Description

冰箱 技术领域
本发明涉及一种冰箱,特别是包括蔬菜容器的冰箱。
背景技术
近年来,包括蔬菜容器的冰箱已经普及。其中,参照专利文献1(日本特开公报2002-286358),提出了一种冰箱,蔬菜容器的顶部开口用具有透湿性的盖体来覆盖。通过用盖体覆盖蔬菜容器的顶部开口,能够防止冷空气进入蔬菜容器内,从而防止蔬菜容器内的存放物的干燥。
然而,在专利文献1记载的冰箱中,当抽出蔬菜容器时,盖体也与蔬菜容器一起被抽出,因此在放入和取出收容物时,需要打开和关闭盖体,作业变得复杂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述问题,提供一种能够防止蔬菜容器中的存放勿干燥并且能够容易地放入和取出蔬菜容器内的存放物的冰箱。
本发明的冰箱,包括:
前后移动的抽出式蔬菜容器,配置在分隔板下侧的区域内,所述分隔板将冰箱内部的区域上下地分隔分为两部分;以及
顶板,安装在所述分隔板下方,当所述蔬菜容器位于后方的收纳位置时,覆盖所述蔬菜容器的顶部开口,
所述顶板以可在预定的范围内上下/前后/左右移动的状态安装于所述分隔板。
根据本发明,顶板安装在冰箱的分隔板下方,当蔬菜容器向前方抽出时,顶部开口打开,当蔬菜容器返回到后方的收纳位置时,通过顶板 来覆盖顶部开口。特别地,由于顶板以可在预定的范围内上下/前后/左右移动的状态安装于分隔板,所以当使蔬菜容器从前方返回到后方的收纳位置时,能够使顶板平稳地放置于蔬菜容器的上部。由此,能够提供一种能够防止蔬菜容器中干燥并且能够容易地放入和取出蔬菜容器内的存放物的冰箱。

作为本发明进一步的改进,所述分隔板包括前侧部和后侧部,后侧部的前侧开设有四个固定孔16A~16D,后侧开设有四个固定孔16E~16H;顶板的前侧形成有四个固定爪22A~22D,在后侧形成有四个固定爪22E~22H;固定孔16A~16H和固定爪22A~22H分别配置在彼此配合的位置处。

