Abstract
Description
また、楽曲の切り替えに際しては、正確かつ複雑なユーザー操作が必要となる。具体的には、例えば、切り替え前後の楽曲のテンポを合わせる操作、再生中の楽曲に各種エフェクトを適用する操作、次に再生する楽曲の再生開始位置を選ぶ頭出し操作、上述した切り替え操作等を楽曲リズムに合わせて正確に行う必要がある。
さらに、エフェクトの適用に関しても、音楽に関する知識や経験、および正確かつ複雑なユーザー操作が必要となる。
そこで、本発明は、音楽に関する知識や経験が少ないユーザーであっても、簡便な操作で演出効果の高い楽曲の切り替えを行うことが可能な音響機器、音響機器の制御方法およびプログラムを提供することを目的とする。
[2]第1の再生制御部は、第1のエフェクトまたは第2のエフェクトに関連するエフェクト音を第1の楽曲の拍位置に同期して再生させる、[1]に記載の音響機器。
[3]第1の再生制御部は、オフ操作が行われると、第2のエフェクトを第1の楽曲に適用した後にサンプリング音を再生するか、または、サンプリング音を再生した後に第2のエフェクトを第1の楽曲に適用する、[1]または[2]に記載の音響機器。
[4]第1のエフェクトと、第2のエフェクトまたはサンプリング音との組み合わせを含む設定情報が記憶された記憶部をさらに備える、[1]から[3]のいずれかに記載の音響機器。
[5]第1のエフェクトまたは第2のエフェクトは、複数種類のエフェクトを含む、[1]から[4]のいずれかに記載の音響機器。
[6]第2のエフェクトの適用後、またはサンプリング音の再生後に、第1の楽曲とは異なる第2の楽曲を再生する第2の再生制御部をさらに備える、[1]から[5]のいずれかに記載の音響機器。
[7]回転操作およびスイッチ操作を受け付ける1つの操作子と、回転操作に応じて、第1のエフェクトに関するパラメータを設定するパラメータ設定部とをさらに備え、オン操作は、スイッチ操作を含む、[1]から[6]のいずれかに記載の音響機器。
[8]楽曲データを再生する音響機器の制御方法であって、第1の楽曲の再生中にユーザーによるオン操作が行われると、第1の楽曲に関連付けて設定された第1のエフェクトを第1の楽曲に適用するステップと、第1のエフェクトの適用後にユーザーによるオフ操作が行われると、第1のエフェクトとは異なる第2のエフェクトを第1の楽曲に適用する、またはサンプリング音を再生するステップとを含む音響機器の制御方法。
[9]第1の楽曲の再生中にユーザーによるオン操作が行われると、第1の楽曲に関連付けて設定された第1のエフェクトを第1の楽曲に適用し、第1のエフェクトの適用後にユーザーによるオフ操作が行われると、第1のエフェクトとは異なる第2のエフェクトを第1の楽曲に適用する、またはサンプリング音を再生する第1の再生制御部を備える音響機器としてコンピュータを機能させるためのプログラム。
図1は、一実施形態における音響機器を示す模式図である。
本実施形態に係る音響機器1は、楽曲を再生する2つのプレイヤー2Aおよび2Bと、プレイヤー2Aおよび2Bを制御するミキサー3とが一体化したDJシステムである。具体的に、音響機器1は、ユーザーが操作をすることによって音響再生装置及び音響再生制御装置として機能し、楽曲を再生するとともに、再生中の楽曲に対して各種エフェクトを適用する。
エフェクトには、例えばディレイ、エコー、リバーブ、またはループなどと呼ばれるエフェクトを楽曲に適用してエフェクト音を再生するエフェクト、および原音を加工して再生するエフェクト等が含まれる。原音を加工して再生するエフェクトには、例えばピッチなどと呼ばれる原音の音程を変化させて再生するエフェクト、および、例えばフィルタなどと呼ばれる原音のうち特定の周波数帯域をフィルタして再生するエフェクト等が含まれる。
操作部21Aは、プレイヤー2Aに対するユーザー操作を受け付け、操作部21Bは、プレイヤー2Bに対するユーザー操作を受け付ける。また、操作部31は、ミキサー3に対するユーザー操作を受け付ける。
テンポスライダー212Aは、プレイヤー2Aで再生中の楽曲の再生速度を調整するレバーである。
プレイ/ポーズボタン214Aは、プレイヤー2Aで楽曲の再生を開始、または停止する際に押下されるボタンである。
