Description

Seasoning take-out device
The present invention relates to a seasoning take-out device capable of taking out the seasoning in a container onto tableware.
As a seasoning extraction device that can take out the seasoning in the container on the tableware, for example, a proximity sensor detects that nigiri sushi is located in the space below the soy sauce dripping mechanism, and the valve operation solenoid is a piston rod. There is a soy sauce dropping device configured to drop the required soy sauce on nigiri sushi by raising the valve and opening the dropping opening (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
Utility Model Registration No. 3207111
Conventionally, when a person (user) who eats and drinks himself / herself puts a seasoning in a container on a dish, it may be difficult to take out an appropriate amount of the seasoning from the container. The reasons for this include the following. For example, the way the seasoning comes out of the container may differ depending on various factors such as the state (viscosity) of the seasoning and the state of the outlet provided in the container. Further, for example, when the pressure inside the container is increased by deforming the container and the seasoning in the container is discharged from the outlet (including the case where the container is deformed to squeeze out the seasoning in the container), the container is used. The appearance of the seasoning from the container may differ depending on various factors such as the easiness of deformation of the container, the state of the gas in the container, the remaining amount of the seasoning in the container, and the like. Such problems are particularly noticeable with paste-like seasonings. It is desired that each user can easily take out a desired amount of paste-like seasoning from the container without being so conscious of these factors.

In the present embodiment, the accommodation unit 41 has a tubular portion 43, a first end portion 45, and a second end portion 47. The first end portion 45 is located at the lower end portion of the accommodating portion 41b, that is, the lower end portion of the accommodating unit 41. The second end portion 47 is located at the upper end portion of the accommodating portion 41b, that is, the upper end portion of the accommodating unit 41.
The tubular portion 43 is, for example, a cylindrical pipe. Each of the upper and lower ends is provided with a member constituting the first end 45 and a screw (not shown) screwed into the member constituting the second end 47. The inside of the tubular portion 43 becomes the accommodating portion 41b.
The first end portion 45 has a lid member 46 that engages with the tubular portion 43. The lid member 46 covers the lower end portion of the cylinder portion 43 in a state of being engaged with the lower end portion of the cylinder portion 43. The first end portion 45 is attached by screwing (an example of engaging) the lid member 46 into the lower end portion of the tubular portion 43. The first end portion 45 is provided with a provision port 51 as an outlet from which the seasoning is taken out. A hole in which the providing port 51 is provided is provided in a part of the lid member 46.
Further, a check valve 53 is provided at the first end portion 45. In the present embodiment, the check valve 53 is a duck bill type valve, and the check valve 53 is configured to serve as a provision port 51. The providing port 51 and the check valve 53 may be made of different members. In this case, the seasoning that has passed through the check valve 53 may be configured to be taken out from the provision port 51. The check valve 53 is formed by using an elastic material such as silicon rubber, but is not limited to this.
In the present embodiment, a flange portion large enough to close the hole portion of the lid member 46 is provided around the check valve 53. The first end portion 45 has a flat plate-shaped pad 55 having a hole inside. The first end portion 45 is attached to the tubular portion 43 with the flange portion of the check valve 53 sandwiched between the pad 55 and the lid member 46 in the vertical direction. In the vertical direction, the pad 55 and the flange portion of the check valve 53 are sandwiched and fixed between the end portion of the tubular portion 43 and the lid member 46. This prevents the contents of the accommodating portion 41b from leaking out. In a state where the lid member 46 is removed from the tubular portion 43, the members of the first end portion 45 can be easily separated from each other, and the members can be easily cleaned and reassembled. It has become.
Here, the first end portion 45 is provided with a fitting portion 46b that fits into the fitted portion 17 of the holding member 11 as described later. In the present embodiment, the outer peripheral surface of the lid member 46 is the fitting portion 46b. The shape of the lid member 46, that is, the shape of the fitting portion 46b is substantially square in a plan view (viewed from the vertical direction). The shape of the fitting portion 46b is not limited to this, and may be polygonal, may have a key groove or a protrusion that fits into the key groove, or may have a plurality of teeth such as a spline shape. It may have a shape having. The fitted portion 17 may have a shape corresponding to the shape of such a fitting portion 46b.
