背景技术
自长期演进(Long Term Evolution,LTE)以来,第三代合作伙伴(Third Generation Partnership,3GPP)一直在制定直连链路(Sidelink)标准,将其作为终端到终端直接通信的标准。2020年7月,新无线(New Radio,NR)Sidelink的第一个标准已经在Rel-16中完成,其中NR Sidelink的解决方案主要用于车辆到所有(vehicle to everything,V2X)和公共安全。对于V2X和公共安全,由于时间限制,Release16并未完全支持服务要求和操作方案,并且服务与系统(Service and System Aspects,SA)在Release17NR Sidelink进行一些增强,例如针对3GPP支持高级V2X服务的体系结构增强和系统增强。此外,在SA工作组中,正在研究与NR Sidelink相关的其他商业用例,例如网络控制的交互式服务,增强型能源效率继电器、广泛的覆盖范围、视听服务制作。所以,在3GPP第86次全会上,在Release17的立项中,把NR Sidelink的增强作为工作项目,目的是增强Sidelink传输的可靠性和减小时延。
在NR Sidelink的增强中,对于直连通信的用户设备A可以发送一个资源集合给资源选择方式为Mode2的用户设备B,用户设备B在为自己的数据传输进行资源选择时加以考虑。然而,相关技术中并不存在用户设备A和用户设备B进行资源辅助的解决方案,由于隐藏节点,暴露节点和半双工问题,用户设备B进行资源选择时容易出现冲突,并且资源利用率比较低,传输可靠性也比较低。

为克服相关技术中存在的问题,本公开提供一种资源选择方法、资源选择装置及存储介质。

本公开实施例提供的资源选择方法可应用于图1所示的直连通信系统。参阅图1所示,直连通信设备之间进行直连通信的场景中,网络设备为直连通信设备1配置各种用于数据传输的传输参数。直连通信设备1,直连通信设备2和直连通信设备3进行直连通信。直连通信设备2和直连通信设备3之间可以存在障碍物。网络设备与直连通信设备之间进行 通信的链路为上下行链路,直连通信设备与直连通信设备之间的链路是直连链路(sidelink)。
本公开中,直连通信设备之间直接通信的通信场景可以是车用无线通信技术(Vehicle to Everything,V2X)业务场景。其中,V代表车载设备,X代表任何与车载设备交互的对象。当前X主要包含车载设备、手持设备、交通路侧基础设施和网络。V2X交互的信息模式包括:车载设备与车载设备之间(Vehicle to Vehicle,V2V)、车载设备与路边设备之间(Vehicle to Infrastructure,V2I)、车载设备与手持设备之间(Vehicle to Pedestrian,V2P)、车载设备与网络之间(Vehicle to Network,V2N)的交互。
随着新一代5G移动通信技术的发展,在3GPP Rel-16中利用5G NR技术实现了对新的V2x通信服务和场景的支持,如车队管理(Vehicles Platooning),感知扩展(Extended Sensors),先进驾驶(Advanced Driving),和远程驾驶(remote driving)等。总体来说,5G V2x sidelink能够提供更高的通信速率,更短的通信延时,更可靠的通信质量。
直连通信设备之间直接通信的通信场景也可以是终端到终端(Device to Device,D2D)的通信场景。本公开实施例中进行直接通信的直连通信设备可以包括各种具有无线通信功能的手持设备、车载设备、可穿戴设备、计算设备或连接到无线调制解调器的其它处理设备,以及各种形式的用户设备(User Equipment,UE),移动台(Mobile station,MS),终端(terminal),终端设备(Terminal Equipment)等等。为方便描述,本公开实施例以下以直连通信设备为用户设备为例进行说明。
其中,NR Sidelink的增强可以提高传输可靠性和减小时延。在NR Sidelink的增强中,在增强Mode2资源分配的方面,3GPP工作组达成结论,需要研究一种用户设备间辅助选择资源的方式。在这种方式中,规定了两个用户设备,例如,用户设备A是用户设备B的辅助用户设备,用户设备B是指需要为自身发送的数据进行资源选择的用户设备。其中,用户设备A会确定一个资源集,且通过mode 2的方式发送给用户设备B,用户设备B在进行资源选择时,会考虑用户设备A发送的资源集。