ミックススイッチ216Aは、ユーザーによる回転操作およびオンオフのスイッチ操作を受け付け可能な操作子であり、簡便な操作で演出効果の高い楽曲の切り替えを実現するミックス処理に関する設定に用いられる。ミックス処理の詳細については後述する。ミックススイッチ216Aは、図1に例示したようにミックス処理に関する専用の操作子であってもよいし、既存の操作子を兼用して利用する構成であってもよい。既存の操作子を利用する場合、例えば、回転操作を受け付け可能な操作子、およびオンオフのスイッチ操作を受け付け可能な操作子を含む複数の操作子を利用する構成としてもよい。
そして、音響機器1は、例えば、プレイヤー2Aの操作部21Aに対してユーザーによる操作が行われると、プレイヤー2Aにロードされた楽曲を再生するとともに、再生中の楽曲に対してエフェクトを適用する。プレイヤー2Bについても同様である。
ミキサー3の操作部31は、エフェクト選択つまみ311Aおよび311B、エフェクト量調整つまみ312Aおよび312B、チャンネルフェーダー313Aおよび313B、及びクロスフェーダー314を含む。
エフェクト量調整つまみ312Aおよび312Bは、それぞれプレイヤー2Aおよび2Bで再生中の楽曲に適用するエフェクトの深さ、大きさ等のパラメータを調整する際に用いられるつまみである。
クロスフェーダー314は、プレイヤー2Aおよび2Bから出力される楽曲の出力音量レベルを切り替える際に用いられるレバーである。
なお、操作部21A、21B、および操作部31は、上述した各構成に加えて、ユーザーによる接触位置を検出するタッチパネル等をさらに備えてもよい。
音響機器1は、それぞれ上述した各部の他、図2に示すように、制御部4と、エフェクト記憶部5と、楽曲データ格納部6と、音声出力部7とを含む。上記の各部の機能は、例えばコンピュータのハードウェア構成を備える音響機器において、プロセッサがプログラムに従って動作することによって実現される。以下、各部の機能についてさらに説明する。
パラメータ設定部42は、ミックス処理の際に、第1再生部43または第2再生部44において適用するエフェクトに関するパラメータを設定する。
第1再生部43は、プレイヤー2Aにおける楽曲の再生を行い、音声信号を音声出力部7に出力する。第2再生部44は、プレイヤー2Bにおける楽曲の再生を行い、音声信号を音声出力部7に出力する。また、第1再生部43は、プレイヤー2Aで再生中の楽曲にエフェクトを適用し、第2再生部44は、プレイヤー2Bで再生中の楽曲にエフェクトを適用する。
楽曲データ格納部6は、HDD(Hard Disk Drive)またはフラッシュメモリー等により、楽曲データを格納可能に構成されている。楽曲データ格納部6には、複数の楽曲の楽曲データがMP3形式等の所定の形式で格納されている。楽曲データは、音声情報に加えて、例えば、楽曲のBPM、アートワーク、タイトル、アーティスト名、アルバム名、キー、DJプレイ回数及びジャンル等の情報をタグ情報として含む。楽曲データ格納部6に格納される楽曲データには、再生位置の情報であるタイムスタンプが対応付けられる。
音声出力部7は、スピーカおよびヘッドフォン端子等を備え、第1再生部43および第2再生部44により再生された楽曲の音声信号を音声情報として出力する。
従来、楽曲の切り替えに際しては、チャンネルフェーダー323Aおよび323B、及びクロスフェーダー324を利用してプレイヤー2Aおよび2Bで再生される楽曲の音量を調整するとともに、各種エフェクトを適用することにより、演出効果の高い楽曲の切り替えが行われている。
しかし、音楽に関する知識や経験、および正確かつ複雑なユーザー操作が必要となる。本実施形態のミックス処理においては、操作部21Aのミックススイッチ216A、または操作部21Bのミックススイッチ216Bを利用した簡便な操作で、演出効果の高い楽曲の切り替えを行う。
図3に示すように、制御部4はミックススイッチ216Aに関して、ユーザーによるオン操作、回転させるユーザー操作(回転操作)、ユーザーによるオフ操作を受け付ける。そして、制御部4は、それぞれのユーザー操作に応じて、プレイヤー2Aで再生中の第1の楽曲に第1のエフェクトを適用し、第1のエフェクトとは異なる第2のエフェクトを適用し、第1の楽曲の再生を停止してサンプリング音を再生し、第2の楽曲とは異なる第2の楽曲を再生する。
第1のエフェクトおよび第2のエフェクトは、それぞれ複数種類のエフェクトを含んでもよい。以下では、第1のエフェクトおよび第2のエフェクトとして、それぞれ2種類のエフェクトを含む場合を例に挙げて説明する。また、2種類の第1のエフェクトをエフェクト1aおよび1bと称し、2種類の第2のエフェクトをエフェクト2aおよび2bと称する。
