背景技术
随着机械设备的逐渐推广,对机械设备的模块化要求越来越高,以植保无人机为例,各个模块要求具备快拆属性,因此需要固定结构牢靠的同时也要方便用户或者售后人员拆装。
在先技术中,无人机具有多个功能装置,以水泵装置为例,水泵装置一般采用螺丝固定的方式,无法实现快速拆装;现有的方式一般直接与机身连接,水泵的振动会干扰飞行控制系统。
发明人在研究过程中发现,通过卡接的方式可以实现水泵装置的快拆,具体将水泵装置通过安装支架与无人机连接,但是由于无人机上的水泵装置在工作时有振动,这种方式容易造成水泵装置的脱落。

下面将结合本公开实施例中的附图,对本公开实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本公开一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本公开中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本公开保护的范围。

参见图1至图14,本公开一实施例提供了一种安装支架,用于可拆卸地装配功能装置,所述安装支架包括支架主体10和至少两个安装结构20,
至少两个所述安装结构20设置在所述支架主体10上,所述安装结构20上设置有卡位以用于将所述功能装置固定在所述安装支架上;
其中,所述卡位包括卡口21和防脱卡合部22,所述防脱卡合部22被配置用于防止所述功能装置从所述安装支架脱离。
在本公开的实施例中,支架主体10的设置用于承载至少两个安装结构20,安装结构20的设置用于将功能装置安装在支架主体10上,卡位的设置用于防止功能装置从安装支架脱离。具体地,卡口21的设置可以使支架主体10与功能装置卡接并限位,防脱卡合部22的设置可以提高功能装置与安装支架的连接稳定性,进而防止功能装置从安装支架上脱离。本申请的实施例具有安装支架与功能装置的连接更加稳定可靠,防止功能装置从安装支架 上脱离的有益效果。
可选地,本公开实施例中,所述防脱卡合部22为第一凹槽,所述功能装置上设置有与所述第一凹槽适配的第一突起。
在本公开的实施例中,第一凹槽的设置用于配合第一突起来防止功能装置从安装支架上脱离。通过第一凹槽和第一突起的相互适配,可以通过卡接的方式防止功能装置从安装支架上脱离,提高功能装置和安装支架的连接稳定形。
可选地,本公开实施例中,所述防脱卡合部22为第二突起,所述功能装置上设置有与所述第二突起适配的第二凹槽。
在本公开的实施例中,第二凹槽的设置用于配合第二突起来防止功能装置从安装支架上脱离。通过第二凹槽和第二突起的相互适配,可以通过卡接的方式防止功能装置从安装支架上脱离,提高功能装置和安装支架的连接稳定性。
需要说明的是,上述两中防脱卡合部22的设置均可以实现提高功能装置和安装支架连接稳定的效果,也可以根据需要设置其他方式来提高功能装置和安装支架的连接稳定性,比如,设置卡扣组件、卡箍组件等,也可以根据情况加设相应的橡胶垫或软胶等弹性缓冲结构。
可选地,本公开实施例中,所述防脱卡合部22上设有第一弹性部23,当所述防脱卡合部22与所述功能装置相卡合时,所述第一弹性部23受到挤压而变形,使得所述功能装置被夹紧而固定在所述安装支架上。
在本公开的实施例中,第一弹性部23的设置可以使功能装置和安装支架的连接稳定性提高的同时,增加功能装置和安装支架的缓冲效果,进而起到减震或降噪的功能。
可选地,本公开实施例中,所述卡口21为“C”形开口或“U”形开口,所述卡口21开口位置的两侧向中部收缩并形成限位部,所述防脱卡合部22为所述限位部;
所述功能装置上设置有与所述卡口21适配的安装座32,所述卡口21或所述安装座32上设有第二弹性部24,当所述防脱卡合部22与所述功能装 置相卡合时,所述第二弹性部24受到所述卡口21的挤压而变形,使得所述功能装置被夹紧而固定在所述安装支架上。
在本公开的实施例中,上述结构中“C”形开口或“U”形开口配合限位部形成的卡位,可以实现功能装置与安装支架的连接,安装座32的设置用于和卡口21进行配合连接;第二弹性部24的设置可以使安装座32与卡位的连接更加紧密,且产生一定的预紧力,提高功能装置与安装支架连接稳定性。卡口21的形状也可以根据情况设置为其他形状,只要可以实现对安装座32的卡接即可。
可选地,本公开实施例中,所述卡口21设置有三个,三个所述卡口21的安装位置不共线。
在本公开的实施例中,三个卡口21的设置可以提高功能装置的连接稳定性,在三个卡口21的安装位置不共线时,可以尽可能地降低安装支架和功能装置之间的自由度,保证功能装置的安装稳定形,降低功能装置脱离安装之间的可能性。
可选地,本公开实施例中,所述支架主体10上设置有加强筋11。