图5是示出本发明的一个实施方式的冰箱2的顶板20安装于分隔板(后侧部14)的状态的立体图。图6是示出图5所示的分隔板(后侧部14)的结构的立体图。图7是示出图5所示的顶板20的结构的立体图。图8是示意性地示出用于将顶板20安装到分隔板(后侧部14)的详细结构的侧剖视图。
如图6所示,分隔板10的后侧部14,在前侧开设有四个固定孔16A~16D,在后侧开设有四个固定孔16E~16H,设置有总共8个固定孔16A~H。另一方面,如图7所示,在顶板20的前侧形成有四个固定爪22A~22D,在后侧形成有四个固定爪22E~22H,设置有总共8个固定爪22A~22H。
固定孔16A~16H和固定爪22A~22H分别配置在彼此配合的位置处。因此,如图8所示,各个固定爪22A~22H嵌入到对应的各个固定孔16A~H中。由此,如图5所示,使得顶板20被悬挂在分隔板10的后侧部14。固定孔16A~16H分别形成为大于固定爪22A~22H的外形,在固定孔16A~16H与固定爪22A~22H之间具有预定的间隙。
如图8的左上方所示的放大图、和其右侧所示的从正交方向对放大图进行观察的图所示,在固定孔16A~16D与固定爪22A~22D之间,具有高度方向的间隙z1、前后方向的间隙x1、左右方向的间隙y1a+y1b。同样,如图8的右上角所示的放大图、和其下侧所示的从正交方向对放大图进行观察的图所示,在固定孔16E~16H与固定爪22E~22H之间,具有高度方向的间隙z2、前后方向的间隙x2、左右方向的间隙y2a+y2b。
因此,顶板20的前侧能够上下移动间隙z1的量,顶板20的后侧能够上下移动间隙z2的量。此外,在平面视图中,认为顶板20能够前后移动间隙x1或x2的量,并且能够沿左右方向移动间隙y1a+y1b或y2a+y2b的量。
这种悬挂结构不限于上述,例如,相反,也可能在分隔板10的后侧部14侧设置向下延伸的固定爪,在顶板20侧设置固定孔。
当抽出式的蔬菜容器30沿导轨从前方回到后方的收纳位置时,它的移动有一定程度的上下左右摆动。此时,由于顶板20以可在预定的范围内上下/前后/左右移动地安装于分隔板10,所以当使蔬菜容器30从前方回到后方的收纳位置时,能够将顶板20平滑地载置于蔬菜容器30的上部。由此,能够提供一种能够防止蔬菜容器30中干燥并且能够容易地放入和取出蔬菜容器30内的存放物的冰箱2。
特别地,在分隔板(后侧部14)和顶板20中的一个中开设固定孔(16A~16H),在另一个中设置固定爪(22A~22H),固定爪(22A~22H)嵌入到固定孔(16A~16H),使顶板20悬挂在分隔板(后侧部14)上,在该情况下,顶板20能够在与固定爪(22A~22H)和固定孔(16A~16H)之间的间隙尺寸对应的范围内,上下/前后/左右移动。因此,能够在作为简单结构的同时,可靠地将顶板20以可在预定的范围内上下/前后/左右移动的状态安装于分隔板(后侧部14)。
在上述实施方式中,示出了分隔板10由具有透光性的前侧部12和 后侧部14构成的情况,但本发明不限于此,分隔板10也能一体地形成。
(利用密封件的密封功能)
如图5、图7所示,在顶板20的下表面的后端部,安装有具有弹性的密封件40。当蔬菜容器30从前方回到后方的收纳位置时,密封件40与蔬菜容器30的后端部的后侧面及与其所接的两侧的侧面相接触。由此,能够通过顶板20更有效地密封蔬菜容器30的顶部开口,能够提高蔬菜容器30内的密封性。具有弹性的密封件也能够安装在蔬菜容器30的侧侧面,而不是安装顶板20上。
图9是示意性地示出蔬菜容器30的顶部开口利用密封件40的唇部42所密封的结构的图。如图9所示,当蔬菜容器30处于后方的收纳位置时,密封件40的唇部42与后端部的外侧面(即,后侧面及与后侧面连接的两侧的侧面)相接触,所述密封件40安装在顶板20,所述后端部的外侧面包围了蔬菜容器30的顶部开口。由此,能够更可靠地密封蔬菜容器30的顶部开口。
虽然说明了本发明的实施方式和实施例,但是公开内容可以在结构的细节上变化,并且能在不偏离所请求保护的本发明的范围和思想的情况下,实现实施方式和实施例中的要素的组合或顺序的变化等。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种冰箱,其特征在于,包括:
    前后移动的抽出式蔬菜容器,配置在分隔板下侧的区域内,所述分隔板将冰箱内部的区域上下地分隔分为两部分;以及
    顶板,安装在所述分隔板下方,当所述蔬菜容器位于后方的收纳位置时,覆盖所述蔬菜容器的顶部开口,
    所述顶板以可在预定的范围内上下/前后/左右移动的状态安装于所述分隔板。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,在所述分隔板和所述顶板中的一个上开设有固定孔,在另一个上设置有固定爪,所述固定爪嵌入到所述固定孔中,使所述顶板悬挂在所述分隔板上,
    所述顶板可在与所述固定爪和所述固定孔之间的间隙尺寸对应的范围内上下/前后/左右移动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述分隔板包括前侧部和后侧部,后侧部的前侧开设有四个固定孔16A~16D,后侧开设有四个固定孔16E~16H;顶板的前侧形成有四个固定爪22A~22D,在后侧形成有四个固定爪22E~22H;固定孔16A~16H和固定爪22A~22H分别配置在彼此配合的位置处。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的冰箱,其特征在于,在分隔板的后侧部设置向下延伸的固定爪,在顶板侧设置固定孔。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,通过安装于所述顶板或所述蔬菜容器中的一个的具有弹性的密封件与另一个相接触,提高所述蔬菜容器内的密封性。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的冰箱,其特征在于,当所述蔬菜容器位于后方的收纳位置时,安装在所述顶板的所述密封件的唇部与将所述蔬菜 容器的顶部开口包围的后端部的外表面相接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述分隔板的至少一部分由具有透光性的构件构成,可从所述分隔板的上侧对所述蔬菜容器的内部进行视觉确认。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述分隔板包括前侧部和后侧部,所述前侧部由具有透光性的构件构成。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述分隔板为一体式。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,蔬菜容器的两侧设置有支架,支架固定于蔬菜室门的导轨上,在设置于冰箱本体的导轨上滑移。
