技术领域
本发明涉及音箱设备技术领域,特别涉及一种音箱单体和应用该音箱单体的颈戴式音箱。
背景技术
相关技术的一些音箱单体中,例如音箱单体的音箱单体,其出声孔一般是固定于某一侧,因此在佩戴时必须将设有出声孔的一侧以朝上的姿态进行佩戴。用户如果不小心将出声孔一侧朝下佩戴(即戴反),出声孔就会被人体的躯干、肩膀遮挡,导致听音体验效果大打折扣。因此,目前用户在佩戴颈挂音箱时,需要识别佩戴方向,给用户的体验较差。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种音箱单体,旨在让用户使用时,无需识别佩戴方向,提升用户的使用体验。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出的音箱单体,包括:
壳体,所述壳体具有相对设置的第一壳壁和第二壳壁,所述第一壳壁开设有第一出声孔,所述第二壳壁开设有第二出声孔;
封堵板,所述封堵板设于所述壳体内;以及
驱动结构,所述驱动结构设于所述壳体内,所述驱动结构包括传动组件和连接所述传动组件的磁性组件,所述磁性组件用于产生磁力,并可驱动所述传动组件,所述封堵板连接于所述传动组件,以通过所 述传动组件带动而封堵所述第一出声孔或者所述第二出声孔。
可选地,所述音箱单体还包括感应器,所述感应器设于所述第一壳壁或者所述第二壳壁的外表面,所述感应器电连接于所述磁性组件,并可用以感知障碍。
可选地,所述磁性组件包括第一电磁铁和与所述第一电磁铁对应设置的第一磁性件,所述感应器电连接于所述第一电磁铁,所述第一磁性件连接所述传动组件,并可与所述第一电磁铁产生磁力而驱动所述传动组件。
可选地,所述封堵板的数量为两个,定义其中一所述封堵板为第一封堵板,另一所述封堵板为第二封堵板;
所述传动组件包括齿轮、第一齿条和第二齿条,所述齿轮包括转动部和连接于所述转动部的两啮合部,所述第一齿条啮合于一所述啮合部并连接所述第一封堵板,所述第二齿条啮合于另一所述啮合部并连接所述第二封堵板,所述第一磁性件连接于所述转动部;
所述转动部转动并可带动所述第一封堵板和所述第二封堵板滑动,以使所述第一封堵板打开所述第一出声孔、所述第二封堵板封堵所述第二出声孔,或者所述第一封堵板封堵所述第一出声孔、所述第二封堵板打开所述第二出声孔。
可选地,所述磁性组件还包括第二电磁铁和与所述第二电磁铁对应设置的第二磁性件,所述第二电磁铁与所述感应器电连接,所述第二磁性件连接于所述转动部,并位于所述转动部背离所述第一磁性件的一侧。
可选地,所述传动组件还包括转轴,所述转动部开设有轴孔,所述转轴穿设于所述轴孔并与所述壳体固定。
可选地,所述壳体内设有隔板,所述隔板位于所述第一壳壁与所述第二壳壁之间,并与所述第一壳壁、所述第二壳壁之间形成有间隙,所述第一封堵板可滑动设置于所述第一壳壁与所述隔板之间,所述第二封堵板可滑动设置于所述第二壳壁与所述隔板之间。
可选地,所述音箱单体包括喇叭组件,所述喇叭组件设于所述壳 体内,所述喇叭组件与所述第一出声孔之间的距离和与所述第二出声孔之间的距离相同。
本发明还提出一种颈戴式音箱,所述颈戴式音箱包括:
颈戴本体;和
两音箱单体,两所述音箱单体分别连接于所述颈戴本体的两端,所述音箱单体为上述任意一项所述的音箱单体。
可选地,所述颈戴式音箱还包括检测模块和处理器,所述处理器与所述检测模块连接,所述检测模块用于检测所述音箱单体的佩戴方向,所述处理器用于根据所述佩戴方向确定两所述音箱单体的左声道功能或者右声道功能。