図4は、エフェクト記憶部5に記憶される設定情報の一例を示す図である。設定情報は、図4のパターン1からパターン4に示すように、第1のエフェクトであるエフェクト1aおよび1bと、第2のエフェクトであるエフェクト2aおよび2bと、サンプリング音との組み合わせを含む。図4の例では、エフェクト1a、1b、エフェクト2a、2bについて、異なる種類のエフェクトFX1からFX16がそれぞれ設定され、サンプリング音としてサンプリング音S1からS4がそれぞれ設定されている。
また、設定情報はユーザーにより設定可能としてもよいし、予め好ましい組み合わせを記憶してもよい。さらに、予め記憶された好ましい組み合わせに対して、ユーザーがその一部または全部を変更して記憶可能な構成としてもよい。
また、エフェクト記憶部5に記憶された複数の設定情報から1つの設定情報を選択するために、操作部21Aおよび21Bに専用の操作子を備えてもよいし、既存の操作子を利用してもよい。
制御部4は、エフェクト記憶部5から設定情報を読み出し、第1再生部43が、読み出した設定情報のうち、第1のエフェクトとして設定されたエフェクト1aおよび1bを第1の楽曲に適用する。このとき、第1再生部43は、第1のエフェクトに関連するエフェクト音を第1の楽曲の拍位置に同期して再生させてもよい。拍位置は、既存の楽曲解析技術に基づいて第1の楽曲データを予め解析することにより取得可能である。エフェクト音を拍位置に同期させることにより、第1のエフェクトの演出効果をより高めることができる。
また、ミックススイッチ216Aに対するオン操作に応じて第1のエフェクトを適用する際に、エフェクトのパラメータは、固定のパラメータであってもよいし、予め定められた変化にしたがった可変のパラメータであってもよい。
パラメータ設定部42は、受付部41が受け付けた回転操作に応じて、第1のエフェクトであるエフェクト1aおよび1bのパラメータを設定し、第1再生部43が設定された第1のエフェクトを第1の楽曲に適用する。例えば、回転操作がエフェクト量を増やす方向の操作であった場合、パラメータ設定部42は、回転操作に応じて第1のエフェクトとして設定されたエフェクト1aおよび1bのパラメータを変更し、第1再生部43が、変更されたパラメータに基づいて第1のエフェクトを第1の楽曲に適用する。この結果、エフェクト1aおよび1bの効果が連動して変更されることになる。このとき、第1再生部43は、上述した場合と同様に、第1のエフェクトに関連するエフェクト音を第1の楽曲の拍位置に同期して再生させてもよい。
制御部4は、エフェクト記憶部5から読み出した設定情報のうち、第2のエフェクトとして設定されたエフェクト2aおよび2bを第1の楽曲に適用する。このとき、第1再生部43は、上述した場合と同様に、第2のエフェクトに関連するエフェクト音を第1の楽曲の拍位置に同期して再生させてもよい。なお、ミックススイッチ216Aに対するオフ操作に応じて第2のエフェクトを適用する際に、エフェクトのパラメータは、固定のパラメータであってもよいし、予め定められた変化にしたがった可変のパラメータであってもよい。
第1再生部43は、ミックススイッチ216Aに対するオフ操作が行われてから所定時間が経過すると、第1の楽曲の再生を停止し、エフェクト記憶部5から読み出した設定情報に設定されたサンプリング音を再生する。
第2再生部44は、ミックススイッチ216Aに対するオフ操作が行われてから所定時間が経過すると、第2の楽曲を再生する。このとき、第2の楽曲の再生開始位置の指定は、キューボタン213Bおよびプレイ/ポーズボタン214B等を用いたユーザー操作により予め行われているものとする。
図5には、受付部41がミックススイッチ216に対するオン操作を受け付けた時に開始される処理のフローチャートが示されている。以下では、一例として、プレイヤー2Aにおける第1の楽曲の再生中にミックススイッチ216Aに対するオン操作を受け付けた場合を例に挙げて説明する。
まず、第1再生部43がエフェクト記憶部5から設定情報を読み出す(ステップS101)。第1再生部43は、読み出した設定情報にしたがって、再生中の楽曲に第1のエフェクトを適用する(ステップS102)。
そして、受付部41がミックススイッチ216を回転させるユーザー操作を受け付けると(ステップS103YES)、パラメータ設定部42が回転操作に応じて、再生中の楽曲に適用する第1のエフェクトのパラメータを設定する(ステップS104)。
