优选的,所述振动系统还包括固定于所述盆架并与所述音圈远离所述振膜一端连接的弹性件,所述辅助振膜贴合于所述弹性件远离所述振膜一侧;所述弹性件包括固定于所述盆架的第一固定臂、连接于所述音圈的第二固定臂以及连接所述第一固定臂和第二固定臂的两个弹臂;所述第二固定部贴合于所述第一固定臂,所述第一固定部贴合于所述第二固定臂,所述折环部与两个所述弹臂正对且相互间隔。
优选的,所述折环部向远离所述振膜的方向凹陷成型。
优选的,所述音圈呈矩形,所述辅助振膜包括两个且分别位于所述音圈短轴相对两侧。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明的辅助振膜及运用该辅助振膜的发声器件中,将所述辅助振膜的所述折环部相对于位于同一端的所述第一固定部和所述第二固定部向内凹陷设置,使得所述折环部和与其同端的所述第一固定部及所述第二固定部不位于同一直线上;并在所述辅助振膜的同一端面中设置,所述第一曲线连接至所述第一固定部的端面位置的切线,与所述折环部和所述第一固定部的连接面之间形成的夹角呈锐角,所述第二曲线连接至所述第二固定部的端面位置的切线,与所述折环部和所述第二固定部的连接面之间形成的夹角呈锐角。该结构有效降低所述辅助振膜的折环部靠近所述夹角的区域应力水平,并在发声器件大振幅的情况下,降低辅助振膜在该区域的出现破膜的情况,从而减少辅助振膜产生失效的风险,从而使得发声器件的可靠性好。

本发明的实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请同时参阅图1-3所示,本发明提供一种辅助振膜100。所述辅助振膜100,自起始端101弯折延伸至末端102,所述辅助振膜100包括第一固定部1、折环部2以及第二固定部3。
所述第一固定部1和所述第二固定部3相对间隔设置。所述第一固定部1和所述第二固定部3均用于固定连接,从而使所述辅助振膜100固定。所述第一固定部1和所述第二固定部3用于改善所述辅助振膜100的摇摆性。
所述折环部2用于提高所述辅助振膜100的振动力度和幅度。具体的,所述折环部2连接所述第一固定部1和所述第二固定部3。
本实施方式中,所述辅助振膜100沿其振动方向的正投影中,在所述起始端101和/或所述末端102,所述折环部2呈一段圆弧、连续延伸的多段圆弧、连接延伸的多段折线以及样条曲线中的任意一种。也就是说,所述起始端101和所述末端102分别沿所述折环部2振动方向的正投影呈一段圆弧、连续延伸的多段圆弧、连接延伸的多段折线以及样条曲线中的任意一种。所述折环部2的结构有利于设计者根据实际发声的性能要求,选择所述折环部2的结构的具体形状提高的振动力度和幅度。本实施方式中,所述折环部2的为呈一段圆弧,该结构有利于提高所述辅助振膜100的振动力度和幅度,还可以易于制造和组装,有利于提高生产效率和良率。
为了降低所述辅助振膜100出现破膜的情况,从而减少所述辅助振膜100产生失效的风险,对所述辅助振膜100的所述起始端101和/或所述末端102进行设置,具体为:所述辅助振膜100沿其振动方向的正投影中,在所述起始端101和/或所述末端102,所述折环部2相对于位于同一端的所述第一固定部1和所述第二固定部3向内凹陷。所述辅助振膜100沿其振动方向的正投影中,所述折环部2呈向内凹陷且使得所述折环部2和与其同端的所述第一固定部1及所述第二固定部3不位于同一直线上。
并同时设置:所述折环部2连接所述第一固定部1的一段呈一曲线状并定义该曲线为第一曲线a,所述折环部2连接所述第二固定部3的一段呈一曲线状并定义该曲线为第二曲线b。所述第一曲线a在连接至所述第一固定部1位置处的切线,与所述折环部2和所述第一固定部1的连接面之间形成的夹角a1呈锐角,所述第二曲线b在连接至所述第二固定部3位置处的切线,与所述折环部2和所述第二固定部3的连接面之间形成的夹角b1呈锐角。该结构有效降低所述辅助振膜100的折环部2靠近所述夹角的区域应力水平,并在发声器件大振幅的情况下,降低辅助振膜100在该区域的出现破膜的情况,从而减少辅助振膜100产生失效的风险,从而使得发声器件的可靠性好。
