S2:在破碎板上滑时,可以通过限位杆推动第二滑杆上滑,进而可以将卡板从卡槽中抽出,此时,方便推板将第一箱体内的贝类通过第一挡板与开口投入第二箱体内。
S3:通过第二电机可以转动第四滚轴,第四滚轴上的第三锥齿轮可以转动第四锥齿轮与第二滚轴,通过第二滚轴上的第二扇形齿轮与两个第二齿条相配合,可以来回推动推板。
S4:通过第四滚轴上的第二锥齿轮可以转动第一锥齿轮与第三滚轴,第三滚轴转动时可以转动破碎扇,通过破碎扇可以进一步对贝类进行破碎,方便后续加工。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
1.本发明通过第一电机可以转动第一滚轴与第一扇形齿轮,通过第一扇形齿轮与第一齿条相配合,可以推动第二滑筒在第一滑筒内不断向上滑动,进而通过第二滑筒可以不断将破碎板抬起,通过破碎板的重力可以将第一箱体内的贝类砸碎,方便贝类的水分沥干。
2.本发明通过第二电机可以转动第四滚轴,第四滚轴上的第三锥齿轮可以转动第四锥齿轮与第二滚轴,通过第二滚轴上的第二扇形齿轮与两个第二齿条相配合,可以来回推动推板,通过第四滚轴上的第二锥齿轮可以转动第一锥齿轮与第三滚轴,第三滚轴转动时可以转动破碎扇,通过破碎扇可以进一步对贝类进行破碎,方便后续加工。

实施例一
参照图1-5,一种水产饲料加工用存放设备,包括第一箱体1,第一箱体1的顶部固定连接有进料斗2,位于进料斗2下方的第一箱体1的一侧内壁上固定连接有导向板3,第一箱体1的顶部内壁上固定连接有第一滑筒4,第一滑筒4内固定连接有第一滑杆5,第一滑杆5上滑动套设有第二滑筒6,第二滑筒6的底端固定连接有破碎板7,第一滑筒4的一侧内壁上开设有第一滑槽8,第二滑筒6的一侧固定连接有第一齿条9,第一齿条9滑动连接在第一滑槽8内,第一齿条9上啮合设置有第一扇形齿轮10,第一扇形齿轮10上固定套设有第一滚轴11,第一滚轴11的一端转动连接在第一箱体1的一侧内壁上,第一箱体1的另一端延伸至第一箱体1外并固定连接有第一电机12,第一箱体1的底部内壁上开设有开口13,位于开口13一侧上方的第一箱体1的内壁上转动连接有定位轴14,定位轴14上固定套设有第一挡板15,第一挡板15的顶部开设有卡槽16,位于第一挡板15上方的第一箱体1的两侧内壁上均固定连接有第二滑槽17,第二滑槽17内滑动连接有第二滑杆18,第二滑杆18的底部固定连接有卡板19,卡板19与卡槽16相配合,滑杆18的一侧固定连接有限位杆20,限位杆20与破碎板7相配合,通过设置破碎板7,可以将贝类砸碎,方便将贝类水分沥干。
本实施例中,导向板3与第一箱体1的底部内壁上滑动连接有同一个推板21,推板21的一侧顶部固定连接有第二挡板22,通过设置第二挡板22,可以避免贝类提前从开口13掉落。
本实施例中,推板21的一侧固定连接有两个第二齿条23,两个第二齿条23之间啮合设置有同一个第二扇形齿轮24,第二扇形齿轮24上固定套设 有第二滚轴25,通过设置第二扇形齿轮24与第二齿条23,可以推动推板21来回滑动。
本实施例中,第一箱体1的底部固定连接有第二箱体26,第二箱体26内固定连接有隔板27,隔板27与第二箱体26的一侧内壁上固定连接有同一个滤网28,滤网28位于开口13的下方呈倾斜设置,通过设置滤网28,可以将水分过滤。
本实施例中,第二箱体26的底部内壁上转动连接有第三滚轴29,第三滚轴29上固定套设有破碎扇30,第三滚轴29上转动套设有隔断板31,隔断板31固定连接在第二箱体26的底部内壁上,通过设置破碎扇30,可以对贝类进一步破碎。
本实施例中,第三滚轴29上固定套设有第一锥齿轮32,第一锥齿轮32上啮合设置有第二锥齿轮33,第二锥齿轮33的一侧固定连接有第四滚轴34,通过设置第一锥齿轮32与第二锥齿轮33,可以通过第四滚轴34来转动第三滚轴29。
