技术领域
本申请涉及显示设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种可折叠结构件及显示装置。
背景技术
从折叠屏手机推出至今,全球手机厂商相继推出了各自的折叠屏手机产品,无论是内折、外折,还是横折、竖折,折叠屏俨然成为众厂商争相布局的方向,手机行业迎来了新赛道。
柔性折叠屏同时满足内外弯折的使用形态也是未来发展的一种趋势。但是当显示装置既能够内折还能够弯折时,存在显示装置折叠后不能保持而自动打开的问题。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种可折叠结构件及显示装置,旨在解决显示装置折叠后不能保持而自动打开的问题。
本申请第一方面的实施例提供了一种可折叠结构件,用于支撑显示面板,可折叠结构件包括:结构主体,包括在第一方向上分布的第一主体部、第二主体部和位于第一主体部和第二主体部之间的弯折部,可折叠结构件通过弯折部能够在展平状态、内折状态和外折状态之间转变;卡扣组件,包括相互卡扣配合的第一卡扣件和第二卡扣件,第一卡扣件设置于第 一主体部,第二卡扣件设置于第二主体部,在内折状态和外折状态下,第一主体部和第二主体部均能够通过第一卡扣件和第二卡扣件相互卡扣连接。

在本申请实施例的可折叠结构件中,可折叠结构件包括结构主体和卡扣组件。结构主体包括第一主体部、第二主体部和弯折部,结构主体可以通过弯折部在展平状态、内折状态和外折状态之间转变。当支撑结构件用于支撑显示面板时,支撑结构件能够带动显示面板在不同状态之间转变,实现显示面板的多状态显示。卡扣组件包括相互卡扣配合的第一卡扣件和第二卡扣件,第一卡扣件和第二卡扣件中的一者设置第一主体部,另一者设置于第二主体部,使得当结构主体位于内折状态和外折状态时,第一主体部和第二主体部均能够通过第一卡扣件和第二卡扣件相互卡扣配合。因此在本申请实施例中,通过设置第一卡扣件和第二卡扣件,能够解决显示装置折叠后不能保持而自动打开的问题。

具体实施方式
为了更好地理解本申请,下面结合图1至图9对本申请实施例的可折叠结构件及显示装置进行详细描述。
请一并参阅图1至图3,根据本申请实施例提供的显示装置,显示装置包括显示面板1和用于支撑显示面板1的可折叠结构件2。显示装置能够在展平状态和弯折状态之间转变。弯折状态包括内折状态和外折状态。
显示面板1可在显示装置厚度方向(图1中的Z方向)上设置于可折叠结构件2的一侧,在内折状态,显示面板1位于内折状态下显示装置的内表面并被可折叠结构件2包裹,以使可折叠结构件2向显示面板1提供更好的保护作用。在外折状态,显示面板1位于外折状态下显示装置的外表面,可折叠结构件2被折叠在显示面板1内,显示面板1能够更好的显示。
在另一些实施例中,显示面板1亦可设置于显示装置在厚度方向上的两侧,在内折状态和外折状态,均有显示面板1进行显示。显示面板1例如呈环状,可折叠结构件2位于环状显示面板1内。
请参阅图4,可折叠结构件2可以为上述第一方面实施例提供的显示装置中的可折叠结构件2。
当显示装置处于展平状态时,可折叠结构件2处于展平状态,可折叠结构件2的展平状态参照图1所示。当显示装置处于内折状态时,可折叠结构件2处于内折状态,可折叠结构件2的内折状态参照图2所示。当显示装置处于外折状态时,可折叠结构件2处于外折状态,可折叠结构件2的外折状态参照图3所示。
在本申请实施例的可折叠结构件2中,可折叠结构件2包括结构主体100和卡扣组件200。结构主体100包括沿第一方向(图4中的X方向) 设置的第一主体部110、第二主体部120和弯折部130,结构主体100可以通过弯折部130在展平状态、内折状态和外折状态之间转变。当支撑结构件用于支撑显示面板1时,支撑结构件能够带动显示面板1在不同状态之间转变,实现显示面板1的多状态显示。卡扣组件200包括相互卡扣配合的第一卡扣件210和第二卡扣件220,第一卡扣件210和第二卡扣件220中的一者设置第一主体部110,另一者设置于第二主体部120,使得当结构主体100位于内折状态和外折状态时,第一主体部110和第二主体部120均能够通过第一卡扣件210和第二卡扣件220相互卡扣配合。因此在本申请实施例中,通过设置第一卡扣件210和第二卡扣件220,能够解决显示装置折叠后不能保持而自动打开的问题。
