背景技术
随着电子技术的发展,为了实现电子设备的播放音频功能,电子设备上一般均设置有多种类型的发声器,如扬声器和受话器等。在实现本申请过程中,申请人发现现有技术中至少存在如下问题:由于电子设备设置有多种类型的发声器,从而导致电子设备的制造成本较高。
发明内容
本申请旨在提供一种电子设备,至少解决电子设备的制造成本较高的问题之一。
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请是这样实现的:
本申请实施例提出了一种电子设备,包括:壳体和发声器,所述壳体包括容置槽,所述壳体上开设有扬声器出音孔和受话器出音孔,且所述扬声器出音孔和所述受话器出音孔分别与所述容置槽连通,所述发声器设置于所述容置槽内,且所述发声器可在所述容置槽内的第一位置和第二位置之间移动,所述卷曲屏的一侧与所述壳体连接,所述卷曲屏的另一侧相对所述壳体在压缩状态和展开状态之间切换;
其中,所述发声器位于所述第一位置时,所述发声器与所述扬声器出音孔连通,所述发声器位于所述第二位置时,所述发声器与所述受话器出音孔连通。
在本申请的实施例中,发声器在第一位置时,可以通过扬声器出音孔 进行出音,实现扬声器的功能;发声器在第二位置时,可以通过受话器出音孔进行出音,实现受话器的功能,因此,发声器可以同时具有受话器和扬声器的功能,使得电子设备无需单独设置受话器和扬声器,降低了电子设备的制造成本。

下面将详细描述本申请的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类 似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本申请,而不能理解为对本申请的限制。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。

参见图1-15,图1和图2分别为本申请实施例提供的一种电子设备的爆炸图,如图1和图2所示,电子设备包括:壳体10和发声器20,所述壳体10包括容置槽11,所述壳体10上开设有扬声器出音孔12和受话器出音孔13,且所述扬声器出音孔12和所述受话器出音孔13分别与所述容置槽11连通,所述发声器20设置于所述容置槽11内,且所述发声器20可在所述容置槽11内的第一位置和第二位置之间移动,所述卷曲屏的一侧与所述壳体10连接,所述卷曲屏的另一侧相对所述壳体10在压缩状态和展开状态之间切换;
其中,所述发声器20位于所述第一位置时,所述发声器20与所述扬声器出音孔12连通,所述发声器20位于所述第二位置时,所述发声器20与所述受话器出音孔13连通。
需要说明的是,当卷曲屏的另一侧相对壳体10处于压缩状态时,发声器20可以位于第二位置;当卷曲屏的另一侧相对壳体10处于展开状态时,发声器20可以位于第一位置。
另外,卷曲屏的一侧和另一侧可以分别与壳体10的相对两侧固定连接,即卷曲屏可以用于封闭容置槽11,当卷曲屏的另一侧相对壳体10在压缩状态和展开状态之间切换时,可以带动壳体10的相对两侧在相互靠近状态(对应上述压缩状态)和相互远离状态(对应上述展开状态)之间切换,实现了电子设备的可折叠功能。
其中,本申请实施例的工作原理可以参见以下表述:
由于发声器20可以在容置槽11内的第一位置和第二位置之间移动,因此,当发声器20位于第一位置时,发声器20与扬声器出音孔12连通,从而使得发声器20可以通过扬声器出音孔12进行出音,即此时发声器20可以具有扬声器的功能;当发声器20位于第二位置时,发声器20与受话器出音孔13连通,从而使得发声器20可以通过受话器出音孔13连通,即此时发声器20可以具有受话器的功能。
这样,本申请实施例设置一个发声器20,即可同时具有发声器20和受话器两者的功能,无需在电子设备中单独设置发声器20和受话器,从而减少了电子设备中设置的器件的数量,降低了电子设备的制造成本。
另外,壳体10内设置的发声器20的数量在此不做限定,例如:壳体10内可以只设置有一个发声器20,相应的,壳体10上开设有一个扬声器出音孔12和一个受话器出音孔13;当然,壳体10内也可以同时设置有第一发声器和第二发声器,而第一发声器可以朝向壳体10的第一侧边缘设置,第二发声器可以朝向壳体10的第二侧边缘设置,且第一侧边缘和第二侧边缘上均可以同时设置有扬声器出音孔12和受话器出音孔13。这样,第一发声器和第二发声器均可以移动,从而实现了电子设备沿第一侧边缘方向和第二侧边缘方向两个不同方向的出音,进一步增强了电子设备的出音效果。当然,壳体10内还可以设置有至少三个发声器,且每一个发声器20可以朝向一个特定的方向设置(即每一个发声器20可以朝向一个特定的侧边缘方向设置),而每一个发声器20的表述可以参见上述实施方式中关于发声器20的相应表述,这样,可以进一步增强电子设备的出音效果。
