- 제3항에 있어서,상기 면역 관련 질환은 자가면역질환, 이식편대숙주 질환, 장기이식거부반응, 천식, 아토피, 및 급성 또는 만성의 염증 질환으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나인, 약학 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 자가면역질환은 류마티스성 관절염, 전신성 경피증, 전신 홍반성 낭창, 아토피 피부염, 건선, 원형탈모증, 천식, 크론씨병, 베체시병, 쇼그렌 증후군, 길리아-바레 증후군, 만성 갑상선염, 다발성 경화증, 다발성 근염, 강직성 척추염, 섬유조직염 및 결절성 다발성 동맥염으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나인, 약학 조성물.
- Lrig1 단백질; 또는 이를 암호화하는 유전자를 포함하는 면역 세포를 유효 성분으로 포함하는 암의 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 면역 세포는 T 세포, B 세포, NK 세포, 림프구 세포, 수지상 세포, 호중구, 호산구, 호염기성 과립구, 대식세포 및 비만세포로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나인 것인, 약학 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 암은 위암, 간암, 교세포종, 난소암, 대장암, 두경부암, 방광암, 신장세포암, 유방암, 전이암, 전립선암, 췌장암, 흑색종 및 폐암으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나인, 약학 조성물.
- Lrig1 단백질; 또는 이를 암호화하는 유전자를 포함하는 면역 세포를 유효 성분으로 포함하는 신경 퇴행성 질환 또는 신경 염증성 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 면역 세포는 T 세포, B 세포, NK 세포, 림프구 세포, 수지상 세포, 호중구, 호산구, 호염기성 과립구, 대식세포 및 비만세포로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나인 것인, 약학 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 신경 퇴행성 질환 또는 신경 염증성 질환은 뇌졸중, 치매, 알츠하이머병(Alzheimer's disease), 파킨슨병(Parkinson's disease), 헌팅턴병(Huntington's disease), 니만-피크병(Niemann-Pick disease), 프리온병(prion disease), 크로이펠츠-야콥병(Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease), 전두측두치매, 루이치매, 근위축성 측삭경화증(AlzAmyotrophic lateral sclerosis), 부신생물증후군(Paraneoplastic syndrome), 피질기저퇴행증, 다계통위축병, 진행성핵상마비, 신경계 자가면역질환, 척수 소뇌 실조(spinocerebellar ataxia), 염증성 및 신경병증성 통증, 뇌혈관 질환, 척수 손상(spinal cord injury) 및 타우병증(tauopathy)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는, 약학 조성물.
- 면역 세포의 표면에 존재하는 Lrig1 단백질 또는 이를 암호화하는 유전자의 발현 수준을 측정하는 제제를 포함하는 면역 관련 질환의 진단용 조성물.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 면역 세포는 T 세포, B 세포, NK 세포, 림프구 세포, 수지상 세포, 호중구, 호산구, 호염기성 과립구, 대식세포 및 비만세포로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나인 것인, 진단용 조성물.
- 제13항 및 제14항 중 어느 한 항의 진단용 조성물을 포함하는 면역 관련 질환의 진단용 키트.
- 목적하는 개체로부터 분리된 생물학적 시료에서 면역 세포의 Lrig1 단백질 또는 이를 암호화하는 유전자의 발현 수준을 측정하는 단계를 포함하는 면역 관련 질환을 진단하기 위한 정보 제공 방법.
- 면역 세포의 표면에 존재하는 Lrig1 단백질 또는 이를 암호화하는 유전자의 발현 수준을 측정하는 제제를 포함하는 암의 진단용 조성물.
- 제17항에 있어서,상기 면역 세포는 T 세포, B 세포, NK 세포, 림프구 세포, 수지상 세포, 호중구, 호산구, 호염기성 과립구, 대식세포 및 비만세포로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나인 것인, 진단용 조성물.
- 제17항 및 제18항 중 어느 한 항의 진단용 조성물을 포함하는 암의 진단용 키트.
- 목적하는 개체로부터 분리된 생물학적 시료에서 면역 세포의 Lrig1 단백질 또는 이를 암호화하는 유전자의 발현 수준을 측정하는 단계를 포함하는 암을 진단하기 위한 정보 제공 방법.
- 면역 세포의 표면에 존재하는 Lrig1 단백질 또는 이를 암호화하는 유전자의 발현 수준을 측정하는 제제를 포함하는 신경 퇴행성 질환 또는 신경 염증성 질환의 진단용 조성물.
- 제21항에 있어서,상기 면역 세포는 T 세포, B 세포, NK 세포, 림프구 세포, 수지상 세포, 호중구, 호산구, 호염기성 과립구, 대식세포 및 비만세포로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나인 것인, 진단용 조성물.

- Lrig1에 특이적으로 결합하는 항체 또는 이의 항원 결합 단편; 및 면역 세포 표면 마커에 특이적으로 결합하는 항체 또는 이의 항원 결합 단편을 포함하는 이중 특이 항체를 유효성분으로 포함하는 면역 관련 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물.
