背景技术
在港口码头、机械、化工、钢铁等工业领域，扁平吊装带的性能优越：能够提供宽阔、平顺的承载表面，但这种扁平吊装带也存在缺陷：扁平吊装带中部特别容易磨损，缩短使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足，提出一种有效保护扁平吊装带中部，显著延长使用寿命的耐磨型扁平吊装带。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
耐磨型扁平吊装带，包括扁平式主带、吊环，吊环设置在扁平式主带的两端；其改进之处在于：所述扁平式主带中部套装耐磨套。
上述结构中，所述耐磨套的两头分别设有固定于扁平式主带上的固定扣。
上述结构中，所述扁平式主带包括外包层、第一纤维束和第二纤维束；所述第一纤维束和第二纤维束设置在外包层内，穿插交错排列。
本发明与现有技术相比，具有以下积极效果：
1、扁平式主带中部套装耐磨套，有效保护扁平吊装带中部，显著延长使用寿命。
2、耐磨套的两头分别设有固定于扁平式主带上的固定扣，将耐磨套固定于扁平式主带上。
3、扁平式主带包括外包层、第一纤维束和第二纤维束，第一纤维束和第二纤维束设置在外包层内，穿插交错排列，具有强度高、吊装承载力大，耐磨和抗老化的优点。

附图所示的耐磨型扁平吊装带，包括扁平式主带1、吊环2，吊环2设置在扁平式主带1的两端；扁平式主带1中部套装耐磨套3，耐磨套3的两头分别设有固定于扁平式主带1上的固定扣3.1。
扁平式主带1包括外包层1.1、第一纤维束1.2和第二纤维束1.3；第一纤维束1.2和第二纤维束1.3设置在外包层1.1内，穿插交错排列。

1.一种耐磨型扁平吊装带，包括扁平式主带（1）、吊环（2），吊环（2）设置在扁平式主带（1）的两端；其特征在于：所述扁平式主带（1）中部套装耐磨套（3）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨型扁平吊装带，其特征在于：所述耐磨套（3）的两头分别设有固定于扁平式主带（1）上的固定扣（3.1）。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的耐磨型扁平吊装带，其特征在于：所述扁平式主带（1）包括外包层（1.1）、第一纤维束（1.2）和第二纤维束（1.3）；所述第一纤维束（1.2）和第二纤维束（1.3）设置在外包层（1.1）内，穿插交错排列。
