可以理解的是,扬声器单元30的出声口31与表头20的出音口222对应设置是指每个表头20的出音口222对应设置一个扬声器单元30,并且扬声器单元30的出声口31与表头的出音口222连通,使得扬声器单元30发出的声音能够通过出声口31及出音口222向外辐射。
上述智能手表,表头20设有至少两个出音口222,出音口222设于表头20表带10用于连接表带10的两侧。扬声器单元30设有至少两个,扬声器单元30一一对应设于出音口222,且扬声器单元30的出声口31与表头20的出音口222对应设置,使得该智能手表能够实现立体声效果,这样可提高声音播放的清晰度和可懂度。并且,还可增加声音的指向性,达到很好的声音定位效果,从而具有各声源的方位感和分布感。
需要说明的是,出音口222及扬声器单元30的数量可根据实际需求进行设置,只要表头20用于连接表带10的每个侧部设有至少一个出音口222,并且扬声器单元30的出声口31与表头20的出音口222对应设置即可,这样便可实现立体声的效果,同时也可增加声音的指向性。
具体到本实施例中,参阅图1、图2和图3,出音口222设有两个,两个出音口222分别设于表头20用于连接表带10的两侧。扬声器单元30对应设有两个,两个扬声器单元30沿表带10的长度方向间隔地设于表头20的收容空间221内,且扬声器单元30的出声口31与表头20的出音口222一一对应设置。如此,可实现立体声的效果,同时还可增加声音的指向性。
需要说明的是,表带10的长度方向是指从表带10的一端至另一端的方向。
在一个实施例中,参阅图1和图3,出音口222设于表头20用于连接表带10两侧的中部。可以理解的是,出音口222的顶部距离出音口222所在面的顶端有一定距离,出音口222的底部距离出音口222所在面的底端具有一定距离,且出音口222的侧部距离出音口222所在面的侧边有一定的距离。如此,使得出音口222所在面的顶部、底部及两侧预留有一定的安装位置,这样便于安装扬声器单元30。
可选地,出音口222设于表头20用于连接表带10的两侧中部,且表头20两侧的出音口222对称设置。如此,一方面,便于在表头20内安装扬声器单元30;另一方面,使得该智能手表能够更好地实现立体声效果,还可增加声音的指向性。
在一个实施例中,参阅图1、图2和图3,出音口222为条形口,条形出音口222横向设于表头20用于连接表带10的两侧。如此,该扬声器单元30可通过条形出音口222向外辐射声音,使得声音在水平方向的辐射范围广,立体声音效更佳。当然,在其它实施例中,出音口222也可为出音孔,出音孔设有多个,多个出音孔分布在表头20用于连接表带10的两侧。
在一个实施例中,表头20还包括隔网,隔网对应设于表头20的出音口222。通过在表头20的出音口222设置隔网,在不影响扬声器单元30向外辐射声音的基础上,可防止外界物质进入表头20的收容空间221内,避免外界物质对扬声器单元30及其它部件的性能的影响,从而延长智能手表的使用寿命。
在一个实施例中,参阅图3、图4和图5,图4示出了图1所示的智能手表的俯视图,图5示出了图4所示的智能手表沿A-A的剖视图。表头20还包括隔板23。隔板23设于表头20的收容空间221内,并将收容空间221分隔为至少两个独立的音腔,每个扬声器单元30对应设置在一个音腔内。如此,在扬声器单元30工作的过程中,隔板23可有效地阻挡声音气流,这样可避免不同音腔内的扬声器单元30之间的相互干扰,在保证立体声效果的同时,可提高该智能手表整体的音质,从而提高用户的使用体验感。
进一步地,参阅图2、图3和图5,隔板23竖向设于表头20的收容空间221内,将收容空间221分隔为至少两个封闭的音腔。具体地,隔板23的两侧分别连接于表头20在表带10宽度方向的两侧壁,隔板23的顶部连接于表头20的顶部,隔板23的底部连接或抵触于表头20的底部,如此便可通过隔板23将表头20的收容空间221分隔为相互独立且封闭的音腔。
具体到本实施例中,参阅图5,隔板23设有两个,两个隔板23沿表带10长度方向间隔地设于表头20的收容空间221内。如此,将收容空间221分隔为三个独立且封闭的音腔。其中,两个扬声器单元30分别设于靠近表带10的两个音腔内,如上两个音腔中间的音腔可放置智能手表的电路板、电源等功能性元件。当然,在其它实施例中,隔板23的数量可根据实际需求进行设置,例如设置三个以上的隔板23。
在一个实施例中,表带10的两端分别可转动地连接于表头20的相对两侧。如此,一方面,有利于快速且轻松地将该智能手表戴在手腕,使用更灵活;另一方面,由于表带10可相对表头20转动,这样在穿戴该智能手表时,可调整表带10,使表带10更好地贴合在手腕。
进一步地,参阅图1和图2,表头20设有第一安装孔211及第二安装孔212,第一安装孔211与第二安装孔212分别设于表头20相对两侧。表带10的一端设有第一转轴,第一转轴可转动地设于表头20的第一安装孔211。表带10的另一端设有第二转轴,第二转轴可转动地设于表头20的第二安装孔212。如此,可实现表头20与表带10的可转动连接,从而便于穿戴该智能手表,使用更灵活,同时还可灵活地调整表带10,使表更好地贴合在手腕。