需要说明的是,作为一种可选的实施方式,电子设备中还可以包括相互电连接的检测部件和控制器,检测部件用于检测发声器20的位置,控制器用于根据检测部件的检测结果控制发声器20的音量。这样,通过发声器20的位置不同,控制器可以调节发声器20的音量处于不同数值,从而可以使得发声器20在不同位置时的音量更加符合相应需求(即受话器和扬声器的音量需求不同),进而使得发声器20的出音效果更好。
例如:当检测部件检测到发声器20位于第一位置时,说明此时发声 器20充当扬声器,即可以增大发声器20的音量,如控制器可以控制发声器20的音量大于第一阈值,从而使得发声器20的发声效果较好;当检测部件检测到发声器20位于第二位置时,说明此时发声器20充当受话器,即可以减小发声器20的音量,如控制器可以控制发声器20的音量小于第二阈值,而第一阈值大于第二阈值。这样,可以使得发声器20在充当扬声器和受话器时,出音效果均较好。
另外,检测部件的具体种类在此不做限定,例如:检测部件可以为红外传感器、超声波传感器和霍尔传感器等器件中的至少一种。
需要说明的是,作为一种可选的实施方式,所述扬声器出音孔12和所述受话器出音孔13位于所述壳体10的同一侧边缘。例如:参见图3,扬声器出音孔12和受话器出音孔13可以位于壳体10的同一侧边缘,这样,由于扬声器出音孔12和受话器出音孔13位于壳体10的同一侧边缘,从而减小了发声器20的移动区域,从而减小了电子设备的体积,进而减小了电子设备的制造成本。
其中,扬声器出音孔12和受话器出音孔13之间可以间隔设置,当然,扬声器出音孔12和受话器出音孔13也可以连通,此时扬声器出音孔12和受话器出音孔13可以组成一个大的出音孔,而扬声器出音孔12和受话器出音孔13分别为该出音孔的两个部分。
作为另一种可选的实施方式,扬声器出音孔12和受话器出音孔13可以位于壳体10的相对两侧边缘,这样,可以增强扬声器出音孔12和受话器出音孔13设置位置的多样性和灵活性,且使得扬声器出音孔12和受话器出音孔13的加工更加方便。
由于电子设备中还包括其他功能器件,例如:电子设备中还可以包括显示屏30(显示屏30可以为上述卷曲屏)、印制电路板40、电池50和电池盖板51等,为了减少发声器20在第一位置和第二位置之间移动时对其他功能器件造成的影响,可以在电子设备中设置有隔板60。
例如:作为一种可选的实施方式,参见图7-图11,所述电子设备还包括隔板60,所述隔板60与所述容置槽11的内壁固定连接,所述隔板60包括相背设置的第一表面和第二表面,所述第一表面为朝向所述容置槽11 的开口的表面,且所述卷曲屏设置于所述第一表面上,所述发声器20朝向所述第二表面设置,所述隔板60上开设有第一出音孔61和第二出音孔62,所述第一出音孔61和所述第二出音孔62均贯穿所述第一表面和所述第二表面,所述第一出音孔61与所述扬声器出音孔12连通,所述第二出音孔62与所述受话器出音孔13连通;
其中,所述发声器20位于所述第一位置时,所述发声器20通过所述第一出音孔61与所述扬声器出音孔12连通,所述发声器20位于所述第二位置时,所述发声器20通过所述第二出音孔62与所述受话器出音孔13连通。
这样,通过隔板60的隔离作用,可以减少发声器20在第一位置和第二位置之间移动时,刮坏卷曲屏的现象的出现,即增强了对卷曲屏的保护效果。
其中,由于卷曲屏可以设置在隔板60的第一表面上,同时卷曲屏可以用于封闭容置槽11的开口,即卷曲屏的四周边缘可以分别与容置槽11的内壁抵接,这样,可以使得电子设备成为一个封闭的结构,增强了电子设备的整体性。
其中,隔板60与容置槽11的内壁可以通过粘接层固定连接,当然,容置槽11的内壁上也可以设置有凹槽,而隔板60的边缘可以嵌设于凹槽内,从而实现隔板60与容置槽11的内壁的固定连接。