第一卡扣件210和第二卡扣件220在结构主体100上的设置位置有多种。参照图4,结构主体100包括在可折叠结构件2厚度方向(图4中的Z方向)上相对设置的第一表面140和第二表面150及连接第一表面140和第二表面150的侧表面160。第一卡扣件210和第二卡扣件220设置于侧表面160,从而避免第一卡扣件210和第二卡扣件220与显示面板1发生干涉。
侧表面160包括在可折叠结构件2宽度方向(图4中的Y方向)上相对设置的第一侧面161和第二侧面162,第一卡扣件210和第二卡扣件220设置于第一侧面161和/或第二侧面162,弯折部130的弯折折线沿宽度方向延伸。第一侧面161和第二侧面162通常是用户在使用显示装置时不会持握的一面,第一卡扣件210和第二卡扣件220设置于第一侧面161和/或第二侧面162。当可折叠结构件2用于显示装置时,第一卡扣件210和第二卡扣件220不影响用户持握显示装置,还能够避免用户持握影响第一卡扣件210和第二卡扣件220相互卡扣配合。
第一卡扣件210设置于第一主体部110远离第二主体部120的一侧,第二卡扣件220设置于第二主体部120远离第一主体部110的一侧。即第一卡扣件210和第二卡扣件220的设置位置距离弯折部130较远,使得第一卡扣件210和第二卡扣件220之间使用较小的卡扣力即可实现卡扣配合。
第一卡扣件210和第二卡扣件220相互卡扣配合的方式有多种。第二卡扣件220相对第二主体部120在第一位置和第二位置之间可转动设置,以使在内折状态下,第一主体部110和第二主体部120能够通过第一卡扣件210和位于第一位置的第二卡扣件220相互卡扣连接,在外折状态下,第一主体部110和第二主体部120能够通过第一卡扣件210和位于第二位置的第二卡扣件220能够相互卡扣连接。
在这些可选的实施例中,第二卡扣件220的位置可转动设置,在内折和外折状态,可以通过一个第二卡扣件220与第一卡扣件210配合实现第一主体部110和第二主体部120的卡扣连接,以简化卡扣组件200的结构。
第一位置是指第二卡扣件220在该位置时,内折状态下的可折叠结构件2的第一主体部110和第二主体部120能够相互卡扣连接。如图2所示,图2中的第二卡扣件220位于第一位置。
第二位置是指第二卡扣件220在该位置时,外折状态下的可折叠结构件2的第一主体部110和第二主体部120能够相互卡扣连接。如图3所示,图3中的第二卡扣件220位于第二位置。
第二卡扣件220相对第二主体部120在第一位置和第二位置之间可转动设置的方式有多种,例如第二卡扣件220绕沿第一方向延伸的第二轴线可翻转设置。当结构主体100由内折状态转变至外折状态时,第一卡扣件210由第二卡扣件220在结构主体100厚度方向上的一侧移动至第二卡扣件220的另一侧。如图2和图3所示,当结构主体100由内折状态转变至外折状态时,第一卡扣件210由第二卡扣件220的上方移动至下方。第二卡扣件220可翻转设置,当结构主体100由内折状态转变至外折状态时,通过翻转第二卡扣件220使得第二卡扣件220能继续与第一卡扣件210卡扣配合。
第一卡扣件210和第二卡扣件220的设置方式有多种。参阅图5和图6,第一卡扣件210包括卡扣柱211,第二卡扣件220包括与卡扣柱211卡扣配合的卡扣环221,卡扣环221相对第二主体部120绕第二轴线可翻转设置。通过翻转卡扣环221,使得在内折状态和外折状态下,第一主体部 110和第二主体部120均能够通过卡扣柱211和卡扣环221相互卡扣配合。
参阅图5,卡扣柱211背离第一主体部110的一端设置有与卡扣环221卡扣配合的固定部212,以使卡扣环221能够止挡于固定部212朝向第一主体部110的一侧。当卡扣柱211和卡扣环221相互配合时,至少部分卡扣环221能够位于固定部212和第一主体部110之间,固定部212向卡扣环221提供限位力,保证卡扣环221和卡扣柱211相对位置的稳定性。
