背景技术
为适应各种音响设备与信息通信设备的小型化、多功能化发展,要求该类设备中所使用的发声器件对应更加趋于小型化,使所述发声器件与周边其他元件的配合更加紧凑。特别随着移动电话轻薄化发展的需求,对其中所使用的发声器件的质量要求也越来越高。
相关技术中,发声器件包括盆架以及分别固持于盆架的振动系统和磁路系统,振动系统包括固持于盆架的振膜、驱动振膜振动发声的音圈以及骨架,骨架包括固定于振膜的主体部以及自主体部向远离振膜方向延伸形成的第一连接部,音圈包括一对第一侧边及连接于第一侧边之间的一对第二侧边,第一侧边设有弹性支撑件,弹性支撑件的一端固定于盆架,其另一端固定于第一连接部,弹性支撑件与第一侧边围合形成收容空间,磁路系统包括主磁体和环绕主磁体设置并与主磁体之间形成磁间隙的副磁体,副磁体设有四个,分别为与第一侧边间隔设置并位于收容空间内的第一副磁体以及与第二侧边间隔设置的第二副磁体。然而,这种磁路系统无法充分利用发声器件的内部空间。

所述振动系统3包括固持于所述盆架1的振膜31以及驱动所述振膜31振动发声的音圈33以及骨架35,所述骨架35包括固定于所述振膜31的骨架主体351以及自所述骨架主体351向远离所述振膜31方向延伸形成的第一连接部353。其中,所述音圈33与外部电路连接,所述音圈33通电后,所述音圈33在所述磁路系统5磁场的作用下振动,与此同时,所述音圈33驱动所述振膜31振动发声,而所述振膜31带动所述骨架35一同振动。

所述辅助振膜73包括固设于所述固持部711远离所述盆架1一侧的第一固定部731、固定于所述结合部713远离所述第一连接部353一侧的第二固定部733及连接所述第一固定部731和所述第二固定部733的折环部735,所述折环部735的开口朝向所述柔性电路板,且所述弹性臂715在所述辅助振膜73上的正投影位于所述折环部735的范围内。也就是说,所述辅助振膜73的第一固定部731通过所述固持部711固定于所述盆架1,所述辅助振膜73的所述第二固定部733通过所述结合部713固定于所述第一连接部353。
可以理解的是,在其他实施方式中,所述弹性支撑件还可以设置成,所述辅助振膜位于所述柔性电路板和所述振膜之间,相应地,所述折环部的开口应当背离所述振膜;或者,所述弹性支撑件仅包括辅助振膜。
所述磁路系统5包括磁轭51、固定在所述磁轭51上的主磁体53和副磁体55、盖设于所述副磁体55上的上夹板57以及盖设于所述主磁体53上的极芯59,所述副磁体55环绕所述主磁体53设置并与所述主磁体53之间形成磁间隙5A,所述上夹板57固持在所述盆架1上以实现所述磁路系统5固持在所述盆架1上,所述音圈33插入所述磁间隙5A中,以使得所述音圈33通电后,所述音圈33会在所述磁路系统5磁场的作用下振动。其中,所述上夹板57具有通孔571,所述极芯59位于所述通孔571内。
在本实施例中,所述上夹板57和所述极芯59均由导磁材料制成,从而可以增强所述磁间隙5A内的磁通量。
所述副磁体55包括与所述第一侧边331间隔设置并位于所述收容空间8内的第一磁部551以及与所述第二侧边333间隔设置的第二磁部553。
所述辅助振膜73上开设有避让槽73A,所述第一磁部551包括主体部555及自所述主体部555远离所述第一侧边331的一侧延伸至所述避让槽73A内的延伸部557,所述第一连接部353上设有避让所述延伸部557的槽口35A。
如图1所示,所述第一磁部551和所述第二磁部553分别为两个间隔设置的永磁体。可以理解的是,在其他实施方式中,所述第一磁部551和所述第二磁部553还可以一体成型,即所述副磁体55设置成为连续的环状结构。
在本实施例中,所述主磁体53、所述第一磁部551和所述第二磁部553均为磁钢。当然,作为所述主磁体53、所述第一磁部551和所述第二磁部553的其他实施方式,所述主磁体53也可以包括两个主磁钢,两个所述主磁钢沿所述振膜31的振动方向堆叠设置,且两个所述主磁钢的极性相反,相应的,所述第一磁部551和所述第二磁部553也均可以包括两个副磁钢,两个所述副磁钢沿所述振膜31的振动方向堆叠设置,且两个所述副磁钢的极性相反;或者,也可以在两个所述主磁钢以及两个所述副磁钢之间夹设由导磁材料制成的导磁板。
当然,在其他实施方式中,所述磁路系统5还可以不包括极芯和上夹板,相应的,所述第二磁部固定于所述盆架以实现所述磁路系统固定于所述盆架。
以上所述的仅是本发明的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种发声器件,包括盆架以及分别固持于所述盆架的振动系统和磁路系统,所述振动系统包括固持于所述盆架的振膜、驱动所述振膜振动发声的音圈以及骨架,所述骨架包括固定于所述振膜的骨架主体以及自所述骨架主体向远离所述振膜方向延伸形成的第一连接部,所述音圈包括一对第一侧边及连接于所述第一侧边之间的一对第二侧边,所述第一侧边设有弹性支撑件,所述弹性支撑件的一端固定于所述盆架,其另一端固定于所述第一连接部,所述弹性支撑件与所述第一侧边围合形成收容空间,所述磁路系统包括主磁体和环绕所述主磁体设置并与所述主磁体之间形成磁间隙的副磁体,所述副磁体包括与所述第一侧边间隔设置并位于所述收容空间内的第一磁部以及与所述第二侧边间隔设置的第二磁部,其特征在于:所述弹性支撑件包括辅助振膜,所述辅助振膜上开设有避让槽,所述第一磁部包括主体部及自所述主体部远离所述第一侧边的一侧延伸至所述避让槽内的延伸部,所述第一连接部上设有避让所述延伸部的槽口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于:所述第一磁部和所述第二磁部一体成型。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于:所述第一磁部和所述第二磁部分别为两个间隔设置的永磁体。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于:所述辅助振膜包括固定于所述盆架的第一固定部、与所述第一连接部连接的第二固定部及连接所述第一固定部和所述第二固定部的折环部,所述避让槽自所述第二固定部远离所述第一固定部一侧延伸至所述折环部上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的发声器件,其特征在于:所述弹性支撑件还包括柔性电路板,所述柔性电路板包括与所述第一固定部连接的固持部、与所述第二固定部连接的结合部以及连接所述固持部和所述结合部的弹性臂,所述折环部的开口朝向所述柔性电路板,且所述弹性臂在所述辅助振膜上的正投影位于所述折环部的范围内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的发声器件,其特征在于:所述柔性电路板位于所述辅助振膜和所述振膜之间。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的发声器件,其特征在于:所述骨架还包括自所述骨架主体向远离所述振膜方向延伸形成的第二连接部,所述音圈连接于所述第二连接部。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的发声器件,其特征在于:所述第二连接部上形成有多个豁口,多个所述豁口将所述第二连接部分隔为多个间隔设置的隔离岛,所述音圈固定于所述隔离岛上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于:所述磁路系统还包括盖设于所述副磁体上并固定于所述盆架的上夹板以及盖设于所述主磁体上的极芯,其中,所述上夹板具有通孔,所述极芯位于所述通孔内。