本发明技术方案的音箱单体,通过在壳体相对设置的第一壳壁和第二壳壁中分别开设第一出声孔和第二出声孔,使得两个出声孔均可以出声;而通过在壳体内设置驱动结构和封堵板,使得封堵板可以通过驱动结构带动而封堵第一出声孔或者第二出声孔。因此用户在佩戴使用的过程中,当其中一侧的出声孔紧贴躯干而被遮挡时,可驱使封堵板封堵该出声孔,使声音从另一侧的出声孔传出。例如,当第一壳壁贴向躯干遮挡第一出声孔时,可利用封堵板封堵第一出声孔,使得声音从第二出声孔传出,反之亦然。如此,用户使用时可随意佩戴,无需识别佩戴的方向,大大提高了用户的使用体验。
进一步地,本发明技术方案中通过将封堵板连接传动组件,而驱动结构的磁性组件产生磁力,从而可通过磁驱的方式驱动传动组件,使得封堵板运动,如此使得结构更加简单,有效的降低了生产成本。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一 部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
需要说明,本发明实施例中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……)仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。

本发明提出一种音箱单体300。其中,该音箱单体300既可以应用于颈戴式音箱500中,也可以应用于背戴式音箱或者其它部位的运动式扬声器等。
参照图1和图2,在本发明实施例中,该音箱单体300包括:
壳体310,所述壳体310具有相对设置的第一壳壁310a和第二壳壁 310b,所述第一壳壁310a开设有第一出声孔311,所述第二壳壁310b开设有第二出声孔312;
封堵板320,所述封堵板320设于所述壳体310内;以及
驱动结构340,所述驱动结构340设于所述壳体310内,所述驱动结构340包括传动组件和连接所述传动组件的磁性组件,所述磁性组件用于产生磁力,并可驱动所述传动组件,所述封堵板320连接于所述传动组件,以通过所述传动组件带动而封堵所述第一出声孔311或者所述第二出声孔312。
壳体310可以是具有规则形状的外壳,例如,壳体310的形状可以为长方体形、正方体形,或者其它的异形等。壳体310内形成有安装腔,音箱单体300包括喇叭组件350、电源370、控制电路板380等部件,喇叭组件350、电源370、控制电路板380以及驱动结构340、封堵板320等均安装于安装腔内,第一出声孔311和第二出声孔312则与安装腔连通,如此当喇叭组件350播放声音时,可经由第一出声孔311和第二出声孔312传出。
第一出声孔311和第二出声孔312主要是供声音传出,保证音质效果不变,第一出声孔311和第二出声孔312的形状可以是圆形、方形等等,第一出声孔311和第二出声孔312的孔口面积则可根据第一壳壁310a和第二壳壁310b的面积以及音箱单体300的整体功率、尺寸等进行适应性的设计,本申请对此不作具体限定。
本申请一实施例中,第一出声孔311和第二出声孔312正对设置,如此使得用户无论佩戴哪个方向时(如正戴或者反戴),佩戴后出音的位置相同,从而确保听音的品质,不会由于佩戴方向不同而出现音质差别的现象。
封堵板320可以为直板结构,封堵板320的面积则应当大于第一出声孔311和第二出声孔312的孔口面积,以确保封堵板320在封堵的状态下可以完全封堵覆盖第一出声孔311和第二出声孔312。磁性组件主要用于提供驱动力,传动组件则用于进行传动,以将磁性组件产生磁力驱动力传递至封堵板320,使得封堵板320可以被带动进行滑动,从而 实现对第一出声孔311、第二出声孔312进行封堵或者打开的操作。
可以理解地,在使封堵板320封堵第一出声孔311或者第二出声孔312时,其既可以是在佩戴后通过电控自动控制磁性组件产生磁力而进行驱动,也可以是用户在佩戴后手动控制磁性组件的开关而产生磁力驱动。
