Description

线端连接器、连接器组件及可移动平台 技术领域
本申请涉及可移动平台技术领域,特别涉及一种线端连接器、连接器组件及可移动平台。
背景技术
随着工农业的发展,可移动平台(例如,无人机、无人车等移动设备)的应用越来越广泛。当可移动平台应用于环境恶劣的场景时,容易对连接器组件的金属端子造成损坏。例如,可移动平台应用于植保领域时,农药很容易腐蚀金属端子,造成可移动平台无法正常作业。

进一步地,所述外壳包括第一端与第二端,所述收纳部自所述第二端向所述外壳的内部延伸形成,所述外壳还设有自所述第一端向所述外壳的内部延伸的收容空间,所述线端连接器还包括导电端子,所述导电端子至少部分位于所述收容空间内。

所述第一密封圈12的高度低于所述收纳部104的深度,以牢固地定位所述第一密封圈12,确保密封效果。所述收纳部104位于所述第一密封圈12上方的空间可供填入固持胶(未图示),以包覆于线材14的至少一部分,既可以固定所述线材14与第一密封圈12,又可以起到防水的作用。优选地,所述第一密封圈12的顶端与所述外壳10的第二端102之间的距离大于等于2mm且小于等于4mm,既能够有足够的空间填充所述固持胶,又不影响导电端子11以及线材14的组装。所述收纳部104的深度过深,不利于组装导电端子11以及线材14。
所述外壳10包括主体部105、自主体部105延伸的插接部107、抵挡部108与卡扣部109。所述第二端102设置于所述主体部105的自由端。所述第一端101设置于所述插接部107的自由端。所述插接部107包括多个连接在一起的侧壁1070,任意两个侧壁1070平滑过渡连接,确保第二密封圈13与所述侧壁1070之间的紧密贴合,确保二者之间的密封效果。
所述外壳10包括第一限位部1061与第二限位部1062。第一限位部1061位于第二密封圈13的上方,第二限位部1062位于第二密封圈13的下方,以防止第二密封圈13相对所述外壳10滑动,保证密封效果。
参见图4所示,所述板端连接器2包括壳体20以及设置于壳体20的导电体22。所述导电体22用于和所述线端连接器1的导电端子11电性连接。所述壳体20设有扣持部201以及容纳空间202。所述导电端子11的一部分伸入所述容纳空间202。
参见图5所示,当所述线端连接器1与所述板端连接器2插接后,所述线端连接器1的插接部107组装入所述板端连接器2的容纳空间202,所述线端连接器1的第二密封圈13与所述板端连接器2的壳体20贴合密封,防止所述线端连接器1的外壳10与所述板端连接器2的壳体20之间的间隙漏水;所述线端连接器1的卡扣部109与所述板端连接器2的扣持部201扣持固定,以保证所述线端连接器1与板端连接器2之间插接的稳定性;所述线端连接器1的抵挡部108与所述板端连接器2的壳体20抵持,以确保线端连接器1与板端连接器2插接到位,确保线端连接器1的导电端子11与板端连接器2的导电体22之间接触的稳定性。
参见图6至图12所示,在另一实施方式中,所述线端连接器1包括组装于所述外壳10的盖板15。所述外壳10包括一对所述收容空间103以及位于一对所述收容空间103之间的收容部106。
所述收容部106可用于组装一信号连接器3,以传输信号。所述信号连接器3可包括塑胶本体30以及设至于所述塑胶本体30的信号端子(未图示)。所述塑胶本体30塞入所述收容部106内。当需要设置信号端子时,即可根据需要组装一信号连接器3。所述信号连接器3的信号端子的数量可根据实际需要进行调整,增加了所述线端连接器1的通用性,无需另外设计开发线端连接器1,节省了成本。
所述外壳10设有一对所述收纳部104以及一对所述第一密封圈12。一对所述第一密封圈12分别组装入一对所述收纳部104内。所述线端连接器1还包括一对所述导电端子11。一对所述导电端子11分别组装入一对所述收容空间103内。所述导电端子11包括圆柱状的第一接触部110以及圆柱状的第二接触部111。所述线材14插入所述第一接触部110围成的空间内,以与所述第一接触部110电性接触。所述板端连接器2的导电体22插入所述第二接触部111围成的空间内,以与所述第二接触部111电性接触。
所述盖板15包括底壁150以及自底壁150延伸的侧壁151。所述侧壁151包括第一扣持部1510,所述外壳10包括第二扣持部1063。所述第一扣持部1510与所述第二扣持部1063扣持固定,以把所述盖板15限位于所述外壳10。所述底壁150位于所述导电端子11以及所述信号连接器3的下方,以防止所述导电端子11以及所述信号连接器3脱离所述外壳10,方便组装与拆卸所述导电端子11以及信号连接器3。