相关技术中,用户设备B通常是基于自身的资源感知结果,确定候选资源集,并利用确定的候选资源集进行数据发送。然而,在用户设备B进行资源感知确定用于数据发送的候选资源集时,由于隐藏节点的存在,导致用户设备B无法接收到隐藏节点用户设备的直连链路控制信息(sidelink control information,SCI),并进行参考信号接收功率(Reference Signal Receiving Power,RSRP)测量。因此在确定候选资源集时,用户设备B若将隐藏节点用户设备预留的资源作为候选的资源的一部分,当用户设备B使用隐藏节点预留的资源发送数据时,将会产生冲突。进一步的,由于暴露节点的存在,导致用户设备B排除掉本 可以作为候选资源集的资源,这些被用户设备B排除的资源没有被用户设备B用于数据的发送,这样就造成了资源的利用效率较低。
因此,本公开实施例提供一种资源选择方法,在该资源选择方法中,进行直连通信的用户设备间采用辅助选择资源的方式,使得用户设备B在进行资源选择时,能够基于自身感知的候选资源集和用户设备A发送的辅助资源集,选择用于发送数据的资源,提高用户设备B数据传输的可靠性,减小冲突发生的概率。
相关技术中,用户设备A辅助用户设备B进行资源选择,如下问题还没有解决:
(1)触发用户设备A辅助用户设备B进行资源选择的条件,即如何触发用户设备A辅助用户设备B进行资源选择。
(2)用户设备A辅助用户设备B的具体步骤和时序。
有鉴于此,本公开实施例提供的资源选择方法中,针对直连通信的设备进行辅助资源选择的实施的条件、步骤和/或时序进行优化。例如,本公开实施例中通过确定用户设备A辅助用户设备B进行资源选择的条件、步骤、和/或时序,以增强Mode2资源分配,减小冲突的概率,有效地提高数据传输可靠性。
一种实施方式中,本公开实施例中将进行资源选择的设备(用户设备B)称为第一设备,将辅助第一设备进行资源选择的设备(用户设备A)称为第二设备。
图2是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种资源选择方法的流程图,如图2所示,资源选择方法用于第一设备中,包括以下步骤。

本公开实施例中以下结合实际应用对本公开实施例涉及的资源选择方法进行说明。一示例中以第一设备为用户设备B,辅助请求为消息A(MsgA),第二设备为用户设备A,辅助资源报告为消息B为例进行说明。
图5是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种资源选择的时序示意图。参阅图5所示,用户设备A辅助用户设备B进行资源选择的时序执行过程中引入了两个新的信令:MsgA和MsgB。其中,MsgA为用户设备B发送的辅助请求,MsgB为用户设备A发送的辅助资源报告。为了便于描述,以图5中的时序图对本公开实施例涉及的资源选择过程进行说明:
(1)用户设备B的数据包到来后,在时隙n触发进行资源选择后,用户设备B发送MsgA。其中,MsgA以物理层控制信令的方式来传输。
本公开实施例通过用户设备B发送MsgA给用户设备A,触发用户设备A辅助用户设备B进行资源选择。本公开中由于用户设备B是需要传输数据并为传输数据选择资源的用户设备,故用户设备B能够确定数据包到来的时间,用户设备B确定接收到数据包后,用户设备B则进行资源选择,然后就主动触发用户设备A辅助进行资源选择。
(2)在时隙n1时刻,用户设备A接收到来自用户设备B的MsgA,MsgA可以理解为是用户设备B请求用户设备A提供辅助资源集的消息。用户设备A在时隙n1时刻接收接收到MsgA后,能够确定用户设备B需要辅助,则会在时隙n2时刻,向用户设备B发送辅助资源报告MsgB。其中,MsgB以物理层控制信令的方式来传输。MsgB中携带着用户设备A推荐给用户设备B的辅助资源集,该辅助资源集是用户设备A通过Release 16中mode2资源分配方式确定的可以用于数据发送的候选资源集。
本公开一示例中,用户设备A推荐给用户设备B的辅助资源集,是处于用户设备B资源选择窗口的候选资源集。如果用户设备A推荐给用户设备B的辅助资源集不是处于用户设备B资源选择窗口的候选资源集,那么用户设备A推荐给用户设备B的候选资源集, 对用户设备B的资源选择是没有辅助作用的。
可以理解的是,本公开实施例中辅助资源集处于第一设备的资源选择窗口内。其中,第一设备可以通过确定资源选择窗口的开始时间确定候选资源集子集(辅助资源集)处于第一设备的资源选择窗口内。
可以理解的是,本公开实施例中辅助资源集所处的资源选择窗口可以理解为是第一设备用于传输数据的资源选择窗口。
因此,本公开实施例中用户设备A需要确定用户设备B的资源选择窗口开始的位置,即图5中时隙n3的值。
