本发明的目的是为了解决现有的烘干设备进行烘干时,种子都堆积在一起,无法快速均匀的完成烘干作业的缺点,而提出的一种农业种植用温控烘干设备及其方法。

本实施例中,载板2内开设有两个第三滑槽25,第三滑槽25的内壁上固定连接有多个第二弹簧26,同一个第三滑槽25内的多个第二弹簧26上固定连接有同一个滑板27,通过设置第二弹簧26,可以拉动滑板27复位。
本实施例中,滑板27的一侧固定连接有两个卡块28,卡块28与对应的卡槽24相配合,通过设置卡块28与卡槽24,可以将装料盘22固定在载板2上。
本实施例中,滑板27的顶部固定连接有螺母29,两个螺母29上固定套设有同一个螺杆30,螺杆30两端的螺纹呈对称设置,螺杆30上均固定套设有转盘31,通过设置转盘31,方便转动螺杆30。
实施例二
参照图1-5,一种农业种植用温控烘干设备,包括烘箱1,烘箱1内滑动设置有载板2,载板2的两侧均固定焊接有两个滑块3,烘 箱1的两侧内壁上均开设有第一滑槽4,滑块3滑动连接在第一滑槽4内,第一滑槽4内固定焊接有第一滑杆5,滑块3滑动套设在第一滑杆5上,滑块3的底部固定焊接有第一弹簧6,第一弹簧6固定焊接在第一滑槽4的底部内壁上,烘箱1的两侧内壁上均固定焊接有第二滑槽7,第二滑槽7内滑动连接有第二滑杆8,两个第二滑杆8均固定焊接在载板2的底部,第二滑杆8的底部转动设置有滚轮9,烘箱1的底部固定焊接有设备箱10,设备箱10的底部固定焊接有电机11,电机11的输出轴上通过螺丝固定连接有第一滚轴12,第一滚轴12的顶端延伸至烘箱1内并固定焊接有风扇13,通过设置电机11,可以转动第一滚轴12与风扇13。
本实施例中,第一滚轴12上固定套设有第一锥齿轮14,第一锥齿轮14上啮合设置有两个第二锥齿轮15,第二锥齿轮15的一侧固定焊接有第二滚轴16,通过设置第一锥齿轮14,可以通过第一滚轴12来转动第二锥齿轮15。
本实施例中,第二滚轴16的一端固定焊接有凸轮17,凸轮17与滚轮9相配合,通过凸轮17与滚轮9相配合,可以推动第二滑杆8不断上下滑动。
本实施例中,设备箱10内固定设置有加热电阻18,设备箱10与烘箱1之间开设有多个通风孔19,通过设置加热电阻18,可以产生热量,方便热烘。
本实施例中,烘箱1的底部固定焊接有撑杆20,烘箱1的顶部内壁上固定安装有紫外线灯21,通过设置紫外线灯21,可以对种子 杀菌。
本实施例中,载板2上放置有装料盘22,装料盘22上固定焊接有滤网23,装料盘22的两侧均开设有两个卡槽24,通过设置滤网23,方便热风对种子进行烘干。
本实施例中,载板2内开设有两个第三滑槽25,第三滑槽25的内壁上固定焊接有多个第二弹簧26,同一个第三滑槽25内的多个第二弹簧26上固定焊接有同一个滑板27,通过设置第二弹簧26,可以拉动滑板27复位。
本实施例中,滑板27的一侧固定焊接有两个卡块28,卡块28与对应的卡槽24相配合,通过设置卡块28与卡槽24,可以将装料盘22固定在载板2上。
本实施例中,滑板27的顶部固定焊接有螺母29,两个螺母29上固定套设有同一个螺杆30,螺杆30两端的螺纹呈对称设置,螺杆30上均固定套设有转盘31,通过设置转盘31,方便转动螺杆30。
本实施例还提出了一种农业种植用温控烘干设备的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:通过电机11可以转动第一滚轴12与风扇13,进而可以将设备箱10的热量抽出并喷向载板2,方便对载板2上的装料盘22进行热烘。
S2:第一滚轴12上的第一锥齿轮14转动时,可以通过两个第二锥齿轮15来转动两个第二滚轴16,第二滚轴16上的凸轮17转动时,可以推动滚轮9相配合,推动第二滑杆8在第二滑槽7内不断上下滑 动,进而可以不断上下推动载板2滑动,使得装料盘22内的种子可以分散下落,均匀烘干。
S3:载板2两侧的滑块3在第一滑杆5上下滑时,可以压缩第一弹簧6形成缓冲,避免直接与第一滑槽4的底部相撞,损坏设备。
