一种电动车的电池安装固定结构 技术领域
本发明涉及电动车电池安装领域,尤其涉及一种电动车的电池安装固定结构。
背景技术
电动车由蓄电池提供能源,需要将蓄电固定在车身内,当前的蓄电池放置在电池盒中,再安装到电动车上,蓄电池盒不能在各个方向都得到稳定的固定,在车辆运行过程中会产生晃动,造成电池的稳定性差,从而影响电池的使用寿命。因此解决这个问题就变得很重要了,
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种电动车的电池安装固定结构,通过电池上下端设置的放置槽和固定槽对电池上下端进行限位固定,同时夹紧机构从电池四边进行夹紧固定,提高电池安装的稳定性,解决了电池在车辆行驶过程中稳定性差的问题。
本发明提供一种电动车的电池安装固定结构,包括安装槽和盖板,安装槽底部设有放置板,放置板和安装槽之间设有减震柱,放置板上侧设有防护壳体,放置板中间设有放置槽,电池下端放置在放置槽内,防护壳体围绕设置在放置槽外侧,电池四边都设有夹紧机构,盖板通过螺栓固定在安装槽上侧,盖板下侧对应放置槽设有固定槽,电池上端插接在固定槽内。
进一步改进在于:所述夹紧机构包括夹紧板和调节螺栓,夹紧板设置在防护壳体内侧,调节螺栓从安装槽外侧穿过安装槽和防护外壳与夹紧板连接,夹紧板通过调节螺栓调节对电池侧边进行夹紧。
进一步改进在于:夹紧板内侧设有防护垫。
进一步改进在于:调节螺栓外侧上设有密封盖。
进一步改进在于:放置槽内侧和固定槽内侧都设有橡胶垫圈。
进一步改进在于:防护壳体表面设有透气孔。
进一步改进在于:安装槽内侧和防护壳之间设有吸附盒,吸附盒内填充有活性炭。
本发明的有益效果:通过电池上下端设置的放置槽和固定槽对电池上下端进行限位固定,同时夹紧机构从电池四边进行夹紧固定,下侧减震柱进行减震作用,减少震动产生,提高电池安装的稳定性;设置防护垫和橡胶垫圈为了进行减震缓冲保护,提高减震性能;设置吸附盒填充活性炭对安装槽内的水汽进行吸收,防止水汽对电池造成影响。

如图1所示,本实施例提供一种电动车的电池安装固定结构,包括安装槽1和盖板2,安装槽1底部设有放置板3,放置板3和安装槽1之间设有减震柱4,放置板3上侧设有防护壳体5,放置板3中间设有放置槽6,电池下端放置在放置槽6内,防护壳体5围绕设置在放置槽6外侧,电池四边都设有夹紧机构,盖板2通过螺栓固定在安装槽1上侧,盖板2下侧对应放置槽6设有固定槽7,电池上端插接在固定槽7内。所述夹紧机构包括夹紧板8和调节螺栓9,夹紧板8设置在防护壳体5内侧,调节螺栓9从安装槽1外侧穿过安装槽1和防护外壳5与夹紧板8连接,夹紧板8通过调节螺栓9调节对电池侧边进行夹紧。夹紧板8内侧设有防护垫10,调节螺栓9外侧上设有密封 盖11。放置槽6内侧和固定槽7内侧都设有橡胶垫圈12。防护壳体5表面设有透气孔13,安装槽1内侧和防护壳5之间设有吸附盒14,吸附盒14内填充有活性炭。
通过将电池放置在放置槽6内,盖板2通过螺栓固定在安装槽1上侧,电池上下端通过放置槽6和固定槽7进行限位固定,同时调节螺栓9带动夹紧板8从电池四边进行夹紧固定;设置防护垫10和橡胶垫圈12为了进行减震缓冲保护,减震柱4从下侧进行减震,减少震动产生,提高减震性能,提高电池安装的稳定性;设置吸附盒14并填充活性炭对安装槽1内的水汽进行吸收,防止水汽对电池造成影响。

  1. 一种电动车的电池安装固定结构,包括安装槽(1)和盖板(2),其特征在于:安装槽(1)底部设有放置板(3),放置板(3)和安装槽(1)之间设有减震柱(4),放置板(3)上侧设有防护壳体(5),放置板(3)中间设有放置槽(6),电池下端放置在放置槽(6)内,防护壳体(5)围绕设置在放置槽(6)外侧,电池四边都设有夹紧机构,盖板(2)通过螺栓固定在安装槽(1)上侧,盖板(2)下侧对应放置槽(6)设有固定槽(7),电池上端插接在固定槽(7)内。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种电动车的电池安装固定结构,其特征在于:所述夹紧机构包括夹紧板(8)和调节螺栓(9),夹紧板(8)设置在防护壳体(5)内侧,调节螺栓(9)从安装槽1外侧穿过安装槽(1)和防护外壳(5)与夹紧板(8)连接,夹紧板(8)通过调节螺栓(9)调节对电池侧边进行夹紧。
