请参阅图1,在一个实施例中,考虑到在充电的过程中,便于观测左耳机101的充电状态,以及便于了解左耳机101的电量情况,从而根据指示进行相应的操作,以保证左耳机101的正常使用,左耳机电路板105上还设有用于显示颜色的LED指示灯;左后壳107上设有与左LED指示灯1051对应且用于透光的左LED透光孔1071。
在一个实施例中,左耳机电路板105上的LED指示灯可以显示至少两种不同颜色,例如左LED指示灯1051可设计为红色指示灯和蓝色指示灯。应当理解的是,也可以根据实际需要选择为其它不同颜色的指示灯。
在一个实施例中,左面按键109粘贴在左按键块1061上,以便于连接。左后壳107和左天线108的中心均设有孔,左按键块1061穿过左后壳107和左天线108的孔,同时,在粘贴的时候,保证左面按键109粘贴在左按键块1061的中心平面上。
请参考图9,在一个实施例中,为了方便将左按键支架106稳定地设在左后壳107内,左后壳107内设有左定位柱,左按键支架106上设有用于与左定位柱连接的左定位孔1062。
请参考图12,在一个实施例中,左后壳107上还设有左弹簧针穿孔1072,以使得左天线弹簧针1053穿过左弹簧针穿孔1072并与左天线108连接,从而使得左天线108和左耳机电路板105导通。此外,为了方便设置左喇叭102,左喇叭嘴1031上开设有左喇叭孔1032,左喇叭102装入左喇叭孔1032中。
在一个实施例中,为了起到更好地佩戴舒适、以及稳固的作用,左喇叭嘴1031上且位于左喇叭孔1032处套设有一体化的左耳塞耳挂200。值得说明的是,左耳塞耳挂200属于独立配件,在需要使用的时候,可装在左喇叭嘴1031上,以装配为左耳机体100进行使用。
请参阅图6,在一个实施例中,一体化的左耳塞耳挂200包括用于套设在左喇叭嘴1031上的左耳塞部201以及左耳挂部202,左耳塞部201与左耳挂部202一体连接。在使用时,可将左耳塞部201套设在左喇叭嘴1031上,用户佩戴左耳机101时,左耳塞部201可塞入用户的耳部,左耳挂部202与耳廓相贴合,一方面佩戴更加舒适,另一方面佩戴时也更加稳固,尤其是用户在运动过程中不会掉落,改善用户体验。
在一个实施例中,左耳塞部201与左耳挂部202连接处设有左避空部203,左避空部203与左前壳103外壁相贴合,从而使得左耳塞部201套设在左喇叭嘴1031上时,左耳挂部202能够与左前壳103外壁相贴合,从而连接更加稳定,用户佩戴也更加舒适。
请参阅图7,在一个实施例中,左耳塞部201轴线与左耳挂部202轴线之间的夹角θ范围为90°~150°,从而确保用户佩戴左耳机101时,左耳挂部202与耳廓相贴合,佩戴更加舒适和稳固。
请参阅图6至图9,在一个实施例中,左耳挂部202中部设有左耳挂部通孔204,左前壳103上设有左前壳限位部1034,左耳挂部通孔204的孔壁与左前壳限位部1034贴合。当左耳塞耳挂200与左喇叭嘴1031连接时,左耳塞部201套设在左喇叭嘴1031上,左前壳限位部1034与左耳挂部通孔204的孔壁相贴合且发生抵接,从而可以对左耳挂部通孔204的形状起到支撑和限定作用,使得左耳挂部202的形状能够维持与耳廓的形状相适应,确保用户在使用过程中佩戴舒适和稳定。
在一个实施例中,左前壳限位部1034包括至少两个左限位骨10341,当左耳塞耳挂200与左喇叭嘴1031连接时,两个左限位骨10341均与左耳挂部通孔204的孔壁相贴合。两个左限位骨10341设于左前壳103上且靠近左喇叭嘴1031相对设置,更有利于其与左耳挂部通孔204的孔壁相贴合,从而能够起到更好的支撑和限定作用。应当理解的是,左限位骨10341的位置也可以根据需要进行设置,只要能对左耳挂部202起到限定作用即可。
