本申请实施例还提供了一种后绑带,包括左绑带和右绑带;还包括上述的后绑带调节装置;所述壳体内设有绑带滑道,所述左绑带和所述右绑带分别从所述绑带滑道两端插入并与所述绑带调节齿轮啮合传动。
本申请实施例还提供了一种头戴显示设备,包括头戴主机,还包括上述的后绑带,所述左绑带和所述右绑带远离所述壳体的一端分别与所述头戴主机的对应侧固定连接。
由于采用了上述技术方案,取得的有益效果如下:
本申请中的后绑带调节装置,包括壳体,壳体内转动安装有绑带调节齿轮;壳体上设置有安装圆槽,安装圆槽内设有单向止转结构,且安装圆槽内转动安装有按压式离合机构;按压式离合机构包括转动安装在安装圆槽内且 与绑带调节齿轮连接的调节座、径向滑动安装在调节座内的自复位滑块结构和设置于调节座上的按压驱动结构,自复位滑块结构径向伸出调节座外的一端与单向止转结构啮合。本申请中的后绑带包括左绑带、右绑带和上述后绑带调节装置,本申请中的头戴显示设备包括头戴主机和后绑带。
未按压按压驱动结构时(佩戴后),可通过旋转调节座带动绑带调节齿轮旋转,且通过单向止转结构限制其单向旋转;此时带动左、右绑带相对运动进行后绑带的小范围精调,单向锁紧于头部。按压按压驱动结构时(佩戴前),自复位滑块结构进行径向滑动,与单向止转结构瞬间脱离,绑带调节齿轮可双向旋转,推拉头戴主机使左、右绑带相对运动或相背运动进行后绑带的大范围粗调;且由于啮合关系已解除,调节绑带不会产生较大噪音。由于与单向止转结构啮合的自复位滑块结构依靠径向滑动与单向止转结构啮合或脱离,与相比现有弹性臂棘轮结构利用弹性臂进行弹性变形进行啮合或脱离更加可靠。
综上所述,本申请结构简单易于组装、可靠性高且使用时噪音低,极大满足了用户的体验。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
实施例一:
由图1至图10共同所示,本实施例公开了一种绑带调节装置;包括壳体1,壳体1内转动安装有绑带调节齿轮2,壳体1上设置有安装圆槽13,安装圆槽13内设有单向止转结构3,且安装圆槽13内转动安装有与单向止转结构3相配合以限制绑带调节齿轮2旋转方向的按压式离合机构4。其中,按压式离合机构4包括转动安装在安装圆槽13内且与绑带调节齿轮2连接的调节座41、径向滑动安装在调节座41内的自复位滑块结构42和设置于调节座41上的按压驱动结构43,自复位滑块结构42径向伸出调节座41外的一端与单向止转结构3啮合;未按压按压驱动结构43时,可通过旋转调节座41带动绑带调节齿轮2旋转,且通过单向止转结构3限制其单向旋转(小范围单向调节后绑带,将后绑带锁紧于 头部);按压按压驱动结构43时,自复位滑块结构42进行径向滑动与单向止转结构3脱离,绑带调节齿轮2可双向旋转(大范围双向调节后绑带);由于啮合关系已解除,大范围调节绑带不会产生较大噪音。由于与单向止转结构3啮合的自复位滑块结构4依靠按压驱动结构43的推力进行径向滑动进而与单向止转结构3脱离或啮合,与相比现有弹性臂棘轮结构利用弹性臂进行弹性变形进行啮合或脱离更加可靠。
本实施例中,壳体1包括卡接在一起的第一壳体11和第二壳体12(第二壳体12由两部分扣合构成),第一壳体11与第二壳体12的外侧壁之间围成有容纳腔,第二壳体12内形成有空腔。安装圆槽13设置在第一壳体11的外侧面,绑带调节齿轮2转动安装在第二壳体12的内壁上,第二壳体12的内壁上还设有用于对绑带调节齿轮2进行周向限位的弧形限位挡板。
本实施例中,单向止转结构3为设置于安装圆槽13的周壁的一圈棘轮齿(参见图5所示);或者,单向止转结构3为安装于安装圆槽13内的内棘轮。