The second end portion 47 is a single member in the present embodiment. In addition, a plurality of members may be combined and configured. The second end portion 47 covers the upper end portion of the cylinder portion 43 in a state of being engaged with the upper end portion of the cylinder portion 43. The second end 47 is attached to the cylinder 43 by being screwed into (an example of engaging) the upper end of the cylinder 43.
A female screw 48 is provided on the second end portion 47. The female screw 48 is provided at the center of the second end portion 47. The axes of the female threads 48 are parallel in the vertical direction. The second end portion 47 may be provided with a ventilation portion so that a gas such as air can enter and exit the inside of the accommodating unit 41. The ventilation portion may be a minute hole or the like, or may be a gap in which the female screw 48 and the male screw 62 fit together.
The rod-shaped member 61 is arranged so as to penetrate the second end portion 47 from the upper part of the accommodation unit 41. The upper end of the rod-shaped member 61 is outside the accommodating unit 41, and the lower end of the rod-shaped member 62 is inside the accommodating unit 41.
In the present embodiment, the rod-shaped member 61 is a screw shaft. That is, a male screw 62 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the rod-shaped member 61. The male screw 62 and the female screw 48 are fitted (engaged or screwed). The male screw 62 may be provided only on a part of the rod-shaped member 61 in the vertical direction. The rod-shaped member 61 is displaced downward with respect to the accommodation unit 41 as it rotates in a predetermined first rotation direction (direction corresponding to the male screw 62 and the female screw 48) around the screw axis. do. On the other hand, the rod-shaped member 61 is displaced upward with respect to the accommodation unit 41 as it rotates in the second rotation direction opposite to the first rotation direction. That is, it can be said that the rod-shaped member 61 and the second end portion 47 form a linear motion mechanism.
The displacement unit 65 is a single member in the present embodiment. In addition, a plurality of members may be combined and configured. The displacement unit 65 is arranged inside the accommodation unit 41. The displacement unit 65 has an outer peripheral surface corresponding to the inner peripheral surface of the tubular portion 43, and vertically divides the inside of the tubular portion 43. The accommodating portion 41b in which the seasoning is accommodated is a space surrounded by the displacement unit 65, the tubular portion 43, and the first end portion 45. The displacement unit 65 may be referred to as a piston.
The displacement unit 65 can be displaced downward along the inner peripheral surface of the accommodation unit 41 as the rod-shaped member 61 rotates in the first rotation direction with respect to the accommodation unit 41 and is displaced downward. It can be displaced in the direction closer to the end 45. In the present embodiment, the central portion of the displacement unit 65 is attached to the lower end portion of the rod-shaped member 61. The connection portion between the rod-shaped member 61 and the displacement unit 65 is configured such that, for example, a spherical portion provided on one side is slidably fitted into a recess provided on the other side. As a result, the displacement unit 65 and the rod-shaped member 61 are connected so that the angle between them can be slightly changed by an amount. Further, the rod-shaped member 61 is rotatable about the axis of rotation with respect to the displacement unit 65. When the rod-shaped member 61 is displaced downward, the displacement unit 65 is displaced downward accordingly. Further, when the rod-shaped member 61 is displaced upward, the displacement unit 65 is displaced upward accordingly.
The displacement unit 65 and the rod-shaped member 61 do not have to be connected to each other. For example, the lower end portion of the rod-shaped member 61 may be configured to come into contact with the upper surface of the displacement unit 65 arranged inside the accommodation unit 41. In this case, the displacement unit 65 may be configured to be displaced downward by being pushed by the rod-shaped member 61 as the rod-shaped member 61 is displaced downward.