本实施例中,第四滚轴34的一端延伸至第二箱体26外并固定连接有第二电机35,第二电机35固定连接在第二箱体26上,通过设置第二电机35,可以转动第四滚轴34。
本实施例中,第四滚轴34上固定套设有轴承36,轴承36的顶部固定连接有定位杆37,定位杆37固定连接在第二箱体26的顶部内壁上,通过设置轴承36与定位杆37,可以固定住第四滚轴34。
本实施例中,第四滚轴34上固定套设有第三锥齿轮38,第三锥齿轮38上啮合设置有第四锥齿轮39,第四锥齿轮39固定连接在第二滚轴25的底端,通过设置第三锥齿轮38,可以转动第四锥齿轮39与第二滚轴25。
本实施例中,第二箱体26的一侧内壁上固定连接有排水管40,第二箱体26的另一侧内壁上固定连接有出料管41,通过设置出料管41,方便将贝 类原料排出。
实施例二
参照图1-5,一种水产饲料加工用存放设备,包括第一箱体1,第一箱体1的顶部固定焊接有进料斗2,位于进料斗2下方的第一箱体1的一侧内壁上固定焊接有导向板3,第一箱体1的顶部内壁上固定焊接有第一滑筒4,第一滑筒4内固定焊接有第一滑杆5,第一滑杆5上滑动套设有第二滑筒6,第二滑筒6的底端固定焊接有破碎板7,第一滑筒4的一侧内壁上开设有第一滑槽8,第二滑筒6的一侧固定焊接有第一齿条9,第一齿条9滑动连接在第一滑槽8内,第一齿条9上啮合设置有第一扇形齿轮10,第一扇形齿轮10上固定套设有第一滚轴11,第一滚轴11的一端转动连接在第一箱体1的一侧内壁上,第一箱体1的另一端延伸至第一箱体1外并固定焊接有第一电机12,第一箱体1的底部内壁上开设有开口13,位于开口13一侧上方的第一箱体1的内壁上转动连接有定位轴14,定位轴14上固定套设有第一挡板15,第一挡板15的顶部开设有卡槽16,位于第一挡板15上方的第一箱体1的两侧内壁上均固定焊接有第二滑槽17,第二滑槽17内滑动连接有第二滑杆18,第二滑杆18的底部固定焊接有卡板19,卡板19与卡槽16相配合,滑杆18的一侧固定焊接有限位杆20,限位杆20与破碎板7相配合,通过设置破碎板7,可以将贝类砸碎,方便将贝类水分沥干。
本实施例中,导向板3与第一箱体1的底部内壁上滑动连接有同一个推板21,推板21的一侧顶部固定焊接有第二挡板22,通过设置第二挡板22,可以避免贝类提前从开口13掉落。
本实施例中,推板21的一侧固定焊接有两个第二齿条23,两个第二齿条23之间啮合设置有同一个第二扇形齿轮24,第二扇形齿轮24上固定套设有第二滚轴25,通过设置第二扇形齿轮24与第二齿条23,可以推动推板21来回滑动。
本实施例中,第一箱体1的底部固定焊接有第二箱体26,第二箱体26内固定焊接有隔板27,隔板27与第二箱体26的一侧内壁上固定焊接有同一个滤网28,滤网28位于开口13的下方呈倾斜设置,通过设置滤网28,可以将水分过滤。
本实施例中,第二箱体26的底部内壁上转动连接有第三滚轴29,第三滚轴29上固定套设有破碎扇30,第三滚轴29上转动套设有隔断板31,隔断板31固定焊接在第二箱体26的底部内壁上,通过设置破碎扇30,可以对贝类进一步破碎。
本实施例中,第三滚轴29上固定套设有第一锥齿轮32,第一锥齿轮32上啮合设置有第二锥齿轮33,第二锥齿轮33的一侧固定焊接有第四滚轴34,通过设置第一锥齿轮32与第二锥齿轮33,可以通过第四滚轴34来转动第三滚轴29。
本实施例中,第四滚轴34的一端延伸至第二箱体26外并固定焊接有第二电机35,第二电机35通过螺丝固定连接在第二箱体26上,通过设置第二电机35,可以转动第四滚后34。
本实施例中,第四滚轴34上固定套设有轴承36,轴承36的顶部固定焊接有定位杆37,定位杆37固定焊接在第二箱体26的顶部内壁上,通过设置轴承36与定位杆37,可以固定住第四滚轴34。
