现有的电机在工作和放置时,很容易产生灰尘,灰尘过多会影响设备的正常工作,人工进行清理不仅费时费力也会影响清理效果和工作效率。因此,需要提供一种用于对电机除尘的装置,以解决现有技术的不足。

针对上述问题,本实用新型提供一种用于对电机除尘的装置,通过斜板将产品放置到壳体内的放置板上,通过定位销插入螺纹孔中对产品进行限位,并设置蓄电池带动升降杆进行升降,从而使限位横杆对产品进一步的限位,设置吹尘风机和震动块进行除尘,灰尘由下料漏斗进入废料仓,设置下料漏斗放置灰尘会因吹尘风机吹起对产品进行二次污染,通过粘灰层对未进入废料仓内的灰尘进行吸附,设置吸磁条对灰尘内的金属进行吸除,设置防滑弹性层防止产品限位的破损,设置观察窗口对壳体内进行观察;本实用新型大大提高了对产品的除尘效果也降低了人工成本的同时提高了工作效率。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型提供一种用于对电机除尘的装置,包括壳体,所述壳体顶部设置有吹尘风机,吹尘风机的下端设置有放置板,放置板的下端设置有废料仓,放置板的左右两侧均与固定在壳体侧壁上的震动块相连接,放置板上分布有螺纹孔,螺纹孔内设置有可拆卸的定位销,定位销上设置有升降杆,升降杆的内侧壁上设置有限位横杆。