The knob 21 has a disk shape having a diameter larger than the diameter of the rod-shaped member 61, which can be operated by the user, for example. In the present embodiment, the knob 21 is attached to the upper end portion of the rod-shaped member 61 so that the rod-shaped member 61 rotates with the rotation of the knob 21. That is, the knob 21 is provided so as to rotate with the rotation of the rod-shaped member 61 outside the accommodation unit 41.
The knob 21 is fixed to the rod-shaped member 61 and rotates integrally with the rod-shaped member 61. The relationship between the knob 21 and the rod-shaped member 61 is not limited to this. A torque transmission mechanism composed of, for example, a gear or a belt may be provided between the knob 21 and the rod-shaped member 61. In this case, the knob 21 may be rotatable around a rotation axis in a direction different from the vertical direction.
The holding member 11 has a base portion 12 and a support portion 13. The support portion 13 includes a storage portion 15, a fitted portion 17, and an opening portion 18.
The base portion 12 is, for example, a plate-shaped member. The base portion 12 is arranged on an installation surface such as a table surface. The base portion 12 may be called a pedestal.
The support portion 13 is a portion extending upward from the base portion 12. In the present embodiment, the support portion 13 is provided so as to stand upward from the vicinity of the end portion on the inner side of the base portion 12. The upper part of the support portion 13 projects toward the front side. A storage portion 15 that opens upward is provided in a portion near the front end of the portion that overhangs the front side of the support portion 13. A storage unit 41 is arranged in the storage unit 15.
The storage unit 15 stores an assembly in which the storage unit 41, the rod-shaped member 61, the knob 21, and the displacement unit 65 are assembled. The assembly is set in the storage portion 15 and held by the holding member 11 through the upper opening. That is, the holding member 11 holds the accommodating unit 41 in a posture in which the first end portion 45 is located below the second end portion 47. The upper opening may be closed by a lid or the like while the assembly is set in the storage portion 15.
The opening 18 is a hole provided on the bottom surface of the storage portion 15. The opening 18 is formed at a position corresponding to the provision port 51 of the accommodation unit 41. From the opening 18, the providing port 51 is exposed to the outside of the holding member 11. With the assembly set in the storage portion 15, the provision port 51 is located at a predetermined height from the upper surface of the base portion 12. That is, the distance between the upper surface of the base portion 12 and the serving port 51 is set to be slightly larger than the height of the tableware 3 in which the food 5 which is supposed to use the seasoning is placed. There is. As described above, the support portion 13 has a portion extending upward from the base portion 12 and a portion protruding toward the front side of the upper portion thereof. Therefore, a space for a part of the tableware 3 to enter is provided between the provision port 51 and the base portion 12 in the vertical direction.
The fitted portion 17 is arranged at the lower part of the storage portion 15. The fitted portion 17 fits with the fitting portion 46b. That is, the fitted portion 17 has a substantially square recess in a plan view, which has an inner peripheral surface slightly larger than that of the fitting portion 46b. The lid member 46 is configured to fit into the recess of the fitted portion 17. A hole is provided at a position corresponding to the providing port 51 in the bottom of the fitted portion 17. That is, the providing port 51 is configured to be exposed to the outside of the holding member 11 through the hole portion of the fitted portion 17 and the opening portion 18.
In the present embodiment, the fitting portion 46b and the fitted portion 17 are fitted in this way so that the accommodating unit 41 cannot rotate around the axis of the rod-shaped member 61 with respect to the holding member 11. Be retained. Further, in addition to the posture of the accommodation unit 41, the horizontal position of the accommodation unit 41 is restricted, and the accommodation unit 41 is positioned so as not to be displaced downward. As a result, the accommodating unit 41 can be held by a relatively simple configuration. Therefore, the user can rotate the rod-shaped member 61 with respect to the accommodation unit 41 without separately supporting the accommodation unit 41.
When filling the seasoning extraction device 1 with the seasoning or the like, the assembly such as the accommodating unit 41 can be removed from the holding member 11, and the second end portion 47 or the like can be easily removed from the accommodating unit 41. Therefore, the filling and maintenance of the seasoning can be easily performed.
FIG. 4 is a side sectional view showing an example of the usage state of the tuned seasoning extraction device 1.