在一个实施例中,左前壳限位部1034包括至少两个左限位骨10341和左限位骨连接部10342,左限位骨连接部10342的两端分别与两个左限位骨10341连接,当左耳塞耳挂200与左喇叭嘴1031连接时,两个左限位骨10341均与左耳挂部通孔204的孔壁相贴合,且左限位骨连接部10342与左耳塞部201的下端相贴合。两个左限位骨10341设于左前壳103上且靠近左喇叭嘴1031相对设置,左限位骨连接部10342则设于两个左限位骨10341之间且靠近左喇叭嘴1031,从而能够起到更好的支撑和限定作用。
在一个实施例中,左前壳限位部1034包括左限位块,当左耳塞耳挂200与左喇叭嘴1031连接时,左限位块的相对两侧壁与左耳挂部通孔204的孔壁相贴合。
应当理解的是,左前壳限位部1034还可以为其他形式,并不仅限于上述的情况,只要其能够与左耳挂部202相配合,且对左耳挂部202起到支撑和/或限定作用即可,此处不做限制。
请参阅图1,另外,在左后壳103的侧部设有左麦克风孔。左耳机电路板105上设有左麦克风,音质通过左麦克风支架1056侧边上设置的孔,左麦克风镶嵌在四方块的凹槽里,以便于声音传出。此外,为了将左后壳103上的左LED透光孔1071以及左弹簧针穿孔1072密封,左后壳103上还贴有左密封胶纸1073。
在一个实施例中,左耳机电路板105包括用于设置左天线弹簧针1053和左功能按键1052的左主板、与左主板连接的左副板以及与左副板连接且用于固定左充电针1055的左充电板。具体地,考虑到操作的方便性,左耳机电路板105优选采用软排线1057连接,当然,也可以采用导线进行连接。此外,左充电板、左副板和左主板之间也可以通过焊接连接。需说明的是,请参阅附图9,左耳机电路板105从左至右依次为,左充电板、左副板和左主板。
优选地,左耳机电路板105上套设有左麦克风支架1056。
请参阅图1至图4,右耳机111包括右前壳113以及与右前壳113连接的右后壳117;右前壳113上设有用于插入耳中的右喇叭嘴1131;右喇叭嘴1131内设有右喇叭112,右前壳113内镶嵌有右耳机电路板115;右耳机电路板115中卡接有右耳机电池114,右耳机电路板115上设有右天线弹簧针1153、右充电针和右功能按键1152;右后壳117内且靠近右耳机电路板115的一侧套设有右按键支架116,右按键支架116上设有与右功能按键1152对应的右按键块1161;右后壳117上且远离右耳机电路板115的一侧设有右面按键119;右后壳117中设有用于与右耳机电路板115导通的右天线118;右按键块1161穿过右后壳117和右天线118并与右面按键119连接;右天线弹簧针1153与右天线118导通;右前壳113上设有右充电针孔1133,右充电针插入右充电针孔1133内并从右充电针孔1133中露出;右后壳117盖于右耳机电路板115的表面。
优选地,右耳机电路板115上且靠近右喇叭嘴1131的一侧设有用于卡合导通右耳机电池114的右导电片。此外,右导电片上设有右充电针;右前壳113上设有用于插入右充电针的右充电针孔1133。需说明的是,由于右耳机电路板115与右前壳113的结构一样,因此,右导电片和右充电针部分的细节结构示意图省略。
另外,右耳机电路板115上还设有LED指示灯;右后壳117上设有与右LED指示灯1151对应且用于透光的右LED透光孔1171。细化地,右LED指示灯1151可设计为红色指示灯和蓝色指示灯,当然地,也可以根据实际需要选择为其它不同颜色的指示灯。
细化地,右后壳117和右天线118的中心均设有孔,右按键块1161穿过右后壳117和右天线118的孔,同时,再粘贴的时候,保证右面按键119粘贴在右按键块1161的中心平面上。进一步地,右后壳117内设有右定位柱,右按键支架116上设有用于与右定位柱连接的右定位孔。需说明的是,由于右后壳117与左后壳107,以及右按键支架116与左按键支架106的结构一样,因此,右定位柱和右定位孔部分的细节结构示意图省略。
另外,右后壳117上还设有右弹簧针穿孔1172,以使得右天线弹簧针1153穿过右弹簧针穿孔1172并与右天线118连接以使得右天线118和右耳机电路板115导通。此外,右喇叭112装入右喇叭孔1132中。
