Description

复合化学纤维制物 技术领域
本发明涉及一种纤维制物,更具体地为一种弹性纤维结合有化纤的复合化学纤维制物。
背景技术
目前已知的化学纤维制物都是借化学纤维制作而成,该化学纤维制物的成品至少包含有:各类种衣物、各类种擦拭用布、各类种口罩、各类种纸尿布、各类种鞋子与各类种袜子。其中,该化学纤维本身只有单一材质抽拉的纤维,或是由不同材质均匀混合后行再抽拉的纤维。而该化学纤维再依据该化学纤维制物产品特性:选择单一或混合该化学纤维制作成该化学纤维制物。
但是,化学纤维本身皆具有相当的硬度,以致贴身时多少会伤及皮肤,尤其是各类种防疫口罩与各类种纸尿布最明显,因此,该化学纤维本身若能缓和贴身硬度,避免伤及皮肤,将是提升该化学纤维制物的成品价值所在(化学纤维制物、纤维、皮肤、各类种衣物、各类种擦拭用布、各类种口罩、各类种纸尿布、各类种鞋子、各类种袜子与防疫口罩在此未绘出及标号)。
发明内容
鉴于以上所述,得知已用的化学纤维本身皆具有相当的硬度,以致贴身时多少会有伤及皮肤的缺失,因此,促使本案发明人朝向针对化学纤维本身缓和贴身硬度的方向研发,并经由本案发明人多方思考,遂而思及利用一弹性纤维结合化纤是为最佳。
本发明的复合化学纤维制物,至少分布有复合纤维,该复合纤维至少设有一能拉伸及回复的弹性纤维,该弹性纤维的侧面分布有化纤,在该复合化学纤维制物拉长后,该化纤能够延伸及翘曲在该弹性纤维的侧面,使该复合化学纤维制物具有弹性及蓬松。
在一些实施方式中,本发明的该弹性纤维的侧面至少结合有二至四道的该化纤。
在一些实施方式中,该复合化学纤维制物为一不织布,且该复合化学纤维制物上分布有补强部,该补强部由该复合纤维在一定区域内相互黏结形成。
在一些实施方式中,该复合化学纤维制物为一该复合纤维集束而成的绳体,该复合化学纤维制物的表面分布有补强部,该补强部由该复合纤维在一定区域内相互黏结形成。
本发明目的在于:该弹性纤维侧面结合有化纤,在复合化学纤维制物拉长后,该化纤延伸及翘曲在该弹性纤维的侧面,翘曲的该化纤恰好让该复合化学纤维制物具有蓬松及缓和该弹性纤维的硬度的作用。

具体实施方式
今为使贵审查委员对本发明有更进一步的了解,以下列实施例说明。
本发明为一种复合化学纤维制物,其中,该复合化学纤维制物1至少分布有复合纤维11,该复合纤维11至少设有一可拉伸及回复的弹性纤维12,该弹性纤维12侧面分布有化纤13,在该复合化学纤维制物1拉长后的分纤,使化纤13延伸及翘曲在该弹性纤维12侧面让该复合化学纤维制物1蓬松(如:图1、2所示;另外,分纤为该化纤13在拉长后与该弹性纤维12的纤维局部分离)。
在一些实施例中,本发明的该弹性纤维12侧面又至少结合有二道的该化纤13(如:图3所示)、或是至少结合有三道的该化纤13(如:图4所示)、或是至少结合有四道的该化纤13(如:图5所示)。而后,该复合化学纤维制物1又可为一不织布,且该复合化学纤维制物1另分布有补强部14,补强部14是由该复合纤维11在一定区域内据以热压点触相互黏结而成(如:第1图所示;另外,热压点触在此未绘出及标号)。而后,该复合化学纤维制物1又可为一该复合纤维11集束而成的绳体,该复合化学纤维制物1表面另分布有补强部14,补强部14是由该复合纤维11在一定区域内据以热压点触相互黏结而成,该补强部14能够增加该复合化学纤维制物1的整体强度与耐用性(如:图6所示;另外,热压点触在此未绘出及标号)。且该复合化学纤维制物1可依据强度与耐用性的不同要求来调整该补强部14的数量、距离与分布状况(如:图1、6所示)。