In the present embodiment, the displacement unit 65 approaches the first end portion 45 as the rod-shaped member 61 rotates in the predetermined first rotation direction with respect to the accommodating unit 41. Then, a part of the seasoning enclosed in the accommodating portion 41b between the displacement unit 65 and the first end portion 45 inside the accommodating unit 41 goes out of the accommodating unit 41 from the provision port 51. That is, the user can take out the seasoning on the tableware 3 by applying torque to the knob 21 to rotate the rod-shaped member 61 while the tableware 3 is arranged under the serving port 51. Since the amount of seasoning taken out corresponds to the amount of displacement of the displacement unit 65, that is, the amount of rotation of the rod-shaped member 61, the user can easily take out a desired amount of seasoning.
When the knob 21 is operated by the user in this way, the seasoning passes through the check valve 53 and goes out of the accommodation unit 41. When the knob 21 is stationary and the position of the displacement unit 65 is maintained, that is, when the pressure inside the accommodating portion 41b and the pressure outside the accommodating unit 41 are almost the same, the check valve 53 Is closed. The storage unit 41 is arranged in a posture in which the provision port 51 is located below, but since the seasoning is in the form of a paste with low fluidity, it is difficult for the seasoning to flow out of the storage unit 41 due to its own weight. .. Further, in the present embodiment, since the check valve 53 is provided, the outflow of the seasoning to the outside of the accommodating unit 41 is more reliably prevented. In particular, since the check valve 53 is a duck bill type valve, the outflow of seasoning to the outside of the accommodating unit 41 is more reliably prevented. Further, even if the pressure outside the accommodating unit 41 becomes higher than the pressure inside the accommodating portion 41b, the check valve 53 prevents backflow of seasonings, gases, etc. into the accommodating portion 41b. Therefore, the seasoning stored in the storage unit 41 can be maintained in a state where it is difficult to come into contact with air or the like. It is possible to prevent the seasoning stored in the storage unit 41 from being denatured due to oxidation or the like, and it is possible to provide the user with a fresher seasoning.

FIG. 5 shows an example of a food and drink transport device 950 in a store such as a restaurant. The restaurant is, for example, a so-called conveyor belt sushi restaurant, and the food and drink transport device 950 is provided in the restaurant where the user who is a customer eats and drinks, and across the kitchen. In the store, for example, a table 980 and seats for users to eat and drink are provided. As the table 980, a counter table in which users can eat and drink in a row may be used.
The food and drink transport device 950 has a transport path 960 on which tableware 3 (conveyor belt sushi plate) on which food and drink sushi and the like are placed is placed, and an upper unit 951 arranged above the transport path 960. The transport path 960 is laid in the store so that the tableware 3 is transported in the vicinity of each table 980. The transport path 960 is configured by using, for example, a crescent chain having a flat upper surface, but is not limited thereto. The upper unit 951 has a built-in lighting means, and is configured to irradiate light downward so as to illuminate the transport path 960.
In the present embodiment, the seasoning extraction device 1 can be used in a conveyor belt sushi restaurant in which the tableware 3 circulates on the transport path 960 of the food and drink transport device 950. The seasoning extraction device 1 is arranged on the table 980 in a state of accommodating, for example, grated wasabi used as a condiment for sushi. The user holds the tableware 3 in one hand, and while the tableware 3 is positioned directly under the provision port 51 of the seasoning extraction device 1, the user performs an operation of rotating the knob 21 in the first rotation direction with the other hand. Thereby, the user can easily take out a desired amount of seasoning to the tableware 3.
In the present embodiment, the holding member 11 is configured as follows in a predetermined range below the providing port 51 in the vertical direction. That is, the horizontal dimension D1 (shown in FIG. 3) from the support portion 13 to the provision port 51, which is a member located behind the serving port 51, is the horizontal dimension D2 (shown in FIG. 3) of the tableware 3. Greater than half of. Here, the predetermined range is a range in which the tableware 3 can be positioned under the serving port 51. Specifically, the predetermined range can be, for example, a range from the bottom surface of the storage portion 15 to the top surface of the base portion 12. In this way, since the overhang dimension D1 of the providing port 51 is set in the holding member 11, the providing port 51 can be positioned at any position on the tableware 3 in a plan view. Therefore, the user can apply the extracted seasoning to a desired position.