进一步地,右喇叭嘴1131上且位于右喇叭孔1132处套设有右耳塞耳挂210。值得说明的是,右耳塞耳挂210属于独立配件,在需要使用的时候,可装在右喇叭嘴1131上,以装配成右耳机体110进行使用。
请参阅图6,在一个实施例中,一体化的右耳塞耳挂210包括用于套设在右喇叭嘴1131上的右耳塞部211以及右耳挂部212,右耳塞部211与右耳挂部212一体连接。在使用时,可将右耳塞部211套设在右喇叭嘴1131上,用户佩戴右耳机111时,右耳塞部211可塞入用户的耳部,右耳挂部212与耳廓相贴合,一方面佩戴更加舒适,另一方面佩戴时也更加稳固,尤其是用户在运动过程中不会掉落,改善用户体验。
在一个实施例中,右耳塞部211与右耳挂部212连接处设有右避空部213,右避空部213与右前壳113相贴合,从而使得右耳塞部211套设在右喇叭嘴1131上时,右耳挂部212能够与右前壳113相贴合,从而连接更加稳定,用户佩戴也更加舒适。
请参阅图7,在一个实施例中,右耳塞部211轴线与右耳挂部212轴线之间的夹角θ范围为90°~150°,从而确保用户佩戴右耳机111时,右耳挂部212与耳廓相贴合,佩戴更加舒适和稳固。
请参阅图6至图8,在一个实施例中,右耳挂部212中部设有右耳挂部通孔214,右前壳113上设有右前壳限位部1134,右耳挂部通孔214的孔壁与右前壳限位部1134抵接。当右耳塞耳挂210与右喇叭嘴1131连接时,右耳塞部211套设在右喇叭嘴1131上,右前壳限位部1134与右耳挂部通孔214的孔壁相贴合且发生抵接,从而可以对右耳挂部通孔214的形状起到支撑和限定作用,使得右耳挂部212的形状能够维持与耳廓的形状相适应,确保用户在使用过程中佩戴舒适和稳定。
在一个实施例中,右前壳限位部1134包括至少两个右限位骨11341,当右耳塞耳挂210与右喇叭嘴1131连接时,两个右限位骨11341均与右耳挂部通孔214的孔壁相贴合。两个右限位骨11341设于右前壳113上且靠近右喇叭嘴1131相对设置,更有利于其与右耳挂部通孔214的孔壁相贴合,从而能够起到更好的支撑和限定作用。应当理解的是,右限位骨11341的位置也可以根据需要进行设置,只要能对右耳挂部212起到限定作用即可。
在一个实施例中,右前壳限位部1134包括至少两个右限位骨11341和右限位骨连接部11342,右限位骨连接部11342的两端分别与两个右限位骨11341连接,当右耳塞耳挂210与右喇叭嘴1131连接时,两个右限位骨11341均与右耳挂部通孔214的孔壁相贴合,且右限位骨连接部11342与右耳塞部211的下端相贴合。两个右限位骨11341设于右前壳113上且靠近右喇叭嘴1131相对设置,右限位骨连接部11342则设于两个右限位骨11341之间且靠近右喇叭嘴1131,从而能够起到更好的支撑和限定作用。
在一个实施例中,右前壳限位部1134包括右限位块,当右耳塞耳挂210与右喇叭嘴1131连接时,右限位块的相对两侧壁与右耳挂部通孔214的孔壁相贴合。
应当理解的是,右前壳限位部1134还可以为其他形式,并不仅限于上述的情况,只要其能够与右耳挂部212相配合,且对右耳挂部212起到支撑和/或限定作用即可,此处不做限制。
另外,在右后壳117的侧部也设有右麦克风孔。右耳机电路板115上设有右麦克风,音质通过右麦克风支架1154侧边上设置的孔,右麦克风镶嵌在四方块的凹槽里,以便于声音传出。此外,为了将右后壳117上的右LED透光孔1171以及右弹簧针穿孔1172密封,右后壳117上还贴有右密封胶纸1173。
进一步地,右耳机电路板115包括用于设置右天线弹簧针1153和右功能按键1152的右主板、与右主板连接的右副板以及与右副板连接且用于固定右充电针的右充电板。具体地,考虑到操作的方便性,右耳机电路板115由软板和硬板结合,此外,右充电板、右副板和右主板之间也可以通过焊接连接。