固定部212的个数和形状设置方式有多种。参阅图5,固定部212设置为位于卡扣柱211的圆柱面上的凹陷结构,卡扣环221卡扣在凹陷结构上,在内折状态或外折状态下,卡扣环221和卡扣柱211相互配合时,固定部212能够向卡扣环221提供限位力。或者固定部212设置为两个凸起结构且分别设于卡扣环221在厚度方向上的两侧,在内折状态和外折状态下,卡扣环221和卡扣柱211相互配合时,固定部212能够向卡扣环221提供限位力。
在另一些可选的实施例中,固定部212呈环状,环绕于卡扣柱211的周侧设置。当卡扣柱211和卡扣环221相互卡扣配合时,固定部212能够向卡扣环221提供不同方向上的限位力。
卡扣柱211设置于第一主体部110的方式有多种,例如卡扣柱211固定于第一主体部110的侧面。在另一些可选的实施例,卡扣柱211沿自身延伸方向可伸缩地设置于第一主体部110。可选的,卡扣柱211在位于第一主体部110内的位置和伸出第一主体部110外的位置之间可移动设置。当可折叠结构件2位于展开状态,无需卡扣柱211和卡扣环221配合时,卡扣柱211位于第一主体部110内,保证可折叠结构件2外观的完整和美观性。当可折叠结构件2位于内折状态或外折状态,需要卡扣柱211和卡扣环221相互配合时,卡扣柱211伸出于第一主体部110外,使得第一主体部110和第二主体部120能够通过卡扣柱211和卡扣环221相互卡扣配合。
在另一些可选的实施例中,第二卡扣件220相对第二主体部120绕沿第二方向延伸的第一轴线可转动设置,使得第二卡扣件220相对第二主体 部120能够在第一位置和第二位置之间转动。
当第二卡扣件220设置于第一侧面161和/或第二侧面162时,第二方向为宽度方向,第一轴线沿宽度方向延伸。当第二卡扣件220设置于沿第一方向相对的端面上时,第二方向和第一方向平行,第一轴线沿第一方向延伸。只要第二卡扣件220绕第一轴线转动能够在第一位置和第二位置之间转动,使得内折状态和外折状态下的第一主体部110和第二主体部120均能够通过第二卡扣件220和第一卡扣件210相互卡扣连接即可。
当第二卡扣件220相对第二主体部120绕第一轴线可转动设置时,可选的,第二卡扣件220相对第二主体部120可转动至第一位置和第二位置之间的预设位置,以使当第一主体部110和第二主体部120之间呈预设角度,可折叠结构件2呈V形的状态下,第一主体部110和第二主体部120能够通过第一卡扣件210和位于预设位置的第二卡扣件220相互卡扣设置。预设位置可以为第一位置至第二位置路径上的任一位置。通过设置第二卡扣件220位于预设位置,第一主体部110和第二主体部120之间呈现预设角度,满足用户的多样化需求。
第二卡扣件220相对第二主体部120可转动的设置方式有多种。参照图6,第二卡扣环221还包括连接销222,连接销222可转动地连接于第二主体部120,卡扣环221通过连接销222连接于第二主体部120,卡扣环221相对于连接销222绕轴线可翻转设置。卡扣环221通过连接销222相对第二主体部120可转动设置,便于将卡扣环221通过翻转和转动的方式设置于指定位置。
请一并参阅图6和图7,第二主体部120上开设有安装孔121。连接销222包括在其延伸方向上分布的连接端222a和安装端222b,卡扣环221连接于连接端222a,安装端222b可转动地连接于安装孔121,连接销222可转动地设置于第二主体部120上的安装孔121内。
可安装端222b的径向尺寸小于连接端222a的径向尺寸。安装端222b的径向尺寸较小,能够减小连接销222在第二主体部120上占据的空间。
请一并参阅图7和图8,连接端222a包括开口相对设置的两个连接孔222c,卡扣环221具有相对设置的两个自由端221a,各自由端221a分别 可转动地设置于各连接孔222c内。卡扣环221由条状结构件弯折形成,条状结构件的两端对接形成卡扣环221,因此在卡扣环221上形成相对设置的两个自由端221a。各自由端221a能够分别设置于各连接孔222c内,从而将卡扣环221连接于连接端222a上。