本实施例中,调节座41包括可拆卸连接的座体411(圆柱形)和旋转盖412,座体411与旋转盖412围成有容纳腔;座体411转动安装在安装圆槽13内,座体411上设有用于安装自复位滑块结构42的径向滑道4111,径向滑道4111的两侧均设有一个连接柱4112,座体411的中心设有安装座4113。旋转盖412包括筒形部和呈圆弧结构的盖底;盖底的中心设有插装孔4122,盖底的内侧面设有与连接柱4112一一对应插接的限位座4121,且盖底的内侧面设有环形凸起4123;为了便于安装和位置的限定,安装圆槽13周边的第一壳体11上设有两个相对且与旋转盖412的筒形部相适配(间隙配合,可相对转动)的弧形凹陷部14,筒形部的一端插装在弧形凹陷部14内。
本实施例中,自复位滑块结构42包括径向滑动安装的棘爪滑块421和弹性复位件422(优选弹簧);棘爪滑块421的一端成型有与单向止转结构3(棘轮齿或内棘轮)相适配的棘爪棘齿结构4211,棘爪滑块421的两侧均设有延伸部4212,延伸部4212上垂直设置有柱状连接部4213;弹性复位件422的一端与柱状连接部4213连接,另一端与座体411上的相应连接柱4112连接,座体411和 旋转盖412扣合时,连接柱4112插入限位座4121内,限位座4121可对弹性复位件422与连接柱4112的连接端进行限位。且棘齿滑块421上设有卡槽423,卡槽423的一侧壁面为第一斜面424(向棘爪棘齿结构4211方向倾斜,且具有45度倾斜角)。
为了进一步确保调节时的稳定性和可靠性,自复位滑块结构42周向等间隔分布有多个,本实施例附图所示为三个。
本实施例中,用于在按压时驱动自复位滑块结构42进行径向滑动的按压驱动结构43有两种实施结构:
第一种实施结构:按压驱动结构43包括按钮431、压盘432和弹性件433(优选弹簧);按钮431的一端插装在旋转盖412的插装孔4122内且与插装孔4122间隙配合,按钮431位于旋转盖412内的一端与压盘432的外侧盘面连接,压盘432的内侧盘面上设有与自复位滑块结构42一一对应的压块4321,压块4321插装在卡槽423中,且压块4321的一侧具有与第一斜面424相配合的第二斜面4322(也具有45度倾斜角);弹性件433安装在座体411的安装座4113内,一端与内侧盘面抵靠,另一端与安装座4113的底部抵靠。
该方案,按压按钮431后,通旋转调节座41或抽拉头戴主机进行后绑带调节时,自复位滑块结构42及压盘432同步转动,由于按钮431与压盘432连接,此时按钮431会在按压手指的掌面旋转打滑,容易使手指磨损。
第二种实施结构:该按压驱动结构43可克服按压按钮431时,按钮431在手指掌面旋转打滑而磨损手指的问题。该按压驱动结构43也包括按钮431、压盘432和弹性件433;但按钮431与压盘432不进行固定连接。
按钮431包括筒形本体4311,筒形本体4311的筒底部呈外凸的弧形结构,筒形本体4311的开口端的外周壁上设有环形限位凸起4312;筒形本体4311插装在旋转盖412的插装孔4122内上且与插装孔4122间隙配合;环形限位凸起4312朝向旋转盖412的端面与旋转盖412上的环形凸起4123的端面顶靠,以防止按钮431脱出旋转盖412。压盘432的外侧盘面上设有多个周向排布的滚珠4323,滚珠4323与按钮431的筒底部抵触,压盘432的内侧盘面上设有与自复 位滑块结构42一一对应的压块4321,压块4321插装在卡槽423中,且压块4321的一侧具有与第一斜面424相配合的第二斜面4322;弹性件433安装在座体411的安装座4113内,一端与内侧盘面抵靠,另一端与安装座4113抵靠。压盘432随自复位滑块结构42同步转动时,由于滚珠4323在按钮431上产生滚动摩擦,按钮431可相对按压手指的掌面保持静止,不易磨损手指。
按钮431与滚珠4323抵触的筒底部的中心设有凹陷部,外侧盘面上设有与凹陷部相适配的凸起部4324,凹陷部和凸起部4324相配合可对两者的配合位置进行限定;以提高按钮431和压盘432在按压时的联动性和稳定性。