本实施例中,第四滚轴34上固定套设有第三锥齿轮38,第三锥齿轮38上啮合设置有第四锥齿轮39,第四锥齿轮39固定焊接在第二滚轴25的底端,通过设置第三锥齿轮38,可以转动第四锥齿轮39与第二滚轴25。
本实施例中,第二箱体26的一侧内壁上固定焊接有排水管40,第二箱体26的另一侧内壁上固定焊接有出料管41,通过设置出料管41,方便将贝类原料排出。
本实施例还提出了一种水产饲料加工用存放设备的使用方法,包括以下 步骤:
S1:先通过进料斗2可以将贝类水产原料投入第一箱体1内,通过第一箱体1内的导向板3可以将原料堆积在第一箱体1的底部内壁上,接着通过第一电机12可以转动第一滚轴11与第一扇形齿轮10,通过第一扇形齿轮10与第一齿条9相配合,可以推动第二滑筒6在第一滑筒4内不断向上滑动,进而通过第二滑筒6可以不断将破碎板7抬起,通过破碎板7的重力可以将第一箱体1内的贝类砸碎,方便贝类的水分沥干。
S2:在破碎板7上滑时,可以通过限位杆20推动第二滑杆18上滑,进而可以将卡板19从卡槽16中抽出,此时,方便推板21将第一箱体1内的贝类通过第一挡板15与开口13投入第二箱体26内。
S3:通过第二电机35可以转动第四滚轴34,第四滚轴34上的第三锥齿轮38可以转动第四锥齿轮39与第二滚轴25,通过第二滚轴25上的第二扇形齿轮24与两个第二齿条23相配合,可以来回推动推板21。
S4:通过第四滚轴34上的第二锥齿轮33可以转动第一锥齿轮32与第三滚轴29,第三滚轴29转动时可以转动破碎扇30,通过破碎扇30可以进一步对贝类进行破碎,方便后续加工。

  1. 一种水产饲料加工用存放设备,包括第一箱体(1),其特征在于,所述第一箱体(1)的顶部固定连接有进料斗(2),位于进料斗(2)下方的第一箱体(1)的一侧内壁上固定连接有导向板(3),第一箱体(1)的顶部内壁上固定连接有第一滑筒(4),第一滑筒(4)内固定连接有第一滑杆(5),第一滑杆(5)上滑动套设有第二滑筒(6),第二滑筒(6)的底端固定连接有破碎板(7),第一滑筒(4)的一侧内壁上开设有第一滑槽(8),第二滑筒(6)的一侧固定连接有第一齿条(9),第一齿条(9)滑动连接在第一滑槽(8)内,第一齿条(9)上啮合设置有第一扇形齿轮(10),第一扇形齿轮(10)上固定套设有第一滚轴(11),第一滚轴(11)的一端转动连接在第一箱体(1)的一侧内壁上,第一箱体(1)的另一端延伸至第一箱体(1)外并固定连接有第一电机(12),第一箱体(1)的底部内壁上开设有开口(13),位于开口(13)一侧上方的第一箱体(1)的内壁上转动连接有定位轴(14),定位轴(14)上固定套设有第一挡板(15),第一挡板(15)的顶部开设有卡槽(16),位于第一挡板(15)上方的第一箱体(1)的两侧内壁上均固定连接有第二滑槽(17),第二滑槽(17)内滑动连接有第二滑杆(18),第二滑杆(18)的底部固定连接有卡板(19),卡板(19)与卡槽(16)相配合,滑杆(18)的一侧固定连接有限位杆(20),限位杆(20)与破碎板(7)相配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种水产饲料加工用存放设备,其特征在于,所述导向板(3)与第一箱体(1)的底部内壁上滑动连接有同一个推板(21),推板(21)的一侧顶部固定连接有第二挡板(22)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种水产饲料加工用存放设备,其特征在于,所述推板(21)的一侧固定连接有两个第二齿条(23),两个第二齿条(23)之间啮合设置有同一个第二扇形齿轮(24),第二扇形齿轮(24)上固定套设有第二滚轴(25)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种水产饲料加工用存放设