(3)在用户设备B收到MsgB后,用户设备B基于自身资源感知的候选资源集和来自用户设备A的辅助资源报告中指示的辅助资源集,进行资源选择,即确定用于发送数据的候选资源集合。如果用户设备B没有收到MsgB,就认为没有辅助报告信息,用户设备B按照自身资源感知的候选资源集进行资源选择。
(4)在用户设备B结合MsgB指示的辅助资源集进行资源选择后,用户设备B在n3-Tproc1时,进行最终的资源选择。其中Tproc1的时间为用户设备B做了资源选择后,准备数据包的最小时间。其中,Tproc1针对{15,30,60,120}kHz的子载波间隔,该值分别取{3,5,9,17}个时隙。在准备数据包完成后,用户设备B在资源选择窗口[n3,n3+T2]开始随机选择资源发送数据。其中,n3是资源选择窗口的开始位置,n3+T2是资源选择窗口的结束位置。其中,T2是一个定值,3GPP协议中规定,T2的值取决于用户设备的实现能力,Tmin≤T2≤数据包延时预算(Packet Delay Budget,PDB)。其中,对于不同的子载波间隔15,30,60,120kHz。Tmin取{1,5,10,20}×2μ个时隙值。其中,μ=0,1,2,3,其中PDB为数据包延时的预算,至少要在PDB的时间把数据包发送出去,否则不满足Sidelink时延需求的。
本公开实施例中,用于传输辅助请求和/或辅助资源报告的资源是根据Release16中规定的NR V2X mode2的资源分配的方式确定的。Release16中规定的NR V2X mode2的资源分配的方式,即用户设备通过解码其他用户设备的SCI以及物理直连链路共享信道(physical sidelink share channel,PSSCH)或(physical sidelink control channel,PSCCH)的解调参考信号(Demodulation Reference Signal,DMRS)测量,确定一个候选资源集合,然后执行发送协助请求以及接收协助资源报告的过程。
本公开实施例以上通过第一设备向第二设备发送辅助请求,以请求第二设备提供辅助资源集,可以理解为是第一设备通过发送的辅助请求,触发第二设备向第一设备提供辅助,进行资源选择,即上述方式对直连通信的设备进行辅助资源选择的实施的条件进行了优 化,增强Mode2资源分配,减小冲突的概率,有效地提高数据传输可靠性。
一示例中,本公开实施例第一设备在资源选择窗口中识别候选资源集并随机选择资源发送数据。结合图5所示,资源选择窗口W1是用户设备B为发送MsgA选择资源所使用的资源选择窗口。用户设备B会在时隙n1对应的资源选择窗口W1,在n1时刻选择资源发送MsgA。资源选择窗口W2是用户设备A为发送MsgB选择资源所使用的的资源选择窗口。其中,用户设备A会资源选择窗口W2的n2时刻选择资源发送MsgB。所以,MsgA所在的资源选择窗口W1由用户设备B做资源选择的时间决定。MsgB所在的资源选择窗口W2由用户设备A做资源选择的时间决定。其中,资源选择窗口W1应该位于在[n,n2]之间的时间窗口,资源选择窗口W2应该位于[n1,n3-Tproc1]之间的时间窗口。
另一示例中,继续结合图5所示,用户设备A发送的辅助资源报告中指示的辅助资源集,是处于用户设备B的资源选择窗口[n3,n3+T2]的资源集。用户设备A需要确定资源选择窗口开始的位置,即n3的时隙值,然后用户设备A才能确定资源选择窗口[n3,n3+T2]。
本公开实施例以下对实现辅助资源集处于第一设备的资源选择窗口内的实施方案进行说明。
其中,本公开实施例在确定出资源选择窗口的开始时间,和/或资源选择窗口结束时间后,即可确定出资源选择窗口。一种实施方式中,第二设备可以确定资源选择窗口的开始时间,并基于资源选择窗口开始时间确定资源选择窗口。一示例中,将资源选择窗口开始时间之后的指定时间间隔作为所述资源选择窗口。例如,本公开实施例中,以△T表示该指定时间间隔。一种实施方式中,其中△T是处理时间,该值为定值,由网络设备预先配置。
一种实施方式中,本公开实施例资源选择窗口的开始时间基于触发第一设备进行资源选择的时间确定。以下,为描述方便将触发第一设备进行资源选择的时间称为第一时间。例如,结合图5所示,第一时间可以为n。资源选择窗口开始的位置n3=n+△T。
本公开实施例中第一设备可以确定出该第一时间,但是第二设备并不能知晓该第一时间。故本公开实施例中第一时间需要动态指示给第二设备,例如通过指示信息指示第一时间。本公开实施例将用于指示第一时间的指示信息称为第一指示信息。第一设备发送第一指示信息,该第一指示信息用于指示第一时间。第二设备接收第一指示信息,该第一指示信息用于指示第一时间,进而第二设备可以基于第一指示信息确定出第一时间。基于第一时间和△T确定资源选择窗口的开始位置。
本公开实施例中,第一指示信息承载在发送辅助请求的物理层控制信令。
