动主轴32,付锁壳体24的内侧对称固定有定位基座37,定位基座37的内侧对称连接有传动丝杆38,传动丝杆38的底端固定有锥形齿轮B36,传动主轴32的两端对称固定有锥形齿轮A35,付锁手轮23的顶端固定有传动蜗杆34,传动主轴32的中部固定有传动蜗轮33,锥形齿轮A35的齿牙与锥形齿轮B36的齿牙相互啮合,传动主轴32与传动丝杆38通过锥形齿轮A35和锥形齿轮B36转动连接,当使用充电头12进行充电时,工作人员转动付锁手轮23,通过传动蜗杆34与传动蜗轮33的啮合传动,带动传动主轴32转动,同步的带动锥形齿轮A35转动,通过锥形齿轮A35与锥形齿轮B36齿牙的相互啮合,带动传动丝杆38转动。
传动丝杆38的外侧对称连接有套接螺母39,套接螺母39的内侧对称固定有传动支臂40,传动支臂40的顶端对称固定有付锁卡套41,传动丝杆38以中线为界,中线的两侧分别设置有相互对称排列的正、反丝牙,传动丝杆38通过正、反丝牙与套接螺母39对称套接滑动,当使用充电头12进行充电时,通过传动丝杆38上相互对称排列的正、反丝牙,传动丝杆38在转动过程中,带动套接螺母39对称滑动,同步的带动传动支臂40对称滑动,使付锁卡套41解除对充电头12的付锁闭合状态,进而工作人员将充电头12拔出,进行充电工作,且在充电完毕后,通过充电头12重新插回,在付锁卡套41的付锁锁紧下,能够避免人为进行破坏,同时能够避免充电头12掉落出现漏电的情况。
本发明的工作原理是:在对充电桩安装使用过程中,通过安装座27将充电箱1组装固定在防护外壳6内部,使防护外壳6对充电箱1进行隔离保护,避免外界雨雪等天气影响充电桩的工作性能,同时通过减震弹簧26对安装座27的弹性支撑,能够降低外界震动等因素影响充电桩内部结构的稳定性,同步的当充电桩处于待充电状态时,使用者拉出遮盖幕布10,同步的带动定位卡条29在限位滑轨11和环形滑轨31内滑动,使定位卡条29随遮盖幕布10同步滑出,对充电桩进行遮盖,避免外界灰尘、横风等腐蚀充电桩,当使用者使用充电桩时,使用者转动升降手轮7,带动幕布卷轴30转动,对遮盖幕布10与定位卡条29进行收卷处理,进而工作人员打开封闭门4,对汽车进行充电工作,进一步的当使用充电头12进行充电时,工作人员转动付锁手轮23,通过传动蜗杆34与传动蜗轮33的啮合传动,带动传动主轴32转动,同步的带动锥形齿轮A35转动,通过锥形齿轮A35与锥形齿轮B36齿牙的相互啮合,带动传动丝杆38转动,通过传动丝杆38上相互对称排列的正、反丝牙,带动套接螺母39对称滑动,同步的带动传动支臂40对称滑动,使付锁卡套41解除对充电头12的付锁闭合状态,进而工作人员将充电头12拔出,进行充电工作,且在充电完毕后,通过充电头12重新插回,在付锁卡套41的付锁锁紧下,能够避免人为进行破坏,同时能够避免充电头12掉落出现漏电的情况,进一步的在充电桩使用过程中,当充电箱1内部潮湿气较大时,环形结构的加热管21工作,同步的进气扇22工作,对外界空气进行抽附,外界空气在初效滤网18、高效滤网19的双重杂质过滤、干燥网20的干燥过滤、加热管21的加热干燥下,输送至充电箱1内,对充电箱1内部空气进行干燥处理,同步的排气扇16工作,对充电箱1内部空气进行循环抽附处理,将潮湿气循环抽出外界。

  1. 一种户外用壁挂式充电桩,包括充电箱(1),其特征在于,所述充电箱(1)的后侧固定有防护机构,且充电箱(1)的下方嵌入连接有循环换气机构,所述充电箱(1)的前侧连接有封闭门(4),所述封闭门(4)的前表面位于顶端位置处嵌入设置有透明观察窗(5),所述充电箱(1)的内侧设置有充电器(14),所述充电器(14)的底端连接有电缆线(13),所述电缆线(13)的顶端连接有充电头(12),所述充电箱(1)的内壁位于顶端位置处设置有付锁机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种户外用壁挂式充电桩,其特征在于,所述防护机构包括连接在充电箱(1)后侧的防护外壳(6),所述防护外壳(6)的两侧对称固定有安装螺板(8),且防护外壳(6)的内侧对称固定有定位支架(25),所述定位支架(25