The cover member 46 is configured to fit into the recessed portion of the fitted portion 17 . In the present embodiment, by fitting the fitting portion 46 b and the fitted portion 17 in this manner, the housing unit 41 is held so as not to be rotatable about the axis of the rod-shaped member 61 with respect to the holding member 11 . In the present embodiment, as the rod-shaped member 61 rotates in a predetermined first rotational direction relative to the accommodating unit 41 , the displacement unit 65 approaches the first end portion 45 .
