下面结合附图和实施例对本发明的实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例的详细描述和附图用于示例性地说明本发明的原理,但不能用来限制本发明的范围,即本发明不限于所描述的优选实施例,本发明的范围由权利要求书限定。
在本发明实施例的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有说明,“垂直”、“平行”不只是数学意义上的绝对意义,可以理解为“大致垂直”、“大致平行”。

根据图1、图2、图5和图8所示,本发明实施例提供一种有序排料给料装置,用于对细长棒料在进入层间填料装置进行填料工作之前的有序排料给料,其通过设置具有可以对细长棒料进行良品分拣功能的分拣装置对细长棒料进行分拣工作,并通过设置分料架和排料装置对细长棒料进行有序间歇供料,从而实现细长棒料在进行填料工作之前可以达到一定的良品率且可以整齐的排列。在本实施方案中,其具体结构可以包括供料装置g、分拣装置f 、分料架j和排料装置p,所述供料装置g为一种可以设置有主动供料驱动力的连续供料装置,细长棒料w通过供料装置g后可以被连续供入后续设备,所述供料装置g设于分拣装置f的入料一侧用于对细长棒料w进行连续供料。分拣装置f还设有相互交叉的第一分拣拨辊f1和第二分拣拨辊f2,所述第一分拣拨辊f1和第二分拣拨辊f2在本实施方案中为了便于空间的分布,将其分别分布于分料架j的两侧,根据本领域技术人员惯用的技术手段直接置换还可以替换为将第一分拣拨辊f1和第二分拣拨辊f2同置于分料架j的同侧。

根据图3、图4所示,所述第一分拣拨辊f1还设有第一分拣转轴f1a,第一分拣摆臂f1b和第一分拣辊轮f1c,所述第一分拣转轴f1a设于第一分拣摆臂f1b的第一端,所述第一分拣辊轮f1c 设于第一分拣摆臂f1b的第二端,所述第一分拣辊轮f1c可以相对于第一分拣摆臂f1b做回转运动,所述第一分拣拨辊f1通过第一分拣转轴f1a 与分料架j转动联接。所述第二分拣拨辊f2 还设有第二分拣转轴f2a,第二分拣摆臂f2b和第二分拣辊轮f2c,所述第二分拣转轴f2a设于第二分拣摆臂f2b的第一端,所述第二分拣辊轮f2c 设于第二分拣摆臂f2b的第二端,所述第二分拣辊轮f2c可以相对于第二分拣摆臂f2b做回转运动,所述第二分拣拨辊f2通过第二分拣转轴f2a 与分料架j转动联接。所述分料架j为人字形滑落架并设于分拣装置f下方用于储存和疏导细长棒料w,并设有第一分料面j1和第二分料面j2,当转动第一分拣转轴f1a时,第一分拣辊轮f1c会向下收起并低于第一分料面j1,细长棒料w会在重力的作用沿第一分料面j1向下滑落到置于第一分料面j1一侧的后续工作位码放平台t上,当转动第二分拣转轴f2a时,第二分拣辊轮f2c会向下收起并低于第二分料面j2,细长棒料w会在重力的作用沿第二分料面j2向下滑落到置于第二分料面j2一侧的废品框k内,通过第一分拣拨辊f1和第二分拣拨辊f2的摆动动作实现分拣装置f对细长棒料w进行筛选和分类。其中,转动第一分拣转轴f1a和转动第二分拣转轴f2a的驱动装置可以是液压马达、电动机或者电动机带动减速机的直接驱动,当然根据本领域技术人员惯用的技术手段直接置换还可以替换为连杆机构,连杆机构的一端还可以采用液压伸缩缸或者气压伸缩缸来驱动。
图6是本发明实施例排料装置p向上顶起细长棒料w示意图。
图7是本发明实施例细长棒料w释放至码放平台t示意图。
