本发明涉及一种吊运索具，具体涉及一种吊装带。
背景技术
在港口码头、机械、化工、钢铁等工业领域，圆绳吊装带的性能优越：任何表面都能承载，但这种圆绳吊装带也存在缺陷：与吊装物接触处特别容易损坏，缩短圆绳吊装带的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足，提出一种有效保护圆绳吊装带，显著延长使用寿命的设有耐磨套的圆绳吊装带。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
设有耐磨套的圆绳吊装带，包括圆绳、吊环，吊环设置在圆绳的两端；其改进之处在于：所述圆绳上套装1个以上耐磨套，所述耐磨套空套在圆绳上。
上述结构中，所述圆绳中部套装1个耐磨套，圆绳中部套装的耐磨套与两端的吊环之间各设有1个以上耐磨套。
上述结构中，所述圆绳包括外包层、第一纤维束和第二纤维束；所述第一纤维束和第二纤维束设置在外包层内，穿插交错排列。
本发明与现有技术相比，具有以下积极效果：
1、圆绳上套装1个以上耐磨套，耐磨套空套在圆绳上，吊装吊装物前，将耐磨套移到本发明与吊装物可能的接触处，这样，有效保护圆绳吊装带，显著延长使用寿命。
2、圆绳中部套装1个耐磨套，这样，圆绳中部耐磨；圆绳中部套装的耐磨套与两端的吊环之间各设有1个以上耐磨套，便于调整耐磨套的位置。
3、圆绳包括外包层、第一纤维束和第二纤维束，第一纤维束和第二纤维束设置在外包层内，穿插交错排列，具有强度高、吊装承载力大，耐磨和抗老化的优点。

附图所示的设有耐磨套的圆绳吊装带，包括圆绳1、吊环2，吊环2设置在圆绳1的两端；圆绳1上套装3个耐磨套3（其他实施例中，圆绳1上套装2个或多于3个耐磨套3），耐磨套3空套在圆绳1上，本实施例中，在圆绳1中部套装1个耐磨套3，圆绳1中部套装的耐磨套3与两端的吊环2之间各设有1个耐磨套3（其他实施例中，圆绳1中部套装的耐磨套3与两端的吊环2之间各设有多于1个耐磨套3）。
圆绳1包括外包层1.1、第一纤维束1.2和第二纤维束1.3；第一纤维束1.2和第二纤维束1.3设置在外包层1.1内，穿插交错排列。

1.一种设有耐磨套的圆绳吊装带，包括圆绳（1）、吊环（2），吊环（2）设置在圆绳（1）的两端；其特征在于：所述圆绳（1）上套装1个以上耐磨套（3），所述耐磨套（3）空套在圆绳（1）上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设有耐磨套的圆绳吊装带，其特征在于：所述圆绳（1）中部套装1个耐磨套（3），圆绳（1）中部套装的耐磨套（3）与两端的吊环（2）之间各设有1个以上耐磨套（3）。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的设有耐磨套的圆绳吊装带，其特征在于：所述圆绳（1）包括外包层（1.1）、第一纤维束（1.2）和第二纤维束（1.3）；所述第一纤维束（1.2）和第二纤维束（1.3）设置在外包层（1.1）内，穿插交错排列。
