Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Drahtes, beinhaltend zumindest folgende Schritte: (i) Bereitstellen eines Drahtvorläufers; (ii) Eindrücken von Vertiefungen auf dem Drahtvorläufer und optional dabei Umformen des Drahtvorläufers; und (iii) Glühen des mit Vertiefungen versehenen Drahtvorläufers zum Draht; wobei der Draht einen Anteil von mindestens 95 Gew.-% Kupfer aufweist, den Anteil bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des Drahtes. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin einen nach dem genannten Verfahren erhältlichen Draht sowie die Verwendung einer Walze zum Herstellen des Drahtes und/oder zum Einstellen der Rauigkeit an mindestens einer Stelle des Drahtes.