根据图6、图7所示,所述排料装置p设于第一分料面j1的下方用于将待排出的细长棒料w进行有序间歇供料,所述排料装置p还设有排料摆臂p1,排料转轴p2和顶针p3,在顶针p3上还设有顶起平面p4,所述排料转轴p2设于排料摆臂p1的第一端,顶针p3设于排料摆臂p1的第二端且高出排料摆臂p1所在的平面成为一个凸起状,所述排料装置p通过排料转轴p2与分料架j转动联接。所述第一分料面j1尽头还设有阻挡装置j5,所述阻挡装置j5还设有用于阻挡细长棒料w向下滚动的阻挡面j5a和排出细长棒料w的导向面j5b,所述阻挡面j5a与导向面j5b可以相交且相交处设有圆滑过渡的过渡面,在排料装置p的作用下细长棒料w可以顺滑的从阻挡面j5a滑落到导向面j5b从而将细长棒料w排出到后续工作位的码放平台t上,当转动排料转轴p2时,顶针p3会越过第一分料面j1,顶起平面p4可以向上将已经排列在第一分料面j1上的细长棒料w从阻挡面j5a中顶出。在码放平台t上,细长棒料w将被整齐的排列成一列以便于后续工作位在细长棒料w之间填塞柔性材料。其中,转动排料转轴p2的驱动装置可以是液压马达、电动机或者电动机带动减速机的直接驱动,当然根据本领域技术人员惯用的技术手段直接置换还可以替换为连杆机构,连杆机构的一端还可以采用液压伸缩缸或者气压伸缩缸来驱动。
为了使本实施方案可以更加便利的实现有序排料给料功能,本实施方案还可以采用更加优选的技术方案,即还可以进一步的设置有压料装置y,所述压料装置y设置在支架z上,所述支架z设置在分料架j之上,所以所述压料装置y被悬挂在分料架j之上。所述压料装置y与支架z通过滑动装置相互联接,所述滑动装置可以是直线滑轨滑块,也可以根据本领域技术人员惯用的技术手段直接置换为其它等同的技术方案。在压料装置y的一端与支架z之间还设有调整装置y4,所述调整装置y4可以是调整螺栓,通过调整装置y4的作用,所述压料装置y可以相对于分料架j做靠近或者远离的动作。所述压料装置y还设有压料面y1、排料豁口y2和限位面y3,所述压料面y1与第一分料面j1组成相互平行的通道且与第一分料面j1之间具有可以容纳细长棒料w整齐排列通过的空间。所述排料豁口y2与阻挡面j5a之间具有细长棒料w排出通过的空间,所述限位面y3可以限制细长棒料w被顶起平面p4顶起时向上移动的距离。所述供供料装置g、分拣装置f 、分料架j、排料装置p和压料装置y相互协调工作可以实现对细长棒料w码垛时的有序间歇供料。
图9是本发明实施例压料装置y改变规格示意图。
根据图9所示,根据本发明实施例的一个方面,本技术方案还可以根据生产线的具体需要改变产品的规格,当需要更换产品规格时,调整所述调整装置y4,所述压料装置y会根据人工的调整运动到与分料架j之间间距合适的位置,如此所述压料面y1与第一分料面j1组成相互平行的通道和排料豁口y2与阻挡面j5a之间通道均可以适用于新的产品规格,这样可以适应高速生产线快速改变规格的需要。
应当理解,说明书对于本发明的具体实施方式的描述是示例性的,而不应当解释为对于本发明保护范围的不当限制。本发明的保护范围由其权利要求限定,并涵盖落入其范围内的所有实施方式及其明显的等同变例。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种有序排料给料装置,用于对细长棒料(w)层间填料时进行有序间歇供料,其特征在于包括供料装置(g),分拣装置(f) ,分料架(j)和排料装置(p) ,所述供料装置(g)设于分拣装置(f)的一侧用于对细长棒料(w)进行连续供料,分拣装置(f)还设有相互交叉的第一分拣拨辊(f1)和第二分拣拨辊(f2)对细长棒料(w)进行筛选和分类,所述分料架(j)为人字形滑落架并设于分拣装置(f)下方用于储存和疏导细长棒料(w),并设有第一分料面(j1)和第二分料面(j2),排料装置(p)设于第一分料面(j1)的下方用于将待排出的细长棒料(w)进行有序间歇供料,所述供料装置(g),分拣装置(f) ,分料架(j)和排料装置(p)相互协调工作可以实现对细长棒料(w)码垛时的有序间歇供料。