本发明的一个目的是要克服现有技术中的至少一个技术缺陷,提供一种共享空调器的信息处理方法及信息处理装置。

图1是根据本发明一个实施例的共享空调器的数据交互示意图。本实施例的共享空调器的运行系统一般性地可以包括:安装有用户应用程序的用户终端110,服务器120,共享空调管理平台130,共享空调器140和安装有维护应用程序的维护终端150。用户终端110和维护终端150的类型可以根据 实际情况进行设置,例如可以分别为手机、平板等。
用户应用程序被配置成由用户进行操作,以向服务器120下发指令信息。用户应用程序可以是手机APP,也可以是微信小程序,还可以是网页客户端等,具体可以由本领域技术人员根据实际情况以及产品需求进行设置,在本实施例中,优选地将用户应用程序设置为手机APP。在本实施例中,APP的UI界面(User Interface,用户界面,简称UI界面)还可以将付费的功能单独分区显示,每个功能的边上显示该功能的使用时长或次数及单次或累计的使用金额,供用户确认。
服务器120配置为接收来自于用户应用程序的指令信息并将指令信息下发至共享空调管理平台130,并获取共享空调管理平台130中受控目标共享空调器的功能状态反馈信息和维护应用程序上报的信息,并通过设置于服务器120上的信息处理装置160进行逻辑判断,执行相应的动作,对受控目标共享空调器不同的功能进行计费。服务器120主要用于与用户终端110、维护终端150进行数据交互,并向共享空调管理平台130提供用户终端110提供的指令信息。
共享空调管理平台130配置为接收来自服务器120的指令信息并下发该指令信息至受控目标共享空调器,以及接收来自于受控目标共享空调器的功能状态反馈信息。共享空调管理平台130可以是IOT(Internet of Things,物联网,简称IOT)云平台,主要用于对受控目标共享空调器进行管理和控制。
共享空调器140可以包括多台空调器,其中,被当前用户所使用的空调器作为受控目标共享空调器,受控目标共享空调器为共享空调器140中的一台空调器,其与用户建立联系并提供给用户相应的控制权限。受控目标共享空调器配置成接收共享空调管理平台130下发的指令信息并执行相应的动作,然后反馈功能状态反馈信息至共享空调管理平台130。
维护应用程序配置成接收服务器120下发的指令信息并根据该指令信息执行相应的动作。维护应用程序还配置成获取其使用者的操作信息并上报该操作信息至服务器120。维护应用程序可以是手机APP,也可以是微信小程序,还可以是网页客户端等,具体可以由本领域技术人员根据实际情况以及产品需求进行设置,在本实施例中,优选地将维护应用程序设置为手机APP。
共享空调器的运行系统的工作原理是,用户通过操作用户终端110下发指令信息,指令信息经过服务器120以及共享空调管理平台130层层传递, 最终下发到受控目标共享空调器,受控目标共享空调器接收指令信息并执行相应的动作,并发送功能状态反馈信息至共享空调管理平台130。服务器120从共享空调管理平台130中获取功能状态反馈信息,然后根据功能状态反馈信息确定受控目标共享空调器运行过程中启动的功能的类型,根据不同的功能类型执行相应的计费流程,最终生成相应的账单,然后在用户的账户余额充足的情况下进行扣费,从而完成账单的支付。
参加图2,本实施例还提供了一种共享空调器的信息处理装置160,该信息处理装置160可以设置在服务器120中,其包括:处理器161和存储器162。
存储器162内存储有机器可执行程序163,机器可执行程序163被处理器161执行时用于实现本实施例的共享空调器的信息处理方法。本领域技术人员也应该了解,在一些实施例中,共享空调器的信息处理装置160可以布置于各类具有相应数据处理功能的计算设备中,诸如,通过一个或多个服务器计算设备或以其他方式由一个或多个服务器计算设备实现。在使用多个服务器计算设备的情况下,这样的服务器计算设备可以根据顺序计算架构、并行计算架构或其一些组合来操作。

本实施例的共享空调器的信息处理方法通过将受控目标共享空调器的功能预设为附加计费功能和常规计费功能,且不同的功能对应有预设的不同的计费标准。然后在通过判断确定受控目标共享空调器的运行过程中启动的功能为预设的附加计费功能后,确定该附加计费功能的计费标准,并在该附加计费功能完成后生成相应的附加功能费用账单,这使得受控目标共享空调器的计费方式更加合理,提高了共享空调器的智能化水平,满足了用户对于智能家电的需求,并进一步提高了用户的使用体验。