所述底壁150设有第二穿孔1502与一对第一穿孔1501。一对所述第一穿孔1501分别位于一对所述收容空间103的下方,以供所述板端连接器2的导电体22穿过,以与所述线端连接器1的导电端子11电性接触。所述第二穿孔1502位于所述收容部106的下方,以供所述板端连接器2的信号体(未图示)穿过,以与所述信号连接器3的信号端子电性接触。
本申请实施方式的线端连接器1包括第一密封圈12与第二密封圈13,第一密封圈12与线端连接器1的外壳10密封,第二密封圈13与板端连接器2的壳体20密封,具有较佳的密封效果;同时,所述第一密封圈12的高度低于所述外壳10的收纳部104的深度,可以很好的固持所述第一密封圈12,进一步保证了密封效果;所述线端连接器1设有收容部106,当需要设置信号端子时,即可根据需要组装一信号连接器3至所述收容部106内,增加了所述线端连接器1的通用性,节省了成本;利用一盖板15组装于所述线端连接器1的外壳10,以限位所述导电端子11与信号连接器3,方便组装与拆卸所述信号连接器3,增加了使用的便利性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种线端连接器,用于和一设有壳体(20)的板端连接器(2)插接,其特征在于,所述线端连接器包括外壳(10)以及设置于外壳(10)的第一密封圈(12)与第二密封圈(13),所述外壳(10)设有收纳部(104),所述第一密封圈(12)收容于所述收纳部(104)内以与所述外壳(10)贴合密封,所述第一密封圈(12)的高度低于所述收纳部(104)的深度,所述第二密封圈(13)套设于所述外壳(10),所述线端连接器与所述板端连接器(2)插接后,所述第二密封圈(13)与所述板端连接器(2)的壳体(20)贴合密封。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的线端连接器,其特征在于,所述外壳(10)包括第一端(101)与第二端(102),所述收纳部(104)自所述第二端(102)向所述外壳(10)的内部延伸形成,所述外壳(10)还设有自所述第一端(101)向所述外壳(10)的内部延伸的收容空间(103),所述线端连接器还包括导电端子(11),所述导电端子(11)至少部分位于所述收容空间(103)内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的线端连接器,其特征在于,所述第一密封圈(12)设有穿孔(120),以用于供连接于所述导电端子(11)的线材(14)穿过,所述第一密封圈(12)与所述线材(14)贴合密封。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的线端连接器,其特征在于,所述收纳部(104)位于所述第一密封圈(12)上方的空间可供填入固持胶,以包覆于线材(14)的至少一部分。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的线端连接器,其特征在于,所述外壳(10)包括插接部(107),所述第二密封圈(13)套设于所述插接部(107),所述插接部(107)任意两个侧壁平滑过渡连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的线端连接器,其特征在于,所述外壳(10)包括一对所述收容空间(103)以及位于一对所述收容空间(103)之间的收容部(106),所述收容部(106)可用于组装一信号连接器(3)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的线端连接器,其特征在于,所述线端连接器还包括组装于所述外壳(10)的盖板(15),所述盖板(15)包括底壁(150)以及自底壁(150)延伸的侧壁(151),所述侧壁(151)限位于所述外壳(10),所述底壁(150)设有第一穿孔(1501)与第二穿孔(1502),所述第一穿孔(1501)位于所述收容空间(103)的下方,以供所述板端连接器(2)的导电体(22)穿过,所述第二穿孔(1502)位于所述收容部(106)的下方,以供所述板端连接器(2)的信号体穿过。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的线端连接器,其特征在于,所述第一密封 圈(12)的顶端与所述外壳(10)的第二端(102)之间的距离大于等于2mm且小于等于4mm。
  9. 一种连接器组件,其特征在于,包括板端连接器(2)以及如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的线端连接器,所述板端连接器(2)包括壳体(20)。
  10. 一种可移动平台,其特征在于,包括如权利要求9所述的连接器组件。