因此,本发明技术方案的音箱单体300,通过在壳体310相对设置的第一壳壁310a和第二壳壁310b中分别开设第一出声孔311和第二出声孔312,使得两个出声孔均可以出声;而通过在壳体310内设置驱动结构340和封堵板320,使得封堵板320可以通过驱动结构340带动而封堵板320封堵第一出声孔311或者第二出声孔312。因此用户在佩戴使用的过程中,当其中一侧的出声孔紧贴躯干而被遮挡时,可驱使封堵板320封堵该出声孔,使声音从另一侧的出声孔传出。例如,当第一壳壁310a贴向躯干遮挡第一出声孔311时,可利用封堵板320封堵第一出声孔311,使得声音从第二出声孔312传出,反之亦然。如此,用户使用时可随意佩戴,无需识别佩戴的方向,大大提高了用户的使用体验。
进一步地,本发明技术方案中通过将封堵板320连接传动组件,而驱动结构340的磁性组件产生磁力,从而可通过磁驱的方式驱动传动组件,使得封堵板320运动,如此使得结构更加简单,有效的降低了生产成本。
本申请的一实施例中,所述音箱单体300还包括感应器360,所述感应器360设于所述第一壳壁310a或者所述第二壳壁310b的外表面,所述感应器360电连接于所述磁性组件,并可用以感知障碍。
该实施例中,感应器360可以是红外传感器或者激光传感器,感应器360主要是用于感应前方一定距离内是否存在障碍。实际应用中,例如当感应器360安装于第一壳壁310a的外表面时,用户佩戴后,如果第一壳壁310a贴向人体躯干,即此时第一出声孔311被遮挡,感应器360则可感应前方的距离内存在障碍,从而发出信号以使磁性组件产生磁力,从而带动封堵板320将第一出声孔311进行封堵;而如果第二壳壁310b贴向人体躯干时,此时安装于第一壳壁310a的感应器360将不会感 应前方距离内存在障碍,也即第一出声孔311朝外,而第二出声孔312朝内被遮挡,感应器360发出信号以使磁性组件产生磁力,而带动封堵板320将第二出声孔312封堵。如此,通过感应器360对前方距离内障碍的感应即可形成对佩戴方向的判定,从而控制封堵板320可以自动的选择对第一出声孔311或者第二出声孔312封堵,用户使用更加方便。
基于上述的实施例,为了使感应器360能够得到稳固安装,本申请中第一壳壁310a或者第二壳壁310b的外表面凹设有安装槽3101,所述感应器360嵌设于所述安装槽3101。通过设置安装槽3101,感应器360与安装槽3101可嵌接固定,从而使感应器360可以被紧固限位,使用过程不易掉落,而且感应器360安装的操作也较为方便。
进一步地,感应器360的外表面与壳体310的壳壁面位于同一平面,如此设置,使得感应器360既不会突出壳壁表面而影响使用,或者被碰损,同时也不影响正常感知障碍的功能;另一方面,也使得音箱单体300整体的外形更加美观。
本申请一实施例中,磁性组件包括第一电磁铁342和与所述第一电磁铁342对应设置的第一磁性件341,所述感应器360电连接于所述第一电磁铁342,所述第一磁性件341连接所述传动组件,并可与所述第一电磁铁342产生磁力而驱动所述传动组件。第一电磁铁342通电后可以产生磁性,而接通反向电流时,第一电磁铁342的极性也相反,第一磁性件341则可以为永磁体。实际应用中,当通过感应器360确定需要打开第一出声孔311、关闭第二出声孔312,或者需要打开第二出声孔312、关闭第一出声孔311时,感应器360将信号传递至第一电磁铁342,第一电磁铁342上电,从而与第一磁性件341之间产生磁吸力或者斥力,带动传动组件而将封堵板320打开或者关闭,使得用户佩戴后,封堵板320可自动将靠向人体躯干侧的出声孔关闭,确保听音的品质。