在本公开的实施例中,加强筋11的设置可以提高支架主体10的刚性和强度,使支架主体10不容易产生变形,进一步使功能装置的安装更加稳定。加强筋11可以设置为多个棱状结构,加强筋11的设置方向可以根据支架主体10的受力情况设置,以便于提高支架主体10性能的同时,减少耗材。
可选地,本公开实施例中,所述支架主体10相对的两侧镜像对称。
在本公开的实施例中,镜像对称的支架主体10将不再有正反面,这样可以通过加工一种支架主体10的情况下,满足多种装配需求,降低加工成本。比如需要镜像安装的两个功能装置,就可以采用同种安装支架。
可选地,本公开实施例中,所述支架主体10相对的两侧分别设置有管路槽12,并镜像对称。
在本公开的实施例中,管路槽12的设置用于卡接管路,被卡接的管路可以为装有线缆的线材管,也可以为流通流体的管路,流体可以为气体或液体,为液体时,可以包括农药、消毒液等。在管路槽12镜像对称后,支架主体10相对的两侧均设置有管路槽12,这样可以通过加工一种支架主体10 的情况下,满足多种装配需求,降低加工成本。
本公开一实施例提供了一种泵组件30,所述泵组件30包括泵体31及如上述的安装支架,所述安装支架与所述泵体31可拆卸地连接。
在本公开的实施例中,具有上述安装支架的泵组件30可以使泵体31的安装更加稳定可靠,防止泵体31从安装支架上脱离。上述的泵体31为本申请中的功能装置。支架主体10的设置用于承载至少两个安装结构20,安装结构20的设置用于将功能装置安装在支架主体10上,卡位的设置用于防止功能装置从安装支架脱离。具体地,卡口21的设置可以使支架主体10与功能装置卡接并限位,防脱卡合部22的设置可以提高功能装置与安装支架的连接稳定性,进而防止功能装置从安装支架上脱离。本申请的实施例具有安装支架与功能装置的连接更加稳定可靠,防止功能装置从安装支架上脱离的有益效果。
可选地,本公开实施例中,所述泵体31上设置有安装座32和接线结构33,所述安装座32与所述接线结构33分别与对应的所述安装结构20可拆卸地连接。
在本公开的实施例中,安装座32的设置可以与相应的安装结构20进行配合,接线结构33的设置可以与对应的安装结构20连接,安装结构20会根据安装座32和接线结构33的形状进行适应性变形。通过安装座32和接线结构33这两种结构,可以提高泵体31与安装支架的连接稳定性,降低泵体31与安装支架的自由度,防止泵体31从安装支架上脱离。
参见图15和16,本公开一实施例提供了一种机械设备,所述机械设备包括设备主体、泵体31以及如上述的安装支架;
其中,所述泵体31通过所述安装支架安装于所述设备主体。
在本公开的实施例中,具有上述安装支架的机械设备可以使泵体31的安装更加稳定可靠,防止泵体31从安装支架上脱离。上述的泵体31为本申请中的功能装置。支架主体10的设置用于承载至少两个安装结构20,安装结构20的设置用于将功能装置安装在支架主体10上,卡位的设置用于防止功能装置从安装支架脱离。具体地,卡口21的设置可以使支架主体10与功能装置卡接并限位,防脱卡合部22的设置可以提高功能装置与安装支架的 连接稳定性,进而防止功能装置从安装支架上脱离。本申请的实施例具有安装支架与功能装置的连接更加稳定可靠,防止功能装置从安装支架上脱离的有益效果。
可选地,本公开实施例中,所述机械设备包括植保无人机40、喷洒车、喷洒装置。本申请的机械设备不仅限于上述三种设备,也可以应用于灌溉装置等。
可选地,本公开实施例中,所述机械设置为植保无人机40,所述植保无人机40包括无人机主体41、所述安装支架以及所述泵体31,所述泵体31通过所述安装支架安装于所述无人机主体41。
在本公开的实施例中,上述结构安装支架的设置,可以使泵体31相对于无人机主体41的安装更加稳定可靠。无人机主体41上可以根据需要设置相应数量的泵体31,比如1个、2个、3个、4个、8个泵体31等,不同数量的泵体31安装,需要根据情况安装于不同的位置,需要保证植保无人机40的重心稳定。安装两个泵体31时可以根据需要进行镜像安装,以增加植保无人机40的稳定。
可选地,本公开实施例中,所述无人机主体41包括相对设置的顶部壳体42和底部壳体43,所述顶部壳体42和所述底部壳体43之间设置有容纳空间44,所述泵体31处于所述容纳空间44内;
所述泵体31相对于所述安装支架的安装方向为,自所述容纳空间44外朝向所述容纳空间44内的方向。
在本公开的实施例中,容纳空间44的设置用于收纳并隐藏泵体31,防止泵体31直接暴露,可以根据需要设置侧面壳体,以对泵体31进行保护。顶部壳体42和底部壳体43的设置将限制容纳空间44的开口位置,进而影响到泵体31的安装方向,为了降低安装难度及加工成本,容纳空间44可以由顶部壳体42和底部壳体43扣合后形成,容纳空间44的开口位置处于水平方向,本申请中的安装支架趋于水平设置,泵体31的装配方向,也将趋于水平方向。具体为自容纳空间44外朝向容纳空间44内的方向。
