- 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,所述接单处理结果包括:打包指导操作和寄件单信息;以及,所述控制所述智能寄件柜根据所述接单处理结果对所述待寄物品进行寄件操作,包括:根据所述寄件单信息,控制所述智能寄件柜的打印设备生成所述待寄物品的面单;按照所述打包指导操作,控制所述智能寄件柜的打包设备对所述待寄物品进行打包,然后将所述面单贴在打包后的所述待寄物品上。
- 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述接单处理结果包括:标签信息;以及,所述方法还包括:根据所述标签信息,控制所述打印设备生成所述待寄物品的标签,将所述标签贴在所述打包后的所述待寄物品上。
- 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,所述操作处理结果包括:费用信息;以及,所述方法还包括:控制所述智能寄件柜显示所述费用信息,以便指导用户进行费用支付。
- 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,所述寄件请求包括:寄件地址和收件地址;以及,所述根据所述寄件服务信息对所述待寄物品进行接单处理,包括:根据所述寄件地址和所述收件地址,对所述寄件服务信息进行合理性验证;若验证通过,则生成所述接单处理结果,并返回所述接单处理结果;若验证不通过,则返回合理性验证不通过的信息,以便于所述智能寄件柜显示合理性验证不通过的信息,拒绝所述寄件请求。
- 一种寄件装置,包括:至少一个处理器,所述至少一个处理器被配置为:响应于用户的寄件请求,向智能寄件柜发送打开指令,控制所述智能寄件柜的物品放置区打开,获取放置在所述物品放置区的待寄物品的物品信息;根据获取的物品信息,生成推荐服务信息,并将所述推荐服务信息发送至所述智能寄件柜,以便所述智能寄件柜显示所述推荐服务信息;以及响应于用户对所述推荐服务信息的调整,确定所述待寄物品对应的寄件服务信息,控制所述智能寄件柜按照所述寄件服务信息对所述待寄物品进行寄件操作。
- 一种计算机可读介质,其上存储有计算机程序,所述程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-12中任一所述的方法。
