  1. 一种喷淋式注塑件清洗装置,包括底座(1),其特征在于:所述底座(1)的顶部固定连接有清洗箱(2),所述清洗箱(2)的内壁竖直设有转动连接的传动轴(3),所述底座(1)的内壁底部固定连接有电机(4),所述电机(4)的输出轴与传动轴(3)底部固定连接,所述传动轴(3)的外壁于清洗箱(2)下方固定套设有传动轮(5),所述传动轮(5)顶部的一端高度低于另一端,所述传动轴(3)的顶部延伸至清洗箱(2)内侧固定连接有工作台(6),所述清洗箱(2)的内壁一侧活动连接有喷淋板(7),所述清洗箱(2)的内壁另一侧固定连接有干燥板(8),所述清洗箱(2)靠近喷淋板(7)的顶部一侧固定连接有进水管(9),所述进水管(9)的底部与喷淋板(7)活动连接,所述喷淋板(7)的外壁一侧于底座(1)内侧活动套设有复位弹簧(10),所述清洗箱(2)的内壁一侧于干燥板(8)下方固定连接有引流管(11),所述底座(1)的内壁底部于电机(4)外侧固定连接有隔离板(12),所述清洗箱(2)的内壁一侧于喷淋板(7)上方固定连接有出液缸(13),所述出液缸(13)的内侧活动连接有活塞(14),所述喷淋板(7)的顶部延伸至出液缸(13)内侧与活塞(14)底部固定连接,所述清洗箱(2)的内壁于出液缸(13)上方固定连接有第一单向阀(15),所述出液缸(13)靠近传动轴(3)的内壁一侧设有第二单向阀(16)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种喷淋式注塑件清洗装置,其特征在于:所述工作台(6)的顶部活动连接有放置笼。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种喷淋式注塑件清洗装置,其特征在于:所述清洗箱(2)的顶部设有箱门。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种喷淋式注塑件清洗装置,其特征在于:所述喷淋板(7)靠近传动轴(3)的外壁一侧固定连接有若干个喷嘴。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种喷淋式注塑件清洗装置,其特征在于:所述干燥板(8)靠近传动轴(3)的外壁一侧固定连接有若干个吹风管。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种喷淋式注塑件清洗装置,其特征在于:所述底座(1)远离引流管(11)的外壁一侧固定连接有排水管道。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种喷淋式注塑件清洗装置,其特征在于:所述底座(1)远离喷淋板(7)的外壁一侧固定连接有与干燥板(8)相匹配的鼓风机。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种喷淋式注塑件清洗装置,其特征在于:所述活塞(14)的外壁固定连接有封闭垫片。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种喷淋式注塑件清洗装置,其特征在于:所述出液缸(13)的外壁一侧固定连接有与第二单向阀(16)相匹配的喷洒嘴。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种喷淋式注塑件清洗装置,其特征在于:所述清洗箱(2)的顶部固定连接有与第一单向阀(15)相匹配的储药筒。
