在通讯行业中,通讯产品都有SIM卡片,部分产品为了方便更换SIM卡片,将其SIM卡设置在通讯产品的底部,由一个卡盖将其盖住。但是这样的结构使得SIM卡座上方的卡盖空间利用率低,且不便于其他零部件的装配操作。

因此,需要一种新型结构的SIM卡座来解决上述问题。

有鉴于此,本申请的目的为:提供一种具有多层电路板结构的便于拆装的SIM卡座。
为达上述之一或部分或全部目的或是其他目的,本申请提供一种SIM卡座,包括SIM卡底座、连接座、第一电路板和第二电路板,所述第一电路板连接于所述连接座的底端,所述第二电路板连接于所述连接座的顶端,所述第一电路板、所述连接座、所述第二电路板围合形成第一容置空间,所述第一电路板与所述第二电路板连接,所述SIM卡底座设置在所述第一容置空间内并与所述第一电路板连接。

图4为SIM卡底座与连接座第三种实施方式的俯视图,参考图4,SIM卡座整体为矩形结构,包括SIM卡底座1和连接座2,SIM卡底座1安装在连接座2的中部,连接座2上沿SIM卡底座1围设有均匀分布的弹针7,具体地,弹针7为金属管71内设置导电弹簧72结构,导电弹簧72与金属管71滑动连接,金属管71与连接座2连接,金属管71与如图1中所示的第一电路板3电性连接,导电弹簧72与如图1中所示的第二电路板4电性连接,从而电性连接第一电路板3和第二电路板4,形成具有双层电路板结构的SIM卡座,相较于传统的通过盖板将SIM卡压接在SIM卡座上的方式,本申请的SIM卡座,集成度更高,结构紧凑合理。SIM卡底座1的中部设有6个均匀分布的SIM卡弹片11,SIM卡弹片11能够用于电性连接SIM卡和第一电路板3,在SIM卡底座1的边沿向内侧凸出形成限位凸起12,限位凸起12呈对称设置在SIM卡底座1的长边上,用于限制安装在SIM卡底座1内的SIM的运动。更多地,还可通过第一电路板3和/或第二电路板4安装所需的电子元件组件如主机控制模块、通讯模块、定位模块、体征监测模块等。
以上所述实施例的各个技术特征可以进行任意组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本申请的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对申请专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. SIM卡座,其特征在于,包括SIM卡底座、连接座、第一电路板和第二电路板,所述第一电路板连接于所述连接座的底端,所述第二电路板连接于所述连接座的顶端,所述第一电路板、所述连接座、所述第二电路板围合形成第一容置空间,所述第一电路板与所述第二电路板连接,所述SIM卡底座设置在所述第一容置空间内并与所述第一电路板连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的SIM卡座,其特征在于,所述第一电路板和/或所述第二电路板上设置有电子元件组件,所述电子元件组件为主机控制模块、通讯模块、定位模块、体征监测模块中的一种或多种的组合。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的SIM卡座,其特征在于,所述第一电路板与所述第二电路板之间设有电信号弹针,所述电信号弹针的一端与所述第一电路板连接,所述电信号弹针的另一端与所述第二电路板连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的SIM卡座,其特征在于,所述电信号弹针为弹片或者在金属管内设置导电弹簧结构。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的SIM卡座,其特征在于,所述电信号弹针围设在所述SIM卡底座的周边。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的SIM卡座,其特征在于,所述连接座的中部向靠近所述第二电路板的一侧凸出形成隔离墙,在所述隔离墙的侧面上远离所述隔离墙的一侧凸起形成安装部,所述电信号弹针经所述安装部与所述第一电路板和/或所述第二电路板连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的SIM卡座,其特征在于,所述SIM卡底座的中部设有SIM卡弹针,所述SIM卡弹针靠近所述第一电路板的一端与所述第一电路板封装连接,所述SIM卡底座的边沿设有多个限位部,所述限位部用于限制安装在所述SIM卡底座上的SIM卡。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的SIM卡座,其特征在于,所述限位部为沿所述SIM卡底座的边缘向所述SIM卡底座的内侧凸出形成的限位凸起。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的SIM 卡座,其特征在于,所述SIM卡底座与所述连接座为一体成型结构。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的SIM卡座,其特征在于,所述连接座的周沿还设有安装凸起,所述安装凸起用于限制所述连接座的运动。
