如图1-3所示,本发明实施例中,一种便于操作的高效塑料板印刷装置,包括工作台1和支撑腿2,工作台1的底部设置有支撑腿2,工作台1和支撑腿2之间通过螺栓固定连接,工作台1上分别设置有立板3和竖直定位板18,工作台1上还设置有辅助组件,辅助组件连接有调节辅助组件位置的位移组件,立板3的顶部开设有高度调节槽4,高度调节槽4内设置有高度调节组件,高度调节组件连接有印刷组件;
高度调节组件包括第一滑块5和液压缸6,液压缸6固定安装在高度调节槽4内,且液压缸6的伸缩端固定连接有第一滑块5,第一滑块5和高度调节槽4滑动连接,第一滑块5固定连接有印刷组件;
如图5所示,印刷组件包括升降座7和印刷设备安装座9,升降座7的底部设置有印刷设备安装座9,升降座7和印刷设备安装座9滑动连接,升降座7的前侧安装有第一螺杆8,第一螺杆8的一端通过轴承与升降座7转动连接,第一螺杆8的另一端固定安装有调节螺母,且第一螺杆8上套设有第一螺纹块10,第一螺杆8和第一螺纹块10之间通过螺纹连接,第一螺纹块10和印刷设备安装座9固定连接;
需要调节印刷设备安装座9的位置时,转动调节螺母,第一螺杆8带动第一螺纹块10和印刷设备安装座9水平移动,实现了对印刷设备位置的调节,方便了对不同型号塑料板的印刷,提高了印刷效率,降低了印刷难度;
辅助组件包括印刷台20和连接杆,印刷台20为内部中空的矩形框结构,印刷台20的底部固定安装有连接杆,位移组件包括第三螺杆19和转轮21,第三螺杆19的一端贯穿竖直定位板18,并且固定安装有转轮21,第三螺杆19上套设有第二螺纹块23,第二螺纹块23和第三螺杆19之间通过螺纹连接,第三螺杆19的上部固定连接有连接杆;
需要调节印刷台20的位置时,转动转轮21,转轮21带动第三螺杆19转动,第三螺杆19带动第二螺纹块23移动,进而实现了对印刷台20位置的调节。
工作台1上还设置有用于对辅助组件限位的限位组件,限位组件包括水平定位杆22和第二滑块24,水平定位杆22的两端分别与立板3和竖直定位板18固定连接,且水平定位杆22上套设有第二滑块24,第二滑块24和水平定位杆22滑动连接,第二滑块24的与第二螺纹块23固定连接。
如图4所示,立板3的侧壁固定安装有电机安装座25,电机安装座25上固定安装有伺服电机11,伺服电机11的输出端固定连接有转轴12,转轴12远离伺服电机11的一端固定安装有第一锥齿轮13,第一锥齿轮13的右下方设置有第二锥齿轮14,第一锥齿轮13和第二锥齿轮14之间啮合传动,第二锥齿轮14的下方固定连接有第二螺杆15,第二螺杆15与竖直定位板18转动连接,第二螺杆15的下端延伸至内螺纹套筒16内,且第二螺杆15和内螺纹套筒16之间通过螺纹连接,内螺纹套筒16的前侧固定安装有塑料板储存板17。
伺服电机11启动能够带动转轴12转动,转轴12带动第一锥齿轮13和第二锥齿轮14转动,从而使得第二锥齿轮14带动第二螺杆15转动,第二螺杆15带动内螺纹套筒16和塑料板储存板17上下移动,方便了对塑料板的印刷。
综上所述,本发明的工作原理是:伺服电机11启动能够带动转轴12转动,转轴12带动第一锥齿轮13和第二锥齿轮14转动,从而使得第二锥齿轮14带动第二螺杆15转动,第二螺杆15带动内螺纹套筒16和塑料板储存板17上下移动,方便了对塑料板的印刷。
需要调节印刷台20的位置时,转动转轮21,转轮21带动第三螺杆19转动,第三螺杆19带动第二螺纹块23移动,进而实现了对印刷台20位置的调节。
需要调节印刷设备安装座9的位置时,转动调节螺母,第一螺杆8带动第一螺纹块10和印刷设备安装座9水平移动,实现了对印刷设备位置的调节,方便了对不同型号塑料板的印刷,提高了印刷效率,降低了印刷难度。
本发明实施例设置了高度调节组件,高度调节组件的设置实现了对印刷设备位置的调节,方便了对不同型号塑料板的印刷,提高了印刷效率,降低了印刷难度,同时辅助组件的设置方便了不同型号塑料板的放置,减轻了工作人员的工作难度。