(Explanation of modified example)
A modified example of this embodiment will be described below. In the following description, the parts different from the above-described embodiment will be described, and the parts not particularly mentioned are the same as those of the above-mentioned embodiment.
FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating an example of the use of the seasoning extraction device 201 according to a modification of the present embodiment. FIG. 7 is a side sectional view of the synchronized seasoning extraction device 201.
The seasoning extraction device may be configured to be used by being attached to a wall surface or the like.
As shown in FIG. 6, the seasoning extraction device 201 has a holding member 211 detachably configured on the attached portion 956 provided on the installation wall surface 955 instead of the holding member 11 described above. .. The installation wall surface 955 is, for example, the side surface of the housing of the food and drink transport device 950, but is not limited to this. For example, the installation wall surface 955 may be a wall surface in a store or a wall surface of an upper unit 951 or the like. The attached portion 956 is, for example, a metal fitting made of sheet metal formed so that a hook-shaped metal fitting can be hung from above, but the attachment portion 956 is not limited to this.
As shown in FIG. 7, the holding member 211 of the seasoning extraction device 201 is detachably engaged (for example, hooked) with the attached portion 956 so as to project toward the attachment portion 212 and the attachment portion 212. It has a support portion 213 formed in. Similar to the above, a storage portion 15 in which the assembly is stored is provided in the vicinity of the front end portion of the support portion 213.
The seasoning extraction device 201 is detachably held on the installation wall surface 955 by attaching the attachment portion 212 to the attached portion 956. Therefore, the user can easily take out the seasoning by rotating the knob 21 in the same manner as in the above-described embodiment. In addition, the same effects as those of the other embodiments described above can be obtained.
The seasoning extraction device 201 can be easily removed from the installation wall surface 955. Therefore, the seasoning extraction device 201 can be easily removed when it is not needed. In addition, maintenance work of the seasoning extraction device 201 can be easily performed.
Also in this modification, it is preferable that the holding member 211 is configured as follows. That is, in the predetermined range below the provision port 51 in the vertical direction, the horizontal dimension from the installation wall surface 955 to the provision port 51, which is a member located behind the provision port 51, is the horizontal dimension of the tableware 3. It is preferably larger than half of. Here, the predetermined range is a range in which the tableware 3 can be positioned under the serving port 51, and specifically, for example, a range between the bottom surface of the storage unit 15 and the top surface of the table 980. Can be. When the seasoning take-out device 201 is arranged at a relatively high position where the distance between the provision port 51 and the member below it is large, it may be configured as follows. .. That is, the horizontal dimension from the provision port 51 to the installation wall surface 955 may be larger than half of the horizontal dimension of the tableware 3 under the provision port 51, for example, in a range of about several tens of centimeters at the longest. .. In this way, since the overhang dimension D1 of the providing port 51 is set in the holding member 211, the providing port 51 can be positioned at any position on the tableware 3 in a plan view.
In this modification, marking 298 may be provided to indicate the position of the provision port 51 to the user. In this modification, the marking 298 is provided on the table 980 under the providing port 51 so as to correspond to the position of the providing port 51. As a result, the user can easily know the position of the provision port 51. The holding member 211 may be provided with a marking indicating the position of the provision port 51 to the user. Further, the marking 298 may be provided on the upper surface of the base portion 12, the holding member 11, or the like in the above-described embodiment.
FIG. 8 is a perspective view showing a rotating member 321 of the seasoning extraction device according to another modification of the present embodiment.
The user may be configured to be able to rotate the rod-shaped member 61 by using a gripping member instead of a bare hand.
