Claims (15)
- 연속식 공정을 이용한 프탈로니트릴계 화합물의 제조 시스템에 있어서,프탈산계 화합물 및 니트릴계 화합물을 포함하는 혼합물이 충진된 제1 반응부;상기 제1 반응부와 연결된 제2 반응부; 및상기 제2 반응부와 연결된 토출부를 포함하고,상기 제2 반응부에서, 상기 제1 반응부 방향으로부터 상기 토출부 방향으로 유체 흐름이 존재하고,상기 제2 반응부는 유체 흐름 방향의 길이가 유체 흐름 방향에 수직하는 평균 단면적 제곱근의 10배 이상인, 프탈로니트릴계 화합물의 제조 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 반응부와 제2 반응부의 사이에 압력조절부를 더 포함하는, 프탈로니트릴계 화합물의 제조 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 반응부, 제2 반응부 및 토출부 중 적어도 하나는 온도조절부를 더 구비하는, 프탈로니트릴계 화합물의 제조 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2 반응부의 용량은 상기 제1 반응부의 용량 100부피부를 기준으로 1~50부피부인, 프탈로니트릴계 화합물의 제조 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유체 흐름의 유속은 상기 제1 반응부 용량의 0.01~1.00부피부/분의 속도로 조절되는, 프탈로니트릴계 화합물의 제조 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 제조 시스템을 사용하는 방법에 있어서,(a) 상기 제1 반응부에 프탈산계 화합물 및 니트릴계 화합물을 포함하는 혼합물을 투입하는 단계;(b) 상기 혼합물을 반응시키며 상기 제2 반응부로 이송하는 단계; 및(c) 상기 토출부에서 프탈로니트릴계 화합물을 수득하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 (b) 단계는 상기 니트릴계 화합물의 초임계 조건 하에서 수행되는, 프탈로니트릴계 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 프탈산계 화합물은 이소프탈산, 테레프탈산 또는 이들의 혼합물인, 프탈로니트릴계 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 니트릴계 화합물은 시안화수소, 아세토니트릴, 아크릴로니트릴, 부티로니트릴, 이소부티로니트릴, 피발로니트릴, 숙시노니트릴, 푸마로니트릴, 크로토니트릴 및 벤조니트릴로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상인, 프탈로니트릴계 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 (a) 단계의 혼합물은 프탈산계 화합물 및 니트릴계 화합물로 구성된, 프탈로니트릴계 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 (a) 단계에서, 상기 니트릴계 화합물의 함량은 상기 프탈산계 화합물 1중량부 기준으로 1~500중량부인, 프탈로니트릴계 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 (a) 단계에서, 상기 혼합물의 수분 함량은 6,000 ppm 미만인, 프탈로니트릴계 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 (b) 단계는 260~350℃, 40~200 bar의 조건에서 수행되는, 프탈로니트릴계 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 (b) 단계는 1~500분 동안 수행되는, 프탈로니트릴계 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 (c) 단계는,상기 토출부에서 수득한 생성물로부터 프탈로니트릴계 화합물을 분리정제하는 단계인, 프탈로니트릴계 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 (c) 단계에서 분리된 잔부 화합물을 상기 (a) 단계에 재사용하는, 프탈로니트릴계 화합물의 제조방법.