可选地,表带10为腕带链体,腕带链体为一链状结构。具体地,腕带链体包括多个链单体,相邻两个链单体依次连接成链状;腕带链体的两端分别连接于表头20的相对两侧,围成封闭环状结构。进一步地,腕带链体可具有一定程度的可绕性,使其能够绕成环形,以缠绕在用户的手臂,实现智能手表与人体的绑定。或者,表带10为皮带。
当然,在其它实施例中,也可在表头20的相对两侧设置第一转轴及第二转轴,表带10的两端对应设有第一安装孔211及第二安装孔212。表头20的第一转轴可转动地设于表带10的第一安装孔211内,表头20的第二转轴可转动地设于表带10的第二安装孔212内,如此也可实现表头20与表带10的可转动连接。
在另一个实施例中,表带10为弹性带,弹性带的两端分别连接于表头20的相对两侧。具体地,弹性带的两端分别固定于表头20的相对两侧。如此,便于将该智能手表戴在手腕,使用灵活。
可选地,表带10为热塑性弹性体,例如表带的材质为热塑性硫化硅胶等。需要说明的是,表带10的具体材质可根据实际需求进行调整,在此不限定表带10的具体材质。
在一个实施例中,表带10具有连接部,表头20可转动地设于连接部。如此,通过转动表头20,可改变表头20的位置,例如可改变扬声器、出音口222、出声口31等的方向,从而增加声音传播的指向性。
进一步地,表头20的底部凸设有转动部,表带10的连接部对应设有与转动部适配的连接孔,转动部可转动地设于连接孔内,从而实现表头20与表带10的可转动连接。当然,在其它实施例中,表带10的连接部凸设有转动部,表头20的底部对应设有与该转动部适配的连接孔,这样也可实现表带10与表头20的可转动连接。或者,表带10的连接部设有磁性件,表头20的底部设有磁吸件,表头20通过磁性件与磁吸件的配合与表带10连接,如此可便于调整表头20的位置,从而增加声音传播的指向性。
具体地,表头20的转动部为转动轴,该转动轴可转动地设于表带10的连接孔内,实现表头20与表带10的可转动连接。
在一个实施例中,参阅图2和图5,表头20为分体式结构。具体地,表头20包括智能手表主体、基座21及壳体22。壳体22可拆卸地连接于基座21,并与基座21围设形成收容空间221,智能手表主体设于收容空间221内。如此,便可形成上述的表头20。相比于一体式表头20,本实施例的表头20能够拆装,便于维修或更换智能手表主体。
需要说明的是,表头20的智能手表主体为电路板、电源等相关电子元件。
具体地,采用胶黏接的方式将壳体22的底部连接于基座21。或者,基座21设有第一卡接部,壳体22对应设有第二卡接部,通过第一卡接部及第二卡接部的配合实现基座21与壳体22的可拆卸连接。当然,在其它实施例中,也可通过超声波焊接的方式将壳体22的底部连接于基座21。需要说明的是,基座21与壳体22的连接方式多种多样,在此不再赘述。
具体到本实施例中,表带10连接于基座21的相对两侧,出音口222设于壳体22用于连接表带10的两侧。
在一个实施例中,参阅图1和图2,表头20还包括屏幕24及显示器。壳体22背离基座21的一端具有安装部,屏幕24对应设于安装部,显示器设于收容空间221并贴附于屏幕24的背面设置。如此,通过设置屏幕24及显示器,可对时间等信息进行显示。当然,表头20还可设置摄像头,摄像头与显示器电连接,这样提高摄像头及显示器的配合,可进行视频通话等。
进一步地,表头20还包括密封圈,密封圈设于安装部。可选地,密封圈为泡棉密封圈。通过设置密封圈,可增加该智能手表的密封性,从而提高该智能手表的防水及防尘性能。
在一个实施例中,参阅图2和图3,壳体22的侧壁对应出音口222的位置设有内凹部223,扬声器单元30设于内凹部223。具体地,内凹部223为凹槽。通过设置内凹部223,可将扬声器单元30放置在内凹部223,这样内凹部223的各侧壁可对扬声器单元30进行限位,如此可使扬声器单元30稳定地安装在表头20内。同时,不会占用表头20内过多的空间,达到节省空间的目的。
进一步地,表头20还包括弹性垫,弹性垫设于内凹部223,扬声器单元30抵触于弹性垫。具体地,内凹部223的侧壁和/或底部设有弹性垫。如此,一方面,由于扬声器单元30在发声的过程中会振动,通过在扬声器单元30及内凹部223之间隔设弹性垫,这样可避免扬声器单元30与内凹部223硬性接触而损坏扬声器单元30;另一方面,也可使得扬声器单元30稳定地安装在表头20内。
在本实施例中,扬声器单元30为动圈式扬声器、MEMS扬声器、动圈或动铁式耳机芯中的至少一种。需要说明的是,扬声器单元30可为上述的其中一种,但也不限于上述列举的扬声器类型,扬声器单元30只要能够发出声音即可。并且,扬声器单元30为现有产品,故在本实用新型中不再详述扬声器的具体结构。