请参阅图3所示,所述折环部2与所述第一固定部1连接处呈一曲线,并定义该曲线为第一曲线a。所述折环部2与所述第二固定部3连接处呈一曲线,并定义该曲线为第二曲线b。
以所述起始端101为例:
线段L1为所述折环部2和所述第一固定部1的连接面的延伸直线;线段L2为所述第一曲线a在连接至所述第一固定部1位置处的切线。线段L1与线段L2的夹角为夹角a1,夹角a1为锐角。该结构使得所述折环部2在靠近所述起始端101并同时靠近连所述第一固定部1的区域D的应力水平降低。其中,所述区域D为所述折环部2易于出现破膜的区域。
同理,线段L3为所述折环部2和所述第二固定部3的连接面的延伸直线;线段L4为所述第二曲线b在连接至所述第二固定部3位置处的切线。线段L3与线段L4的夹角为夹角b1,夹角b1为锐角。该结构使得所述折环部2在靠近所述起始端101并同时靠近连所述第二固定部3的区域C的应力水平降低。其中,所述区域C为所述折环部2易于出现破膜的区域。
所述折环部2为单层材料或者多层材料制成。为了降低所述辅助振膜100在该区域的出现破膜的情况,所述单层材料或者所述多层材料均能增大所述折环部2的坚韧度。本实施方式中,所述折环部2为多层材料制成的坚韧度性能更好,从而提高了所述辅助振膜100的可靠性。当然,不限于此,所述折环部2采用单层材料制成也可以保证坚韧度的基础上,同时也易于加工。具体采用哪种材料,需要有本领域技术人员根据实际需进行选择。
本发明的所述辅助振膜100由热塑性塑料类材料(PEEK(聚醚醚酮)、PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)、PEI(醚酰亚胺)、PEN(聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯)或PAR(聚芳酯)),热塑性聚氨酯类材料(聚酯类聚氨酯、聚醚类聚氨酯、聚醚酯类聚氨酯、丙烯酸树脂改性聚氨酯、有机硅改性聚氨酯),热塑性弹性体类材料(聚酯类热塑性弹性体、聚醚类热塑性弹性体、聚酰胺类热塑性弹性体、聚苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体),橡胶类材料(硅橡胶、三乙丙橡胶、乙烯丙烯酸酯橡胶、丙烯酸酯橡胶等)中的至少一种制成。当然,其材料不限于此,还包括与上述结构类似的高分子材料。
请同时参阅图4-6所示,本发明还提供一种发声器件200,所述发声器件200包括盆架4、振动系统5以及磁路系统6。
所述振动系统5固定于所述盆架4。具体的,所述振动系统5包括所述辅助振膜100、所述振膜51、所述音圈52以及弹性件53。
所述辅助振膜100的所述第一固定部1固定于所述盆架4,所述第二固定部3固定于所述音圈52远离所述振膜51一端。从而使得所述辅助振膜100弹性支撑所述音圈52。其中,所述辅助振膜100为本发明所述的辅助振膜100。
所述振膜51用于振动发声。其中,所述辅助振膜100的所述折环部2的横截面呈凹陷结构。具体的,所述折环部2向远离所述振膜51的方向凹陷成型。所述凹陷指所述折环部2向远离所述振膜51的方向形成,也就是说所述凹陷指所述折环部2靠近所述磁路系统6方向形成。
所述音圈52固定于所述振膜51并驱动所述振膜51振动发声。在本实施方式中,所述音圈52呈矩形,所述辅助振膜100包括两个且分别位于所述音圈52短轴相对两侧。该结构有利于所述辅助振膜100的对称性,从而有效提高了所述辅助振膜100及所述发声器件200的纯音等声学性能。
所述弹性件53固定于所述盆架4并与所述音圈52远离所述振膜51一端连接。所述辅助振膜100贴合于所述弹性件53远离所述振膜51一侧。该结构一方面用于加强所述振膜51的振动效果,改善所述发声器件200的声学性能,另一方面用于平衡所述振动系统5的摇摆,提高所述发声器件200的稳定性。
在本实施方式中,所述弹性件53包括固定于所述盆架4的第一固定臂531、连接于所述音圈52的第二固定臂532以及连接所述第一固定臂531和第二固定臂532的两个弹臂533。所述第二固定部3贴合于所述第一固定臂531,所述第一固定部1贴合于所述第二固定臂532,所述折环部2与两个所述弹臂533正对且相互间隔。
