背景技术
临床上进行咽部和口腔全麻手术时,须用开口器将患者的口腔保持张开状态,为了充分显露口腔深部及咽腔,在手术过程中需助手持续抬起压舌板手柄,这一过程既耗费人力,又占用空间,或用碗盘等器械把压舌板手柄垫起,但该方法支撑不稳,容易滑脱。
技术问题
根据挂钩悬吊原理设计了现有多种开口器支撑装置,但现有的开口器支撑装置结构粗简,使用不便,手术过程中不能精确调整角度与力度,且易产生组织损伤。
技术解决方案
本实用新型提出一种开口器支撑装置,解决现有的开口器支撑装置使用不便,手术过程中不能精确调整角度与力度,且易产生组织损伤的问题。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的方案是,一种开口器支撑装置:包括握持结构、偏心转轴结构,所述的握持结构连接开口器,所述偏心转轴结构由偏心结构和转轴结构组成,偏心结构固连于握持结构上,偏心结构上设有U形卡槽,转轴结构的端部偏心铰接于U形卡槽内,且偏心转轴结构通过一螺母紧固结构锁固。
进一步的,所述的握持结构呈L形,水平部在下,竖直部在上,水平部上设置有用于连接固定开口器的C形卡槽。
进一步的,所述的握持结构的竖直部的端部与偏心结构一体成型, U形卡槽的两个平行圆弧脚上均相对开设有偏心孔。

在本实施例中,所述的延伸杆的一端通过螺丝固定于延伸套筒内,另一端设置有稳定支撑结构20,延伸杆为实心金属杆,直径7.0mm~8.0mm,长度300mm~400mm,稳定支撑结构为三角形或圆环形结构,通过稳定支撑结构座靠于器械台面起支撑稳定功能。

  4. 根据权利要求2所述的开口器支撑装置,其特征在于:所述的握持结构的竖直部的端部上插固偏心结构,U形卡槽的两个平行圆弧脚上均相对开设有偏心孔,U形卡槽上连接两个平行圆弧脚的连接部通过插销固定在握持结构的竖直部。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的开口器支撑装置,其特征在于:所述的握持结构的竖直部的侧壁上设置有用于调节插销活动的调节螺丝。
  6. 根据权利要求3或5所述的开口器支撑装置,其特征在于:所述的转轴结构包括螺柱、延伸套筒,螺柱的一端通过偏心螺栓转动连接于两个平行圆弧脚上的偏心孔之间,螺柱的另一端与延伸套筒固连,延伸套筒内通过螺栓固定有延伸杆。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的开口器支撑装置,其特征在于:所述的螺柱上螺接有紧固螺母。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的开口器支撑装置,其特征在于:所述的延伸杆的一端固定于延伸套筒内,另一端设置有稳定支撑结构。