为实现利用磁性组件产生的磁力封堵第一出声孔311或者第二出声孔312,本申请一实施例中,所述封堵板320的数量为两个,定义其中一所述封堵板320为第一封堵板320a,另一所述封堵板320为第二封堵板320b;所述传动组件包括齿轮、第一齿条347和第二齿条348,所 述齿轮包括转动部346和连接于所述转动部346的两啮合部345,所述第一齿条347啮合于一所述啮合部345并连接所述第一封堵板320a,所述第二齿条348啮合于另一所述啮合部345并连接所述第二封堵板320b,所述第一磁性件341连接于所述转动部346;所述转动部346转动并可带动所述第一封堵板320a和所述第二封堵板320b滑动,以使所述第一封堵板320a打开所述第一出声孔311、所述第二封堵板320b封堵所述第二出声孔312,或者所述第一封堵板320a封堵所述第一出声孔311、所述第二封堵板320b打开所述第二出声孔312。
该实施例中,第一封堵板320a和第二封堵板320b相对设置,两啮合部345对称设置于转动部346的两侧;第一磁性件341可连接于转动部346靠近于第一齿条347的位置处。第一齿条347与第一封堵板320a可以为一体结构,第二齿条348与第二封堵板320b形成为一体结构。实际应用中,当感应器360安装于第一壳壁310a,并且感应器360未感应障碍时,此时磁性组件上电,第一电磁铁342与第一磁性件341之间产生斥力,驱动转动部346逆时针转动,此时通过一啮合部345与第一齿条347的传动,使得第一封堵板320a打开第一出声孔311,同时另一啮合部345与第二齿条348的传动,带动第二封堵板320b关闭第二出声孔312;而当感应器360感应到障碍时,此时磁性组件上电,第一电磁铁342与第一磁性件341之间产生吸力,驱动转动部346顺时针转动,使得第一齿条347带动第一封堵板320a封堵关闭第一出声孔311,同时第二齿条348带动第二封堵板320b打开第二出声孔312。由此,两个封堵板320的同时动作,确保打开和关闭的动作同步,有效的保证了音质效果和用户听音的体验。
进一步地,本申请所述磁性组件还包括第二电磁铁344和与所述第二电磁铁344对应设置的第二磁性件343,所述第二电磁铁344与所述感应器360电连接,所述第二磁性件343连接于所述转动部346,并位于所述转动部346背离所述第一磁性件341的一侧。即,第一磁性件341和第二磁性件343分别靠近于两啮合部345的边界处设置。如此,通过增设的第二磁性件343和第二电磁铁344,使得当第一磁性件341和第一电磁 铁342产生斥力的同时,第二磁性件343和第二电磁铁344之间可产生吸力,从而共同带动转动部346逆时针转动,反之也可同时带动转动部346顺时针转动,提高磁性组件磁驱力。当然了,在实际情况中,当需要转动部346逆时针转动时,也可单独驱动第一磁性件341与第一电磁铁342产生斥力,而需要转动部346顺时针转动时,则可单独驱动第二磁性件343与第二电磁铁344之间产生斥力。
为了使转动部346受到磁力作用后能够自由转动,本申请中传动组件还包括转轴349,所述转动部346开设有轴孔,所述转轴349穿设于所述轴孔并与所述壳体310固定。该实施例中,通过设置转轴349,使得转动部346的轴孔配合后,从而使转动部346绕轴旋转,而且安装的结构也较为简单。
进一步地,本申请所述壳体310内设有隔板330,所述隔板330位于所述第一壳壁310a与所述第二壳壁310b之间,并与所述第一壳壁310a、所述第二壳壁310b之间形成有间隙,所述第一封堵板320a可滑动设置于所述第一壳壁310a与所述隔板330之间,所述第二封堵板320b可滑动设置于所述第二壳壁310b与所述隔板330之间。其中,隔板330可竖立于壳体310内,使得隔板330与第一壳壁310a以及第二壳壁310b之间均形成有滑动的空间,如此第一封堵板320a在滑动时可限位于第一壳壁310a与隔板330之间,第二封堵板320b则限位于第二壳壁310b与隔板330之间,有效的确保了第一封堵板320a和第二封堵板320b的正常滑动,并且在封堵状态下不会与第一出声孔311和第二出声孔312之间形成有空隙而出现漏音的现象。