两种按压驱动结构43都利用了斜面推动原理。第一斜面424和第二斜面4322抵触,按压按钮431时压盘432相背离按钮431方向运动,轴向运动的压块4321会提供给自复位滑块结构42一个向座体411中心进行径向滑动的的推力;自复位滑块结构42径向滑动,棘爪棘齿结构4211与单向止转结构3脱离,此时弹性复位件422处于拉伸状态。当释放按钮431时,在弹性件433的作用下压盘432和按钮431恢复到初始状态;同时自复位滑块结构42在弹性复位件422的拉力下径向复位,棘爪棘齿结构4211与单向止转结构3再次啮合。
本实施例中,座体411临近安装圆槽13的槽底的一侧设有连接部4114,第一壳体11的内侧面上转动安装有齿轮拨盘44,连接部4114穿出安装圆槽13的槽底与齿轮拨盘44连接;齿轮拨盘44上设置的拨动轴441伸入第二壳体12与绑带调节齿轮2连接。
本实施例中的各个部件结构简单便于加工、可靠性强;且各个部件易于组组装。
实施例二:
由图1所示,本实施例公开了一种后绑带,包括左绑带5、右绑带6和上述实施例一公开的后绑带调节装置;第二壳体12内设有绑带滑道,左绑带5和右绑带6分别从绑带滑道两端插入并与绑带调节齿轮2啮合传动;旋转的绑带调节齿轮2可使左绑带5和右绑带6相对运动或相背运动。
实施例三:
本实施例公开了一种头戴显示设备,包括头戴主机和上述实施例二公开的后绑带,左绑带5和右绑带6远离壳体1的一端分别与头戴主机的对应侧固定连接。
下面基于包含后绑带调节装置的后绑带在头戴显示设备上的应用,对后绑带调节装置的工作过程进行简要阐述:
佩戴前对后绑带进行大范围的粗调节:按压按压驱动结构43,利用斜面配合推动原理,压盘432上的压块4321驱使自复位滑块结构42向中心进行径向滑动,棘爪棘齿结构4211与单向止转结构3瞬间脱离,此时绑带调节齿轮2可双向旋转,通过推拉头戴主机或者旋转调节座41,使左绑带5与右绑带6相对运动或相背运动进行后绑带的大范围粗调;粗调过程中由于啮合关系已解除,调节后绑带不会产生较大噪音。
佩戴后对后绑带进行小范围的精调节:通过旋转调节座41带动绑带调节齿轮2旋转,单向止转结构3限制旋转调节座41及绑带调节齿轮2仅单向旋转,此时左绑带5与右绑带6相对运动进行后绑带的小范围精调,使后绑带单向锁紧于头部;虽然自复位滑块结构42的棘爪棘齿结构4211与单向止转结构3啮合,但是自复位滑块结构42可径向滑动,因此单向旋转调节过程中也不会出现因棘爪棘齿结构4211与棘轮齿硬性碰撞而产生大噪音的问题。
综上所述,本申请简单易于组装、可靠性高且使用时噪音低,极大满足了用户的体验。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种后绑带调节装置,包括壳体,所述壳体内转动安装有绑带调节齿轮;其特征在于,所述壳体上设置有安装圆槽,所述安装圆槽内设有单向止转结构,且所述安装圆槽内转动安装有与所述单向止转结构相配合以限制所述绑带调节齿轮旋转方向的按压式离合机构;所述按压式离合机构包括转动安装在所述安装圆槽内且与所述绑带调节齿轮连接的调节座、径向滑动安装在所述调节座内的自复位滑块结构和设置于所述调节座上的按压驱动结构,所述自复位滑块结构径向伸出所述调节座外的一端与所述单向止转结构啮合;
    未按压所述按压驱动结构时,可通过旋转所述调节座带动所述绑带调节齿轮旋转,且通过所述单向止转结构限制其单向旋转;按压所述按压驱动结构时,所述自复位滑块结构进行径向滑动与所述单向止转结构脱离,所述绑带调节齿轮可双向旋转。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的后绑带调节装置,其特征在于,所述单向止转结构为设置于所述安装圆槽的周壁的一圈棘轮齿;或者,所述单向止转结构为安装于所述安装圆槽内的内棘轮。