背架单元和背架 技术领域
本发明涉及显示屏技术领域,更具体地说,它涉及可用于显示屏的背架单元和背架。
背景技术
显示屏的租赁项目因其特殊的使用场景,需要经常拆装的特性,对用于安装固定箱体的背架的拆装提出了更高的要求。但是,目前市面上的租赁LED显示屏安装固定箱体所使用的背架连接结构复杂,拆装不方便,客户体验差。
技术问题
本发明提供一种背架单元和背架,以解决目前的背架拆装不方便的技术问题。
技术解决方案
根据本发明的第一个方面,提供一种背架单元,包括支撑组件,所述支撑组件包括支撑杆、安装在所述支撑杆一端的接头和安装在所述支撑杆另一端的限位组件,所述接头包括位于所述支撑杆外的限位部,所述限位部具有避让口和限位槽,所述限位组件包括定位销、限位筒和弹性件,所述定位销安装在所述支撑杆内,所述限位筒套在所述定位销外且可沿所述定位销轴向移动,所述限位筒包括依次相连的解锁段、中间段和限位段,所述解锁段穿过所述支撑杆显露在所述支撑杆外,所述限位段位于所述支撑杆内,所述限位段的直径大于所述中间段的直径,所述弹性件安装在所述限位段远离所述中间段的一侧与所述支撑杆之间。
根据本发明的第二个方面,提供一种背架,包括至少两个如前述的背架单元,当上下相邻的两个背架单元组装在一起时,下方背架单元的接头的限位部插入在上方背架单元的支撑杆内,上方背架单元的限位组件的限位筒的中间段位于避让口处,限位段被限位槽径向限位无法上下移动;当按压限位筒的解锁段时,限位段远离限位槽轴向移动实现解锁。
有益效果
本发明的背架单元和背架,通过在背架单元的支撑杆一端设置接头,另一端设置限位组件,当上下相邻的两个背架单元组装在一起之后,下方的接头插入上方的支撑杆内,上方的限位筒的中间段位于避让口,上方的限位筒的限位段位于限位槽,且限位段被限位槽径向限位无法上下移动,进而实现了上下相邻的两个背架单元之间的安装固定;当需要拆卸分离时,按压解锁段,使得限位段远离限位槽轴向移动即可实现解锁,上下相邻的两个背架单元即可拆离,结构简单,且拆装方便。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚、明白,以下结合附图和实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本实施例提供了一种背架,如图1所示,该背架包括至少两个背架单元,两个背架单元上下组装在一起使用。结合图2和图3所示,背架单元包括支撑组件100,支撑组件100包括支撑杆1、接头2和限位组件,接头2安装在支撑杆1一端,限位组件安装在支撑杆1另一端,结合实际应用,接头2一般安装在上端,限位组件安装一般安装在下端。当两个背架单元上下组装时,上下相邻的接头2和限位组件配合实现上锁,进而实现两个背架单元之间的安装固定。
接头2包括位于支撑杆1外的限位部21,限位部21具有避让口211和限位槽212。限位组件包括定位销31、限位筒32和弹性件33,定位销31安装在支撑杆1内,限位筒32套在定位销31外且可沿定位销31的轴向移动。限位筒32包括依次相连的解锁段321、中间段322和限位段323,解锁段321穿过支撑杆1显露在支撑杆1外,限位段323位于支撑杆1内,限位段323的直径大于中间段322的直径,弹性件33安装在限位段323远离中间段322的一侧与支撑杆1之间。
当上下相邻的两个背架单元组装在一起之后,下方的接头2的限位部21插入上方的支撑杆1内,上方的限位筒32的中间段322位于避让口211,上方的限位筒32的限位段323位于限位槽212,且限位段323被限位槽212径向限位无法上下移动,进而实现了上下相邻的两个背架单元之间的安装固定;当需要拆卸分离时,按压解锁段321,使得限位段323远离限位槽212轴向移动即可实现解锁,上下相邻的两个背架单元即可拆离。本实施例中的背架和背架单元,由于接头2和限位组件的结构设计,结构简单,且拆装方便。
在本实施例中,如图3和图4所示,接头2的限位部21具有第一辅助斜面213,限位筒32的限位段323具有第二辅助斜面3231。在上下相邻的背架单元进行组装时,下方的接头2的限位部21插入支撑杆1的过程中,第一辅助斜面213和第二辅助斜面3231相互配合,使得限位部21推动限位筒32远离限位部21轴向移动,弹性件33产生弹性形变,当限位段323与限位槽212对齐时,弹性形变产生的弹力驱动限位筒32靠近限位部21轴向移动,使得限位段323进入限位槽212,实现限位上锁,进而上下相邻的两个背架单元的安装固定。在本实施例中,接头2的限位部21包括间隔设置的两个凸块214,两个凸块214之间为避让口211。在本实施例中,限位槽212包括分别开设于两个凸块214的两部分。在本实施例中,接头2包括连接部22,连接部22插入支撑杆1内。在本实施例中,连接部22通过螺钉与支撑杆1安装固定在一起。