基于上述的实施例,本申请中第一封堵板320a和/或所述第二封堵板320b凸设有止挡块3201,所述止挡块3201与所述隔板330抵接。止挡块3201可与第一封堵板320a或者第二封堵板320b形成为一体结构,通过设置止挡块3201,使得第一封堵板320a滑向并封堵第一出声孔311时、第二封堵板320b滑向并封堵第二出声孔312时,止挡块3201可抵接于隔板330,从而限制继续滑动,防止第一封堵板320a、第二封堵板320b从隔板330与壳体310的壳壁之间脱离出来。
为了进一步使第一封堵板320a和第二封堵板320b在封堵出声孔的状态下不漏音,本申请中第一封堵板320a和第二封堵板320b的外表面设有隔音层,如此通过增设的隔音层使得第一封堵板320a和第二封堵板320b封堵状态下隔音效果更好。
当然,在另外的实施例中,所述封堵板320的数量也可以为一个,封堵板320于第一出声孔311和第二出声孔312之间往复运动,以封堵第一出声孔311或者第二出声孔312。该实施例中,当第一出声孔311和第二出声孔312上下相对设置时,封堵板320通过磁性组件产生磁力带动传动组件,进而带动封堵板320在第一出声孔311与第二出声孔312之间上下往复运动,如此通过一个封堵板320完成对第一出声孔311或者第二出声孔312封堵、打开的操作,使得结构更加简单。
本申请一实施例中,所述喇叭组件350与所述第一出声孔311之间的距离和与所述第二出声孔312之间的距离相同。其中,喇叭组件350可通过安装支架固定在壳体310的安装腔内,喇叭组件350可设置于第一出声孔311和第二出声孔312之间的侧方位置。通过将喇叭组件350与两个出声孔之间的距离等同设置,使得在无论通过哪个出声孔出声时,即用户佩戴任一方向时,用户听音的质感不会由于与声源距离不同而受到影响,从而进一步提高了使用体验。
结合参照图3至图5,本发明还提出一种颈戴式音箱500,该颈戴式音箱500包括颈戴本体100和两音箱单体300,两音箱单体300分别连接于颈戴本体100的两端,该音箱单体300的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本颈戴式音箱500采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。实际应用中,用户将颈戴本体100挂脖佩戴后,两音箱单体300分别位于左肩和右肩处,而在其中一音箱单体300处设置感应器360,该感应器360与两音箱单体300的驱动结构340联动,从而通过感应器360的位置,将两个音箱单体300贴向用户肩膀一侧的出声孔封堵关闭,而声音将从另一侧播放。
本申请一实施例中,所述颈戴式音箱500还包括检测模块(未标示) 和处理器(未标示),所述处理器与所述检测模块连接,所述检测模块用于检测所述音箱单体300的佩戴方向,所述处理器用于根据所述佩戴方向确定两所述音箱单体300的左声道功能或者右声道功能。
实际应用中,可预先设定感应器360在右肩并且朝上时,此时为正面佩戴,而当感应器360在左肩并朝下时为反面佩戴。因此在使用过程中,通过检测模块(如重力传感器)对感应器360的位置进行检测,当检测到感应器360未感应障碍时(即此时感应器360朝上,正面佩戴),此时处理器(如微处理器)将感应器360所在的音箱单体300的发声设定为右声道发声,使感应器360所在的音箱单体300压缩中、高音频区信号;而当检测到感应器360感应障碍时(即此时感应器360朝下,反面佩戴),此时处理器将感应器360所在的音箱单体300的发声设定为左声道发声,使感应器360所在的音箱单体300压缩低音频区信号。如此,可以将感应器360作为标志,在检测判断音箱单体300的佩戴方向后,根据佩戴方向自动设置左声道和右声道,从而无论用户正面佩戴还是反面佩戴颈戴式音箱500,均可以相应设置左声道和右声道功能,用户使用无需识别佩戴方向。