所定の時間を経過しても受付部41がミックススイッチ216を回転させるユーザー操作を受け付ない場合(ステップS103NO)、受付部41がミックススイッチ216Aに対するオフ操作を受け付けたか否かを判定する(ステップS105)。所定の時間を経過しても受付部41がミックススイッチ216に対するオフ操作を受け付ないと判定した場合(ステップS105NO)、制御部4はステップS103に戻る。
第1再生部43は、ステップS101で読み出した設定情報にしたがって、サンプリング音を再生し(ステップS108)、第2再生部44は、プレイヤー2Bによる第2の楽曲の再生を開始する(ステップS109)。
また、本発明の一実施形態によれば、第1のエフェクトまたは第2のエフェクトは、複数種類のエフェクトを含む。したがって、楽曲の切り替え時にそれぞれのエフェクトを調整する操作を必要とせず、簡便な操作で複数のエフェクトを適用した楽曲の再生を行うことができる。
また、上記実施形態で説明した第1の楽曲の再生停止のタイミングは一例であり、本実施形態に限定されない。例えば、サンプリング音の再生が終了してから第1の楽曲の再生を停止してもよい。
また、上記実施形態で説明した切り替え後の第2の楽曲の再生を、ユーザー操作に応じて開始する構成としてもよい。この場合、楽曲の切り替えに際して、第2の楽曲の再生開始までの一連の処理を簡便な操作で実現することができる。
Claims (9)
- 楽曲データを再生する音響機器であって、
第1の楽曲の再生中にユーザーによるオン操作が行われると、前記第1の楽曲に関連付けて設定された第1のエフェクトを前記第1の楽曲に適用し、前記第1のエフェクトの適用後に前記ユーザーによるオフ操作が行われると、前記第1のエフェクトとは異なる第2のエフェクトを前記第1の楽曲に適用する、またはサンプリング音を再生する第1の再生制御部を備える音響機器。 - 前記第1の再生制御部は、前記第1のエフェクトまたは前記第2のエフェクトに関連するエフェクト音を前記第1の楽曲の拍位置に同期して再生させる、請求項1に記載の音響機器。
- 前記第1の再生制御部は、前記オフ操作が行われると、前記第2のエフェクトを前記第1の楽曲に適用した後に前記サンプリング音を再生するか、または、前記サンプリング音を再生した後に前記第2のエフェクトを前記第1の楽曲に適用する、請求項1または請求項2に記載の音響機器。
- 前記第1のエフェクトと、前記第2のエフェクトまたは前記サンプリング音との組み合わせを含む設定情報が記憶された記憶部をさらに備える、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の音響機器。
- 前記第1のエフェクトまたは前記第2のエフェクトは、複数種類のエフェクトを含む、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の音響機器。
- 前記第2のエフェクトの適用後、または前記サンプリング音の再生後に、前記第1の楽曲とは異なる第2の楽曲を再生する第2の再生制御部をさらに備える、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の音響機器。
- 回転操作およびスイッチ操作を受け付ける1つの操作子と、
前記回転操作に応じて、前記第1のエフェクトに関するパラメータを設定するパラメータ設定部とをさらに備え、
前記オン操作は、前記スイッチ操作を含む、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の音響機器。 - 楽曲データを再生する音響機器の制御方法であって、
第1の楽曲の再生中にユーザーによるオン操作が行われると、前記第1の楽曲に関連付けて設定された第1のエフェクトを前記第1の楽曲に適用するステップと、
前記第1のエフェクトの適用後に前記ユーザーによるオフ操作が行われると、前記第1のエフェクトとは異なる第2のエフェクトを前記第1の楽曲に適用する、またはサンプリング音を再生するステップと
を含む音響機器の制御方法。 - 第1の楽曲の再生中にユーザーによるオン操作が行われると、前記第1の楽曲に関連付けて設定された第1のエフェクトを前記第1の楽曲に適用し、前記第1のエフェクトの適用後に前記ユーザーによるオフ操作が行われると、前記第1のエフェクトとは異なる第2のエフェクトを前記第1の楽曲に適用する、またはサンプリング音を再生する第1の再生制御部を備える音響機器としてコンピュータを機能させるためのプログラム。