一示例中仍以第一设备为用户设备B,辅助请求为消息A(MsgA),第二设备为用户 设备A,辅助资源报告为消息B为例进行说明。
图6是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种资源选择过程中确定资源选择窗口开始位置的时序示意图。动态指示n值,n3=n+△T。如图6所示,用户设备B做资源选择的时间是不确定,所以n值是动态变化的,用户设备A无法预先知道n值。用户设备B需要在MsgA的物理层控制信令中指示n值,用户设备A通过解码MsgA后获取n值,并通过n3=n+△T计算出n3的值,从而得到用户设备B资源选择窗口开始的时间。这种方案的优点,n值通过物理层控制信令指示,实时性更强的,但造成一定的控制信令开销。
一种实施方式中,本公开实施例资源选择窗口的开始时间基于第二设备接收到辅助请求的时间确定。以下,为描述方便将第二设备接收到辅助请求的时间称为第二时间。例如,结合图5所示,第二时间可以为n1。资源选择窗口开始的位置n3=n1+△T。
其中,第二设备接收到辅助请求的时间和第一设备发送辅助请求的时间之间的时间差为微秒级别,时间差没有超过循环前缀的时长,不会造成符号间干扰,因此时间差可以忽略不计,故本公开实施例中用于确定资源选择窗口的开始时间的第二时间为第一设备发送辅助请求的时间。
一示例中仍以第一设备为用户设备B,辅助请求为消息A(MsgA),第二设备为用户设备A,辅助资源报告为消息B为例进行说明。
图7是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种资源选择过程中确定资源选择窗口开始位置的时序示意图。参阅图7所示,n1值是用户设备B发送协助请求的时间,因为用户设备B发送MsgA的时间和用户设备A接收到MsgA的时间差为微秒级别,时间差没有超过循环前缀的时长,不会造成符号间干扰,因此时间差可以忽略不计,所以把用户设备B发送MsgA的时间n1作为用户设备A接收到MsgA的时间。用户设备A确定出n1的值后,用户设备A通过n3=n1+△T直接可计算出n3,从而得到用户设备B资源选择窗口开始的时间。这种方案的优点,不需要在MsgA的物理层控制信令指示时隙n值,而是根据用户设备A已知的值n1,直接计算得到n3的值,保证了可靠性,但为了满足V2X的时延要求,需要为用户设备A设定一个合适的△T值,尽可能保证n1到n3的时间足够短。
一种实施方式中,本公开实施例资源选择窗口的开始时间基于第二设备发送辅助资源报告的时间确定。以下,为描述方便将第二设备发送辅助资源报告的时间称为第三时间。例如,结合图5所示,第三时间可以为n2。资源选择窗口开始的位置n3=n2+△T。
其中,第二设备发送辅助资源报告的时间和第一设备接收到辅助资源报告的时间之间的时间差为微秒级别,时间差没有超过循环前缀的时长,不会造成符号间干扰,因此时间差可以忽略不计,故本公开实施例中用于确定资源选择窗口的开始时间的第三时间也可以 理解是第一设备接收到辅助资源报告的时间。
本公开实施例中需要为第三时间设置辅助资源报告最晚发送时间。第三时间小于或等于预设的辅助资源报告最晚发送时间。如果发送辅助资源报告的时间超出了辅助资源报告最晚时间,则通过将资源开始时间之后的指定时间间隔,作为资源选择窗口,计算的资源选择窗口的开始时就超过PDB,则数据包还没有发送,却已经超时。此种情况下,此时,第一设备就不再使用第二设备的辅助资源报告了,只使用自己的感知确定的候选资源集来做资源选择的。
一示例中仍以第一设备为用户设备B,辅助请求为消息A(MsgA),第二设备为用户设备A,辅助资源报告为消息B为例进行说明。
图8是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种资源选择过程中确定资源选择窗口开始位置的时序示意图。参阅图8所示,n3的值为定值,n3=n2+△T。如图8所示,这种方案中,由于n2是用户设备A发送MsgB的时间,所以用户设备A已知n2的值。用户设备A通过n3=n2+△T直接可计算出n3,从而得到用户设备B资源选择窗口开始的时间。同时,虽然n2是不需要动态指示的,但是需要为n2设置一个最晚时间N2。其中,n2≤N2,要求用户设备A在N2之前发送协助资源报告MsgB,如果发送MsgB的时间n2超过了最晚时间N2,则通过n3=n2+△T计算的资源选择窗口的开始时间n3的值就超过PDB,则数据包还没有发送,却已经超时。此时,用户设备B就不再使用用户设备A的辅助资源报告了,只使用自己的感知确定的候选资源集来做资源选择的。这种方案的优点,不需要在MsgA的物理层控制信令指示时隙n值,而是根据用户设备A已知的值,直接计算得到n3的值,保证了可靠性和准确性。但是为了满足V2X的时延要求,需要为UEA设定一个合适的△T值,尽可能保证n2到n3的时间足够短。