)的上方对称固定有支撑立杆(28),所述支撑立杆(28)的外侧套接有减震弹簧(26),且支撑立杆(28)通过安装座(27)与充电箱(1)拧合连接,所述防护外壳(6)的内壁位于两侧位置处对称固定有限位滑轨(11),且防护外壳(6)的内侧位于顶端位置处固定有收卷壳体(9),所述收卷壳体(9)的内侧位于中部位置处转动连接有幕布卷轴(30),且收卷壳体(9)的内侧位于两端位置处对称设置有环形滑轨(31),所述幕布卷轴(30)的顶端固定有升降手轮(7),且幕布卷轴(30)的外侧卷绕有遮盖幕布(10),所述遮盖幕布(10)的内侧设置有定位卡条(29)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种户外用壁挂式充电桩,其特征在于,所述安装座(27)与减震弹簧(26)的内径均与支撑立杆(28)的外径相适配,且安装座(27)通过减震弹簧(26)与支撑立杆(28)弹性卡合。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种户外用壁挂式充电桩,其特征在于,所述定位卡条(29)的外径与限位滑轨(11)和环形滑轨(31)的内径均适配,所述遮盖幕布(10)采用白塑幕材质构件,且遮盖幕布(10)的收卷长度与限位滑轨(11)的槽径高度相同。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种户外用壁挂式充电桩,其特征在于,所述循环换气机构包括固定在充电箱(1)内侧底端位置处的安装板架(15),所述安装板架(15)的上方位于一端位置处贯穿连接有换气管道(3),且安装板架(15)的上方位于另一端位置处贯穿连接有排气管道(2),所述换气管道(3)的内侧从下至上依次设置有初效滤网(18)、高效滤网(19)、干燥网(20)、加热管(21)、进气扇(22),所述排气扇(16)的内侧从下至上依次设置有防虫网(17)、排气扇(16)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种户外用壁挂式充电桩,其特征在于,所述高效滤网(19)的孔径大小为初效滤网(18)孔径大小的三分之一,所述干燥网(20)采用聚氨酯泡沫材质构件,所述加热管(21)为环形结构。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种户外用壁挂式充电桩,其特征在于,所述付锁机构包括固定在充电箱(1)内壁顶端位置处的付锁壳体(24),所述付锁壳体(24)的一侧位于底端中部位置处嵌入连接有付锁手轮(23),且付锁壳体(24)的内侧位于底端位置处转动连接有传动主轴(32),所述付锁壳体(24)的内侧对称固定有定位基座(37),所述定位基座(37)的内侧对称连接有传动丝杆(38),所述传动丝杆(38)的底端固定有锥形齿轮B(36),所述传动主轴(32)的两端对称固定有锥形齿轮A(35),所述传动丝杆(38)的外侧对称连接有套接螺母(39),所述套接螺母(39)的内侧对称固定有传动支臂(40),所述传动支臂(40)的顶端对称固定有付锁卡套(41)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种户外用壁挂式充电桩,其特征在于,所述付锁手轮(23)的顶端固定有传动蜗杆(34),所述传动主轴(32)的中部固定有传动蜗轮(33)。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种户外用壁挂式充电桩,其特征在于,所述锥形齿轮A(35)的齿牙与锥形齿轮B(36)的齿牙相互啮合,所述传动主轴(32)与传动丝杆(38)通过锥形齿轮A(35)和锥形齿轮B(36)转动连接。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的一种户外用壁挂式充电桩,其特征在于,所述传动丝杆(38)以中线为界,中线的两侧分别设置有相互对称排列的正、反丝牙,所述传动丝杆(38)通过正、反丝牙与套接螺母(39)对称套接滑动。