对于本领域技术人员而言,虽然说明了本发明的几个实施方式以及实施例,但这些实施方式以及实施例是作为例子而提出的,并不意图限定发明的范围。这些新的实施方式能够以其他各种方式实施,在不脱离发明的主旨的范围内能够进行各种省略、替换、变更。这些实施方式及其变形包含在发明的范围及主旨中,并且包含在权利要求书所记载的发明和其等效的范围内。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
Claims (9)
- 一种便于操作的高效塑料板印刷装置,包括工作台(1)和支撑腿(2),工作台(1)的底部设置有支撑腿(2),工作台(1)和支撑腿(2)之间通过螺栓固定连接,工作台(1)上分别设置有立板(3)和竖直定位板(18),其特征在于,工作台(1)上还设置有辅助组件,辅助组件连接有调节辅助组件位置的位移组件,立板(3)的顶部开设有高度调节槽(4),高度调节槽(4)内设置有高度调节组件,高度调节组件连接有印刷组件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的便于操作的高效塑料板印刷装置,其特征在于,高度调节组件包括第一滑块(5)和液压缸(6),液压缸(6)固定安装在高度调节槽(4)内,且液压缸(6)的伸缩端固定连接有第一滑块(5),第一滑块(5)和高度调节槽(4)滑动连接,第一滑块(5)固定连接有印刷组件。
- 根据权利要求2所述的便于操作的高效塑料板印刷装置,其特征在于,印刷组件包括升降座(7)和印刷设备安装座(9),升降座(7)的底部设置有印刷设备安装座(9),升降座(7)的前侧安装有第一螺杆(8),第一螺杆(8)的一端通过轴承与升降座(7)转动连接,第一螺杆(8)的另一端固定安装有调节螺母,且第一螺杆(8)上套设有第一螺纹块(10),第一螺杆(8)和第一螺纹块(10)之间通过螺纹连接,第一螺纹块(10)和印刷设备安装座(9)固定连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的便于操作的高效塑料板印刷装置,其特征在于,升降座(7)和印刷设备安装座(9)滑动连接。
- 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的便于操作的高效塑料板印刷装置,其特征在于,辅助组件包括印刷台(20)和连接杆,印刷台(20)的底部固定安装有连接杆,位移组件包括第三螺杆(19)和转轮(21),第三螺杆(19)的一端贯穿竖直定位板(18),并且固定安装有转轮(21),第三螺杆(19)上套设有第二螺纹块(23),第二螺纹块(23)和第三螺杆(19)之间通过螺纹连接,第三螺杆(19)的上部固定连接有连接杆。
- 根据权利要求5所述的便于操作的高效塑料板印刷装置,其特征在于,印刷台(20)为内部中空的矩形框结构。
- 根据权利要求5所述的便于操作的高效塑料板印刷装置,其特征在于,工作台(1)上还设置有用于对辅助组件限位的限位组件,限位组件包括水平定位杆(22)和第二滑块(24),水平定位杆(22)的两端分别与立板(3)和竖直定位板(18)固定连接,且水平定位杆(22)上套设有第二滑块(24),第二滑块(24)和水平定位杆(22)滑动连接,第二滑块(24)的与第二螺纹块(23)固定连接。
- 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的便于操作的高效塑料板印刷装置,其特征在于,立板(3)的侧壁固定安装有电机安装座(25),电机安装座(25)上固定安装有伺服电机(11),伺服电机(11)的输出端固定连接有转轴(12),转轴(12)远离伺服电机(11)的一端固定安装有第一锥齿轮(13),第一锥齿轮(13)的右下方设置有第二锥齿轮(14),第一锥齿轮(13)和第二锥齿轮(14)之间啮合传动,第二锥齿轮(14)的下方固定连接有第二螺杆(15),第二螺杆(15)与竖直定位板(18)转动连接,第二螺杆(15)的下端延伸至内螺纹套筒(16)内。
- 根据权利要求8所述的便于操作的高效塑料板印刷装置,其特征在于,第二螺杆(15)和内螺纹套筒(16)之间通过螺纹连接,内螺纹套筒(16)的前侧固定安装有塑料板储存板(17)。