该弹性纤维12至少可选用一热塑性聚氨脂为制作原料(热塑性聚氨脂英文全名: Thermoplastic polyurethane;简称:TPU)。另外,该热塑性塑化体13可选用聚乙烯为原料(聚乙烯英文全名:polyethylene;简称:PE)或是选用聚丙烯为原料(聚丙烯英文全名:Polypropylene;简称:PP),以及选用尼龙(尼龙英语:Nylon)为原料。在该复合化学纤维制物1拉长后,该化纤13延伸及翘曲于该弹性纤维12表面,且该化纤13可稳固翘曲于该弹性纤维12表面,该化纤13的翘曲用以蓬松化该复合化学纤维制物1,如此,该化纤13蓬松化有效缓和该复合化学纤维制物1的该弹性纤维12在贴身时与皮肤的接触,有效避免该弹性纤维12伤及皮肤。且该复合化学纤维制物1可利用蓬松化的该化纤13来增加透气、保温与吸水效果,令该复合化学纤维制物1可扩大使用至:透气产品、保温产品、吸水产品,以及必需兼顾透气、保温与吸水的产品。其透气产品至少包含有:各类种口罩、鞋、袜、内衣相关产物。其保温产品至少包含有:背心、外套、绒毛衣。其吸水产品至少包含有:抹布、拖把与汗衫。其必需兼顾透气、保温与吸水的产品至少包含有:卫生棉、尿布(如:图1、2所示;另外,皮肤、各类种口罩、鞋、袜、内衣相关产物、背心、外套、绒毛衣、抹布、拖把、汗衫、卫生棉与尿布在此未绘出及标号)。
经由以上叙述可知:本发明的该复合化学纤维制物1分布有复合纤维11,该复合纤维11设有可拉伸及回复的弹性纤维12,该弹性纤维12侧面结合有拉伸后可拉长的分纤与延伸及翘曲于该弹性纤维12表面的该化纤13,而翘曲的该化纤13恰可让该复合化学纤维制物1蓬松化,该化纤13蓬松化能有效缓和该弹性纤维12在贴身时与皮肤的接触,有效避免该弹性纤维12伤及皮肤,且该复合化学纤维制物1可具备弹性及可利用蓬松化的该化纤13增加透气、保温与吸水效果,令该复合化学纤维制物1可扩大使用至:透气产品、保温产品、吸水产品,以及必需兼顾透气、保温与吸水的产品的优异特点。
本发明的技术内容及技术特点已揭示如上,然而熟悉本项技术的人士仍可能基于本发明的揭示而作各种不背离本案发明精神的替换及修饰。因此,本发明的保护范围应不限于实施例所揭示的内容,而应包括各种不背离本发明的替换及修饰,并为本发明申请专利范围所涵盖。
工业实用性
本申请公开了一种复合化学纤维制物,该复合化学纤维制物分布有复合纤维,该复合纤维设有能拉伸及回复的弹性纤维,该弹性纤维侧面分布有化纤,在该复合化学纤维制物拉长后,该化纤能够延伸及翘曲在该弹性纤维的侧面,使该复合化学纤维制物蓬松及缓和该弹性纤维的硬度,能够增加复合化学纤维制物透气、保温与吸水效果,因此,具有工业实用性。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种复合化学纤维制物,其中,该复合化学纤维制物至少分布有复合纤维,该复合纤维至少设有一能拉伸及回复的弹性纤维,该弹性纤维的侧面分布有化纤,在该复合化学纤维制物拉长后,该化纤能够延伸及翘曲在该弹性纤维的侧面,使该复合化学纤维制物蓬松。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的复合化学纤维制物,其特征在于,该弹性纤维的侧面又至少结合有二至四道的该化纤。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的复合化学纤维制物,其中,该复合化学纤维制物为一不织布,且该复合化学纤维制物上分布有补强部,该补强部由该复合纤维在一定区域内相互黏结形成。
  4. 如权利要求1或2所述的复合化学纤维制物,其中,该复合化学纤维制物为一该复合纤维集束而成的绳体,该复合化学纤维制物的表面分布有补强部,该补强部由该复合纤维在一定区域内相互黏结形成。