本公开上述基于第一时间、第二时间或第三时间确定资源选择窗口开始时间的实施方案,对资源选择窗口开始时间位置进行了优化,实现针对直连通信的设备进行辅助资源选择的实施的步骤和/或时序进行优化。例如,本公开实施例中通过确定用户设备A辅助用户设备B进行资源选择的整个过程设置了实现的步骤、和/或时序,并给出用户设备A获取用户设备B资源选择窗口开始的位置n3的值的方案。通过本公开能够增强Mode2资源分配,减小冲突的概率,有效地提高数据传输可靠性。
基于相同的构思,本公开实施例还提供一种资源选择装置。
可以理解的是,本公开实施例提供的资源选择装置为了实现上述功能,其包含了执行各个功能相应的硬件结构和/或软件模块。结合本公开实施例中所公开的各示例的单元及算法步骤,本公开实施例能够以硬件或硬件和计算机软件的结合形式来实现。某个功能究竟 以硬件还是计算机软件驱动硬件的方式来执行,取决于技术方案的特定应用和设计约束条件。本领域技术人员可以对每个特定的应用来使用不同的方法来实现所描述的功能,但是这种实现不应认为超出本公开实施例的技术方案的范围。
图9是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种资源选择装置框图。参照图9,资源选择装置100应用于第一设备,资源选择装置100包括发送单元101和接收单元102。
发送单元101,被配置为发送辅助请求,辅助请求用于请求第二设备提供辅助资源集。接收单元102,被配置为接收第二设备发送的辅助资源报告,辅助资源报告指示第二设备提供的辅助资源集。
一种实施方式中,辅助资源集处于第一设备的资源选择窗口内。
一种实施方式中,资源选择窗口的开始时间基于第一时间确定,第一时间为触发第一设备进行资源选择的时间。
一种实施方式中,发送单元101还用于:发送第一指示信息,第一指示信息用于指示第一时间。
一种实施方式中,第一指示信息承载在发送辅助请求的物理层控制信令。
一种实施方式中,资源选择窗口的开始时间基于第二时间确定,第二时间为第二设备接收到辅助请求的时间。
一种实施方式中,第二时间小于或等于预设的辅助资源报告最晚发送时间。

图10是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种资源选择装置框图。参照图10,资源选择装置200应用于第二设备,资源选择装置200接收单元201和发送单元202。
接收单元201,被配置为接收辅助请求,辅助请求用于请求第二设备提供辅助资源集。 发送单元202,被配置为发送辅助资源报告,辅助资源报告指示第二设备提供的辅助资源集。
一种实施方式中,辅助资源集处于第一设备的资源选择窗口内。

图11是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种用于资源的装置300的框图。例如,装置300可以是第一设备或第二设备。其中,第一设备和第二设备可以是移动电话,计算机,数字广播终端,消息收发设备,游戏控制台,平板设备,医疗设备,健身设备,个人数字助理等。
参照图11,装置300可以包括以下一个或多个组件:处理组件302,存储器304,电 力组件306,多媒体组件308,音频组件310,输入/输出(I/O)接口312,传感器组件314,以及通信组件316。
处理组件302通常控制装置300的整体操作,诸如与显示,电话呼叫,数据通信,相机操作和记录操作相关联的操作。处理组件302可以包括一个或多个处理器320来执行指令,以完成上述的方法的全部或部分步骤。此外,处理组件302可以包括一个或多个模块,便于处理组件302和其他组件之间的交互。例如,处理组件302可以包括多媒体模块,以方便多媒体组件308和处理组件302之间的交互。
存储器304被配置为存储各种类型的数据以支持在装置300的操作。这些数据的示例包括用于在装置300上操作的任何应用程序或方法的指令,联系人数据,电话簿数据,消息,图片,视频等。存储器304可以由任何类型的易失性或非易失性存储设备或者它们的组合实现,如静态随机存取存储器(SRAM),电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM),可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM),可编程只读存储器(PROM),只读存储器(ROM),磁存储器,快闪存储器,磁盘或光盘。
电力组件306为装置300的各种组件提供电力。电力组件306可以包括电源管理系统,一个或多个电源,及其他与为装置300生成、管理和分配电力相关联的组件。