其中,受话器出音孔13的宽度可以小于扬声器出音孔12的宽度,相应的,第二出音孔62的宽度也可以小于第一出音孔61的宽度。这样,可以通过宽度准确的区分受话器出音孔13和扬声器出音孔12,从而使得降低装配难度,同时,由于受话器出音孔13和扬声器出音孔12的宽度不一致,与上述两者宽度相同的方式相比,可以增强壳体10的连接强度。
需要说明的是,第一出音孔61和第二出音孔62可以间隔设置,当然,第一出音孔61和第二出音孔62也可以相互连通,此时,第一出音孔61和第二出音孔62组成一个大的出音孔,而第一出音孔61和第二出音孔62分别为该出音孔的两个部分。
进一步地,显示屏30可以为柔性显示屏,而柔性显示屏也可以被称 作为曲面屏、柔性屏或者卷曲屏,这样,由于柔性显示屏的折叠性能较好,从而可以实现上述卷曲屏相对壳体10处于折叠状态或者压缩状态。
作为一种可选的实施方式,参见图1和图4,所述壳体10包括中框101和支架102,所述发声器20设置于所述支架102上,所述支架102与所述中框101滑动连接,以带动所述发声器20在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间移动。这样,通过支架102的运动即可带动发声器20的移动,从而使得对发声器20的驱动更加方便。
需要说明的是,驱动支架102运动的具体方式在此不做限定,作为一种可选的实施方式,用户可以直接推动支架102相对中框101滑动,从而带动发声器20在第一位置和第二位置之间移动;当然,作为另一种可选的实施方式,所述电子设备还包括驱动件,所述驱动件用于驱动所述支架102滑动。这样,通过驱动件驱动支架102滑动,从而使得对支架102驱动控制更加精确,且使得对支架102的驱动效果更好。
上述驱动件的具体种类在此不做限定,例如:上述驱动件可以包括步进马达和齿轮皮带,且步进马达的输出轴与齿轮皮带啮合,且步进马达通过齿轮皮带带动支架102运动。当然,驱动件可以为步进马达,而支架102上安装有传动齿轮,这样,步进马达可以通过传动齿轮带动支架102运动。
需要说明的是,本实施方式中的中框101可以被称作为第一中框,而支架102可以被称作为第二中框。
另外,发声器20可以直接设置在支架102上,也可以通过连接件设置在支架102上,具体方式在此不做限定。
当然,支架102与中框101滑动连接的具体形式在此不做限定,例如:作为一种可选的实施方式,参见图1和图14,中框101的内壁上可以设置有滑槽1011,而支架102的四周边缘可以设置在滑槽1011内,并可沿着滑槽1011滑动,从而实现支架102与中框101的滑动连接,上述滑槽1011对支架102的滑动具有导向作用。
另外,作为另一种可选的实施方式,参见图1和图14,所述中框101的内壁上开设有滑槽1011,所述滑槽1011内设置有导轨1021,所述支架102通过所述导轨1021和所述滑槽1011与所述中框101滑动连接。
其中,参见图1和图15,导轨1021可以固定设置在支架102上,而导轨1021可以相对滑槽1011滑动,从而实现支架102相对中框101的滑动,这样,减小了支架102滑动时受到的阻力,并减小了支架102在滑动过程中的磨损程度。
另外,导轨1021可以固定设置于滑槽1011内,而支架102可以相对导轨1021滑动,这样,从而减小了支架102滑动时受到的阻力,并减小了支架102在滑动过程中的磨损程度。同时,滑槽1011和导轨1021还可以对支架102的滑动起到导向作用。
作为一种可选的实施方式,所述支架102包括相背设置的第三表面和第四表面,所述第三表面为朝向所述容置槽11的开口的表面,所述发声器20设置于所述第四表面上,参见图10,所述支架102上开设有贯通所述第三表面和所述第四表面的第三出音孔1023,所述发声器20通过所述第三出音孔1023与所述扬声器出音孔12或者所述受话器出音孔13连通。
其中,发声器20可以与第三出音孔1023相对设置,即发声器20可以一直处于与第三出音孔1023连通的状态,也可以理解为:发声器20与第三出音孔1023之间的相对位置始终不会变化,而随着支架102的移动,可以带动发声器20在第一位置和第二位置之间移动,当支架102带动发声器20移动至第一位置时,发声器20可以通过第三出音孔1023和扬声器出音孔12连通,即通过第三出音孔1023和扬声器出音孔12实现对发声器20的出音;当支架102带动发声器20移动至第二位置时,发声器20可以通过第三出音孔1023和受话器出音孔13连通,即通过第三出音孔1023和受话器出音孔13实现对发声器20的出音。