自由端221a的截面呈圆形,连接孔222c具有圆柱形的内壁面,使得自由端221a在连接孔222c内可转动设置,令卡扣环221能够通过两个自由端221a和连接孔222c的配合相对连接端222a可翻转设置。
参照图6,第二主体部120还包括与安装孔121连通的让位空间122,安装端222b由安装孔121伸入让位空间122,第二卡扣件220还包括止挡部223,止挡部223位于让位空间122并连接于安装端222b,以防连接销222由安装孔121脱落。
在这些可选的实施例中,通过。
请一并参阅图7至图9,安装端222b上设置有令连接销222稳定固定于第二主体部120上的止挡部223。止挡部223包括呈环状的本体部223a和位于本体部223a上的缺口223b,止挡部223通过缺口223b将本体部223a套设于安装端222b。止挡部223通过设置缺口223b来安装于安装端222b,能够提高可折叠结构件2的安装效率。
安装端222b上设置有安装槽222d,以使止挡部223能够卡扣于安装槽222d内。
参阅图6,第二主体部120上设置有收纳卡扣环221的让位槽123。让位槽123内设置有挤压部124,以使卡扣环221位于让位槽123内时,挤压部124和卡扣环221过盈配合,从而保证卡扣环221和让位槽123相对位置的稳定性。
虽然已经参考优选实施例对本申请进行了描述,但在不脱离本申请的范围的情况下,可以对其进行各种改进并且可以用等效物替换其中的部件。尤其是,只要不存在结构冲突,各个实施例中所提到的各项技术特征均可以任意方式组合起来。本申请并不局限于文中公开的特定实施例,而是包括落入权利要求的范围内的所有技术方案。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种可折叠结构件,用于支撑显示面板,包括:
    结构主体,包括在第一方向上分布的第一主体部、第二主体部和位于所述第一主体部和所述第二主体部之间的弯折部,所述可折叠结构件通过所述弯折部能够在展平状态、弯折状态之间转变;
    卡扣组件,包括相互卡扣配合的第一卡扣件和第二卡扣件,所述第一卡扣件设置于所述第一主体部,所述第二卡扣件设置于所述第二主体部,在所述弯折状态下,所述第一主体部和所述第二主体部均能够通过所述第一卡扣件和所述第二卡扣件相互卡扣连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠结构件,其中,所述弯折状态包括内折状态和外折状态。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可折叠结构件,其中,
    所述第二卡扣件相对所述第二主体部在第一位置和第二位置之间可转动设置,以使在所述内折状态下,所述第一主体部和所述第二主体部能够通过所述第一卡扣件和位于所述第一位置的第二卡扣件相互卡扣连接,在所述外折状态下,所述第一主体部和所述第二主体部能够通过第一卡扣件和位于所述第二位置的第二卡扣件能够相互卡扣连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的可折叠结构件,其中,所述第二卡扣件相对所述第二主体部绕沿第二方向延伸的第一轴线可转动设置,以使所述第二卡扣件能够在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间转动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的可折叠结构件,其中,所述第二卡扣件相对所述第二主体部可转动至所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间的预设位置,以使当所述第一主体部和所述第二主体部之间呈预设角度,所述可折叠结构件呈V形的状态下,所述第一主体部和所述第二主体部能够通过所述第一卡扣件和位于所述预设位置的所述第二卡扣件相互卡扣连接。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的可折叠结构件,其中,所述第二卡扣件绕沿所述第一方向延伸的第二轴线可翻转设置,以使所述第二卡扣件能够相对所述第二主体部在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间转动;