其中,本实施例的受控目标共享空调器拓展了可供用户选择使用的功能种类,使得用户可以使用更多的功能,在传统空调只具有制冷制热等空调自 身具备的固有的功能的情况下,还可以引入如下功能:空气净化,新风,UV光,水离子,除甲醛,驱蚊,自清洁,除霜,家政清洗,售后维修,滤网清洗等多种功能,使得用户能够享受更多的服务,满足了用户在不同场景下对空调本身以及与空调相关的各种需求。本实施例的共享空调可以通过IOT通信协议记录不同的功能信息,并预留有空字节作为后续增加新功能的空间预留。
本实施例的方案还将受控目标共享空调器的功能分为两大类,其中适合以时长进行计费的功能预设为常规计费功能,如:制冷,制热,空气净化,新风,UV光,水离子,除甲醛,驱蚊等;将其余适合按次进行计费的功能预设为附加计费功能,如:自清洁,除霜,家政清洗,售后维修,滤网清洗等。此外,本实施例的方案在将所有功能预设为常规计费功能或附加计费功能的同时,还对应预设有不同的计费标准。例如,制冷功能的计费标准可以为a元/小时,空气净化功能的计费标准可以是b元/天,自清洁功能的计费标准可以为c元/次,家政清洗的计费标准可以为d元/次(a、b、c、d均为大于或等于0的任意数值,具体的数值可以根据不同功能的使用成本以及使用效果进行人为设置)。本实施例的方案针对不同的功能对应有预设的不同的计费标准,使得不同功能的收费更加合理,从而进一步提高用户的使用体验。
本实施例中的共享空调器的计费方式可以是直接以金额进行收费,也可以采用其它的方式,如积分等方式。本领域技术人员可以理解的是,上述的a元/小时以及c元/次等计费方式并不等同于对本申请的限制,任何可以起到货币的消费功能的替代方式均可作为本申请的计费方式,例如,可以通过积分的方式进行计费:服务器120在用户每次使用账户余额进行付费的同时,增加与付费金额相对应的积分,积分可以按照一定的兑换率抵扣金额,在积分充足的情况下,用户可以选择以积分进行付费或者以账户余额进行付费。
图4是图3中获取受控目标共享空调器在运行过程中启动的功能的步骤的详细流程图;

另一部分附加计费功能则需要人工完成,例如家政服务、售后维修以及滤网清洁等,这些附加计费功能需要由服务器120接收到相应的指令信息后,向维护应用程序下发,维护应用程序在接收到该指令信息后,调度相关人员上门进行服务,例如调度清洁人员上门进行滤网清洁的服务,家政人员上门进行家政服务,维修人员进行维修等。相关人员在完成相应的服务后,在维护终端150上上传完成服务的证明,维护终端150在获取到上传的证明信息后确定该附加计费功能完成后,向服务器120上报该附加计费功能已完成的完成信号。其中,相关人员完成相应的服务的证明可以通过拍照、录像等方式证明,也可以通过获取受控目标共享空调器的用户签字证明等方式证明。

该实施例的方案拓展了受控目标共享空调器的功能种类,并将其分为两大类:附加计费功能和常规计费功能,同时针对每个功能对应设置不同的计费标准,从而使得共享空调器的计费方式更加智能精确,在满足了用户在不同场景下针对空调的各种需求外,还使得计费方式更加合理,从而提高了用户的使用体验。
该实施例的方案通过监测受控目标共享空调器的联机状态,并针对受控目标共享空调器出现异常离线状态的情况设置相应的流程步骤,从而保障了用户的利益,进一步地提高了用户的使用体验。
本领域技术人员应该了解上述流程仅为本发明的几个应用实例,可以在上述的实施例对共享空调器的信息处理方法的介绍的基础上调整步骤的执行顺序以及增删部分步骤。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种共享空调器的信息处理方法,包括:
    获取受控目标共享空调器在运行过程中启动的功能;
    判断所述启动的功能是否为预设的附加计费功能;
    若是,确定所述附加计费功能的计费标准;以及
    在所述附加计费功能完成后,按照所述计费标准生成附加费用账单。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的共享空调器的信息处理方法,其中,所述获取受控目标共享空调器在运行过程中启动的功能的步骤包括:
    接收来自于用户应用程序的指令信息,并将所述指令信息下发至共享空调管理平台;
    从所述共享空调管理平台中获取所述受控目标共享空调器的功能状态反馈信息;
    根据所述功能状态反馈信息判断所述受控目标共享空调器是否有功能由关闭状态改变为开启状态;
    若是,则确定由关闭状态改变为开启状态的功能为所述受控目标共享空调器运行过程中启动的功能。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的共享空调器的信息处理方法,其中,在所述按照所述计费标准生成附加费用账单的步骤之后还包括:
    判断账户余额是否大于或等于所述附加费用账单的支付金额;
    若是,完成扣费,所述附加费用账单支付成功;
    若否,所述附加费用账单支付失败,向用户应用程序发送提示信息,以提示所述账户余额不足。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的共享空调器的信息处理方法,其中,在所述确定所述附加计费功能的计费标准的步骤之后,还包括:
    判断是否收到所述附加计费功能的完成信号;
    若是,则确定所述附加计费功能完成。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的共享空调器的信息处理方法,其中
    所述完成信号由所述共享空调管理平台在监测到所述附加计费功能由开启状态改变为关闭状态后反馈,或由维护应用程序上报。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的共享空调器的信息处理方法,其中,在所述判断是否收到所述附加计费功能的完成信号的步骤之后,还包括:
    在没有收到所述附加计费功能的完成信号的情况下,监测所述受控目标共享空调器的联机状态;
    当监测到所述受控目标共享空调器变成离线状态后,记录所述附加计费功能信息;
    当监测到所述受控目标共享空调器恢复在线状态后,发送提示信息至用户应用程序,并根据所述用户应用程序的回复的反馈信息确定是否执行所述附加计费功能。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的共享空调器的信息处理方法,其中,在所述判断所述启动的功能是否为预设的附加计费功能的步骤之后,还包括:
    若所述启动的功能不是预设的附加计费功能,则确定所述启动的功能为预设的常规计费功能;
    根据所述常规计费功能的计费标准和使用时长生成常规费用账单。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的共享空调器的信息处理方法,其中,所述根据所述常规计费功能的计费标准和使用时长生成常规费用账单的步骤包括:
    确定所述常规计费功能的计费标准,并记录所述常规计费功能的开启时刻;
    持续获取所述受控目标共享空调器的功能状态反馈信息以及所述受控目标共享空调器的联机状态;
    将所述功能状态反馈信息指示出所述常规计费功能完成或者所述受控目标共享空调器变为离线状态的时刻作为所述常规计费功能的结束时刻;
    根据所述开启时刻和所述结束时刻计算所述常规计费功能的使用时长;
    根据所述计费标准和所述使用时长生成常规计费账单。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的共享空调器的信息处理方法,其中,在所述根据所述使用时长生成常规计费账单的步骤之后还包括:
    判断账户余额是否大于或等于所述常规费用账单的支付金额;
    若是,完成扣费,所述常规费用账单支付成功;
    若否,所述常规费用账单支付失败,向用户应用程序发送提示信息,以提示所述账户余额不足。
  10. 一种共享空调器的信息处理装置,包括:
    处理器;和
    存储器,其内存储有机器可执行程序,所述机器可执行程序被所述处理器执行时用于实现根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的共享空调器的信息处理方法。