所述磁路系统6驱动所述振动系统5振动发声。
与现有技术相比,本发明的辅助振膜及运用该辅助振膜的发声器件中,将所述辅助振膜的所述折环部相对于位于同一端的所述第一固定部和所述第二固定部向内凹陷设置,使得所述折环部和与其同端的所述第一固定部及所述第二固定部不位于同一直线上;并在所述辅助振膜的同一端面中设置,所述第一曲线连接至所述第一固定部的端面位置的切线,与所述折环部和所述第一固定部的连接面之间形成的夹角呈锐角,所述第二曲线连接至所述第二固定部的端面位置的切线,与所述折环部和所述第二固定部的连接面之间形成的夹角呈锐角。该结构有效降低所述辅助振膜的折环部靠近所述夹角的区域应力水平,并在发声器件大振幅的情况下,降低辅助振膜在该区域的出现破膜的情况,从而减少辅助振膜产生失效的风险,从而使得发声器件的可靠性好。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种辅助振膜,其自起始端弯折延伸至末端,所述辅助振膜包括第一固定部、与所述第一固定部相对间隔设置的第二固定部以及连接所述第一固定部和所述第二固定部的折环部,其特征在于,所述辅助振膜沿其振动方向的正投影中,在所述起始端和/或所述末端,所述折环部相对于位于同一端的所述第一固定部和所述第二固定部向内凹陷,所述折环部连接所述第一固定部的一段呈一曲线状并定义该曲线为第一曲线,所述折环部连接所述第二固定部的一段呈一曲线状并定义该曲线为第二曲线,所述第一曲线在连接至所述第一固定部位置处的切线,与所述折环部和所述第一固定部的连接面之间形成的夹角呈锐角,所述第二曲线在连接至所述第二固定部位置处的切线,与所述折环部和所述第二固定部的连接面之间形成的夹角呈锐角。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的辅助振膜,其特征在于,所述辅助振膜沿其振动方向的正投影中,在所述起始端和/或所述末端,所述折环部呈一段圆弧、连续延伸的多段圆弧、连接延伸的多段折线以及样条曲线中的任意一种。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的辅助振膜,其特征在于,所述折环部为单层材料或者多层材料制成。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的辅助振膜,其特征在于,所述辅助振膜由热塑性塑料类材料、PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)、PEI(醚酰亚胺)、PEN(聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯)或PAR(聚芳酯)),热塑性聚氨酯类材料,热塑性弹性体类材料,橡胶类材料中的至少一种制成。
  5. 一种发声器件,其包括盆架、分别固定于所述盆架的振动系统和驱动所述振动系统振动发声的磁路系统,其特征在于,所述振动系统包括振膜、固定于所述振膜并驱动所述振膜振动发声的音圈以及如权利要求1-4任意一项所述的辅助振膜,所述辅助振膜弹性支撑所述音圈,第一固定部固定于所述盆架,所述第二固定部固定于所述音圈远离所述振膜一端。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述振动系统还包括固定于所述盆架并与所述音圈远离所述振膜一端连接的弹性件,所述辅助振膜贴合于所述弹性件远离所述振膜一侧;所述弹性件包括固定于所述盆架的第一固定臂、连接于所述音圈的第二固定臂以及连接所述第一固定臂和第二固定臂的两个弹臂;所述第二固定部贴合于所述第一固定臂,所述第一固定部贴合于所述第二固定臂,所述折环部与两个所述弹臂正对且相互间隔。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述折环部向远离所述振膜的方向凹陷成型。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述音圈呈矩形,所述辅助振膜包括两个且分别位于所述音圈短轴相对两侧。