  1. 一种音箱单体,其特征在于,所述音箱单体包括:
    壳体,所述壳体具有相对设置的第一壳壁和第二壳壁,所述第一壳壁开设有第一出声孔,所述第二壳壁开设有第二出声孔;
    封堵板,所述封堵板设于所述壳体内;以及
    驱动结构,所述驱动结构设于所述壳体内,所述驱动结构包括传动组件和连接所述传动组件的磁性组件,所述磁性组件用于产生磁力,并可驱动所述传动组件,所述封堵板连接于所述传动组件,以通过所述传动组件带动而封堵所述第一出声孔或者所述第二出声孔。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的音箱单体,其特征在于,所述音箱单体还包括感应器,所述感应器设于所述第一壳壁或者所述第二壳壁的外表面,所述感应器电连接于所述磁性组件,并可用以感知障碍。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的音箱单体,其特征在于,所述磁性组件包括第一电磁铁和与所述第一电磁铁对应设置的第一磁性件,所述感应器电连接于所述第一电磁铁,所述第一磁性件连接所述传动组件,并可与所述第一电磁铁产生磁力而驱动所述传动组件。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的音箱单体,其特征在于,所述封堵板的数量为两个,定义其中一所述封堵板为第一封堵板,另一所述封堵板为第二封堵板;
    所述传动组件包括齿轮、第一齿条和第二齿条,所述齿轮包括转动部和连接于所述转动部的两啮合部,所述第一齿条啮合于一所述啮合部并连接所述第一封堵板,所述第二齿条啮合于另一所述啮合部并连接所述第二封堵板,所述第一磁性件连接于所述转动部;

  5. 如权利要求4所述的音箱单体,其特征在于,所述磁性组件还包括第二电磁铁和与所述第二电磁铁对应设置的第二磁性件,所述第二电磁铁与所述感应器电连接,所述第二磁性件连接于所述转动部,并可与所述第二电磁铁产生磁力而驱动所述转动部转动。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的音箱单体,其特征在于,所述传动组件还包括转轴,所述转动部开设有轴孔,所述转轴穿设于所述轴孔并与所述壳体固定。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的音箱单体,其特征在于,所述壳体内设有隔板,所述隔板位于所述第一壳壁与所述第二壳壁之间,并与所述第一壳壁、所述第二壳壁之间形成有间隙,所述第一封堵板可滑动设置于所述第一壳壁与所述隔板之间,所述第二封堵板可滑动设置于所述第二壳壁与所述隔板之间。
  8. 如权利要求1至7任意一项所述的音箱单体,其特征在于,所述音箱单体包括喇叭组件,所述喇叭组件设于所述壳体内,所述喇叭组件与所述第一出声孔之间的距离和与所述第二出声孔之间的距离相同。
  9. 一种颈戴式音箱,其特征在于,所述颈戴式音箱包括:
    颈戴本体;和
    两音箱单体,两所述音箱单体分别连接于所述颈戴本体的两端,所述音箱单体为权利要求1至8中任意一项所述的音箱单体。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的颈戴式音箱,其特征在于,所述颈戴式音箱还包括检测模块和处理器,所述处理器与所述检测模块连接,所述检测模块用于检测所述音箱单体的佩戴方向,所述处理器用于根据所述佩戴方向确定两所述音箱单体的左声道功能或者右声道功能。