优选地,右耳机充电板115上套设有右麦克风支架1154。
需指出的是,右耳机111和左耳机101的区别仅在于左耳机电路板105和右耳机电路板115,对本领域的技术人员来讲,将左耳机电路板105和右耳机电路板115设计为不同,以保证左耳机101和右耳机111各自相应地功能,是本领域技术人员的常规手段,在此,不再赘述。除此之外,右耳机111的结构和左耳机101的结构是一致的。
此外,考虑到连接的稳固性,左后壳107采用超声波焊接到左前壳103上,右后壳117采用超声波焊接到右前壳113上。另外,需说明的是,对本领域技术人员来说,左耳机电路板105和右耳机电路板115上均设有电路板元器件,电路板元器件包括接通电路的蓝牙芯片,通过设置的蓝牙芯片用于与手机等通讯设备进行信号传输。电路板元器件采用现有常规技术,以实现相应功能,在此,不再赘述。在本实施例在使用的过程中,左耳机101和右耳机111在蓝牙芯片的作用下先连接,左耳机101和右耳机111再通过蓝牙芯片共同与手机连接以进行信号传输。
请参阅图13和图14,本发明的另一目的在于提供一种充电盒300,充电盒300包括相互扣合的上盖301和下盖302;上盖301和下盖302之间设有上述的无线双耳蓝牙耳机。下盖302内由下至上依次设有充电电池307、充电电路板308以及用于放置无线双耳蓝牙耳机的凹腔3031的中壳303;中壳303上设有用于开合上盖301和下盖302的充电盒按键309。细化地,上盖301与下盖302通过五金转轴311连接。
在一个实施例中,充电盒按键309包括按键块3091以及设于按键块3091两端的弹簧连接柱3092,弹簧连接柱3092上套设有弹簧310。中壳303上设有插孔,弹簧连接柱3092的另一端插入插孔中,从而将电盒按键309和弹簧310装在中壳303上。弹簧连接柱3092之间设有用于扣入中壳上的第一倒扣,所述按键块还设有用于与上盖301扣合的第二倒扣。
在一个实施例中,中壳303的底部设有四个倒扣,四个倒扣把充电电路板308扣在中壳303上。在下盖302的侧壁设有用于安装导光镜306的安装孔。下盖302的底部还设有用于安装螺丝305的螺丝孔,在螺丝孔处的下盖302处还可以设置贴纸304。
装配的时候,以左耳机101为例,先将左喇叭102装入左喇叭嘴1031里;然后把左耳机电池104和左麦克风支架1056装入左耳机电路板105之间,从而将左耳机电路板105组成一个完整的模块,接着把左按键支架106放在左后壳107上,并装好左天线108和左密封胶纸1073;然后把左耳机电路板105镶嵌在左前壳103的腔内,左耳机电路板105上的左充电针1055从左前壳103的两个左充电针孔1033中露出,再把左后壳107盖在左耳机电路板105的表面,与左前壳103接触,左前壳103和左后壳107通常采用超声波焊接密封,左耳机电路板105上的左天线弹簧针1053与左后壳107的左天线108形成接触。需说明的是,右耳机111的装配与左耳机101相同,在此,不再赘述。
请参阅图15,在一个实施例中,中壳303内设有用于限制无线双耳蓝牙耳机位置的中壳限位部3032,中壳限位部3032位于凹腔3031靠近中壳中部的一侧、且靠近凹腔3031,中壳限位部3032可为挡骨,从而当无线双耳蓝牙耳机(包括左耳机101或右耳机111)放置在凹腔3031时,可以对无线双耳蓝牙耳机起到稳固作用,防止无线双耳蓝牙耳机随意晃动。
请参阅图17,在一个实施例中,上盖301的内壁设有用于限制无线双耳蓝牙耳机位置的上盖限位部3011,上盖限位部3011可设于上盖301的内壁的两端,且与无线双耳蓝牙耳机的位置相适应。上盖限位部3011可为限位骨,当上盖301与下盖302扣合时,上盖限位部3011与无线双耳蓝牙耳机接触,并对无线双耳蓝牙耳机起到限位作用,使得其更加稳固,可防止无线双耳蓝牙耳机随意晃动。应当理解的是,上盖限位部3011也可设于上盖301的内壁其他位置,只要能够限制无线双耳蓝牙耳机的位置即可,此处不做限制。