In this modification, the rotating member 321 is used in place of the knob 21 in the above-described embodiment. The rotating member 321 is, for example, a disk-shaped member having a diameter larger than the diameter of the rod-shaped member 61, but the shape is not limited to this. Like the knob 21, the rotating member 321 is configured to rotate with the rotation of the rod-shaped member 61. In other words, the rod-shaped member 61 is configured to rotate with the rotation of the rotating member 321.
Two engaging portions 323 are formed on the upper surface of the rotating member 321. Each engaging portion 323 is a hole having a bottom. In this modification, the user can use chopsticks as the gripping member 8. Each engaging portion 323 has an inner diameter into which the tip end portion of the gripping member 8 can be fitted. That is, the gripping member 8 can be engaged with the engaging portion 323.
In this modification, the user applies torque to the rotating member 321 via the gripping member 8 in a state where the tip end portion of the gripping member 8 is fitted into the engaging portion 323 to rotate the rotating member 321 for seasoning. You can take out the charge. The user can take out the seasoning without directly touching the seasoning taking-out device 1 by hand.
The mode of the engaging portion is not limited to this.
FIG. 9 is a perspective view showing a rotating member 421 of the seasoning extraction device according to still another modification of the present embodiment.
The rotating member 421 has an engaging portion 423 having a different form as compared with the rotating member 321. The engaging portion 423 has three openings provided on the side peripheral surface of the rotating member 421 and three holes connecting the openings to each other. Each engaging portion 423 has an inner diameter into which the tip end portion of the gripping member 8 can be fitted. That is, the gripping member 8 can be engaged with the engaging portion 423.
Even with such a configuration, the user similarly inserts the tip end portion of the gripping member 8 into the rotating member 421 through any opening of the engaging portion 423, and inserts the gripping member 8 into the engaging portion 423. be able to. Then, in that state, the seasoning can be taken out by applying torque to the rotating member 421 via the gripping member 8 to rotate the rotating member 421. The user can take out the seasoning without directly touching the seasoning taking-out device 1 by hand.
The rotating member 321 and the rotating member 421 may be easily attached to and detached from the seasoning extraction device 1. By covering the knob 21 with a member, a rotating member 321 or a rotating member 421 may be configured. As a result, a clean rotating member 321 or rotating member 421 can be used by replacing or cleaning the rotating member 321 or the rotating member 421 for each group of users.
Further, the gripping member is not limited to chopsticks, and may be another member that can be gripped by the user. The form of the engaging portion is not limited to the above. Further, for example, a rotating member or the like may not be used, and the rod-shaped member 61 may be provided with an engaging portion into which the gripping member can be directly engaged.

For example, instead of the check valve of the above-described embodiment, a sheet having a slit such as silicon rubber arranged so as to close the accommodating portion at the first end portion may be used. As the slit, various shapes such as a linear slit and a cross-shaped slit can be adopted. By using such an elastic gate member or a flexible gate member, the following effects can be obtained while adopting a simple structure. That is, the seasoning can be taken out to the outside of the accommodating unit only when the pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the accommodating portion increases, such as when the displacement unit is displaced.
In the above-described embodiment, various mechanisms can be adopted as the mechanism operated by the user for rotating the rod-shaped member. For example, various mechanisms such as a mechanism configured by using gears, racks, etc., a link mechanism composed of a plurality of members, a mechanism using pulleys, and the like can be used.

For example, it may be used in a kitchen where cooking is performed, or may be used in a manufacturing factory where food is manufactured. In addition, the installation location, installation method, etc. of the seasoning extraction device can be appropriately selected.
The tableware is not limited to the plate as shown in the above-described embodiment. For example, a soup bowl or a cup that is deeper than the plate may be used as tableware. Further, for example, cutlery such as a spoon or chopsticks may be used as tableware, or a scoop used for serving food or other utensils such as a server may be used as tableware.
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various modifications can be made, and these are also included in the scope of the present invention.
The configuration itself is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and each component of the above-described embodiment may be appropriately replaced or combined with a component of another embodiment or the like. Further, some components and functions may be omitted from the above-described embodiments.