这样,由于发声器20可以设置在支架102的第四表面上,从而减少了在支架102的移动过程中,发声器20刮伤其他功能器件的现象的出现,增强了对其他功能器件的保护作用;同时,发声器20又可以通过第三出音孔1023分别实现与扬声器出音孔12和受话器出音孔13的连通,从而保证发声器20的出音效果较好。
作为另一种可选的实施方式,所述支架102包括相背设置的第三表面和第四表面,所述第三表面为朝向所述容置槽11的开口的表面,所述发 声器20设置于所述第三表面。这样,可以增强了发声器20设置位置的多样性和灵活性。
作为一种可选的实施方式,参见图1和图2,所述卷曲屏包括卷轴1022和柔性屏,所述卷轴1022与所述支架102转动连接,所述柔性屏设置于所述第三表面上,所述柔性屏的一侧与所述卷轴1022固定连接,所述柔性屏的另一侧相对所述卷轴1022在压缩状态和展开状态之间切换。
本实施方式中,卷轴1022设置在支架102上,且卷轴1022可以与支架102转动连接(也可以理解为卷轴1022可转动的设置于支架102上),则当支架102移动时,卷轴1022可以相对支架102转动,从而实现柔性屏的另一侧相对卷轴1022压缩或者展开。这样,通过支架102的移动可以带动柔性屏在压缩状态和展开状态之间切换,以及带动发声器20移动,与设置两个驱动件分别驱动柔性屏和发声器20的方式相比,可以减少驱动件的数量,从而进一步降低制造成本。
例如:当支架102靠近中框101运动时,卷轴1022可以同时相对支架102转动,从而使得柔性屏的另一侧可以相对卷轴1022压缩,即柔性屏的大部分可以围绕在卷轴1022上,此时,可以理解为柔性屏或者电子设备处于压缩状态;当支架102远离中框101运动时,卷轴1022可以同时相对支架102转动,从而柔性屏的另一侧可以相对卷轴1022展开,即柔性屏的大部分可以相对卷轴1022展开,此时,可以理解为柔性屏或者电子设备处于展开状态。
另外,由于柔性屏的另一侧可以相对卷轴1022在压缩状态和展开状态之间切换,因此,当柔性屏处于压缩状态的情况下,此时发声器20可以与受话器出音孔13连通,当柔性屏处于展开状态的情况下,此时发声器20可以与扬声器出音孔12连通。此时,可以使得声音具有好的立体声效果,从而增强声音的传播效果。
另外,扬声器出音孔12可以位于壳体10的一侧边缘的中间位置,而受话器出音孔13则可以与扬声器出音孔12位于壳体10的同一侧边缘,且受话器出音孔13可以与扬声器出音孔12相邻设置。
当然,受话器出音孔13也可以位于壳体10的一侧边缘的中间位置, 对应的,扬声器出音孔12可以与受话器出音孔13相邻设置。具体设置方式在此不做限定。
需要说明的是,发声器20在第一位置时,可以直接与扬声器出音孔12相对设置,同理,发声器20在第二位置时,可以直接与受话器出音孔13相对设置,这样,可以缩短发声器20发出的声音在电子设备内的传播路径的距离,增强发声器20发出的声音的传播效果。
另外,作为一种可选的实施方式,参见图6和图13,所述扬声器出音孔12连接有第一导音通道81,参见图5和图13,所述受话器出音孔13连接有第二导音通道80;
其中,所述发声器20位于所述第一位置时,所述发声器20通过所述第一导音通道81与所述扬声器出音孔12连通,所述发声器20位于所述第二位置时,所述发声器20通过所述第二导音通道80与所述受话器出音孔13连通。
本实施方式中,发声器20通过第一导音通道81实现与扬声器出音孔12的连通,且发声器20通过第二导音通道80实现与受话器出音孔13的连通,从而使得发声器20无需与扬声器出音孔12和受话器出音孔13直接相对设置,缩短了发声器20的运动距离,且降低了电子设备容置槽11内部的加工难度。
需要说明的是,本实施方式中的第一导音通道81和第二导音通道80可以应用于包括隔板60的实施方式中,这样,通过设置第一导音导通和第二导音导通可以供发声器20发出的声音在电子设备内顺利传播,从而减小了发声器20发出的声音在电子设备中传播的损耗。
需要说明的是,上述第一导音通道81和第二导音通道80可以为直线形通道,也可以为折线形通道,还可以为曲线形通道,具体在此不做限定。
作为一种可选的实施方式,参见图7和图12,所述发声器20与所述第一导音通道81的连接处设置有第一密封件71,和/或,所述发声器20与所述第二导音通道80的连接处设置有第二密封件70。
