请参阅图1至图3,本发明提供了一种塑料棒材热压挤出装置,包括第一支撑架1、料斗2、挤出机3、口模4和夹持机构,所述第一支撑架1与所述挤出机3可拆卸连接,并位于所述挤出机3的下方,所述挤出机3上设置有进料口,所述料斗2与所述挤出机3可拆卸连接,并位于所述挤出机3远离所述第一支撑架1的一侧,且与所述进料口相对应,所述口模4与所述挤出机3可拆卸连接,并与所述挤出机3的输出端相对应,夹持机构与所述挤出机3固定连接,并位于所述挤出机3靠近所述口模4的一端,且与所述口模4相对应,所述夹持机构包括两根连接杆5、外环6、两个连接件7和两个夹持板8,所述挤出机的两侧分别设置有所述连接杆5,两根所述连接杆7分别与所述外环6固定连接,所述外环6位于两根所述连接杆5之间,且位于两根所述连接杆5远离所述挤出机3的一端,每个所述夹持板8均呈圆弧结构设置,所述外环6上设置有两个通孔,每个所述连接件7分别与一个所述夹持板8固定连接,并贯穿一个所述通孔,每个所述连接件7包括连接轴9和固定件10,所述连接轴9靠近所述外环6外侧的一端上套设有所述固定件10,所述固定件10包括第一固定板11、第二固定板12和连接块13,所述第一固定板11和所述第二固定板12均套设在所述连接轴9的外表面,所述第一固定板11和所述第二固定板12的两端均设置有所述连接块13,所述第一固定板11上的所述连接块13和所述第二固定板12上的所述连接块13螺栓连接。
在本实施方式中,所述料斗2与所述挤出机3可拆卸连接,并与所述进料口相对应,所述口模4与所述挤出机3可拆卸连接,并与所述挤出机3的输出端相对应,所述挤出机的两侧分别设置有所述连接杆5,两根所述连接杆7分别与所述外环6固定连接,所述外环6位于两根所述连接杆5之间,每个所述夹持板8均呈圆弧结构设置,所述外环6上设置有两个通孔,每个所述连接件7分别与一个所述夹持板8固定连接,并贯穿一个所述通孔,所述连接轴9靠近所述外环6外侧的一端上套设有所述固定件10,所述第一固定板11和所述第二 固定板12均套设在所述连接轴9的外表面,所述第一固定板11和所述第二固定板12的两端均设置有所述连接块13,所述第一固定板11上的所述连接块13和所述第二固定板12上的所述连接块13螺栓连接,原料通过所述料斗2进入所述挤出机3内,通过所述挤出机3内部的螺杆转动带动,原料向前进行输送,物料在向前运动的过程中,接受料筒的加热、螺杆带来的剪切以及压缩作用使得物料熔融,然后根据口模4而成为横截面和口模4样子相仿的塑料棒材,拧动所述连接块13上的螺栓,拉动所述连接轴9,将两个所述夹持板8的位置调整到与所述口模4对应的位置,使得塑料棒材位于两个所述夹持板8之间,对塑料棒材起到一个支撑的作用,使得塑料棒材因不会受到重力影响,导致变形弯曲。
进一步地,所述连接轴9上设置有多个卡槽14,所述第一固定板11和所述第二固定板12的两端均设置有卡块15,所述卡块15和所述卡槽14相适配。
在本实施方式中,根据生产棒材的大小调整所述夹持板8的位置时,需要调整所述固定件10在所述连接轴9上的位置,所述连接轴9上设置有多个卡槽14,所述第一固定板11和所述第二固定板12的两端均设置有卡块15,使得调整所述固定件10位置时,所述卡块15始终与所述卡槽14相对应,使得所述夹持机构的机构更加牢固。
进一步地,所述塑料棒材热压挤出装置还包括降温机构,所述降温机构包括池体16、水泵17、第二支撑架18、水槽19和分流机构,所述池体16位于所述第一支撑架1靠近所述夹持机构的一端,所述池体16上设置有进水管20,所述进水管20与外界水源连接,所述池体16上设置有所述水泵17,所述第二支撑架18与所述池体16固定连接,并位于所述池体16的上方,所述水槽19与所述第二支撑架18固定连接,并位于所述第二支撑架18的上方,且位于所述夹持机构的上方,所述水槽19上设置有排水口,所述分流机构与所述水槽19固定连接,并位于所述水槽19的下方,且与所述排水口相对应,所述分流机构位于所述夹持机构的上方。
在本实施方式中,所述水槽19位于所述池体16的上方,所述水泵17将所述池体16内的水输送至所述水槽19内,通过所述分流机构对所述夹持机构持续降水,使得位于两个所述夹持板8之间的塑料棒材降温冷却,加快塑料棒材的塑性速率。
进一步地,所述分流机构包括连接管21和分流体22,所述连接管21与所述水槽19固定连接,所述分流体22与所述连接管21固定连接,并位于所述连接管21远离所述水槽19的一端,所述分流体22呈中空长方体结构设置,所述分流体22的底部设置有多个出水孔。
在本实施方式中,所述分流体22呈中空长方体结构设置,并与所述夹持机构相对应,所述水槽19中的水通过所述连接管21流入所述分流体22中,通过所述分流体22的出水孔对所述夹持机构持续降水,对位于两个所述夹持板8之间的塑料棒材进行降温冷却,加快塑性。
进一步地,所述塑料棒材热压挤出装置还包括蓄水池23,所述蓄水池23与所述池体16固定连接,并位于所述池体16远离所述第一支撑架1的一端,所述蓄水池23上设置有贯穿孔24,所述贯穿孔24与所述夹持机构相对应。