多媒体组件308包括在所述装置300和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的屏幕。在一些实施例中,屏幕可以包括液晶显示器(LCD)和触摸面板(TP)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。所述触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与所述触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。在一些实施例中,多媒体组件308包括一个前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头。当装置300处于操作模式,如拍摄模式或视频模式时,前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头可以接收外部的多媒体数据。每个前置摄像头和后置摄像头可以是一个固定的光学透镜系统或具有焦距和光学变焦能力。
音频组件310被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件310包括一个麦克风(MIC),当装置300处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器304或经由通信组件316发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件310还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。
I/O接口312为处理组件302和外围接口模块之间提供接口,上述外围接口模块可以是键盘,点击轮,按钮等。这些按钮可包括但不限于:主页按钮、音量按钮、启动按钮和锁定按钮。
传感器组件314包括一个或多个传感器,用于为装置300提供各个方面的状态评估。 例如,传感器组件314可以检测到装置300的打开/关闭状态,组件的相对定位,例如所述组件为装置300的显示器和小键盘,传感器组件314还可以检测装置300或装置300一个组件的位置改变,用户与装置300接触的存在或不存在,装置300方位或加速/减速和装置300的温度变化。传感器组件314可以包括接近传感器,被配置用来在没有任何的物理接触时检测附近物体的存在。传感器组件314还可以包括光传感器,如CMOS或CCD图像传感器,用于在成像应用中使用。在一些实施例中,该传感器组件314还可以包括加速度传感器,陀螺仪传感器,磁传感器,压力传感器或温度传感器。
通信组件316被配置为便于装置300和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。装置300可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi,2G或3G,或它们的组合。在一个示例性实施例中,通信组件316经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,所述通信组件316还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。
在示例性实施例中,装置300可以被一个或多个应用专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行上述方法。
在示例性实施例中,还提供了一种包括指令的非临时性计算机可读存储介质,例如包括指令的存储器304,上述指令可由装置300的处理器320执行以完成上述方法。例如,所述非临时性计算机可读存储介质可以是ROM、随机存取存储器(RAM)、CD-ROM、磁带、软盘和光数据存储设备等。
进一步可以理解的是,本公开中“多个”是指两个或两个以上,其它量词与之类似。“和/或”,描述关联对象的关联关系,表示可以存在三种关系,例如,A和/或B,可以表示:单独存在A,同时存在A和B,单独存在B这三种情况。字符“/”一般表示前后关联对象是一种“或”的关系。单数形式的“一种”、“所述”和“该”也旨在包括多数形式,除非上下文清楚地表示其他含义。
进一步可以理解的是,术语“第一”、“第二”等用于描述各种信息,但这些信息不应限于这些术语。这些术语仅用来将同一类型的信息彼此区分开,并不表示特定的顺序或者重要程度。实际上,“第一”、“第二”等表述完全可以互换使用。例如,在不脱离本公开范围的情况下,第一信息也可以被称为第二信息,类似地,第二信息也可以被称为第一信息。