这样,通过第一密封件71可以增强发声器20与第一导音通道81的连接处的密封效果,从而可以减小发声器20发出的声音通过发声器20与 第一导音通道81的连接处损耗的现象的出现;同理,通过第二密封件70可以增强发声器20与第二导音通道80的连接处的密封效果。
上述第一密封件71和第二密封件70的具体结构在此不做限定,例如:第一密封件71和第二密封件70可以均为密封硅胶垫。
需要说明的是,第一密封件71和第二密封件70可以分别环绕上述对应的连接处,从而进一步减少声音在传播过程中的损耗,进而增强声音的传播效果。

  1. 一种电子设备,包括:壳体、卷曲屏和发声器,所述壳体包括容置槽,所述壳体上开设有扬声器出音孔和受话器出音孔,且所述扬声器出音孔和所述受话器出音孔分别与所述容置槽连通,所述发声器设置于所述容置槽内,且所述发声器可在所述容置槽内的第一位置和第二位置之间移动,所述卷曲屏的一侧与所述壳体连接,所述卷曲屏的另一侧相对所述壳体在压缩状态和展开状态之间切换;
    其中,所述发声器位于所述第一位置时,所述发声器与所述扬声器出音孔连通,所述发声器位于所述第二位置时,所述发声器与所述受话器出音孔连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述电子设备中还包括相互电连接的检测部件和控制器,所述检测部件用于检测所述发声器的位置,所述控制器用于根据所述检测部件的检测结果控制所述发声器的音量。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述电子设备还包括隔板,所述隔板与所述容置槽的内壁固定连接,所述隔板包括相背设置的第一表面和第二表面,所述第一表面为朝向所述容置槽的开口的表面,且所述卷曲屏设置于所述第一表面上,所述发声器朝向所述第二表面设置,所述隔板上开设有第一出音孔和第二出音孔,所述第一出音孔和所述第二出音孔均贯穿所述第一表面和所述第二表面,所述第一出音孔与所述扬声器出音孔连通,所述第二出音孔与所述受话器出音孔连通;
    其中,所述发声器位于所述第一位置时,所述发声器通过所述第一出音孔与所述扬声器出音孔连通,所述发声器位于所述第二位置时,所述发声器通过所述第二出音孔与所述受话器出音孔连通。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述壳体包括中框和支架,所述发声器设置于所述支架上,所述支架与所述中框滑动连接,以带动所述发声器在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间移动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子设备,其中,所述支架包括相背设置的第三表面和第四表面,所述第三表面为朝向所述容置槽的开口的表面, 所述发声器设置于所述第四表面上,所述支架上开设有贯通所述第三表面和所述第四表面的第三出音孔,所述发声器通过所述第三出音孔与所述扬声器出音孔或者所述受话器出音孔连通。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子设备,其中,所述卷曲屏包括卷轴和柔性屏,所述卷轴与所述支架转动连接,所述柔性屏设置于所述第三表面上,所述柔性屏的一侧与所述卷轴固定连接,所述柔性屏的另一侧相对所述卷轴在压缩状态和展开状态之间切换。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的电子设备,其中,所述中框的内壁上开设有滑槽,所述滑槽内设置有导轨,所述支架通过所述导轨和所述滑槽与所述中框滑动连接。

  9. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述扬声器出音孔连接有第一导音通道,所述受话器出音孔连接有第二导音通道;
    其中,所述发声器位于所述第一位置时,所述发声器通过所述第一导音通道与所述扬声器出音孔连通,所述发声器位于所述第二位置时,所述发声器通过所述第二导音通道与所述受话器出音孔连通。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子设备,其中,所述发声器与所述第一导音通道的连接处设置有第一密封件,和/或,所述发声器与所述第二导音通道的连接处设置有第二密封件。