需要说明的是,本申请的卡口21可以延伸并形成类似于葫芦状结构,具体为两个大小不一且连通的孔状结构,其中,大孔为安装孔,可以配合安 装座32定位,小孔为卡口21,与安装座32进行卡合。
需要说明的是,本申请的弹性部(包括第一弹性部23和第二弹性部24)可以根据需要设置为橡胶垫或弹性件中的一者。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种安装支架,用于可拆卸地装配功能装置,其特征在于,所述安装支架包括支架主体和至少两个安装结构,
    至少两个所述安装结构设置在所述支架主体上,所述安装结构上设置有卡位以用于将所述功能装置固定在所述安装支架上;
    其中,所述卡位包括卡口和防脱卡合部,所述防脱卡合部被配置用于防止所述功能装置从所述安装支架脱离。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的安装支架,其特征在于,所述防脱卡合部为第一凹槽,所述功能装置上设置有与所述第一凹槽适配的第一突起。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的安装支架,其特征在于,所述防脱卡合部为第二突起,所述功能装置上设置有与所述第二突起适配的第二凹槽。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的安装支架,其特征在于,所述防脱卡合部上设有第一弹性部,当所述防脱卡合部与所述功能装置相卡合时,所述第一弹性部受到挤压而变形,使得所述功能装置被夹紧而固定在所述安装支架上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的安装支架,其特征在于,所述卡口为“C”形开口或“U”形开口,所述卡口开口位置的两侧向中部收缩并形成限位部,所述防脱卡合部为所述限位部;
    所述功能装置上设置有与所述卡口适配的安装座,所述卡口或所述安装座上设有第二弹性部,当所述防脱卡合部与所述功能装置相卡合时,所述第二弹性部受到所述卡口的挤压而变形,使得所述功能装置被夹紧而固定在所述安装支架上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的安装支架,其特征在于,所述卡口设置有三个,三个所述卡口的安装位置不共线。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的安装支架,其特征在于,所述支架主体上设置有加强筋。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的安装支架,其特征在于,所述支架主体相对的两侧镜像对称。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的安装支架,其特征在于,所述支架主体相对的两侧分别设置有管路槽,并镜像对称。
  10. 一种泵组件,其特征在于,所述泵组件包括泵体及如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的安装支架,所述安装支架与所述泵体可拆卸地连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的泵组件,其特征在于,所述泵体上设置有安装座和接线结构,所述安装座与所述接线结构分别与对应的所述安装结构可拆卸地连接。
  12. 一种机械设备,其特征在于,所述机械设备包括设备主体、泵体以及如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的安装支架;
    其中,所述泵体通过所述安装支架安装于所述设备主体。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的机械设备,其特征在于,所述机械设备包括植保无人机、喷洒车、喷洒装置。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的机械设备,其特征在于,所述机械设置为植保无人机,所述植保无人机包括无人机主体、所述安装支架以及所述泵体,所述泵体通过所述安装支架安装于所述无人机主体。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的机械设备,其特征在于,所述无人机主体包括相对设置的顶部壳体和底部壳体,所述顶部壳体和所述底部壳体之间设置有容纳空间,所述泵体处于所述容纳空间内;
    所述泵体相对于所述安装支架的安装方向为,自所述容纳空间外朝向所述容纳空间内的方向。