在本实用新型的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本实用新型和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本实用新型的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。在本实用新型的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本实用新型中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系,除非另有明确的限定。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本实用新型中的具体含义。
在本实用新型中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征“上”或“下”可以是第一和第二特征直接接触,或第一和第二特征通过中间媒介间接接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”可是第一特征在第二特征正上方或斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”可以是第一特征在第二特征正下方或斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”或“设置于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。本文所使用的术语“垂直的”、“水平的”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”以及类似的表述只是为了说明的目的,并不表示是唯一的实施方式。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种智能手表,其特征在于,所述智能手表包括:
    表带;
    表头,连接于所述表带;所述表头具有收容空间,所述表头设有至少两个出音口,所述出音口分别设于所述表头用于连接所述表带的两侧;及
    扬声器单元,设于所述表头的收容空间内;所述扬声器单元设有至少两个,所述扬声器单元一一对应设于所述表头的出音口,且所述扬声器单元的出声口与所述表头的出音口对应设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能手表,其特征在于,所述出音口为条形口,所述条形口横向设于所述表头用于连接所述表带的两侧中部。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的智能手表,其特征在于,所述智能手表还包括隔板,所述隔板设于所述表头的收容空间内,并将所述收容空间分隔为至少两个独立的音腔,每个所述扬声器单元对应设置在一个所述音腔内。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的智能手表,其特征在于,所述表头包括基座、手表主体及壳体,所述壳体的底部连接于所述基座,并与所述基座围设形成所述收容空间,所述手表主体设于所述收容空间内,所述表带的两端分别连接于所述基座的相对两侧。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的智能手表,其特征在于,所述智能手表还包括屏幕及显示器,所述壳体背离所述基座的一端具有安装部,所述屏幕对应设于所述安装部,所述显示器设于所述收容空间并贴附于所述屏幕的背面设置。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的智能手表,其特征在于,所述壳体的侧壁对应所述出音口的位置设有内凹部,所述扬声器单元设于所述内凹部。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的智能手表,其特征在于,所述表带具有连接部,所述表头的底部可转动地连接于所述表带的连接部。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的智能手表,其特征在于,所述表带为弹性带,所述弹性带的两端分别连接于所述表头的相对两侧。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的智能手表,其特征在于,所述表带的两端分别可转动地连接于所述表头的相对两侧;
    所述表头设有第一安装孔及第二安装孔,所述第一安装孔与第二安装孔分别设于所述表头相对两侧;所述表带的一端设有第一转轴,另一端设有第二转轴,所述第一转轴可转动地设于所述表头的第一安装孔,所述第二转轴可转动地设于所述表头的第二安装孔。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9任一项所述的智能手表,其特征在于,所述智能手表还包括隔网,所述隔网对应设于所述表头的出音口。