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种有序排料给料装置,其特征在于所述第一分料面(j1)尽头还设有阻挡装置(j5),所述阻挡装置(j5)还设有用于阻挡细长棒料(w)向下滚动的阻挡面(j5a)和排出细长棒料(w)的导向面(j5b),所述阻挡面(j5a)与导向面(j5b)可以相交且相交处设有圆滑过渡的过渡面,在排料装置(p)的作用下细长棒料(w)可以顺滑的从阻挡面(j5a)滑落到导向面(j5b)从而将细长棒料(w)排出。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种有序排料给料装置,其特征在于所述排料装置(p)还设有排料摆臂(p1),排料转轴(p2)和顶针(p3),在顶针(p3)上还设有顶起平面(p4),所述排料转轴(p2)设于排料摆臂(p1)的第一端,顶针(p3)设于排料摆臂(p1)的第二端且高出排料摆臂(p1)所在的平面,所述排料装置(p)通过排料转轴(p2)与分料架(j)转动联接,当转动排料转轴(p2)时,顶针(p3)会越过第一分料面(j1),顶起平面(p4)可以向上将细长棒料(w)从阻挡面(j5a)中顶出。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种有序排料给料装置,其特征在于所述第一分拣拨辊(f1)还设有第一分拣转轴(f1a),第一分拣摆臂(f1b)和第一分拣辊轮(f1c),所述第一分拣转轴(f1a)设于第一分拣摆臂(f1b)的第一端,所述第一分拣辊轮(f1c) 设于第一分拣摆臂(f1b)的第二端,所述第一分拣辊轮(f1c)可以相对于第一分拣摆臂(f1b)做回转运动,所述第一分拣拨辊(f1)通过第一分拣转轴(f1a) 与分料架(j)转动联接,当转动第一分拣转轴(f1a)时,第一分拣辊轮(f1c)会向下收起并低于第一分料面(j1),细长棒料(w)会在重力的作用沿第一分料面(j1)向下滑落。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种有序排料给料装置,其特征在于所述第二分拣拨辊(f2) 还设有第二分拣转轴(f2a),第二分拣摆臂(f2b)和第二分拣辊轮(f2c),所述第二分拣转轴(f2a)设于第二分拣摆臂(f2b)的第一端,所述第二分拣辊轮(f2c) 设于第二分拣摆臂(f2b)的第二端,所述第二分拣辊轮(f2c)可以相对于第二分拣摆臂(f2b)做回转运动,所述第二分拣拨辊(f2)通过第二分拣转轴(f2a) 与分料架(j)转动联接,当转动第二分拣转轴(f2a)时,第二分拣辊轮(f2c)会向下收起并低于第二分料面(j2),细长棒料(w)会在重力的作用沿第二分料面(j2)向下滑落。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种有序排料给料装置,其特征在于还设有压料装置(y),所述压料装置(y)还设有压料面(y1),所述压料面(y1)与第一分料面(j1)组成相互平行的通道且与第一分料面(j1)之间具有可以容纳细长棒料(w)整齐排列通过的空间。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种有序排料给料装置,其特征在于所述压料装置(y)还设有排料豁口(y2)和限位面(y3),所述排料豁口(y2)与阻挡面(j5a)之间具有细长棒料(w)排出通过的空间,所述限位面(y3)可以限制细长棒料(w)被顶起平面(p4)顶起时向上移动的距离。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种有序排料给料装置,其特征在于所述压料装置(y)还设有调整装置(y4),所述调整装置(y4)可以调节压料面(y1)和排料豁口(y2)分别与第一分料面(j1)和阻挡面(j5a)之间的距离,用来适用于更多规格的细长棒料(w)整齐有序通过。