进一步可以理解的是,本公开实施例中尽管在附图中以特定的顺序描述操作,但是不 应将其理解为要求按照所示的特定顺序或是串行顺序来执行这些操作,或是要求执行全部所示的操作以得到期望的结果。在特定环境中,多任务和并行处理可能是有利的。

Claims (41)

  1. 一种资源选择方法,其特征在于,应用于第一设备,所述资源选择方法包括:
    发送辅助请求,所述辅助请求用于请求第二设备提供辅助资源集;
    接收所述第二设备发送的辅助资源报告,所述辅助资源报告指示所述第二设备提供的辅助资源集。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的资源选择方法,其特征在于,所述辅助资源集处于所述第一设备的资源选择窗口内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的资源选择方法,其特征在于,所述资源选择窗口的开始时间基于第一时间确定,所述第一时间为触发所述第一设备进行资源选择的时间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的资源选择方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    发送第一指示信息,所述第一指示信息用于指示所述第一时间。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的资源选择方法,其特征在于,所述第一指示信息承载在发送所述辅助请求的物理层控制信令。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的资源选择方法,其特征在于,所述资源选择窗口的开始时间基于第二时间确定,所述第二时间为所述第二设备接收到辅助请求的时间。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的资源选择方法,其特征在于,所述第二设备接收到辅助请求的时间为所述第一设备发送辅助请求的时间。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的资源选择方法,其特征在于,所述资源选择窗口的开始时间基于第三时间确定,所述第三时间为所述第二设备发送所述辅助资源报告的时间。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的资源选择方法,其特征在于,所述第二设备发送所述辅助资源报告的时间为所述第一设备接收到所述辅助资源报告的时间。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的资源选择方法,其特征在于,所述第三时间小于或等于预设的辅助资源报告最晚发送时间。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的资源选择方法,其特征在于,所述发送辅助请求,包括:
    响应于所述第一设备的数据包到来并触发第一设备进行资源选择,发送辅助请求。
  12. 根据权利要求1或11所述的资源选择方法,其特征在于,所述发送辅助请求,包括:
    基于物理层控制信令发送辅助请求。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的资源选择方法,其特征在于,所述接收所述第二设备发送的辅助资源报告,包括:
    基于物理层控制信令接收所述第二设备发送的辅助资源报告。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的资源选择方法,其特征在于,所述资源选择方法还包括:
    至少基于所述辅助资源集选择传输资源。
  15. 一种资源选择方法,其特征在于,应用于第二设备,所述资源选择方法包括:
    接收辅助请求,所述辅助请求用于请求所述第二设备提供辅助资源集;
    发送辅助资源报告,所述辅助资源报告指示所述第二设备提供的辅助资源集。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的资源选择方法,其特征在于,所述辅助资源集处于第一设备的资源选择窗口内。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的资源选择方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    确定所述资源选择窗口的开始时间,并基于所述开始时间确定所述资源选择窗口。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的资源选择方法,其特征在于,所述基于所述开始时间确定所述资源选择窗口,包括:
    将所述开始时间之后的指定时间间隔,作为所述资源选择窗口。
  19. 根据权利要求17或18所述的资源选择方法,其特征在于,所述资源选择窗口的开始时间基于第一时间确定,所述第一时间为触发所述第一设备进行资源选择的时间。

    接收第一指示信息,所述第一指示信息用于指示所述第一时间。

  22. 根据权利要求17或18所述的资源选择方法,其特征在于,所述资源选择窗口的开始时间基于第二时间确定,所述第二时间为所述第二设备接收到辅助请求的时间。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的资源选择方法,其特征在于,所述第二设备接收到辅助请求的时间为所述第一设备发送辅助请求的时间。
  24. 根据权利要求17或18所述的资源选择方法,其特征在于,所述资源选择窗口的开始时间基于第三时间确定,所述第三时间为所述第二设备发送所述辅助资源报告的时间。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的资源选择方法,其特征在于,所述第二设备发送所述辅助资源报告的时间为所述第一设备接收到所述辅助资源报告的时间。
  26. 根据权利要求24所述的资源选择方法,其特征在于,所述第三时间小于或等于预设的辅助资源报告最晚发送时间。
  27. 根据权利要求15所述的资源选择方法,其特征在于,所述接收辅助请求,包括:
    基于物理层控制信令接收辅助请求。
  28. 根据权利要求15所述的资源选择方法,其特征在于,所述发送辅助资源报告,包括:
    基于物理层控制信令发送辅助资源报告。
  29. 一种资源选择装置,其特征在于,应用于第一设备,所述资源选择装置包括:
    发送单元,被配置为发送辅助请求,所述辅助请求用于请求第二设备提供辅助资源集;
    接收单元,被配置为接收所述第二设备发送的辅助资源报告,所述辅助资源报告指示所述第二设备提供的辅助资源集。
  30. 根据权利要求29所述的资源选择装置,其特征在于,所述辅助资源集处于所述第一设备的资源选择窗口内。
  31. 根据权利要求30所述的资源选择装置,其特征在于,所述资源选择窗口的开始时间基于第一时间确定,所述第一时间为触发所述第一设备进行资源选择的时间。
  32. 根据权利要求30所述的资源选择装置,其特征在于,所述资源选择窗口的开始时间基于第二时间确定,所述第二时间为所述第二设备接收到辅助请求的时间。
  33. 根据权利要求30所述的资源选择装置,其特征在于,所述资源选择窗口的开始时间基于第三时间确定,所述第三时间为所述第一设备接收到所述辅助资源报告的时间。
  34. 一种资源选择装置,其特征在于,应用于第二设备,所述资源选择装置包括:
    接收单元,被配置为接收辅助请求,所述辅助请求用于请求所述第二设备提供辅助资源集;
    发送单元,被配置为发送辅助资源报告,所述辅助资源报告指示所述第二设备提供的辅助资源集。
  35. 根据权利要求34所述的资源选择装置,其特征在于,所述辅助资源集处于第一设备的资源选择窗口内。
  36. 根据权利要求35所述的资源选择装置,其特征在于,所述发送单元还被配置为:
    确定所述资源选择窗口的开始时间,并基于所述开始时间确定所述资源选择窗口。
  37. 根据权利要求36所述的资源选择装置,其特征在于,所述资源选择窗口的开始时间基于第一时间确定,所述第一时间为触发所述第一设备进行资源选择的时间。
  38. 根据权利要求36所述的资源选择装置,其特征在于,所述资源选择窗口的开始时间基于第二时间确定,所述第二时间为所述第二设备接收到辅助请求的时间。
  39. 根据权利要求36所述的资源选择装置,其特征在于,所述资源选择窗口的开始时间基于第三时间确定,所述第三时间为所述第一设备接收到所述辅助资源报告的时间。
  40. 一种资源选择装置,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:执行权利要求1至14中任意一项所述的资源选择方法,或者执行权利要求15至28中任意一项所述的资源选择方法。
  41. 一种非临时性计算机可读存储介质,当所述存储介质中的指令由第一设备的处理器执行时,使得第一设备能够执行权利要求1至14中任意一项所述的资源选择方法,或者当所述存储介质中的指令由第二设备的处理器执行时,使得第二设备能够执行权利要求15至28中任意一项所述的资源选择方法。