请参阅图15和图17,在一个实施例中,中壳303内设有用于限制无线双耳蓝牙耳机位置的中壳限位部3032,中壳限位部3032位于凹腔3031靠近中壳中部的一侧、且靠近凹腔3031;上盖301的内壁设有用于限制无线双耳蓝牙耳机位置的上盖限位部3011,上盖限位部3011设于上盖301的内壁的两端,且与无线双耳蓝牙耳机的位置相适应,此时用于限制左耳机101的中壳限位部3032和上盖限位部3011分别与左耳机101的相对两侧贴合且抵接,用于限制右耳机111的中壳限位部3032和上盖限位部3011分别与右耳机111的相对两侧贴合且抵接。中壳限位部3032可为挡骨,上盖限位部3011可为限位骨,当上盖301与下盖302扣合时,上盖限位部3011与无线双耳蓝牙耳机的一侧接触,中壳限位部3032则从相对的另一侧对无线双耳蓝牙耳机起到限位作用,使得无线双耳蓝牙耳机更加稳固,有效防止无线双耳蓝牙耳机随意晃动。
请参阅图16,在一个实施例中,中壳303内设有用于支撑无线双耳蓝牙耳机的中壳凸台3033,中壳凸台3033位于凹腔3031靠近中壳中部的一侧、且靠近凹腔3031,中壳凸台3033设有供充电电路板308的充电针穿过的凸台通孔。以左耳机101为例,将左耳机101容置在凹腔3031中时,左耳机101设有充电针的位置可通过中壳凸台3033支撑,充电电路板308的充电针穿过凸台通孔为左耳机101充电。中壳凸台3033的设置可以对左耳机101起到更好的支撑稳固作用,同时中壳凸台3033也可与左耳机101的左前壳限位部1034配合连接,从而还可以对左耳机101起到限位作用,确保左耳机101与中壳凸台3033有效连接。需说明的是,将右耳机111容置在凹腔3031中时的情况与左耳机101相同,在此不再赘述。
请参阅图13、图17和图18,在一个实施例中,上盖301内还设有两个压紧部3012,两个压紧部3012分别与左耳机101和右耳机111的位置相对应。压紧部3012可由软胶材质制成,当上盖301和下盖302扣合时,两个压紧部3012分别与左耳机101和右耳机111相接触且发生挤压,此时由于挤压的作用,左耳机101和右耳机的位置进一步得到固定,有效防止无线双耳蓝牙耳机随意晃动。采用软胶材质制作压紧部3012,可以防止在挤压过程中对左耳机101和右耳机111造成损坏。
请参阅图17,在一个实施例中,两个压紧部3012分别贴合在上盖301内底部,此时两个压紧部3012是分立的,在制作时只需要制作单个的压紧部3012并将其贴合在上盖301上与左耳机101和右耳机111的位置相对应的位置即可,制作简单。
请参阅图18,在一个实施例中,两个压紧部3012通过连接部3013相互连接,且均贴合在上盖301内底部,此时两个压紧部3012以及连接部3013构成一个整体,整体性更高,且在贴合时,只需要将其中一个压紧部3012与左耳机101或右耳机111的位置相对应即可,另一个压紧部3012的位置则同时对齐,操作更加简单。两个压紧部3012以及连接部3013可以是一体化结构,也可以是可相互分离的分立式结构,此处不做限制。连接部3013可以由软胶材质制成,也可以由其他材料制成,此处不做限制。

  1. 一种无线双耳蓝牙耳机,其特征在于:包括左耳机和右耳机;
    所述左耳机包括前壳以及与所述前壳连接的后壳;
    所述前壳上设有用于插入耳孔的喇叭嘴,所述喇叭嘴内设有喇叭,所述前壳内镶嵌有耳机电路板;所述耳机电路板中卡接有耳机电池;所述耳机电路板上设有天线弹簧针、充电针和功能按键;
    所述后壳的内部且靠近所述耳机电路板的一侧套设有按键支架,所述按键支架上设有与所述功能按键对应的按键块;所述后壳的外部且远离所述耳机电路板的一侧设有面按键;所述后壳中设有用于与耳机电路板导通的天线;
    所述后壳上设有通孔,所述按键块依次穿过所述通孔,穿过所述天线,并与所述面按键连接;所述天线弹簧针与所述天线导通;所述前壳上设有充电针孔,所述充电针插入所述充电针孔中;所述后壳盖于所述耳机电路板的表面;