    所述第一卡扣件包括卡扣柱,所述第二卡扣件包括与所述卡扣柱可卡扣配合的卡扣环,所述卡扣环相对所述第二主体部饶所述第二轴线可翻转设置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的可折叠结构件,其中,所述卡扣柱设置有与所述卡扣环卡扣配合的固定部,以使所述卡扣环止挡于所述固定部朝向所述第一主体部的一侧。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的可折叠结构件,其中,所述卡扣柱在沿所述可折叠结构件厚度方向上的两侧均设置有所述固定部,以使在所述内折状态和所述外折状态,所述卡扣均能够止挡于所述固定部。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的可折叠结构件,其中,所述卡扣柱沿其自身延伸方向可伸缩地设置于所述第一主体部。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的可折叠结构件,其中,所述第二卡扣件还包括连接销,所述连接销可转动地连接于所述第二主体部,所述卡扣环通过所述连接销连接于所述第二主体部,所述卡扣环相对所述连接销绕所述第二轴线可翻转设置。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的可折叠结构件,其中,
    所述第二主体部上开设有安装孔;
    所述连接销包括在其延伸方向上分布的连接端和安装端,所述卡扣环连接于所述连接端,所述安装端可转动地连接于所述安装孔。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的可折叠结构件,其中,所述连接端包括开口相背离设置的两个连接孔,所述卡扣环具有相对设置的两个自由端,各所述自由端分别可转动地设置于各所述连接孔。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的可折叠结构件,其中,
    所述第二主体部还包括与所述安装孔连通的让位空间;
    所述安装端由所述安装孔伸入所述让位空间,所述第二卡扣件还包括止挡部,所述止挡部位于所述让位空间并连接于所述安装端,以防所述连接销由所述安装孔脱落。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的可折叠结构件,其中,所述止挡部包括呈环状的本体部和位于所述本体部上的缺口,以使所述止挡部通过所述缺口 将所述本体部套设于所述安装端。
  15. 根据权利要求10所述的可折叠结构件,其中,所述第二主体部上设置有安装槽,所述卡扣环可拆卸地收纳于所述安装槽。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的可折叠结构件,其中,所述安装槽内设置有挤压部,以使所述卡扣环位于所述安装槽内时,所述挤压部和所述卡扣环过盈配合。
  17. 根据权利要求2所述的可折叠结构件,其中,所述结构主体包括在所述可折叠结构件厚度方向上相对设置的第一表面和第二表面、及连接所述第一表面和所述第二表面的侧表面,所述第一卡扣件和所述第二卡扣件设置于所述侧表面。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的可折叠结构件,其中,所述侧表面包括在所述可折叠结构件宽度方向上相对设置的第一侧面和第二侧面,所述第一卡扣件和所述第二卡扣件设置于所述第一侧面和/或所述第二侧面,所述弯折部的弯折折线沿所述宽度方向延伸。
  19. 根据权利要求2所述的可折叠结构件,其中,所述第一卡扣件设置于所述第一主体部背离所述第二主体部的一侧,所述第二卡扣件设置于所述第二主体部背离所述第一主体部的一侧。
  20. 一种显示装置,包括:
    显示面板;
    权利要求1-19任一项所述的可折叠结构件,用于支撑所述显示面板。