备,其特征在于,所述第一箱体(1)的底部固定连接有第二箱体(26),第二箱体(26)内固定连接有隔板(27),隔板(27)与第二箱体(26)的一侧内壁上固定连接有同一个滤网(28),滤网(28)位于开口(13)的下方呈倾斜设置,第二箱体(26)的一侧内壁上固定连接有排水管(40),第二箱体(26)的另一侧内壁上固定连接有出料管(41)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种水产饲料加工用存放设备,其特征在于,所述第二箱体(26)的底部内壁上转动连接有第三滚轴(29),第三滚轴(29)上固定套设有破碎扇(30),第三滚轴(29)上转动套设有隔断板(31),隔断板(31)固定连接在第二箱体(26)的底部内壁上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种水产饲料加工用存放设备,其特征在于,所述第三滚轴(29)上固定套设有第一锥齿轮(32),第一锥齿轮(32)上啮合设置有第二锥齿轮(33),第二锥齿轮(33)的一侧固定连接有第四滚轴(34)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种水产饲料加工用存放设备,其特征在于,所述第四滚轴(34)的一端延伸至第二箱体(26)外并固定连接有第二电机(35),第二电机(35)固定连接在第二箱体(26)上。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种水产饲料加工用存放设备,其特征在于,所述第四滚轴(34)上固定套设有轴承(36),轴承(36)的顶部固定连接有定位杆(37),定位杆(37)固定连接在第二箱体(26)的顶部内壁上。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的一种水产饲料加工用存放设备,其特征在于,所述第四滚轴(34)上固定套设有第三锥齿轮(38),第三锥齿轮(38)上啮合设置有第四锥齿轮(39),第四锥齿轮(39)固定连接在第二滚轴(25)的底端。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9提出的一种水产饲料加工用存放设备的使用方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    S1:先通过进料斗(2)可以将贝类水产原料投入第一箱体(1)内,通过第一箱体(1)内的导向板(3)可以将原料堆积在第一箱体(1)的底部内壁上,接着通过第一电机(12)可以转动第一滚轴(11)与第一扇形齿轮(10),通过第一扇形齿轮(10)与第一齿条(9)相配合,可以推动第二滑筒(6)在第一滑筒(4)内不断向上滑动,进而通过第二滑筒(6)可以不断将破碎板(7)抬起,通过破碎板(7)的重力可以将第一箱体(1)内的贝类砸碎,方便贝类的水分沥干。
    S2:在破碎板(7)上滑时,可以通过限位杆(20)推动第二滑杆(18)上滑,进而可以将卡板(19)从卡槽(16)中抽出,此时,方便推板(21)将第一箱体(1)内的贝类通过第一挡板(15)与开口(13)投入第二箱体(26)内。
    S3:通过第二电机(35)可以转动第四滚轴(34),第四滚轴(34)上的第三锥齿轮(38)可以转动第四锥齿轮(39)与第二滚轴(25),通过第二滚轴(25)上的第二扇形齿轮(24)与两个第二齿条(23)相配合,可以来回推动推板(21)。
    S4:通过第四滚轴(34)上的第二锥齿轮(33)可以转动第一锥齿轮(32)与第三滚轴(29),第三滚轴(29)转动时可以转动破碎扇(30),通过破碎扇(30)可以进一步对贝类进行破碎,方便后续加工。