在本实施方式中,所述蓄水池23的所述贯穿孔24与所述夹持机构对应,塑料棒材经过所述夹持机构的辅助支撑,并通过所述降温机构一步降温后,通过所述贯穿孔24进入所述蓄水池23内,进行二次降温,使得降温效果更好。
进一步地,所述夹持机构还包括两个曲面板25,每个所述曲面板25均与一个所述夹持板8固定连接,并位于所述夹持板8靠近所述口模4的一端,两个所述曲面板25的口径由大至小设置。
在本实施方式中,通过所述挤出机3热压生产的塑料棒材通过两个所述曲面板25进入到两个所述夹持板8之间,每个所述曲面板25的口径由大至小设置,使得塑料棒材滑动至两个所述夹持板8之间使更加顺畅。
进一步地,所述塑料棒材热压挤出装置还包括支撑件26,所述池体16和所述蓄水池23的内部均设置有多个所述支撑件26,所述支撑件26与所述口模4的输出端相对应。
在本实施方式中,通过所述挤出机3热压生产的塑料棒材位于所述支撑件26的上方,通过所述支撑件26的辅助支撑,使得塑料棒材不再因重力作用的影响发生形变。
进一步地,每个所述支撑件26包括固定轴27和两个支撑块28,所述固定轴27的两端均与所述池体16或所述蓄水池23的内壁固定连接,所述固定轴27上设置有两个相对应的所述支撑块28,每个所述支撑块28均呈曲面圆台结构设置。
在本实施方式中,所述固定轴27与所述池体16或所述蓄水池23的内壁固定连接,结构更加牢固,两个所述支撑块28均呈曲面圆台结构设置,台径较小的一端相互抵持,使得两个所述支撑件26之间形成光滑夹角,对塑性后的塑料棒材起到一个较好的支撑作用。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种塑料棒材热压挤出装置,其特征在于,
    包括第一支撑架、料斗、挤出机、口模和夹持机构,所述第一支撑架与所述挤出机可拆卸连接,并位于所述挤出机的下方,所述挤出机上设置有进料口,所述料斗与所述挤出机可拆卸连接,并位于所述挤出机远离所述第一支撑架的一侧,且与所述进料口相对应,所述口模与所述挤出机可拆卸连接,并与所述挤出机的输出端相对应,所述夹持机构与所述挤出机固定连接,并位于所述挤出机靠近所述口模的一端,且与所述口模相对应,所述夹持机构包括两根连接杆、外环、两个连接件和两个夹持板,所述挤出机的两侧分别设置有所述连接杆,两根所述连接杆分别与所述外环固定连接,所述外环位于两根所述连接杆之间,且位于两根所述连接杆远离所述挤出机的一端,每个所述夹持板均呈圆弧结构设置,所述外环上设置有两个通孔,每个所述连接件分别与一个所述夹持板固定连接,并贯穿一个所述通孔,每个所述连接件包括连接轴和固定件,所述连接轴靠近所述外环外侧的一端上套设有所述固定件,所述固定件包括第一固定板、第二固定板和连接块,所述第一固定板和所述第二固定板均套设在所述连接轴的外表面,所述第一固定板和所述第二固定板的两端均设置有所述连接块,所述第一固定板上的所述连接块和所述第二固定板上的所述连接块螺栓连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的塑料棒材热压挤出装置,其特征在于,
    所述连接轴上设置有多个卡槽,所述第一固定板和所述第二固定板的两端均设置有卡块,所述卡块和所述卡槽相适配。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的塑料棒材热压挤出装置,其特征在于,
    所述塑料棒材热压挤出装置还包括降温机构,所述降温机构包括池体、水泵、第二支撑架、水槽和分流机构,所述池体位于所述第一支撑架靠近所述夹持机构的一端,所述池体上设置有进水管,所述进水管与外界水源连接,所述池体上设置有所述水泵,所述第二支撑架与所述池体固定连接,并位于所述池体的上方,所述水槽与所述第二支撑架固定连接,并位于所述第二支撑架的上方,且位于所述夹持机构的上方,所述水槽上设置有排水口,所述分流机构与所述水槽固定连接,并位于所述水槽的下方,且与所述排水口相对应,所述分 流机构位于所述夹持机构的上方。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的塑料棒材热压挤出装置,其特征在于,
    所述分流机构包括连接管和分流体,所述连接管与所述水槽固定连接,所述分流体与所述连接管固定连接,并位于所述连接管远离所述水槽的一端,所述分流体呈中空长方体结构设置,所述分流体的底部设置有多个出水孔。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的塑料棒材热压挤出装置,其特征在于,
    所述塑料棒材热压挤出装置还包括蓄水池,所述蓄水池与所述池体固定连接,并位于所述池体远离所述第一支撑架的一端,所述蓄水池上设置有通孔,所述通孔与所述夹持机构相对应。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的塑料棒材热压挤出装置,其特征在于,
    所述夹持机构还包括两个曲面板,每个所述曲面板均与一个所述夹持板固定连接,并位于所述夹持板靠近所述口模的一端,两个所述曲面板的口径由大至小设置。