    所述右耳机与所述左耳机对称设置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的无线双耳蓝牙耳机,其特征在于:所述耳机电路板上靠近所述喇叭嘴的一侧设有用于卡合导通所述耳机电池的导电片。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的无线双耳蓝牙耳机,其特征在于:所述耳机电路板上还设有LED指示灯;所述后壳上设有与所述LED指示灯对应且用于透光的LED透光孔。

  7. 如权利要求6所述的无线双耳蓝牙耳机,其特征在于:所述一体化耳塞耳挂包括用于套设在所述喇叭嘴上的耳塞部以及耳挂部,所述耳塞部与所述耳挂部一体连接。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的无线双耳蓝牙耳机,其特征在于:所述耳塞部与所述耳挂部连接处设有避空部,所述避空部与所述前壳外壁相贴合。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的无线双耳蓝牙耳机,其特征在于:所述耳塞部轴线与所述耳挂部轴线之间的夹角范围为90°~150°。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的无线双耳蓝牙耳机,其特征在于:所述耳挂部设有耳挂部通孔,所述前壳上设有前壳限位部,所述耳挂部通孔的孔壁与所述前壳限位部贴合。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的无线双耳蓝牙耳机,其特征在于:所述前壳限位部包括至少两个限位骨,所述限位骨与所述耳挂部通孔的孔壁相贴合;

  13. 如权利要求1所述的无线双耳蓝牙耳机,其特征在于:所述耳机电路板上套设有麦克风支架。
  14. 一种充电盒,其特征在于:包括相互旋转扣合的上盖和下盖;所述上盖和所述下盖之间设有旋转转轴,所述下盖内由下至上依次设有充电电池、充电电路板以及用于放置如权利要求1所述的无线双耳蓝牙耳机的带有凹腔的中壳;所述中壳上设有用于开合所述上盖和所述下盖的充电盒按键。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的充电盒,其特征在于:所述充电盒按键包括按键块;所述按键块的两端设有弹簧连接柱,所述弹簧连接柱上套设有弹簧;所述中壳上设有插孔,所述弹簧连接柱的另一端插入所述插孔中;所述弹簧连接柱之间设有用于扣入所述中壳上的第一倒扣;所述按键块的边缘处设有用于与上盖扣合的第二倒扣。
  16. 如权利要求14所述的充电盒,其特征在于:所述中壳内设有用于限制所述无线双耳蓝牙耳机位置的中壳限位部,所述中壳限位部位于所述凹腔靠近所述中壳中部的一侧、且靠近所述凹腔。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的充电盒,其特征在于:所述上盖的内壁设有用于限制所述无线双耳蓝牙耳机位置的上盖限位部;
    用于限制所述左耳机的所述中壳限位部和所述上盖限位部分别与所述左耳机的相对两侧贴合,用于限制所述右耳机的所述中壳限位部和所述上盖限位部分别与所述右耳机的相对两侧贴合。
  18. 如权利要求14所述的充电盒,其特征在于:所述中壳内设有用于支撑所述无线双耳蓝牙耳机的中壳凸台,所述中壳凸台位于所述凹腔靠近所述中壳中部的一侧、且靠近所述凹腔,所述中壳凸台设有供所述充电电路板的电路板充电针穿过的凸台通孔。
  19. 如权利要求14所述的充电盒,其特征在于:所述上盖内还设有两个压紧部,所述两个压紧部分别与所述左耳机和所述右耳机的位置相对应;
    所述两个压紧部分别贴合在所述上盖内底部,或者,所述两个压紧部通过连接部相互连接,且均贴合在所述上盖内底部。