在本实施例中,如图3和图4所示,定位销31远离限位段323的端部设有凸环311,限位筒32内设有限位台阶324,凸环311与限位台阶324配合限制限位筒32的轴向移动范围。在本实施例中,解锁段321靠近中间段322端设有标记环3211,组装上下相邻的两个背架单元时,当标记环3211露出在支撑杆1外时为上锁状态,即已实现两个背架单元之间的安装固定。在本实施例中,支撑组件100有间隔设置的两组。在其他实施例中,支撑组件100也可以为三组或三组以上。在本实施例中,背架单元还包括加强杆200,加强杆200安装在两组支撑组件100的两个支撑杆1之间,加强杆200两端分别插入两个支撑杆1内,然后通过螺钉固定。

本发明的背架单元和背架,通过在背架单元的支撑杆一端设置接头,另一端设置限位组件,当上下相邻的两个背架单元组装在一起之后,下方的接头插入上方的支撑杆内,上方的限位筒的中间段位于避让口,上方的限位筒的限位段位于限位槽,且限位段被限位槽径向限位无法上下移动,进而实现了上下相邻的两个背架单元之间的安装固定;当需要拆卸分离时,按压解锁段,使得限位段远离限位槽轴向移动即可实现解锁,上下相邻的两个背架单元即可拆离。结构简单,拆装方便。因此,具有工业实用性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种背架单元,包括支撑组件,所述支撑组件包括支撑杆、安装在所述支撑杆一端的接头和安装在所述支撑杆另一端的限位组件,所述接头包括位于所述支撑杆外的限位部,所述限位部具有避让口和限位槽;所述限位组件包括定位销、限位筒和弹性件,所述定位销安装在所述支撑杆内,所述限位筒套在所述定位销外且可沿所述定位销轴向移动,所述限位筒包括依次相连的解锁段、中间段和限位段,所述解锁段穿过所述支撑杆显露在所述支撑杆外,所述限位段位于所述支撑杆内,所述限位段的直径大于所述中间段的直径,所述弹性件安装在所述限位段远离所述中间段的一侧与所述支撑杆之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的背架单元,其特征在于:所述限位部具有第一辅助斜面,下方的接头的限位部插入上方的支撑杆的过程中,借助所述第一辅助斜面,限位部可推动限位段远离限位部轴向移动;

    所述限位段具有第二辅助斜面,下方的接头的限位部插入上方的支撑杆的过程中,借助所述第二辅助斜面,限位部可推动限位段远离限位部轴向移动。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的背架单元,其中,所述限位部包括间隔设置的两个凸块,所述两个凸块之间为所述避让口。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的背架单元,其中,所述限位槽包括分别开设于所述两个凸块的两部分。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的背架单元和背架,其中,所述接头包括连接部,所述连接部插入所述支撑杆。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的背架单元,其中,所述定位销远离所述限位段的端部设有凸环,所述限位筒内设有限位台阶,所述凸环与所述限位台阶配合限制所述限位筒的轴向移动范围。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的背架单元,其中,所述解锁段靠近所述中间段端设有标记环,组装上下相邻的两个背架单元时,当标记环露出在所述支撑杆外时为上锁状态。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的背架单元,其中,所述支撑组件至少有间隔设置的两组。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的背架单元,其中,还包括加强杆,所述加强杆安装在两组支撑组件的两个支撑杆之间。
