一种组合式酸洗吊带 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种酸洗吊带,具体是一种组合式酸洗吊带,属于酸洗吊带应用技术领域。
背景技术
酸洗吊带是作业中的索具,由于其接触面较宽且平整,不易损伤被吊物,由于其有较好的耐酸及耐碱性能,故其适宜吊装涂料制品,塑料制品,机床及经表面处理或防腐保湿后的管材,管道等;酸洗吊装带的承载面宽,可以减少表面负荷的压力;酸洗吊带外表面光滑及精细的物体时,不会伤害被吊物,酸洗吊带轻便、柔软、安全系数高、使用寿命长、不导电,无触电危险,对腐蚀有很好的抵抗力等优点,正逐步替代钢丝绳索具和链条索具,来保护产品的表面光洁度。
目前市场上的酸洗吊带多数为一体成型结构,酸洗吊带与工件接触的部位易受损,当酸洗吊带局部受损后,吊带就需要直接更换,同时一种规格的吊带,只能吊起一定大小的工件,因为有些工件需要吊带更宽才可吊取。因此,针对上述问题提出一种组合式酸洗吊带。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种组合式酸洗吊带。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的,一种组合式酸洗吊带,包括吊带主体、挂接杆以及与挂接杆连接的挂环,所述吊带主体由支撑带以及连接在支撑带两端的两个连接带构成,两个所述连接带的两端侧壁均固接加强软板,所述连接带一端固接连接板,所述连接板顶部固接有两个成对设置的连接环;
所述挂接杆底部固接沿着竖直方向设置的片状挂接块,所述挂接块底部 固接连接管柱,且连接管柱与连接环嵌合连接,嵌合连接的所述连接管柱与连接环内部插接固接螺杆,所述固接螺杆末端螺纹连接固接螺母。
优选的,所述挂接杆的顶部固接挂环,片状结构的挂接块表面固接加强筋板。
优选的,所述连接管柱由三个同心设置的圆环构成,且三个圆环之间形成两个嵌合腔,两个嵌合腔与两个连接环嵌合连接。
优选的,所述连接管和连接环内侧壁表面设有螺距相同的内螺纹,且内螺纹与固接螺杆表面的外螺纹啮合。
优选的,所述支撑带内侧壁表面缝合连接耐磨层,且耐磨层的厚度在2mm-5mm之间。
优选的,所述连接带与加强软板相互缝合连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、本实用新型结构设计合理,利用连接管柱、挂环、固接螺杆和固接螺母的配合使用,实现吊带的组合安装,便于对经常与工件接触的支撑带更换,降低酸洗吊带的使用成本;
2、本实用新型利用连接管柱、挂环、固接螺杆和固接螺母的配合使用,可在一个挂接杆底部组合安装三个支撑带,以便于对更大的物件进行吊取运输,提高了酸洗吊带的使用范围和功能性。

所述挂接杆5的顶部固接挂环8,片状结构的挂接块6表面固接加强筋板601,提升挂接杆5的强度;所述连接管柱7由三个同心设置的圆环构成,且三个圆环之间形成两个嵌合腔701,两个嵌合腔701与两个连接环11嵌合连接,便于组合连接三个支撑带1;所述连接管和连接环11内侧壁表面设有螺距相同的内螺纹,且内螺纹与固接螺杆9表面的外螺纹啮合,提升支撑带1与挂接杆5连接的强度;所述支撑带1内侧壁表面缝合连接耐磨层12,且耐磨层12的厚度在2mm-5mm之间,提高支撑带1耐磨性能;所述连接带2与加强软板3相互缝合连接,提升支撑带1的强度。
本实用新型在使用时,将两个连接环11嵌合在两个嵌合腔701中,在连接管柱7和两个连接环11中螺旋插入固接螺杆9,然后将固接螺母10螺接在固接螺杆9端部上,完成吊带的组合;
当需要安装三个支撑带1时,将另外两个支撑带1上的连接环11放置在与连接管柱7一侧的同心位置,然后螺旋插入固接螺杆9,旋紧固接螺母10完成组合安装,吊装时,使支撑带1上的耐磨层12与工件接触。
加强软板和耐磨层12均由耐磨的软质橡胶制成。

    所述挂接杆(5)底部固接沿着竖直方向设置的片状挂接块(6),所述挂接块(6)底部固接连接管柱(7),且连接管柱(7)与连接环(11)嵌合连接,嵌合连接的所述连接管柱(7)与连接环(11)内部插接固接螺杆(9),所述固接螺杆(9)末端螺纹连接固接螺母(10)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种组合式酸洗吊带,其特征在于:所述挂接杆(5)的顶部固接挂环(8),片状结构的挂接块(6)表面固接加强筋板(601)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种组合式酸洗吊带,其特征在于:所述连接管柱(7)由三个同心设置的圆环构成,且三个圆环之间形成两个嵌合腔(701),两个嵌合腔(701)与两个连接环(11)嵌合连接。