S4:通过转盘31可以转动螺杆30,螺杆30在转动时,可以通过螺母29推动滑板27向两侧滑动,进而可以拉动卡块28滑出卡槽24,方便从载板2上取出装料盘22。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种农业种植用温控烘干设备,包括烘箱(1),其特征在于,所述烘箱(1)内滑动设置有载板(2),载板(2)的两侧均固定连接有两个滑块(3),烘箱(1)的两侧内壁上均开设有第一滑槽(4),滑块(3)滑动连接在第一滑槽(4)内,第一滑槽(4)内固定连接有第一滑杆(5),滑块(3)滑动套设在第一滑杆(5)上,滑块(3)的底部固定连接有第一弹簧(6),第一弹簧(6)固定连接在第一滑槽(4)的底部内壁上,烘箱(1)的两侧内壁上均固定连接有第二滑槽(7),第二滑槽(7)内滑动连接有第二滑杆(8),两个第二滑杆(8)均固定连接在载板(2)的底部,第二滑杆(8)的底部转动设置有滚轮(9),烘箱(1)的底部固定连接有设备箱(10),设备箱(10)的底部固定连接有电机(11),电机(11)的输出轴上固定连接有第一滚轴(12),第一滚轴(12)的顶端延伸至烘箱(1)内并固定连接有风扇(13)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种农业种植用温控烘干设备,其特征在于,所述第一滚轴(12)上固定套设有第一锥齿轮(14),第一锥齿轮(14)上啮合设置有两个第二锥齿轮(15),第二锥齿轮(15)的一侧固定连接有第二滚轴(16)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种农业种植用温控烘干设备,其特征在于,所述第二滚轴(16)的一端固定连接有凸轮(17),凸轮(17)与滚轮(9)相配合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种农业种植用温控烘干设备,其特征在于,所述设备箱(10)内固定设置有加热电阻(18),设备箱(10) 与烘箱(1)之间开设有多个通风孔(19)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种农业种植用温控烘干设备,其特征在于,所述烘箱(1)的底部固定连接有撑杆(20),烘箱(1)的顶部内壁上固定安装有紫外线灯(21)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种农业种植用温控烘干设备,其特征在于,所述载板(2)上放置有装料盘(22),装料盘(22)上固定连接有滤网(23),装料盘(22)的两侧均开设有两个卡槽(24)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种农业种植用温控烘干设备,其特征在于,所述载板(2)内开设有两个第三滑槽(25),第三滑槽(25)的内壁上固定连接有多个第二弹簧(26),同一个第三滑槽(25)内的多个第二弹簧(26)上固定连接有同一个滑板(27)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种农业种植用温控烘干设备,其特征在于,所述滑板(27)的一侧固定连接有两个卡块(28),卡块(28)与对应的卡槽(24)相配合。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种农业种植用温控烘干设备,其特征在于,所述滑板(27)的顶部固定连接有螺母(29),两个螺母(29)上固定套设有同一个螺杆(30),螺杆(30)两端的螺纹呈对称设置,螺杆(30)上均固定套设有转盘(31)。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9提出的一种农业种植用温控烘干设备的使用方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    S1:通过电机(11)可以转动第一滚轴(12)与风扇(13),进而可以将设备箱(10)的热量抽出并喷向载板(2),方便对载板(2) 上的装料盘(22)进行热烘。
    S2:第一滚轴(12)上的第一锥齿轮(14)转动时,可以通过两个第二锥齿轮(15)来转动两个第二滚轴(16),第二滚轴(16)上的凸轮(17)转动时,可以推动滚轮(9)相配合,推动第二滑杆(8)在第二滑槽(7)内不断上下滑动,进而可以不断上下推动载板(2)滑动,使得装料盘(22)内的种子可以分散下落,均匀烘干。
    S3:载板(2)两侧的滑块(3)在第一滑杆(5)上下滑时,可以压缩第一弹簧(6)形成缓冲,避免直接与第一滑槽(4)的底部相撞,损坏设备。
    S4:通过转盘(31)可以转动螺杆(30),螺杆(30)在转动时,可以通过螺母(29)推动滑板(27)向两侧滑动,进而可以拉动卡块(28)滑出卡槽(24),方便从载板(2)上取出装料盘(22)。