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的后绑带调节装置,其特征在于,所述自复位滑块结构包括径向滑动安装的棘爪滑块和弹性复位件;所述弹性复位件的一端与所述棘爪滑块连接,另一端与所述调节座连接;所述棘爪滑块伸出所述调节座外的一端成型有与所述棘轮齿或所述内棘轮相适配的棘爪棘齿结构,且所述棘齿滑块上设有卡槽,所述卡槽的一侧壁面为第一斜面。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的后绑带调节装置,其特征在于,所述自复位滑块结构包括两个所述弹性复位件,两个所述弹性复位件分别位于所述棘爪滑块的两侧。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的后绑带调节装置,其特征在于,所述自复位滑块结构周向等间隔分布有多个。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的后绑带调节装置,其特征在于,所述按压驱动结构包括按钮、压盘和弹性件;
    所述按钮插装在所述调节座上且与所述调节座间隙配合,所述按钮位于所述调节座内的一端与所述压盘的外侧盘面连接,所述压盘的内侧盘面上设有与所述自复位滑块结构对应的压块,所述压块插装在所述卡槽中,且所述压块的一侧具有与所述第一斜面相配合的第二斜面;
    所述弹性件的一端与所述内侧盘面抵靠,另一端与所述调节座抵靠。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的后绑带调节装置,其特征在于,所述按压驱动结构包括按钮、压盘和弹性件;
    所述按钮插装在所述调节座上且与所述调节座间隙配合;所述压盘位于所述调节座内,所述压盘的外侧盘面上设有多个周向排布的滚珠,所述滚珠与所述按钮抵触,所述压盘的内侧盘面上设有与所述自复位滑块结构对应的压块,所述压块插装在所述卡槽中,且所述压块的一侧具有与所述第一斜面相配合的第二斜面;
    所述弹性件的一端与所述内侧盘面抵靠,另一端与所述调节座抵靠。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的后绑带调节装置,其特征在于,所述按钮与所述滚珠抵触的端面的中心设有凹陷部,所述外侧盘面上设有与所述凹陷部相适配的凸起部。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的后绑带调节装置,其特征在于,所述调节座包括可拆卸连接的座体和旋转盖,所述座体与所述旋转盖围成有容纳腔;所述座体转动安装在所述安装圆槽内,所述座体上设有用于安装所述自复位滑块结构的径向滑道,所述径向滑道的两侧均设有一个连接柱,所述座体的中心设有安装座;所述旋转盖的内侧面设有与所述连接柱一一对应插接的限位座,所述旋转盖的中心设有插装孔。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的后绑带调节装置,其特征在于,所述壳体包括卡接的第一壳体和第二壳体,所述安装圆槽设置在所述第一壳体的外侧面,所述绑带调节齿轮转动安装在所述第二壳体内;所述调节座临近所述安装圆槽的槽底的一侧设有连接部,所述第一壳体的内侧面上转动安装有齿轮拨盘,所述连接部穿出所述安装圆槽的槽底与所述齿轮拨盘连接;所述齿轮拨盘上 设置的拨动轴伸入所述第二壳体与所述绑带调节齿轮连接。
  11. 一种后绑带,包括左绑带和右绑带;其特征在于,还包括权利要求1-10任一项所述的后绑带调节装置;所述壳体内设有绑带滑道,所述左绑带和所述右绑带分别从所述绑带滑道两端插入并与所述绑带调节齿轮啮合传动。
  12. 一种头戴显示设备,包括头戴主机;其特征在于,还包括权利要求11所述的后绑带,所述左绑带和所述右绑带远离所述壳体的一端分别与所述头戴主机的对应侧固定连接。
